Abstract

The influence of the globalization era has increased the use of health facilities in society. This increase requires agencies to provide the best possible service to customers. UPT. The Sriwijaya University Health Clinic as one of the providers of health facilities has also experienced the impact of this increase, therefore this agency continues to provide the best service and makes improvements in the services provided so that service users can feel satisfied. The aim of this research is to determine the level of student satisfaction with services at UPT. Sriwijaya University Health Clinic and which dimensions of service quality have a dominant influence on student satisfaction levels. This research involved 117 respondents from all students and was distributed via Google form with a quantitative research type and survey approach. Data analysis techniques were carried out using SPSS 26 and calculations were carried out using the servqual method. The research results show that from the total, the level of student satisfaction is at a percentage of 87% in the very satisfied category and the quality dimension that has a dominant influence is the reliability dimension with a Gap value of -1.17. With Cartesian diagram analysis, the question instruments included in quadrant I and quadrant II have the opportunity to be improved and maintained in quality so that they can get better responses in the future. With this research, it can be taken into consideration by UPT. Sriwijaya University Health Clinic to improve the quality of services provided in every dimension, especially those included in the important category and maintain the quality of services that previously received a good response

Abstract

MyTelkomsel is a service in the form of an application that can be accessed by mobile which was launched by Telkomsel to make it easier for its customers, where the application is in the form of self service for its users. However, the MyTelkomsel application still gets several complaints from its users, such complaints as failure in the login process, failure in the process of making payments/transactions, the types of packages offered on each user's device are different and sometimes do not match the customer's budget, as well as some comments from users. regarding customer service that makes them dissatisfied. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of e-service quality on user loyalty in the MyTelkomsel application. In this research, the model used is E-Service Quality. Methods of collecting data in this research, using online questionnaires to MyTelkomsel user respondents through the assistance of social media for the dissemination process. The sample used in this research was 50 respondents from MyTelkomsel application users. The type of sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. For the data analysis process from this research using the SmartPLS and SPSS applications. The results of the research indicate that e-service quality has a significant influence on customer loyalty in the MyTelkomsel application

Abstract

The Management Information System for Housing Profile Data and Settlement Areas (SIMDAPRO) is a web-based system managed by Department Housing settlement Areas South Sumatra Province (DISPERKIM).. This system is integrated and unified, thus accelerating and improving the process of proposing assistance from the South Sumatra Provincial Government. Additionally, it facilitates related parties in verifying proposals. To analyse the factors influencing to understand how people accept and use the information technology, This study employs the UTAUT model, comprising four primary constructs: the first one is performance expectancy, and the next is the second effort expectancy, and the next one is the third social influence, and the next one is the fourth facilitating conditions. It aims to examine how these constructs influence the behavioral intention of (SIMDAPRO) application users in South Sumatra Province. The research approach is quantitative accompanied by a survey method. The research sample consists of 34 respondents who were chosen through using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include validation, questionnaires, and observation. with instrument tests conducted for validity and reliability. The findings reveal that all four constructs the first one is performance expectancy, and the next is the second effort expectancy, and the next one is the third social influence, and the next one is the fourth facilitating conditions. significantly and positively impact the behavioral intention of SIMDAPRO application users in South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology plays a crucial role in supporting businesses, including the coffee industry exemplified by Softcoffee Lintang. Softcoffee Lintang faces challenges with its manual ordering system and limited promotions, which hinder customers from easily accessing essential information such as prices, menus, and current promotions. This study employs the Design Thinking methodology to develop an innovative web-based User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) aimed at addressing these issues and enhancing the customer experience. A qualitative approach, involving interviews with management and questionnaires to customers, revealed that the resulting UI/UX design significantly facilitates application use, incorporating new features such as additional payment methods and product reviews, which received Single Ease Question (SEQ) scores above 6. The Design Thinking methodology proved effective in enhancing Softcoffee Lintang's operational efficiency through an attractive and intuitive website design, providing practical solutions to the identified problems and supporting the overall business strategy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan softskill aparatur dan masyarakat di Kelurahan Gandus, Kecamatan Gandus, Kota Palembang melalui pelatihan manajemen administrasi berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (ICT). Metode pelatihan yang digunakan didesain untuk memperkuat keterampilan manajerial, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi guna mengoptimalkan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan manajemen administrasi berbasis ICT dapat signifikan meningkatkan softskill aparatur dan masyarakat. Peningkatan ini tercermin dalam kemampuan manajerial yang lebih efektif, komunikasi yang lebih terbuka, dan kolaborasi yang lebih baik dalam pelaksanaan tugas sehari-hari. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Gandus. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah daerah dan lembaga terkait dalam pengembangan softskill melalui pelatihan manajemen administrasi berbasis ICT. Abstract

GetContact, aplikasi manajemen dan proteksi panggilan spam dengan lebih dari 700 juta unduhan di Google Play Store, masih memiliki ruang untuk peningkatan kegunaan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan kegunaan GetContact berdasarkan ulasan Quora, komentar Google Play Store, dan wawancara dengan pengguna di area Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) dan Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA). Hasil PSSUQ dari 190 responden menunjukkan tingkat kegunaan keseluruhan yang baik dengan skor 2,73. Skala Kegunaan Sistem mencatat nilai 2,60, dan Kualitas Informasi mencapai 2,80, menunjukkan kegunaan yang memuaskan. Namun, kualitas antarmuka dengan skor 2,89 masih perlu ditingkatkan. Temuan dari metode RTA juga mengidentifikasi kendala dalam fitur dan antarmuka aplikasi. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun tingkat kegunaan GetContact secara keseluruhan baik dan diterima oleh pengguna, pengembangan lebih dari antarmuka dan fitur masih diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kegunaan secara keseluruhan dan menciptakan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik.

Abstract

In the modern era, environmental issues have become a global concern, with waste management emerging as a primary focus. This research aims to analyze the role of communication campaigns in public education, specifically to increase student participation in recycling activities. The study employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach with a case study method to explore how communication campaigns can shape public awareness, attitudes, and behaviors towards recycling. The findings indicate that effective communication campaigns, which include the use of social media, direct outreach, and collaboration with local communities, can enhance students' understanding of the importance of recycling and motivate them to actively participate. Additionally, the research reveals that recycling participation increases when communication campaigns are tailored to the local context and involve active student participation. Therefore, this study concludes that public education through communication campaigns is a crucial strategy for increasing recycling participation and can contribute to environmental preservation, particularly at UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan. The implications of these findings suggest the need for more focused and sustainable communication campaigns to maximize the impact of public education on recycling participation.

Abstract

Website development usually involves programming experts in creating websites as information media and a server is needed as a home for the website being developed. These two reasons make websites very difficult for laypeople, especially teachers in educational institutions. Teachers have simple duties and functions in teaching. Technically, a teacher must be able to operate applications, both websites and social media information media. On the other hand, a teacher also needs a media for publishing information related to the profession being pursued, not only the publication of personal information, daily activities, but also the publication of teaching materials, new things related to learning, both to students and to the general public. The problem that arises is that not all teachers can create reliable websites and online access. Based on the survey results, at LPD Al Bahjah there are teachers who are very enthusiastic about operating personal websites. The solution offered is in the form of website development on a platform that has a template that is integrated with artificial intelligence in the process of personifying the user interface and selecting a website theme according to user input. The results of the community service carried out are that the community service participants are very enthusiastic in socializing website development, not only general technical use but also successfully creating personal websites.

Abstract

Konsep utama pengolahan sampah pada TPS3R adalah untuk mengurangi kuantitas dan/atau memperbaiki karakteristik sampah, yang akan diolah secara lebih lanjut di Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) sampah. TPS3R diharapkan berperan dalam menjamin kebutuhan lahan yang semakin kritis untuk penyediaan TPA sampah di perkotaan. Hal ini sejalan dengan kebijakan nasional, untuk meletakkan TPA sampah pada hirarki terbawah, sehingga meminimasi residu saja untuk diurug dalam TPA sampah. Pelaksanaan pengelolaan sampah, TPS3R tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan bank sampah, karena sampah organik akan dikelola oleh TPS3R dan sampah anorganic dikelola oleh bank sampah. Kegitan pelatihan vokasi persampahan dan bank sampah diikuti oleh 60 orang peserta KPP (Kelompok Penerima Pemanfaan), 30 orang dari unsur pengelola dan 30 orang unsur masyarakat Kelurahan Sumber Jaya Kota Bengkulu. Dalam Pelatihan ini peserta diberikan materi tentang pengolahan sampah di bank sampah. Metode Pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan andragogi yaitu proses belajar orang dewasa, peserta berperan aktif meliputi ceramah, tanya jawab, latihan pendalaman materi dan kurikulum sesuai bidang masing - masing. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, workshp dan penampingan lapangan. Pelatihan vokasi ini memberikan dampak terhadap pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan bank sampah. Pengelola telah memahami tentang sistem operasional dan sistem akuntansi bank sampah.Disamping itu jugapara pengelola telah memahami sistem pencatata dan administrasi pembukuan yang digunakan pada bank sampah.

Abstract

Tokopedia is an official application that was launched to the public on August 17 2009 under the auspices of PT. Tokopedia was founded on February 6 2009 by Wiliam Tanuwijaya and Leontinus Alpha Edition. Tokopedia is a platform that makes online shopping easy by offering a variety of products ranging from fashion, electronics, basic necessities and other daily necessities. However, judging from recent PlayStore and AppStore reviews, the Tokopedia application has received many negative reviews from users regarding the new features provided, one of which is the voucher and promo feature which cannot be used and other features. Therefore, evaluating the user experience while using this application is necessary. So user satisfaction analysis can be carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) approach to determine the level of satisfaction of Tokopedia mobile users. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to help conclude the information system regarding the Tokopedia application to improve experience and determine user satisfaction in carrying out further development and evaluation.
