Abstract

ABSTRACT: Changes in the fulfillment of student competencies in the study program are increasingly massive. Universities are required to be able to be more adaptive and flexible in responding to any changes quickly as well as the ability to detect changes that occur early. This study aims to analyse the transformation of student competencies based on the entrepreneurship curriculum which is discussed in the context of independent learning. The method used in this study was a literature review of 133 articles published in Scopus-indexed journals. This research also used the background of the education management study program at the State University of Surabaya. The results of the study found that to realize the entrepreneurship curriculum in the study program, several aspects are needed, namely: managerial, organizational, 21st-century skills, and the learning process.Keywords: student competence, independent learning, entrepreneurship-based curriculum

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between innovative work behavior and leadership within organizations through a systematic literature review. Using a systematic review approach, this study analyzes 66 relevant articles from the Scopus database. The findings reveal that leadership styles such as transformational, spiritual, and authentic leadership positively impact innovative behavior. Additionally, mediating and moderating factors, such as job satisfaction and psychological capital, significantly contribute to the leadership-innovation link. However, the literature review is limited by its reliance on the Scopus database, which may exclude relevant studies from other databases or non-indexed sources, potentially introducing selection bias. Despite this, the research lays a solid foundation for future studies and provides practical insights for leaders aiming to promote innovation within their organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to systematically review existing research regards Turnover Intention in organization. Besides, the purpose of writing this article is to find out the factors that cause Turnover, so that companies can anticipate and maintain existing human resources. Because the issue of Turnover Intention is a very big thing at this time also detrimental to the company such as loss. All articles that cited have been systematically review by author. Author filtered with quality of articles from Q1 until Q2, it will strengthen the validity and reliability of articles that will be reviewed. The findings from our study indicate that research using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method shows various variables that can support Turnover Intention. Antecedent variables that come from external factors, namely organization, culture, leadership and internal factors. In addition, there are mediating and moderating variables that can strengthen the relationship between antecedents and Turnover Intention, for example trust in supervisor, commitment, job embeddedness. The review has several limitations that require further research. Conduct research focused only on certain sectors, so that it will be more visible the appropriate culture to implement Turnover-related problem solving.

Abstract

Sidoharjo Village, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region has extraordinary natural resources. In addition, the village has 2 (two) superior products, namely Coffee known as Menoreh Coffee with its rich flavor and Cassava Chips with various flavors. Unfortunately, the marketing is still not optimal. The results of the initial survey were the lack of knowledge and skills about Whatsapp and Instagram for marketing media. The Community Service Team of S1 Management FEB Universitas Airlangga has developed a training and mentoring program for Rumah Mandiri MSMEs to be able to transform into digital marketing. Training and mentoring was carried out from October to December 2024. The results obtained by participants began to show changes in the preparation of posts, image quality, making captions on their social media accounts. It is hoped that after this community service program, MSMEs can be more independent and routine in utilizing their social media to achieve a wider marketing target.

Abstract

This article examines the frugal innovation. Innovation is considered very important so that organization or company can survive. The business industry often faces dynamic change, so the frugal innovation is considered as solution for that. Frugal Innovation uses the limited resource so that consumen can buy with affordable price. The implementation frugal innovation has done in some countries like China and Pakistan. Implementation of frugal innovation at sector of organization or micro small and medium enterprise cannot be separated from the role of leader. Sustainable leadership has influence to the implementation of frugal innovation. It is because sustainable leadership is focus to the purpose and long-term vision of the organization. It will influence to the implementation of frugal innovation. Impelementation of innovation must be consistent and long term. Innovation is a process that aims to create new knowledge and develop workable solutions. This method is used systematic literature review by indentifying twentyone relevant articles taken from the Scopus database which were analyzed. The steps include identifying, screening and eligibility. The results of this research indicate that frugal innovation can be implemented in organizations, companies or micro small and medium enterprises. Impelementing frugal innovation has good impact for organization, company and micro small and medium enterprise. Organization, company and micro small and medium enterprise must survive and adaptive, so that they do and impelement innovation for overcoming the dynamic change. Impelementing innovation can improve the performance of organization or company. This can make organization, company and micro small and medium enterprise can be competitive in the business industry. Frugal innovation is one of the ways to make organizations, companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises gain a competitive advantage in the business industry. This is because frugal innovation can create a more inclusive market because it changes product design, modifies business models, reconfigures the value chain, and satisfies users with limited affordability with a more sustainable approach. The implementation of frugal innovation is also environmentally friendly.

Abstract

The 2006 hot mudflow disaster in Sidoarjo, Indonesia, triggered significant social, political, economic, and administrative challenges for both the local government and the affected communities. Among the impacts, several villages and hamlets no longer met the criteria for territorial and population standards, necessitating an urgent resolution to prevent further socio-economic complications and ensure the optimization of government services. This situation has implications for both local governance and population administration. This research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing secondary data analysis to evaluate the policy response to the villages and hamlets impacted by the mud disaster in Sidoarjo Regency. The findings reveal that the local government has implemented mitigation processes for the affected areas in alignment with the prevailing regulations. However, various policy outcomes were identified, including administrative, governmental, economic, social, cultural, and environmental impacts. Notably, the top-down approach to village and district amalgamation presents anomalies that should prompt the Central Government to reassess its policy-making processes, ensuring that future decisions are more inclusive of community involvement. Additionally, the Sidoarjo Regency Government is urged to monitor and facilitate the long-term sustainability of the policy’s effects, ensuring that administrative and social cohesion is achieved in the merged areas. This research contributes to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) #11, which seeks to foster inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable cities and communities.

Abstract

The challenge of online learning in higher education is that there is often a lack of focus on students taking part in lectures, which causes a loss of learning. This study aims to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of the co-construction online learning model in early childhood education management courses. The research method uses a research and development approach with the ADDIE model. Data collection was carried out by interviews, questionnaires, and observations on 88 students taking early childhood education management courses. Product feasibility testing was carried out from questionnaire data analysis on 10 statement items using a four-rating scale, while observations and interviews were used to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the co-construction online learning model. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive and quantitative techniques to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of implementing the co-construction online learning model. The results of the study in the electronic feasibility test for teaching materials achieved a score of 71.4%, which means it is feasible and does not need revision. While the effectiveness test was carried out twice with different timeframes, in the first data collection there were 73% of active students, then it increased in the second data collection with 88% of active students. This increase is to Skinner's theory of operant conditioning learning, where individual behavior is influenced by the repetition of actions received.

Abstract

In the public sector's modernization process, advances in ICTs play a pivotal role. The government's ability to succeed during times of change hinges on providing high-quality services and maintaining public trust. Effective marketing strategies and IT implementation can significantly enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and public perception of public services. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this study investigates the literature on marketing strategies, governance, public services, trust, and organizational change in the public sector. 10 articles identified through Publish or Perish met the research criteria and provided thematic and quantitative analyzes to substantiate the findings. This review underscores the potent role of information technology and persuasive marketing in enhancing service quality and bolstering public trust. The data collected reveals that governments employ technological innovations to improve services and overcome challenges. Coordinating IT and marketing strategies in the public sector improves service quality, builds public trust, and increases flexibility. Creating effective marketing plans and maximizing IT spending can significantly enhance operational effectiveness, build a positive public service reputation, and ultimately lead to increased public confidence and adaptability. Abstract

Companies most likely give a great deal of attention to workers' performance, as they should be doing. Employees need to be taken into consideration since they are highly crucial to building productivity and profitability, which, in turn, may have repercussions for the success of a business. However, these results will only occur with excellent performance from employees. This research was conducted to know whether self-efficacy and transformational leadership partially or simultaneously affect job performance. Participants in this study were randomly selected from PT. Panca Mitra Multiprima. In this research project, a random sampling approach was used to collect data, and 128 samples were obtained. Meanwhile, we used a questionnaire that had previously been tested for validity and reliability for data collection purposes. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was the method of choice for data mining. According to research findings, transformational leadership and self-efficacy have an excellent effect on work performance, but only transformational leadership is significant. Self-efficacy, on the other hand, is not significant. In addition, the two different aspects of work performance simultaneously have a good and substantial influence.

Abstract

Gelandangan merupakan seseorang yang dalam kehidupannya berada dalam situasi yang tidak seharusnya dari aturan ataupun norma yang sudah dibuat dan ada pada masyarakat sekitar juga tidak memiliki rumah untuk dihuni dan bekerja dengan seadanya di suatu tempat dan biasanya hidup berkelana di berbagai macam daerah juga kawasan umum. Permasalahan yang dihadapi gelandangan adalah faktor kemiskinan. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak tentunya pendapatan yang diperoleh dalam sehari-hari. Pendapatan tersebut tidak mampu mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari baik untuk tempat tinggal dan juga bahan pokok. Selain itu, faktor pendidikan dan keterampilan yang rendah juga menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi gelandangan, akibatnya para gelandangan ini sulit untuk mencari pekerjaan. Dengan adanya keadaan sulit yang dialami oleh gelandangan tersebut membuat mereka berusaha untuk terus mempertahankan hidupnya dan tetap terus berusaha meskipun hidup dalam kesulitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang apa saja permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh gelandangan dan juga bagaimana bentuk resiliensi yang dilakukan oleh mereka dalam mempertahankan hidupnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini ialah gelandangan yang berada di Kota Malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh gelandangan di Kota Malang yaitu 1) masalah ekonomi (pekerjaan dan pendapatan tidak tetap), 2) tempat tinggal, 3) tidak ada proteksi dari pemerintah, 4) tidak adanya keterampilan yang dimiliki, 5) stigma dan diskriminasi, 6) rawan terhadap bencana non alam, dan 7) masalah kesehatan. Dalam permasalahan tersebut bentuk resiliensi yang dilakukan oleh gelandangan adalah 1) tetap sabar, 2) tetap bersyukur, 3) tidak menyerah dan semangat, 4) berpikir explanatory, 5) peduli kepada sesama, 6) mampu memecahkan masalah, 7) mencari pekerjaan untuk hidup. A homeless person is someone who lives in a situation that is not in accordance with the rules or norms established by the surrounding society. They also do not have a home to live in and work with whatever resources they can find in a particular place. Typically, they live by wandering through various areas and public spaces. One of the main issues faced by homeless people is poverty. This is due to the uncertainty of their daily income, which is insufficient to meet their basic needs, including housing and essential supplies. Additionally, low education and skill levels are also among the problems faced by the homeless, which makes it difficult for them to find employment. Given the hardships they endure, they continue to strive to survive and make efforts, despite the difficulties they face. This study aims to describe the issues faced by homeless people and the forms of resilience they exhibit in maintaining their lives. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The subjects of this study are homeless people. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative analysis with an interactive model. The research findings indicate that the problems faced by homeless people in Malang City are: 1) economic issues (unstable jobs and income), 2) lack of housing, 3) no protection from the government, 4) lack of skills, 5) stigma and discrimination, 6) vulnerability to non-natural disasters, and 7) health issues. In response to these problems, the forms of resilience displayed by homeless people are: 1) staying patient, 2) staying grateful, 3) not giving up and maintaining spirit, 4) thinking in an explanatory way, 5) caring for others, 6) problem-solving ability, and 7) seeking work to survive.
