Abstract

Penggunaan Metode Diskusi Untuk meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pada masa pendemi covid – 19 Siswa X OTKP Tahun 2021/2022. Hasil belajar Kearsipan siswa X OTKP masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Hambatan dapat berasal dari guru dan siswa itu sendiri. Hambatan dari guru antara lain guru menggunakan metode secara monoton. Sebagai guru harus variatif memilih metode atau model pembelajaran sehingga proses belajar mengajar dapat berlangsung dengan aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan. Sedang hambatan dari siswa antara lain: motivasi belajar siswa rendah; kreatifitas siswa dalam pembelajaran masih kurang dan disebabkan pembatasan pergerakan manusia, pada masa pandemi ini guru dituntut untuk kreatif memilih metode pembelajaran yang aktif yang merangsang siswa agar hasil belajar meningkat Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam memahami konsep pelajaran produktif yang perlu menggunakan Metode Diskusi. Dengan menggunakan Metode Diskusi kemampuan siswa dalam memahami pelajaran produktif Administrasi Perkantoran diharapkan dapat meningkat. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan sumbangan informasi dan pemikiran tentang bagaimana Metode Diskusi digunakan dalam pembelajaran . Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan prestasi siswa dalam mata pelajaran Produktif . Dengan demikian untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih berkualitas maka perlu menggunakan Metode Diskusi dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The study aimed at finding out the development of Ascaridia galli (A. gall) eggs that were given aerator treatment and those without aerator treatment into infective eggs and L2 through in vitro culture. Each treatments has 108,000 eggs assigned to 8 groups of 1,000; 2,000; 3,000; 4,000; 5,000; 6,000; 7,000; and 8,000 eggs, respectively with 3 repetitions. Female A. galli were collected from the small intestinal lumen of naturally infected domestic chickens. The eggs collected from the uterus of adult female A. galli were incubated in sterile aquadest at ambient temperature for 45 days (without aerator) and 25 days (with aerator) to obtain the infective eggs and the L2. The number of the infective eggs and hatched L2 were counted under stereo microscope. Data were analysed descriptively. There were 97.740 eggs (90.5%) in the groups without aerator developed into infective eggs and 77,040 eggs (71.3%) developed into the L2. Meanwhile, there were 101,847 eggs (94.3%) in the groups with the aerator developed into the infective eggs and88.722 eggs (82.15%) hatched L2. It is concluded that the eggs collected from worms uterus had high viability and the aerator application shortened the developing period of the A. galli worms.

Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the morphology and morphometry of Haemonchus contortus in goats. Adult female parasites were collected from abomasum of naturally infected goats and stored in lactophenol. Images of the parasite were acquired using lucida camera and measurement was performed using Axiovision LE software. Basic characters of the morphology and morphometry of Haemonchus spp. were identified by determining the value of the discriminant function of three parameters on spicule. Vulvar morphology was identified by vulvar flap shape. Data were presented in terms of mean, standard deviation, and percentage. A hundred percent of the parasites were H. contortus with discriminant function value 0.63. The size of female parasites was longer and wider (25.5-32.6 mm; 0.38-0.63 mm) than that of male ones (17.3-20.0 mm; 0.24-0.33 mm). There were only 2 varieties of vulvar flap, linguiform (81%), and knobbed (19%). There were 5 subclasses identified in the linguiform type, including linguiform A (39%), linguiform B (22%), linguiform C (17%), linguiform I (1%), and a new subclass of linguiform D (2%). Based on the the type of vulvar flap, H. contortus found in goats in Yogyakarta were different to those found in previous researches. The findings could be used in identifying the parasite species in small ruminants.

Abstract

This present project was carried out to determine the effect of apus bamboo (Gigantochloaapus )leaves infusion to mortality rate and morphometry of Haemonchus contortus adult worms in vitro. The formulated tools were collected through camera, 3 ml syringe, object glass, deck glass, mortar, drip dropper, waterbath, microscope, stopwatch, counter check, oven, erlenmeyer flask, electric scale, surgical scissor, and pipette. The allocated materials used in this studywere bamboo leaves infusion, Haemonchus contortus adult worms, aquadestilata, ethanol and NaCl 0.62%. The research was firstly concernedwith making 0.1% and 1% apus bamboo leaves infusion. The samples were obtained from Haemonchus contortus collection. Adult worms were obtained directly from abomasum of naturally infected goats that were cut at Animal Slaughter House (RPH). To investigate the matter, mortality rates of adult worms at various doses and times of observation as well as differences in Haemonchus contortus morphometry were analyzed using ANOVA. The findings disclosed that apus bamboo leaves infusion demonstrated a significant difference in the mortality rate of adult worms Haemonchus contortusat various doses and times of observation. This report presented the findings of research that the best dose to increase the mortality of worms was 1% bamboo leaves infusion. Moreover, apus bamboo leaves infusion affected the morphometry of Haemonchus contortus adult worms, especially in body length, cervical papilla width, and spicules length in males, and body length, cervical papilla width, and vulvar length in females.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the interpretation of nationalism from the songs "Reality in the World Fantasy" by the music group Koil and Impresi by the "Pas Band" through the dialectic of interpreting displayed in the songs of the two bands. In addition, this study seeks to find the correlation of Pas Band and Koil's works with social reality to find out the philosophical impact obtained from the listeners, so that through them they can observe the understanding of the musical appreciator nationalism of the two bands who are also Indonesian citizens. The study uses Paul Ricoeur's hermeneutic theory in interpreting text (lyrics) and constructed aesthetic attributes such as screaming, video clips, relevant art work, and reactions of appreciators who listen to songs from Koil and Pas Band musical works. The research method is a qualitative description that takes an inventory of the works of the two bands and Paul Riseour's hermeneutic literature as secondary data. The results of this study are expected to find the meaning of nationalism that is stored in the works of Koil and Pas Band, as well as identify the nationalism of the music appreciators, the majority of whom are the younger generation as agents of the future and are responsible for the relay of the process of developing a nationalist mentality in order to maintain the unity of Indonesia.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital telah melahirkan diskusi panjang mengenai aktivisme digital, terutama berkaitan dengan politik di Indonesia. Tak terkecuali gerakan feminis Indonesia turut masuk kedalam ruang-ruang digital untuk memperluas penyebaran kesadaran akan kesetaraan gender. Namun demikian, diskusi mengenai fenomena aktivisme feminis Islam di ruang digital atau pada situs jejaring masih terbatas. Padahal meluasnya penggunaan teknologi digital yang berbasiskan pada media sosial telah merambah ke berbagai pelosok daerah, budaya serta agama. Konten atau materi yang disajikan secara spesisik di media sosial tidak lantas berwajah positif saja tetapi berbagai kasus yang membahayakan jiwa perempuan pun ikut masuk di dalamnya. Eksploitasi yang mengarah pada kekerasan seksual seperti KDRT, perdagangan perempuan, pelecehan seksual berbasis gambar dan video dan sejumlah kasus lainnya hadir melalui akun-akun yang menggunakan platform media sosia. Kasus-kasus kekerasan seksual berbasis media digital berbeda dengan yang terjadi secara langsung yang tanpa melibatkan teknologi. Atas dasar kebutuhan pertolongan dan edukasi kesetaraan gender yang semakin kompleks juga telah mendorong para aktivis feminis, lintas generasi, lintas agama dan lintasdaerah untuk ikut terlibat di dalamnya. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian observasi konten posting, penelitian ini akan menyoroti konten akun aktivis kesetaraan gender muslim di media sosial yaitu Instagram yang dikelola oleh feminis muslim, Kalis Mardiasih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karya sastra dengan alam. Memfokuskan pada pembahasan aspek alam dan budaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu deskriptif analitis. Subjek penelitian yaitu cerpen "Tentang Desir", "Yunus dan Sang Paus", dan "Percakapan Gagak dan Rusa" dalam kumpulan cerpen Tentang Desir karya Gladhys Elliona. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membaca cerpen yang memiliki unsur-unsur alam dan mencatat diksi, frasa, dan klausa yang berkaitan dengan alam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga hubungan karya sastra dengan alam yakni: (1) hubungan karya sastra dengan upaya pelestarian alam, digambarkan oleh perilaku tokoh berupa menanam dan merawat berbagai jenis tanaman obat, melindungi hewan paus dan rusa sebagai wujud cinta lingkungan; (2) hubungan karya sastra dengan upaya pemanfaatan alam sebagai sumber kehidupan manusia, direpresentasikan oleh perilaku tokoh melalui pemanfaatan berbagai jenis tanaman obat untuk pengobatan herbal dan pemanfaatan hewan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan sehari-hari; dan (3) hubungan karya sastra dengan tradisi dan kepercayaan leluhur.

Abstract

The research has analyzed the intellectual capital effect of the Islamic insurance company’s financial performance. Intellectual capital is quantified by VAICTM (Value Added Intellectual Capital), for efficiency components are physical capital coefficient (VACA), human capital coefficient (VAHU), and structural capital coefficient (STVA). Financial performance is quantified by ROA and RBC. Data is given from seven Islamic insurance companies during 2009-2013. Data analysis used is PLS (Partial Least Square). The result shows that intellectual capital factors had an affect the company’s financial performance. Intellectual capital relation to financial performance parameter value estimated coefficient 0,845 with t-statistic 46,771. VAICTM enables to elucidate financial performance variable 71, 6%, is by finding the R-square PERF value (financial performance) 0,716.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v7i2.1696

Abstract

Listening is one of the skills in English Learning. Listening can be practiced by many media, like radio, audio music, listening while watching video, or listening to podcasts. Listening to podcasts is one of the popular and common ways to practice English listening skills. Listening to podcasts is simple and flexible to use every time everywhere, which makes many people like to listen to pod- casts. This study aims to investigate the use of podcasts for lis- tening strategies to improve speaking skills. 24 students partici- pated in this study from the University of Islam Malang in 2 and 4 grade in the English Department. The research design from this study uses data collection from a questionnaire involving 20 items scored 10 questions in yes or no choice and 10 questions scored on a five-point Likert response scale. Data analysis will be con- ducted using a descriptive approach, which to describe the find- ings from the questionnaire and identify patterns or trends that may emerge from students' responses to the use of podcasts in listening strategies. The results of this study indicate that the ma- jority of participants considered the use of podcasts as a listening strategy to improve speaking skills. Most of the participants of this study agreed that the podcast can help them and make it easier to listen skills comprehension, acquire new vocabulary, be- come accustomed to listening skills, and Improve speaking skills by practicing some content or accent in the podcast. Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji representasi tubuh perempuan dalam tiga sinema horor Indonesia karya Joko Anwar, yaitu Pengabdi Setan (2017), Perempuan Tanah Jahanam (2019), dan Ratu Ilmu Hitam (2019) yang menempatkan tubuh perempuan dalam dimensi honour (pesona) dan horor (teror). Dalam perspektif fenomenologi agama (Eliade, Otto), teori monstrous feminine (Creed), dan maternal horror (Winda), artikel ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana tubuh perempuan berperan sebagai hierofani yang memunculkan mysterium tremendum et fascinans, simbol pengorbanan, manifestasi kekuatan gaib, dan representasi ambivalensi dalam kosmologi Jawa. Kajian tekstual dan sinematografi mengungkapkan dialektika antara patriarki, trauma kolektif, dan resistensi. Relevansi kajian ini terletak pada kontribusinya pada studi gender dan kultur di Indonesia, di mana narasi horor dalam sinema Indonesia merefleksikan dan membentuk persepsi publik mengenai jati diri perempuan. Tubuh perempuan ditarik dalam dua kutub paradoksal, antara yang sakral dan profan; antara honour dan horor.
