Abstract

 Jasa pengiriman barang sekarang ini semakin berkembang seiring pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat dalam berbelanja online maupun mengirimkan barang pada orang lain. Dalam persaingannya yang semakin ketat, perusahaan dituntut untuk memberikan produk/jasa yang berkualitas, sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi operasi perusahaan dan dampak implementasi strategi operasi terhadap daya saing perusahaan iD Express Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pihak-pihak iD Express Manado. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif menggunakan Model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan iD Express Manado telah mengimplementasikan strategi operasi dengan baik, ditinjau dari indikator strategi operasi yaitu efisiensi biaya, kualitas, pengiriman dan fleksibilitas. Sehingga dampak implementasi strategi operasi terhadap daya saing perusahaan, dapat dilihat dari biaya pengiriman barang yang cukup bersaing, kualitas pelayanan yang baik dengan memaksimalkan pengiriman barang setiap harinya, waktu pengiriman barang juga tergolong cepat, semua opsi pengiriman barang yang sudah termasuk pengiriman express dan keberhasilan perusahaan yang terukur dari barang yang dikirim setiap harinya yaitu 80% barang sudah sampai ke tangan penerima. Kata Kunci: strategi operasi, daya saing, id express.

Abstract

 This study aims to figure out the influence of democratic leadership style and motivation on performance partially and simultaneously. The population in this research is 42. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are used as samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS 29.0 program. The results show that partially democratic leadership style does not have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Sabhara Members at Tomohon Police. However, there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on the performance of Sabhara Members at Tomohon Police. Whereas simultaneously democratic leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of SABHARA members at Tomohon resort police.   Keywords: democratic leadership style, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of social media marketing on brand equity and consumer response in luxury fashion brands, especially in Manado, Indonesia. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) in this study. This study used a questionnaire to collect data from luxury fashion brand users by distributing it to female consumers of luxury fashion brands in Manado. The findings suggest the test results that have been conducted that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on the brand equity of luxury brands. The test results show that brand equity affects consumer responses as measured by brand preference, consumer willingness to pay premium prices, brand loyalty, and commitment to maintaining a relationship with a brand, especially luxury fashion brands.   Keywords: social media marketing, brand equity, consumer response

Abstract

Sumbe rdaya manusia sangat penting untuk berjalannya suatu organisasi, tanpa sumberdaya manusia, organisasi tidak akan berjalan dengan optimal. Dalam persaingan disaat ini perusahaan sangat memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan berkualitas, dengan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten serta berkualitas, seluruh organisasi bisnis dapar menyesuaikan diri serta menguatkan diri di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe asosiatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus sampling (sampling jenuh). Dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 orang, dan semuanya digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizatioanl citizenship behavior di UPTD P3LLAJ Dinas Perhubungan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.   Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Sektor pertanian memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Salah satu produk pertanian yang memiliki potensi besar adalah komoditas tomat yang digunakan secara luas dalam pengolahan makanan, minuman, dan bahan kosmetik. Permintaan pasar terhadap komoditas tomat sangat tinggi sehingga menciptakan peluang yang bisnis yang cukup tinggi. Rantai pasokan mencakup semua tahapan aktivitas dan unit bisnis untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model dan kinerja rantai pasokan komoditas tomat di Desa Tumaratas. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model rantai pasokan komoditas tomat di Desa Tumaratas melibatkan beberapa pihak mulai dari petani, pengepul, pedagang, sampai konsumen. Setiap pihak yang terlibat memiliki peran penting dalam keberlangsungan rantai pasokan tomat di Desa Tumaratas, dan proses produksi oleh petani di lakukan dengan menanam bibit, memindakan ke lahan, melakukan perawatan agar tumbuh baik, panen, distribusi hasil panen ke lokasi penampungan, penyortiran, dan penjualan kepada pengepul dan pedagang, dan terakhir ke konsumen. Namun, kinerja rantai pasokan di Desa Tumaratas masih mengalami kendala seperti biaya produksi yang tinggikarena bahan baku mahal, kemudian efisiensi waktu distribusi masih rendah. Kualitas produksi tomat yang baik di desa Tumaratas perlu disertai dengan rantai pasokan yang efisien untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Abstract

Generation Z, the newest in the workplace shows different characteristics from the previous generation. Where, there is still lack of information regarding to retain Generation Z, makes it difficult to determining the most effective retention strategy for this generation. This study aims to analyze the retention strategy used by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch Manado in retaining Generation Z employees in the workplace, assessed based on the company low turnover rate indicating the success of the strategy and retention practices implemented. This study used a qualitative method with a purposive sampling technique. This sample uses 3 Management and 5 Generation Z employees as the informants. Data collection was carried out by using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and secondary data or triangulation were also conducted and act as validity test to complete this study. From the findings, there are 5 strategies used, such as: 1). Organizational Culture, 2). Technology Digital 3). Employer Branding, 4). Development, 5). Remuneration & Benefits as strategies and practices used to retain Generation Z employees in the workplace. The results obtained show that all succeed in motivating and determining Generation Z employees’ decision to retain at PT. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana: 1) penerapan Standard Operating Procedure petugas frontliner Bank Rakyat Indonesia unit Unsrat, 2) kualitas pelayanan petugas frontliner Bank Rakyat Indonesia unit Unsrat, dan 3) Penerapan Standard Operating Procedure memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan petugas frontliner BRI unit UNSRAT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Standard Operating Procedure telah diterapkan dengan baik oleh petugas frontliner Bank Rakyat Indonesia unit UNSRAT, 2) kualitas pelayanan petugas frontliner BRI unit UNSRAT baik, dan 3) Penerapan Standard Operating Procedure memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan petugas frontliner BRI unit UNSRAT dengan berbagai cara.   Kata Kunci: penerapan standard operating procedure, kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the roles of perceived ease of use and price perception on repurchase intention, study the case of customers of InDrive in Manado. This research is qualitative research using a case study approach. Primary data was gathered from a semi-structured interview of 13 informants that used InDrive at least once as the sample who were chosen using convenience sampling. The data was analyzed through qualitative data analysis. Narrative analysis was used to analyze the relationships in the research variables. The results show that relationship between perceived ease of use and price perception are partial and simultaneously gives positive impact on repurchase intention. However, the perceived ease of use has an indirect impact on repurchase intention meanwhile price perception has direct impact on repurchase intention. This research suggests that InDrive establish well-defined protocols and robust systems is important to address these concerns and ensure a safer and more reliable experience for users.   Keywords: online transportation, perceived ease of use, price perception, repurchase intention, perceived usefulness, and security

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work environment on turnover intention at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Sudirman. This study uses a population as a sample, where the total number of respondents is 86 employees. This research was carried out using quantitative methods and data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The research results show that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, while the work environment has no effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work environment have an influence on employee turnover intention at PT. Abstract

One way for consumers to know whether the products offered are green and environmentally friendly products is by doing green marketing. By applying green marketing as their strategy, they are helping to make the world became greener and safer for the future and up to some extent they are delivering their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by producing their products in an environmentally friendly way for the welfare of the environment and for the customers as a whole. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of Green Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility Practices  on Consumer Purchase Intention in Manado (Study Case: Starbucks Coffee). The data was collected through an online survey questionnaire using purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents and analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by using SPSS software. The research show that there is a positive and significant influence between Green Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility Practices on Consumer Purchase Intention.   Keywords: green marketing, corporate social responsibility, consumer purchase intention
