Abstract

Twitter saat ini menjadi salah satu media sosial yang banyak digunakan masyarakat. Dengan memanfaatkan Twitter, masyarakat kini dapat menyampaikan pendapat dengan mudah untuk berbagai hal, termasuk terhadap Quick Respond Code Indonesian Standart (QRIS). Berdasarkan hal tersebut dilakukan analisis sentimen publik terhadap QRIS pada sosial media Twitter menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier. Dengan tujuan guna mencari tahu apakah sentimen masyarakat terhadap QRIS bersifat positif atau negatif dan mencari tingkat akurasi dari penerapan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier. Sebanyak 913 data yang di dapat pada Twitter menunjukkan sentimen publik terhadap QRIS bersifat 65% positif dan 35% negatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada sistem, algoritma Naïve Bayes menunjukkan hasil accuracy sebesar 99.89%, rata-rata precision 99.83%, dan rata-rata recall 99.68%.

Abstract

Toko Kuliner Lemakraso adalah sebuah usaha kuliner berbasis makanan dan olahan beku (frozen food) di Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Saat ini, toko menghadapi beberapa permasalahan yang perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan hasil promosi yang optimal. Salah satu masalah utama adalah proses pemasaran yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mengakibatkan rendahnya hasil promosi. Selain itu, rekapitulasi data transaksi dan data pelanggan juga dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan ketidakakuratan dan kesulitan dalam mengelola data tersebut. Selain itu, belum ada strategi khusus yang diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan. Dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penerapan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pada sistem informasi penjualan di Toko Kuliner Lemakraso menjadi solusi yang efektif. CRM akan memungkinkan toko untuk melakukan promosi produk secara online dan real-time, serta menyimpan keseluruhan data terintegrasi dalam database. Hal ini akan mempermudah pengelolaan dan akses data pelanggan, transaksi, dan promosi. Dalam upaya meningkatkan omset penjualan, strategi Up-selling dan Cross-selling juga akan diterapkan melalui sistem informasi penjualan berbasis website. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall, yang terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi masalah sejenis. Dengan implementasi CRM dan strategi Up-selling serta Cross-selling, diharapkan toko dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, dan omset penjualan secara signifikan.

Abstract

Administrative Management Training Activities for the Development of Information Technology-Based Officials and Society Softskills in Pelabuhan Dalam Village are carried out in accordance with the results of discussions between the PKM team and the village head. In selecting topics, training activities are adjusted to the needs of village officials and communities. This is based on the importance of IT for society in facing the demands of the times and the development of the IT world. The training activities started with the preparation of the PKM team in the multimedia laboratory and game programming at the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. Then continued with the PKM team's survey to the location and further discussions with the village head and village officials for the implementation of PKM activities. The result of this activity is the knowledge of the village community with IT, to deal with the development of the IT world.

Abstract

Community service activities can be carried out according to the agreed agenda and schedule between the community service team and the team from the Sungai Pinang village head, in this case represented by the village head and the village secretary. From the results of the evaluation during the implementation of the activity, it was found that the enthusiasm of the participants was very high in accepting what was conveyed by the resource person. In addition, from the results of communication with the Sungai Pinang village team, it is hoped that there will be further training from the community service team for 2022. So that there will be a continuation of activities. The success rate for this activity is around 75%. Methods in community service activities, mentoring and counseling. The target of this activity is the village staff of more than 10 village staff and 20 representatives from the village community. Village representatives consist of youth organizations, RT, RW and the community.

Abstract

The OVO application, despite having a large user base in Indonesia, has received low ratings compared to other digital wallet apps on the Google Play Store and App Store. Users frequently complain about the user experience, which greatly affects their overall satisfaction. This study evaluates the user experience and usability of the OVO application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS). The UEQ results show that efficiency is excellent (1.55), while attractiveness, perspicuity, dependability, and stimulation are above average (1.56, 1.67, 1.33, and 1.16, respectively). However, the novelty aspect falls below average (0.64), indicating a need for improvement. The SUS score is 77.53, classifying the application as "Acceptable" with a "C" grade and an overall "Good" rating. Addressing identified shortcomings can enhance user experience and usability, ultimately improving user satisfaction. This study contributes valuable empirical data to the field, offering insights for researchers and practitioners in assessing the user experience and usability of mobile applications.

Abstract

Lectures have many duties. The most important one is to implement the tri-dharma of higher education (teaching, research and community service). One of the efforts to support these duties in the Industry 4.0 era is the use of social media to develop professors' careers. A lack of understanding of the role of social media sometimes only sees the dark side of social media, which is actually very useful in developing lecturers' careers. This study uses a qualitative research method with a narrative research design. The subjects of this study were 92 individuals identified through purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done through an online survey. Data analysis in this study used coding techniques consisting of open coding, axial coding and selective coding stages. The findings of this study show that social media is a professional development tool for teachers and can enhance professional competence, which can contribute to teachers' professional development. Professional development that enhances the performance of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the areas of teaching, research and community service.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pelayanan dari pelayanan di perguruan tinggi adalah pelayanan administrasi. Perguruan tinggi sudah seharusnya dapat menjamin kepuasan mahasiswa yang merupakan pelanggan bagi perguruan tinggi, tidak hanya dalam proses belajar mengajar, namun juga mencakup dalam pelayanan administrasi. salah satunya di Universitas Sriwijaya. Begitu pula dengan Fakultas Ilmu Komputer sebagai bagian dari Universitas Sriwijaya yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan bagian pelayanan administrasi khususnya pelayanan yang bersifat secara manual. Untuk mengukur bagaimana mahasiswa mempersepsikan kualitas layanan administrasi di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Sriwijaya, diperlukan penggunaan metode pengukuran yang tepat. Salah satu metode yang sering digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan adalah metode Servqual (Service Quality). Metode ini terdiri dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, yaitu kehandalan (reliability), keyakinan/jaminan (assurance), empati (empathy), daya tanggap (responsiveness), dan bukti fisik (tangibles). Kelima dimensi ini digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan administrasi, sehingga diharapkan akan dapat diketahui apakah kinerja kualitas pelayanan administrasi telah sesuai dengan keinginan mahasiswa, faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, dan faktor apa saja yang perlu mendapat perbaikan. Skor rata-rata persepi yang didapatkan sebesar 3,98 dan skor rata-rata harapan mahasiswa sebesar 4,47 sehingga didapatkan nilai kesenjangan (gap) antara persepsi dan harapan sebesar -0,49 yang menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan merasa belum puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh administrasi Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Sriwijaya

Abstract

Social media or called as ‘socmed’ is an online media that is frequently used by humans to improve in activities, which include promoting study programs of university. Most universities require a marketing scheme to promote certain study programs by using socmed. This study aims to investigate marketing strategies of universities using social costumer relation management (SCRM) and socmed. This is a qualitative study with a narrative model design. This study included about 2000 students from universities in South Sumatra, Lampung, Bengkulu, and Bangka Belitung, Indonesia. The samples were collected by proportional random sampling approach to attain the number of informants and data were collected through online interview questionnaire. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using coding approaches (open, axial, and selective coding) and value stream analysis. The findings revealed that SCRM can be an alternative marketing scheme for universities that utilize socmed to disseminate information owing to access easiness, complete and updated information, and attractive appearance.

Abstract

The influence of the globalization era has increased the use of health facilities in society. This increase requires agencies to provide the best possible service to customers. UPT. The Sriwijaya University Health Clinic as one of the providers of health facilities has also experienced the impact of this increase, therefore this agency continues to provide the best service and makes improvements in the services provided so that service users can feel satisfied. The aim of this research is to determine the level of student satisfaction with services at UPT. Sriwijaya University Health Clinic and which dimensions of service quality have a dominant influence on student satisfaction levels. This research involved 117 respondents from all students and was distributed via Google form with a quantitative research type and survey approach. Data analysis techniques were carried out using SPSS 26 and calculations were carried out using the servqual method. The research results show that from the total, the level of student satisfaction is at a percentage of 87% in the very satisfied category and the quality dimension that has a dominant influence is the reliability dimension with a Gap value of -1.17. With Cartesian diagram analysis, the question instruments included in quadrant I and quadrant II have the opportunity to be improved and maintained in quality so that they can get better responses in the future. With this research, it can be taken into consideration by UPT. Sriwijaya University Health Clinic to improve the quality of services provided in every dimension, especially those included in the important category and maintain the quality of services that previously received a good response

Abstract

MyTelkomsel is a service in the form of an application that can be accessed by mobile which was launched by Telkomsel to make it easier for its customers, where the application is in the form of self service for its users. However, the MyTelkomsel application still gets several complaints from its users, such complaints as failure in the login process, failure in the process of making payments/transactions, the types of packages offered on each user's device are different and sometimes do not match the customer's budget, as well as some comments from users. regarding customer service that makes them dissatisfied. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of e-service quality on user loyalty in the MyTelkomsel application. In this research, the model used is E-Service Quality. Methods of collecting data in this research, using online questionnaires to MyTelkomsel user respondents through the assistance of social media for the dissemination process. The sample used in this research was 50 respondents from MyTelkomsel application users. The type of sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. For the data analysis process from this research using the SmartPLS and SPSS applications. The results of the research indicate that e-service quality has a significant influence on customer loyalty in the MyTelkomsel application
