Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of defense offset as a strategy to address the gap in the supply of materials and technology for fighter aircraft among countries. In this context, the gap arises due to the complexity and high costs associated with fighter aircraft development. Many countries, particularly those with limited technological and manufacturing capabilities, face challenges in acquiring and developing advanced aircraft. This gap negatively impacts their defense capability enhancement efforts. Therefore, the concept of defense offset emerges as a potential solution. Defense offset is a strategy in which foreign aircraft manufacturers provide compensation in the form of technology transfer, investment in the local defense industry, or research and development collaboration to the purchasing country. Through steps such as identifying material and technological needs, planning clear offset agreements, transferring relevant technology, developing the local industry, supplying materials, research and development collaboration, as well as monitoring and evaluation, the implementation of defense offset can be optimized. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving a literature study to gain in-depth information about defense offset implementation and its impact on the material and technology gap in fighter aircraft. The results include the identification of factors influencing the success of defense offset implementation, political, economic, and strategic implications, as well as the benefits obtained by purchasing countries. In conclusion, through the optimization of defense offset, purchasing countries can reduce the gap in materials and technology for fighter aircraft, enhance domestic defense industry, and strengthen national defense capabilities. With the right strategy, defense offset can be an effective tool in addressing the gap in fighter aircraft material and technology, thereby fortifying national defense.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami metode mind mapping dan perannya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian dilakukan karena siswa kelas IV SDN Cigasong I, tempat peneliti mengajar, mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal yang menuntut berpikir kreatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber bacaan terkait pembelajaran yang menggunakan mind mapping dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Penelitian difokuskan pada membuat rancangan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) metode mind mapping, untuk mata pelajaran IPA yang berfokus pada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang mencakup kemampuan menampilkan keaslian (originality), kemampuan menampilkan kelancaran (fluency), dan kemampuan melengkapi penguraian (elaboration). Penelitian ini secara detail menjelaskan tahap pembuatan mind mapping, pembuatan RPP mind mapping, serta menyampaikan tantangan dan solusi yang mungkin dihadapi guru dalam pelaksanaannya. Analisis data adalah deskriptif analisis yang dilakukan dengan membuat catatan kritis, memberi kode kategori, membuat chart, dan memberi stabilo atas bahan-bahan bacaan yang terkait dengan mind mapping dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan RPP yang detail dan komprehensif tentang mind mapping, agar dapat membantu guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang terkait dengan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah panduan bagi guru yang akan menerapkan metode mind mapping dalam pembelajaran khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPA di SD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies and constraints of Indonesia's defense policy in responding to the development of China's military base construction in the South China Sea. Data obtained through literature study and interviews with informants, then analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of this study can be concluded that Indonesia's current defense strategy has not been concretely described and the problems found in the formulation of Indonesian policies have yet to be found a solution because there are still egos and differences in interests among policy makers, the solution requires commitment from the Ministry of Defense, TNI Headquarters, and Main Command to faithfully adhere to execute all planning and road map that were prepared together.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan bahasa Indonesia merupakan salah satu pendidikan yang diselenggarakan di tingkat sekolah pada semua jenjang,mulai dari pendidikan tingkat dasar hingga pendidikan tingkat tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan prestasi belajar siswa dalam keterampilan berbahasa khusunya kemampuan menulis cerpen,dan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat keefektifitasan penggunaan model pembelajaran PBL (Problem Based Learning) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen siswa kelas IV SD (Sekolah Dasar). Manfaat penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan gairah belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Menulis adalah salah satu keterampilan berbahasa dalam bahasa Indonesia yang harus dikuasai oleh masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya masyarakat pelajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua kelas IV, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini di ambil 1 kelas yang terdiri dari siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemampuan menulis cerpen sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL (Problem Based Learning) nilia rata-rata siswa pada tahap prasiklus yaitu 48,83, setelah di berikan pembelajaran menulis cerpen dengan model pembelajaran PBL (Problem Based Learning) pada tahap  siklus 1 nilai rata-rata siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu 57,68 termasuk kategori sedang dengan skor maksimal yang dapat diperoleh siswa 81, sedangkan pada siklus 2 nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 78,4 termasuk kategori cukup bagus. Setelah dilakukan analisis hasil pembelajaran pada siklus I dan II ternyata model pembelajaran PBL (Problem Based Learning)  sangat efektif dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen. hal ini dapat di lihat dari kriteria ketuntasan siklus 1 ke siklus II meningkat 20%. This research aims to improve students' learning abilities and achievements in language skills, especially the ability to write short stories, and to describe the level of effectiveness of using the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model in improving the short story writing abilities of fourth grade elementary school (Primary School) students. The benefit of this research is to increase students' passion for learning in learning Indonesian. Writing is one of the language skills in Indonesian that must be mastered by Indonesian people, especially students. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK). The population of this study was all class IV, while the sample for this study was taken from 1 class consisting of students. The data collection techniques used are tests, observation and documentation. The ability to write short stories before using the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model, the average value of students at the pre-cycle stage was 48.83, after being taught to write short stories using the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model at cycle 1 stage, the average value of the students experienced an increase, namely 57.68, including the medium category with the maximum score that students could obtain 81, while in cycle 2 the average student score was 78.4, including the quite good category. After analyzing the learning outcomes in cycles I and II, it turned out that the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model was very effective in learning to write short stories. This can be seen from the criteria for completing cycle 1 to cycle II increasing by 20%. The form of implementing the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model to improve the short story writing ability of class IV students at SDN 2 Pringgajurang, East Lombok was declared successful.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the results of the evaluation and follow-up from the evaluation of the Islamic Religious Education learning process at Muhammadiyah Glenmore Vocational School with the CIPP Model developed by Stufflebeam. This research uses a qualitative approach and evaluative research type with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) evaluation model. The research data sources are school principals, PAI subject educators and student representatives. The main data from this research was obtained through descriptive analysis, with a data collection process through observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data was analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the following results were obtained which were analyzed and adapted to the evaluation instrument for the implementation of national education standards. In the context evaluation by assessing aspects of curriculum components and program management planning, good results were obtained with a percentage score of 81.25%; In the input evaluation with an assessment in terms of procurement aspects, the condition of infrastructure and academic facilities for educators and students, a good percentage of 75% was obtained; In the process evaluation by assessing aspects of the equipment, learning process and teacher competency, good results were obtained with a percentage of 83.33; In product evaluation by assessing implementation aspects, the results of the assessment and competency of graduates obtained good results in the field with a percentage of 75%. These results show that the evaluation of the PAI learning process using the CIPP model at SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Glenmore is in the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman orang tua dalam mendidik anak sejak dini serta kurangnya kesadaran orang tua berdampak pada perkembangan agama pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak sejak dini untuk mewujudkan generasi Islam berkemajuan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber kepustakaan baik buku ataupun artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) yang mana peneliti mengkaji dan menelaah secara mendalam isi informasi baik tertulis ataupun cetak. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa orang tua merupakan pendidikan pertama bagi seorang anak. Perkembangan agama seorang anak sangat bergantung pada peran orang tua dalam mendidik anaknya sejak dini. Baik dalam mendidik secara langsung ataupun memberikan lingkungan yang baik untuk anak nya. Maka dari itu orang tua perlu memiliki kesadaran serta memahami dan mempelajari terkait konsep dalam mendidik anak untuk mewujudkan generasi Islam berkemajuan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dari berbagai lembaga pendidikan serta tenaga pendidikan tentang bagaimana penting nya peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak sejak dini untuk mewujudkan generasi Islam berkemajuan.

Abstract

The research aims to discuss community service and concern for earthquake victims that occurred in Cianjur. Want to analyze the process of community service for victims of the Cianjur earthquake and want to know the level of concern from volunteers for the victims of the Cianjur earthquake. The research method uses a qualitative approach that describes the phenomena observed at the research location. The technique of collecting data is through direct field surveys for victims of the Cianjur disaster. Interviews by asking questions of volunteers and disaster victims, who were visited at the service location. Documentation studies of television media and internet media, information from volunteers, officials and other communities. Results and conclusions: (1). In the implementation of community service and concern from community volunteers from West Java, Banten and Jakarta to help and lighten their burden, from various institutions and communities. With various vehicles carrying aid in the form of food supplies, clothes, medicines and in the form of funds for the Cianjur earthquake victims. (2). Implementation of community service through education for school-age children in the form of education on traumatic healing, reading and writing the Koran, giving light questions about learning, singing, giving gifts of toys and food in the form of textbooks, dolls and other toys. Community service in the form of road repairs and lighting for power outages. Distribution of groceries, women's clothing, men's clothing and children's clothing, free medical and health care.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan TIK yang pesat di satu sisi memberikan banyak kemudahan, namun di sisi lain seringkali menimbulkan banyak masalah. Selain itu, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi juga menuntut manusia untuk menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Oleh karena itu, siswa harus memiliki kemampuan menggunakan ICT (Technology Literate) dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah secara kreatif. Untuk itu diperlukan model pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan keterampilan pemecahan masalah, berpikir kreatif, dan penguasaan teknologi. Integrasi model kelas terbalik dengan pembelajaran berbasis masalah yang diperkuat dengan teknik DO IT merupakan salah satu model alternatif yang akan dikembangkan. Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut, penelitian ini akan mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan model pembelajaran flipped classroom yang diperkuat dengan penerapan teknik DO IT. Model pembelajaran tersebut disebut Model Pembelajaran Terbalik Berbasis Masalah (Model PBFL). Dalam mewujudkan model ini, penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan Gall and Borg. Saat ini penelitian pengembangan sampai pada tahap revisi berdasarkan hasil telaah ahli pembelajaran.Abstract: The rapid development of ICT, on the one hand, provides many conveniences, but on the other hand, it often causes many problems. Furthermore, the development of science and technology also requires humans to be lifelong learners. Therefore, students must have the ability to use ICT (Technology Literate) and the ability to solve problems creatively. For this reason, a learning model is needed that integrates problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and mastery of technology. The integration of the flipped classroom model with problem-based learning reinforced with DO IT techniques is one of the alternative models to be developed. Based on these needs, this research will develop a learning model that integrates a problem-based learning model with a flipped classroom learning model, which is strengthened by applying to DO IT techniques. The learning model is called the Problem-Based Flipped Learning Model (PBFL Model). In realizing this model, research was conducted using the Gall and Borg development research model. Currently, development research is up to the revision stage based on the results of a learning expert review.
