Abstract

Evaluasi merupakan alat untuk mengukur keberhasilan belajar siswa. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep dan implikasinya dalam pembelajaran nahwu shorof di Pondok Pesantren Al-Irsyad Tengaran 7 Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menjelaskan temuan berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya guna memahami fenomena yang dialami partisipan. Hasil dari Evaluasi meliputi pengukuran dan penilaian, bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif, serta mempunyai fungsi mengukur kemajuan, menyusun rencana, dan menggunakan hasil evaluasi. Fungsi evaluasi meliputi aspek psikologis, didaktik dan administratif. Ruang lingkupnya meliputi evaluasi program pendidikan, pelaksanaan dan hasil pendidikan. Model evaluasi dibagi menjadi tujuh kelompok: Tyler, pengukuran, kesesuaian, CIPP, gap, formatif, dan sumatif. Objek evaluasi meliputi masukan, transformasi, dan keluaran. Teknik evaluasi terdiri dari tes dan non tes. Di Pondok Pesantren Al-Irsyad evaluasi nahwu dan shorof dilakukan melalui tes lisan, tertulis dan observasi harian. Hasil evaluasi membantu guru merancang dan meningkatkan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Highlights: The study's outcomes reveal favorable results regarding nasal enhancement following rhinoplasty, disparities in surgical choices, and variations in patient gender distribution. It is essential to recognize that these preliminary findings, while encouraging, underscore the necessity for additional documentation and research. Abstract: Introduction: Nasal deformity associated with cleft lip has been viewed as one of the most challenging reconstructive problems in rhinoplasty. The common clinical features associated with cleft lip nasal deformity are its lack of symmetry, alar collapse on the affected side, short nasal length, loss of tip definition, obtuse nasal labial angle, and altered columella show among others. The complexity of cleft lip rhinoplasty is demonstrated by the an abundance of technique that is available for its correction. In this case weused the technique modified by Dr. Muhammad Jailani, SpBP-RE in Aceh. Methods: We conducted a retrospective study involving 139 patients who is done the rhinoplasty unilateral operation at Malahayati Hospital from January 2017 to November 2019. Demographic information was recorded such as a ratio between pre–operation and post–operation, gender, and age. Results: Our results has shown the result of comparison between cleft nose before rhinoplasty and cleft nose after rhinoplasty is ±0.26 : ±0.58, and the patients who came to the hospital for rhinoplasty unilateral surgery are 81% of 139 patients. Women (61.2%) experience rhinoplastymore dominant compared to man (38.8%), and the highest age average is between 1 year until 7 years old (71%) Conclusions: Improvement in procedure's duration and better positioning of both nasal tip and nostril. Expected improvements in terms of aesthetic and functions were observed but further documentations still needed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how words in Arabic are learned by students of RA Al-Jannah Koto Majidin based on Vygotsky’s perspective. This study employs a qualitative research design utilizing descriptive analysis. The sample of this research consisted of 2 male students and 3 female students who were randomly selected (probability sampling). The result are the acquisition of Arabic words in student of RA Al-Jannah Koto Majidin based on Vygotsky’s theory consisting of 5 concepts related to early childhood cognitive development namely: (1) zone of proximal development, student are still unable to acquire Arabic words independently; (2) scaffolding, students get help from teachers and peers who are more capable; (3) language and thoughts, students will repeat the vocabulary they have learned; (4) cooperative learning, students will cooperate (cooperative) in solving the questions given by the teacher; (5) giving examples to each other, the teacher gives concrete examples to students regarding the vocabulary being studied.

Abstract

This research explores the existence of women who work in the context of patriarchal culture in Padang Baruas Village, North Sumatra. Research findings show that patriarchal culture is still strong in this village and limits women's movement in various aspects of life, including work. Women who work in this village often experience discrimination, harassment and the double burden of having to work outside the home and take care of the household. However, despite this, more and more women in this village are starting to dare to fight patriarchal culture and fight for their rights. They show that women can be successful and independent workers without having to neglect their domestic responsibilities. The aim of this research is to reveal the existence of women in patriarchal culture in the Muslim community in Padang Baruas village. The type of research used is field research using a qualitative approach which aims to understand the existence of women in patriarchal culture. Informants were determined using purposive sampling, based on the characteristics of informants who had been determined, namely working and non-working Muslim women and religious figures who lived in Padang Baruas village, data collection techniques namely observation and interviews. The data analysis technique goes through various stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, while the data validity technique uses triangulation of source, time, and technique. This research also found that women working in this village have various  adaptive strategies to overcome the challenges they face, such as building support networks with fellow women, challenging gender stereotypes, and fighting for their rights. The findings of this research have important implications for efforts to empower women in rural Indonesia. Comprehensive and sustained efforts are needed from various parties, including government, non-governmental organizations, and civil society, to help women in these villages reach their full potential and contribute more actively to village and community development.

Abstract

This research is entitled "2018 UIN North Sumatra communication science students' perceptions of androgynous celebrity fashion on Instagram". The aim of this research is to find out whether there are students' positive perceptions of androgynous celebrity fashion on Instagram. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study was 330 students from the 2018 UIN North Sumatra communication science program. The technique used in sampling was the Slovin formula with a significance level of 10%. So a sample of 77 respondents was determined. The results of the research on the t test with 15 questions on the perception variable showed that students had a positive perception of androgynous celebrity fashion on Instagram.

Abstract

The role of a housewife who makes a living to meet economic needs and as we know since the existence of this pandemi in helping to make a living and meet household needs, which should be as we know that a housewife who should only work at home but they should take part in helping to make a living to meet economic needs which we know is very devastated economic life in Indonesia  which is not bad according to the Covid-19 pandemi because of the large number of workers' expenses due to the pandemi and that's where housewives take over to make a living which as we know that a woman or housewife is supposed to take care of the household but they have to participate in making a living. To find out how the multiple roles played by housewives to make a living in the era of the Covid -19 pandemic which aims to trigger conflicts that lead to gender equality. In this study, the authors used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and used interviews where the data collected was in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. In that sense (Moleong 2017) in this study describes and understands the existence of events in society that are considered to belong to social deviations with a qualitative descriptive approach.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of Majelis Dzikir Wa Sholawat Ar-Raudah in social relations in Kelurahan Sidorejo, Medan Tembung District, Medan City. The general public usually views majelis dzikir from two sides, some who support it and some who see it as heretical. To obtain data, the method used is descriptive quantitative with writings that are described based on the results of observations, interviewus and documentation. The results obtained are that the role of the Majelis Dzikir Wa Sholawat Ar-Raudah is to carry out routine recitations, da'wah, blessed fridays, help orphans and the poor and become a place for learning islamic values ​​and teachings. The community views the dzikir assembly as a community that benefits the community and also considers it to deviate from islamic teachings.

Abstract

Apart from the six religions that were formalized in the country of Indonesia there are many beliefs, religious schools and ancestral religions believed by some residents of the city of Medan, one of which is Ahmadiyah which is a religious sect originating from Qadiran India, Ahmadiyah has several adherents in the city of Medan and belongs to the in the minority category. So, the formulation of the problem in this research is What is the Role of Ahmadiyya Figures in Preserving Ahmadiyya Adherents' Customs and Social Traditions in Medan City. The use of research forms in this study is qualitative research. In using descriptive research, the problem used as the formulation of the problem is included in the category worthy of being raised, namely the problem contains scientific value, is not too broad, the goal cannot be too broad and uses data that is factual not opinion. With data collection techniques that is conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The Role of Ahmadiyya Leaders in Preserving Customs and Social Traditions of the Ahmadiyya in Medan City There are several roles played by the Ahmadiyya religious leaders in preserving social customs and traditions, namely by respecting and following local government laws and mechanisms, both those based on positive law dan Islamic.

Abstract

This study discusses the existence of the Toba Muslim Minority in Balige City. Basically, the existence of society is one form of creating a set of components in an area. Similarly, every component of society will adjust to the surrounding environment. The potential for the formation of a typology of people in Balige City is grouped based on the religion adhered to. In general, the majority group is embraced by the Christian community while the minority group is embraced by the Muslim community. This research uses 2 theories reviewed from sociology and social philosophy. in the sociological review, this research is studied with Parsons' theory and its AGIL scheme, while in the review of social philosophy, this research uses Will Kymlicka's minority rights theory. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of field research (field research). Data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study is the existence of the Toba Muslim minority in Balige City into an interpretation of Islam in Batak Toba. The existence of Islam in Balige City can survive so far so that it has experienced developments such as the increasing number of worshippers. This will require improving the facilities of houses of worship for Muslims in worship. The government of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Balige City tried to overcome this by facilitating the establishment of mosques and arranging the certification of the status of the land to avoid land disputes. Similarly, the views of the majority community towards minority communities are still relatively good. However, there are still obstacles found in interacting such as there are still some minority communities who have not been able to socialize. So they hope that minorities can blend into the majority society with each other. The conclusion of the study is that Islam can maintain its existence and is well accepted in Balige City. However, limitations as a minority community does not close will cause its slowness in developing. Such as facilities for houses of worship that have not been fulfilled adequately and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of public relations management in promoting the integrity of SMK Tritech Informatika to the community in Medan City. A qualitative descriptive research method was employed, utilizing The Excellence Theory as the theoretical framework. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involved the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of the study indicate that there are three steps that should be undertaken by public relations management to promote the school's integrity, namely understanding the internal and external conditions of the school, improving the physical and non-physical aspects of the school, and introducing the school to the community while establishing collaborations with relevant institutions. These findings have significant implications for the development of effective public relations management strategies in enhancing the school's image and reputation in the eyes of the public. It is expected that the results of this research will contribute to the understanding and practice of educational public relations management and serve as a reference for other schools in enhancing integrity and fostering positive relationships with the surrounding community.
