Abstract

Loyalitas pelanggan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi keberadaan, keberlangsungan dan perkembangan perusahaan. Perusahaan harus mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Untuk mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan, perusahaan harus mengembangkan rasa kepercayaan terhadap merek itu sendiri. Dan perusahaan harus membangun merek yang baik dan menumbuhkan citra positif bagi perusahaan yang akan menimbulkan rasa percaya terhadap suatu merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, citra merek, kepercayaan merek, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk indomie di Kota Pekanbaru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 200 orang (114 laki-laki dan 86 perempuan). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi berganda, dan uji T dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Hidup, Citra Merek, Kepercayaan Merek, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan produk Indomie pada masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru. Customer loyalty is a very important factor for the existence, continuity and development of the company. Company must be able to provide satisfaction to customers. To gain customer loyalty, companies must develop a sense of trust in the brand itself. And companies have to build a good brand and fostering a positive image for the company that will lead to a sense of trust in a brand. This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, brand image, brand trust, and customer satisfaction on the customer loyalty of indomie product in Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling with totaling 200 people (114 men and 86 women). The analysis techniques used in this study were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption, F test, coefficient, determination, multiple regression test, and T test with the help of SPSS version 22. The result of this study indicate that Lifestyle, Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty of Indomie Product in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

Service at the restaurant and bar in the hotel must be supported by staff who work well and politely. The staff in charge of serving food and drinks are known as waiters. Waiters must always understand the needs of guests and be able to serve guests well so that guests will feel satisfied, in this study located in restaurants in five-star hotels in Samosir Regency there are still many waiters from restaurants in five-star hotels constrained by the use of language, this obstacle due to one of the factors that made the guests feel uncomfortable because of the intonation conveyed by the waiter. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely the data collected in the form of words, pictures, not numbers. The purpose of descriptive research is to make a systematic, factual, and accurate description of the facts and characteristics of a particular population or area. it can be concluded that through the distribution of questionnaires, direct dialogue, and on-site observations, in several hotels, most of the waiters, both male and female, in using language such as greeting guests have not been carried out. They don't understand intangible services, or services that can't be felt physically directly by the waiter, are really no less important.

Abstract

Eggshell is a solid waste that is available in abundance but is being left unused. Eggshell containing calcium in a high amount. Calcium can be used as a precursor for hydroxyapatite (HAp). Modification of HAp with SiO2 is expected to improve its low mechanical properties for biomedical applications. In this study, HAp is synthesized from the eggshell. Then, it was modified by adding SiO2 utilizing the coprecipitation method with concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%, respectively. The HAp and HAp/SiO2 were characterized using; X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The analysis HAp and HAp/SiO2 were density, compressive strength, and hardness. The best mechanical properties of HAp/SiO2 were characterized using SEM-EDS. The HAp were prepared successfully with a ratio of Ca/P was 1.673, close to the theoretical 1.67. The addition of SiO2 caused a decrease in crystallite size and density but increased compressive strength and hardness. The best mechanical properties of HAp/SiO2 were obtained with SiO2 of 30% and 40% with similar values.

Abstract

Makalah ilmiah hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PPM) ini memberikan informasi kepadamasyarakat cara mencegah infeksi mulut dan gigi juga untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakatdalam membuat sediaan gargarisma. Kegiatan pengabdian adalah salah satu program jurusan farmasiFMIPA Unsri dalam pemanfaatan dan pembuatan sediaan yang mengandung herbal lokal untukmencegah penyakit infeksi salah satunya adalah infeksi mulut dan gigi. Desa Ulak Kerbau terletak dekatdengan kampus Unsri. Dosen FMIPA UNSRI unggul dalam meneliti di laboratorium dan salah satu hasilpenelitian ditargetkan dapat diaplikasikan untuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode yangdigunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah presentasi, demonstrasi, dan tanya-jawab. Hasil darikegiatan adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap penyakit infeksi gigi dan mulutserta cara pencegahannya, terjadinya peningkatan kesadaran untuk memanfaatkan bahan obat alam, sertapeningkatan keterampilan dalam membuat sediaan gargarisma mengandung air rebusan daun sirih dandaun sirsak yang menghasilkan sediaan yang dapat digunakan untuk mulut dalam hal pH, viskositas, danorganoleptic. Stabilitas sediaan secara mekanik adalah baik tetapi dengan meningkatnya suhu dapatmenyebabkan perubahan pH, warna dan kejernihan.Kata Kunci: Gargarisma, Infeksi, mulut, Sirih, Sirsak.

Abstract

This study aims to to measure the diversity of the Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) on Sharia compliance. The analysis method used is quantitative, using panel data regression processed with Eviews 12. SSB diversity is measured using the number of SSB members, tenure of SSB members, proportion of female SSB members, educational background of SSB members, and multiple positions held by SSB members. Sharia compliance is measured using items from SSB reports. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling, resulting in 13 Islamic banks in Southeast Asia. The observation period is from 2018 to 2022. The study found that the number of SSB members does not affect Sharia compliance because too many SSB members will incur additional costs from conflicts and coordination. Tenure does not affect Sharia compliance because SSB members who work too long can reduce the quality of SSB report disclosures. The proportion of female SSB members does not affect Sharia compliance because more female SSB members slow down the decision-making process and create differences in responding to risks from a Sharia perspective. The educational background of SSB members does not affect Sharia compliance because most SSB members with doctoral degrees are not in accounting, banking, and economics. Holding multiple positions has a significant positive effect on Sharia compliance because SSB members with multiple positions in other institutions will have better experience and knowledge. Fokus penelitian ini untuk mengukur keberagaman DPS terhadap kepatuhan syariah. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi data panel yang diolah menggunakan Eviews 12. Keberagaman DPS diukur dengan menggunakan jumlah DPS, masa jabatan DPS, proporsi wanita DPS, latar belakang DPS, dan rangkap jabatan DPS. Sedangkan kepatuhan syariah diukur menggunakan item-itemlaporan DPS. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 13 bank syariah di Asia Tenggara. Periode pengamatan diambil dari 2018 sampai 2022. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian variabel jumlah DPS tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan syariah dikarenakan terlalu banyak anggota DPS akan menimbulkan banyak biaya tambahan yang berasal dari konflik dan koordinasi. Masa jabatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan syariah dikarenakan DPS yang terlalu lama kerja dapat menurunkan kualitas dari pengungkapan laporan DPS. Proporsi wanita DPS tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan syariah dikarenakan semakin banyak anggota wanita DPS memperlambat proses pengambilan keputusan dan menimbul perbedaan dalam menanggapi risiko dari segi prinsip syariah. Latar belakang pendidikan DPS tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan syariah dikarenakan kebanyakan anggota DPS yang memiliki gelar doktor bukan dibidang akuntansi, perbankan dan ekonomi. Rangkap jabatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepatuhan syariah dikarenakan anggota DPS yang memiliki rangkap jabatan di lembaga lain akan memiliki pengalaman, pengetahuan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine government policies related to marriage guidance in order to establish family resilience with an Islamic legal philosophy approach. This study used a philosophical approach to Islamic law. The data were collected through literature studies and in-depth interviews. The results of the study indicate that government policy has created a marriage guidance program to increase family resilience. The implementation of marriage guidance in Aceh still faces obstacles from the formulation of the implementation model, the preparation of operational standards, methods, techniques, materials, and time allocation, as well as synergies with other related agencies. Marriage guidance is not an absolute requirement for marriage. Both the provincial Ministry of Religion and the City Regency Ministry of Religion do not periodically evaluate the marriage guidance program. The budget from the government is still minimal, and the need for cooperation between institutions causes the implementation of marriage guidance not to run optimally. However, marriage guidance from the perspective of Islamic legal philosophy aims for the benefit of prospective husband and wife, their families and communities, and even the state, therefore, this program is quite essential. Moreover, it is associated with family resilience, meaning that marriage guidance will strongly influence family resilience.

Abstract

Tanjung Rejo Tourism Village is the only mangrove tourism village in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The priority problem that occurs at the service location is that the people do not yet understand that preserving mangroves can provide prosperity for the community. People still like to cut down mangroves to sell as charcoal or make full-fledged fish ponds. Community’s indifference in preserving mangrove forests can also be caused by their lack of involvement in mangrove forest management. The purpose of holding community service in the Tanjung Rejo is to open the insight of the people regarding the importance of managing mangrove forest resources and in turn will ensure the sustainability of these natural resources. The method is socialization in the form of lectures, discussions and making action plans. The results are community/partners were very enthusiastic about the socialization provided by the PKM Village Development Team. Through the outreach provided, community/partners can understand the concept of sustainable tourism and can develop action plans to implement the sustainable tourism agenda in the Tanjung Rejo Tourism Village. The conclusion and suggestion from the implementation of this PKM is the creation of an action plan to be implemented in Tanjung Rejo village.

Abstract

Hasil Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) dan Rencana Kerja (Renja) Satuan Kerja Pelaksana Kegiatan (SKPK) Kabupaten Bireuen tahun anggaran 2023, telah diusulkan 16 paket pemeliharaan berkala jalan dengan total rencana anggaran sebesar Rp. 58.880.000.000,00 Namun, keterbatasan anggaran membuat pemerintah tidak dapat mengakomodasi seluruh usulan, sehingga diperlukan prioritas pemeliharaan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria yang dominan perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pemeliharaan berkala jalan dan urutan prioritas pemeliharaan berkala jalan di Kabupaten Bireuen. Kriteria yang ditinjau ada 6 yaitu panjang pemeliharaan, kondisi jalan, rencana anggaran, aksesibilitas, kependudukan, dan fasilitas sosial. Alternatif yang ditinjau sebanyak 16 ruas jalan di Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada 3 stakeholders. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Multi Kriteria (AMK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang dominan perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pemeliharaan berkala jalan adalah kriteria rencana anggaran dengan nilai bobot kriteria rata-rata sebesar 0,34. Urutan prioritas utama dalam pemeliharaan berkala jalan adalah Jalan Pasar Ikan Lama Matang sebagai prioritas 1 dengan kinerja alternatif (Pi) sebesar 6,93, Jalan Krueng Panjoe – Bugak sebagai prioritas 2 dengan Pi sebesar 4,74, dan Jalan Simpang Tambue – Keude Pandrah sebagai prioritas 3 dengan Pi sebesar 3,89.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, halal awareness, and word of mouth on purchasing decisions for moen-moen steak in Depok city, using primary data with questionnaires distributed to Muslim communities aged ≥ 17 years who have bought and consumed moen-moen steak products at Depok city branches. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. Respondents in this study totaled 115 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.0.8 software. The results of this study state that partially halal awareness and word of mouth have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, while lifestyle has no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle, halal awareness, and word of mouth together (simultaneously) have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Moen-Moen Steak in Depok city.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance (GCG)—measured by the sharia supervisory board (SSB), board of commissioners (BoC), and institutional ownership—along with firm size and profitability on earnings management. This study employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis. The data used is secondary data, consisting of annual and financial reports published by Islamic commercial banks. The study focuses on Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia from 2015 to 2022, with a total sample of 9 banks and 72 observations obtained through a purposive sampling technique. The results indicate that the SSB and BoC variables do not significantly affect earnings management. In contrast, institutional ownership, firm size, and profitability negatively affect earnings management
