Abstract

The rapid advancements in the industrial revolution 4.0 have reshaped business paradigms, prompting organizations to undergo transformative changes to maintain competitiveness. One critical factor for sustaining competitive advantage is innovation, which is closely tied to the effective utilization of knowledge resources, particularly tacit knowledge. Tacit knowledge, derived from individual experiences, is considered a vital asset due to its unique and non-replicable characteristics. This study aims to investigate the role of tacit knowledge sharing in enhancing employee innovation across various industrial sectors. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology, this research synthesizes findings from numerous studies published between 2019 and 2024 to explore the relationship between tacit knowledge sharing and employee innovation. The review addresses three primary questions: the development of research in this field, implementation strategies in specific industries, and factors influencing the effectiveness of tacit knowledge sharing. Results reveal that tacit knowledge sharing significantly boosts employee innovation through improved creativity and problem-solving capabilities. However, its effectiveness depends on factors such as organizational culture, employee motivation, and interaction opportunities. Practical recommendations are provided to optimize knowledge-sharing processes, ultimately supporting organizational innovation and competitiveness in an era of rapid technological change.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Penelitian ini membahas peran penting kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis kolaborasi dalam meningkatkan agility tim dan kinerja organisasi di sektor manufaktur. Dalam konteks industri yang dinamis dan dipenuhi disrupsi teknologi, kepemimpinan yang mampu menginspirasi, memberdayakan, dan mendorong inovasi menjadi krusial. Pemimpin transformasional tidak hanya memberikan arah strategis, tetapi juga membangun budaya organisasi yang adaptif melalui pendekatan kolaboratif dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Metode: Studi yang dilaksanakan mengadopsi metodologi Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk meninjau serta melaksanakan analisis studi-studi sebelumnya yang relevan dengan topik ini. Hasil: Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional yang terintegrasi dengan kepemimpinan kolaboratif dan digital (Digital Transformational Leadership) berkontribusi pada peningkatan agility organisasi. Temuan ini mencakup peningkatan inovasi, percepatan adopsi teknologi, penguatan sinergi tim lintas fungsi, serta perbaikan proses pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, praktik manajemen pengetahuan yang didukung kepemimpinan ini juga mempercepat respons organisasi terhadap perubahan pasar. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan yang fleksibel, adaptif, dan kolaboratif untuk menciptakan organisasi manufaktur yang tangguh dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Objective: This study develops a quantitative model that integrates digital leadership, innovative work behavior, and employee performance, while also examining the moderating effect of creativity from the perspective of Upper Echelons Theory. Design/Methods/Approach: This study employs PLS-SEM to examine the relationships among variables, using data collected from full-time Gen Z and Gen Y employees across various industries. Findings: The study shows that digital leadership positively and significantly influences innovative work behavior, which also exerts a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, digital leadership directly enhances employee performance. The results further indicate that innovative work behavior partially mediates the effect of digital leadership on employee performance. Finally, the moderating analysis suggests that high levels of employee creativity weaken the relationship between digital leadership and employee performance. Originality/Value: This study contributes to existing literature on the field of leadership in the perspective of Upper Echelons Theory, especially that focus on the field of digital leadership. Practical/Policy implication: Theoretical aspects of the study advance our understanding of digital leadership and its mechanisms. For practice, the results provide actionable guidance for top management, particularly in organizations that employ Gen Z and Gen Y workers.

Abstract

Abstract – This study conducts a systematic literature review to examine how work–life balance (WLB) practices influence employee outcomes in the global banking sector. Purpose – The study aims to understand the relationship between WLB initiatives, such as flexible scheduling, leave policies, and supervisor support, and their effects on employee satisfaction, performance, retention, and well-being. The research focuses on the banking sector as a high-pressure industry with cross-cultural contexts spanning Asia and Europe. Novelty – The novelty of this research lies in its comparative approach, synthesizing evidence from both Asian and Western banking sectors. Unlike prior single-country studies, this review highlights how cultural and institutional contexts mediate the effectiveness of WLB practices, thereby extending established theories such as the Job Demands–Resources model and Work–Life Border Theory. Method – A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted using Scopus and Google Scholar, covering publications from 2010 to 2025. Following PRISMA guidelines, 42 peer-reviewed studies were selected and thematically synthesized to capture common WLB practices, employee outcomes, and cross-cultural variations. Findings – The review finds that WLB practices generally have a positive impact on job satisfaction, performance, and retention. However, their effectiveness varies: in Western contexts such as Australia and Poland, institutionalized flexibility and supervisory support strengthen outcomes, whereas in Asian contexts like Indonesia, Malaysia, and Pakistan, hierarchical norms and long-hour expectations often limit the impact of WLB policies. Limitations and Implications – The study is limited to English and Indonesian peer-reviewed sources and primarily cross-sectional evidence, restricting insights into long-term effects. The findings provide practical implications for banking institutions and policymakers, underscoring the need to embed WLB into strategic human resource management and to strengthen regulatory frameworks in emerging economies.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of healthcare services for BPJS Kesehatan patients at Dr. Soetomo General Academic Hospital in Surabaya, Indonesia. The research objectives were to investigate patients' perceptions of the services provided, their understanding of rights and obligations, and the legal remedies available. Employing a juridical-empirical approach, the study surveyed 50 patients using qualitative data analysis. Findings revealed that 78% of patients considered the hospital's services good, despite some shortcomings such as inadequate drug information and attention from medical staff. Additionally, only 24% of patients were aware of their rights and obligations. Legal remedies within the hospital, handled by the Public Service Complaints Section, addressed patient complaints effectively, with approximately 12% of patients expressing dissatisfaction. However, non-litigation efforts through external organizations like the Indonesian Consumers Foundation were not reported. This study highlights the need for enhanced patient education and awareness, efficient complaint mechanisms, and further exploration of external legal recourse avenues to ensure comprehensive legal protection for BPJS Kesehatan patients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis peran dari transformational leadership dan job satisfaction terhadap safety initiatives yang mana masih belum banyak diteliti pada konteks di rumah sakit apalagi di negara Asia. Metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional digunakan untuk melihat hasil empiris dari 200 responden pada Rumah Sakit tipe A di Surabaya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS (VB-SEM). Hasil yang ditemukan adalah adanya pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dan positif dari transformational leadership terhadap job satisfaction, dan job satisfaction terhadap safety initiatives. Pengaruh langsung yang tidak signifikan ditemukan pada transformational leadership terhadap safety initiatives dan dengan ini menunjukkan adanya mediasi full dari job satisfaction. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa manajemen rumah sakit perlu terus memperbanyak dan melatih kepemimpinan yang transformasional di tempat kerja dan mencari cara-cara yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karena hal ini dapat berdampak pada tingkat keselamatan pasien.

Abstract

Talent dianggap sebagai potensi atau kemampuan individu yang berbeda untuk melaksanakan strategi pertumbuhan organisasi dan merupakan istilah yang banyak dibicarakan di era kontemporer, Ketika ditangani dengan baik, sumber daya manusia yang berbakat mendorong upaya organisasi untuk melaksanakan strategi pertumbuhan sehingga memberikan keberlanjutan bagi organsiasi dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode penelititian ini menggunakan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review. Data diperoleh dari database online, yakni AOS-Estratagia and Inovacao, John Wiley and Sons Inc, Emerald Publishing, Indersciense Publishers, SAGE Publications,University of Minnesota, Technical Publishing, Technical University of Liberec, Routledge (2020-2023) dan telah diperoleh 87 artikel. Dengan menggunakan penelusuran kata kunci “talent retention dan talent management”. Hasil analisis diperoleh Talent management dan talent retention harus dilihat sebagai prioritas bisnis yang strategis dan karena alesan ini, organisasi siap untuk berinvestigasi dalam karir para karyawan ini utnuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi mereka dan menghindari fenomena pergantian yang didorong oleh pasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempelajari konteks unik yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku karyawan dalam bisnis keluarga. Karyawan yang menunjukkan Perilaku Peran Ekstra yang tinggi bersedia untuk terlibat lebih dalam di dalam organisasi, menunjukkan kecenderungan untuk berkontribusi secara aktif. Memanfaatkan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan PRISMA, penelitian ini melakukan pemeriksaan komprehensif terhadap database Scopus, mengidentifikasi 644 artikel dari jurnal yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 dan 2023. Setelah melalui proses inklusi yang cermat, 47 artikel memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Fokusnya semakin menyempit, dengan hanya mempertimbangkan peringkat Q1 dan status tingkat atas, yang menghasilkan sembilan jurnal untuk penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi wawasan yang berharga tentang dinamika Perilaku Peran Ekstra dalam bisnis keluarga, yang menjelaskan interaksi yang bernuansa antara pengaruh keluarga dan keterlibatan karyawan.

Abstract

Every employee has the same goal: to be successful and develop where they currently work. For a business to be successful, it needs to promote the performance of its employees. This study uses quantitative methods to explore the influence of transformational leadership and job competence on job satisfaction and their impact on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, with a total sample of 91 employees participating. After testing the hypothesis using the Multivariate Analysis Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), the research findings reveal that transformational leadership and job competence have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and impact employee performance. Theoretical and practical implications are examined in this study.

Abstract

Dunia usaha terus mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat di berbagai sector. Termasuk di dalamya yang mengalami perkembangan pesat ialah daya saing sehingga perlu juga meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya menusia yng merupakan penunjang utama aktivitas usaha. Perusahaan pada era saat ini harus dapat mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk dapat bersaing pada level tertinggi. Perusahaan juga harus mencari cara untuk memenangkan persaingan yang seakan-akan menjadi cambuk agar dapat menemukan strategi yang tepat untuk mempertahankan perusahaannya. Peran manajemen sumber daya manusia pada saat ini memiliki peranan yang sentral karena berhubungan dengan pengorganisasian sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh pihak perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review guna memberikan pandangan mengenai cara meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan.
