Abstract

Nowadays, technological developments require various sectors to be able to develop their capabilities. One of the sectors that must follow the development of this technology is MSMEs as an important pillar in the Indonesian economy at a GDP of 61.07%. In its practice, only 9% of MSMEs have digitized, but another 30% have not implemented it and are still using conventional methods (manual) in their sales system. This manual method usually takes a long time and is not effective because it is prone to calculation errors that can hinder decision-making, such as errors in the inventory system and sales reports. Based on this problem, the researcher developed a point of sale application, namely WarunkQu, using the flutter framework to make it easier for MSME actors or shop owners to record and get sales reports. This research was conducted using the waterfall method because the problems obtained were clearly defined. This system uses the flutter framework to get output in the form of a mobile application that can be used on all android devices. The results of testing the WarunkQu application were carried out using functional testing (black box testing) with an average success rate of 100% and usability testing with an average value of 91. This value is included in the very good category and is assumed to be accepted by users.

Abstract

Licensing is one of the mandatory document requirements for public transport to operate. The application for licensing permits at the Malang City Transportation Service is carried out by means of the transportation driver submitting the required documents at the Malang City Transportation Service. This method results in delays in transportation work because they have to apply for permits which are time-consuming. In addition, the request for a permit due to incomplete documents experienced by the Malang City Transportation Service caused the licensing process to take a long time. A web-based general permit management system was developed to be able to provide a solution to this problem. The system was developed using the waterfall software development model and the approach used is object-oriented. The system testing uses 3 strategies, namely unit test, integration test, and validation test. Unit and integration tests use white box testing, while validation tests use black box testing. The results of the white box testing with 3 test cases showed valid results, while the results of the black box testing with the test of 67 functional requirements showed valid results.

Abstract

The transparency of Information is one of the important characteristic of a democratic country. Therefore, every individual should be able to obtain information in an easy way, one of which is public information that is useful for maintaining harmonious relations between the government and society. transparency of public information is one of the government's central roles in terms of fulfilling the rights of individuals or groups to be able to obtain public information when needed. The public institution that provides and serves requests for public information is called the Information and Documentation Management Officer or PPID. PPID is responsible for storing, documenting and providing services on public information. In PPID of South Solok Regency, one of the main problems is that activities about services provided by PPID of South Solok Regency are not being carried out in the PPID information system that has resulted to slow response towards any activities because there is no notification of those activities. Furthermore, some other problems are public information cannot be downloaded and the images on the website do not appear. Based on the problems, PPID of South Solok Regency suggested to development a new web-based information system. The development of the new information system for South Solok Regency employs one of the SDLC methods, which is the waterfall method. This information system was developed mainly using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, and several JavaScript libraries to support the development of this system. This research is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the PPID of South Solok Regency and to make it easier for users to use the PPID services.

Abstract

During the global COVID-19 pandemic information systems have overcoming the limitations of interaction when working, which is considered a digital transformation, such as the Work From Home policy, which is currently shifting to the WFA (Work From Home) work system. anywhere). The existence of this new work system certainly has an impact on employee work productivity which is influenced by several factors, especially technology. In this study, the factors that will be examined are the type of work and IT facilities owned by WFA employees through the Exploratory Mix Method. By conducting a Thematic Analysis, the results show that the type of work can be seen from the existence of work flexibility policies and the frequency of interaction needs which can cause overtime on the job, and in IT facilities it is found that the company's role in fulfilling IT facilities can increase productivity. To confirm the qualitative findings, a quantitative study was carried out through a questionnaire with 115 respondents, through the multiple linear regression analysis method, it was found that the final result of this study was on the type of work of employees during WFA who had work time flexibility coupled with a high frequency of interaction between employees who tended to make these employees work overtime and this has a significant effect on work productivity. Then for IT facilities, the company's role in fulfilling IT facilities in order to have standardized devices that have been determined, then these employees must have self-motivation in working to achieve increased work productivity.

Abstract

Amid the “new normal” period after the receding of the Covid-19 pandemic and the change in the Work From Home (WFH) work system to Work From Anywhere (WFA). Every company must be able to maximize every element they have in order to survive, such as the productivity of their WFA employee. This research goal was to analyze the role of work experience and the educational background linearity of a WFA employee on his productivity using a mixed method. Techniques in qualitative methods are semi-structured interviews involving 10 informants processed using thematic analysis methods. While the quantitative method will use a questionnaire technique that gets 138 respondents. In qualitative data analysis, work experience has a role in the productivity of a WFA employee in terms of ease of adaptation. Meanwhile, it was found that employees with non-linear education directly would not have problems with their productivity as long as these employees were able to make up for their lack of knowledge. It is confirmed in the quantitative method, where there was a significant difference in average productivity between group levels of work experience of WFA employees and no significant difference in average productivity between linear and non-linear WFA employees.

Abstract

Work From Anywhere is a form of adjustment for an organization or company to the COVID-19 pandemic which cannot be separated from digital transformation assistance and advances in information technology which more or less change the order and work culture of an organization or company. Currently, employee productivity is a priority for most companies because this is one of the factors for the company's success in the time of COVID-19. An employee is considered productive if his mental state continues to motivate him not to be easily satisfied and motivates him to continue to grow every day. This can be influenced by several factors, such as internal factors that grow close to the employees themselves. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of gender and marital status on employee productivity while working from anywhere. Data collection was carried out using a mixed method for employees who are currently or have undergone Work From Anywhere through semi-structured interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data obtained from the interview results were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. While the data obtained from the results of distributing the questionnaires were analyzed using a different test using SPSS software. The results of this study are that gender differences have an influence on productivity and lead to gender-based company policies where this can increase productivity during Work From Anywhere. Furthermore, differences in marital status do not affect productivity, but lead to differences in work motivation which can increase productivity when Work From Anywhere.

Abstract

CV. Arsa Jaya Mandiri is a freight forwarding company for cars, motorcycles, trucks and heavy equipment. The process of managing data on the CV. Arsa Jaya Mandiri is carried out conventionally, such as income and expenses, which are carried out in a transaction book. Recording done in this way tends to be bad in terms of data security, and according to the company, there have been several errors in the calculation process during the recapitulation in preparing income and expenditure reports. Access to information about the company is still limited to outsiders, such as information about shipping costs and the company in general. Based on the issues raised, an information system was created to address data management issues and facilitate access to delivery information by the company's external parties. The waterfall method and the Laravel framework are used in the development of information systems. After system implementation, validation testing is carried out with black-box testing with a valid value of 100%, which states that the specified requirement specifications are appropriate. Usability testing as measured by the System Usability Scale (SUS) shows a final score of 78 for the developed system. This states that the information system is in the acceptable category with a grade of C, which has good adjective ratings.

Abstract

The emergence of a work system that has become a new culture in Indonesia or commonly known as Work From Anywhere (WFA). The problem with this study is that from several research journals related to the identification of WFA work productivity factors, there are still many scattered in various journal databases. So it is necessary to unify from various journals about the product factor of WFA work using the SLR method. The first search is to identify based on keywords, year of publication and quality of the journal. Then continued the selection based on the field of discussion and language; abstract and content. From the selection results, a number of 11 factors that affect the productivity of WFA employees were obtained.

Abstract

Management of activities PAUD Kartika Pradana is still done manually so the process still takes quite a lot of time. One of them is the activity of recording and disseminating activity reports which are still assisted by 2 software. The dissemination of activity reports and announcements made through the Whatsapp group is also often hidden with other messages so that many parents do not read this information. Therefore a solution was made by developing a web-based Kindegarten activity management system to assist activities carried out by the PAUD Kartika Pradana. System development uses the SDLC waterfall model whose consist of needs analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. Interviews were conducted with the PAUD Kartika Pradana to get what needs are needed in the system. System development uses the PHP programming language with the help of the Codeigniter 4 framework. Then the system is tested using the black box testing method with equivalence partitioning techniques and user acceptance tests. In addition, the system is also measured to see how far the developed system can solve the problem. The Kindergarten Activity Management System is complete with three main features, namely activity reports, announcements, and file uploads. The test results also prove that the output of the system is as desired and can be used according to its function. The system has also proven that it can solve existing problems.
