Abstract

This research aims to 1.) Find out whether using animated interactive media can improve student learning outcomes in science learning class VA at Free Methodist 2 Medan Private Elementary School. 2.) Know how learning is implemented after using the Discovery Learning learning model assisted by Animation Interactive Media in science lessons in the VA class of Free Methodist 2 Medan Private Elementary School. 3.) Find out whether there is an influence of animated interactive media on student learning outcomes in science learning class VA at Free Methodist 2 Medan Private Elementary School. This research method is quantitative research. The design of this research uses posttest and pretest experiments, with a sample of VA class research totaling 25 students. Data collection techniques in the study used observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Correlation Coefficient Test and Hypothesis Test. There is an influence of the Discover Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in science lessons in class VA of Free Methodist 2 Medan Private Elementary School in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. It can be seen from the average pretest score of students of 47.52 and the average posttest score of students of 83.12. Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t-test) with a thieung value ≥ trabel, namely 6.620 ≥ 1.708 at a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. These data can show that Ha is accepted, namely there is an influence between the Discover Learning learning model (X) and student learning outcomes (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the learning outcomes of Mathematics students in grade IV of SDN 102081 Mangga Dua for the 2024/2025 academic year. This research is based on low test results. This type of research is quantitative research. The type of sample used in this study was saturated sampling. The research sample used is grade IV students totaling 30 students who are also the population of this study. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that there was an influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the learning outcomes of Grade IV students of SDN 102081 Mangga Dua from a correlation coefficient test of that is then it was concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, where there was a positive and significant influence between the use of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the Mathematics learning outcomes of grade IV students, judging from the results of the t-test where that is , then Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, based on the calculation of the value of the determination coefficient obtained an R Square value of 0.957. This shows that there is a significant positive influence between the use of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the learning outcomes of Mathematics students in grade IV of SDN 102081 Mangga Dua for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Google Site-based jigsaw type cooperative learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students Negeri 16 markets 1 nainggolan 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative research type. To obtain the data required a test instrument of 30 questions. The total research sample was 26 students based on Random Sampling techniques. To determine students' initial abilities, the research conducted a Pre Test with an average score of 57.76 which was included in the poor category. The results of the Posttest have improved from the Pretest results given previously with the students' average score reaching 86.26 in the good category and the average score from the questionnaire being 83.42. It can be said that students' speaking skills have improved as evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient test calculation, which obtained r_count ≥r_tabel with results of 0.722 ≥ 0.388. Next, hypothesis testing compares the t_count ≥t_table value. Obtained t_count value ≥t_table (5.115 ≥ 2.048) then H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the Role Playing method (X) on students' speaking skills (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Role Playing model on students’ speaking skillsin class V. The research model is quantitative using descriptive methods. The research population was class V students at SDN 015931 Padang Mahondang, totaling 30 students. Samples were taken using Random Sampling techniques and were obtained from class V, totaling 30 students. The results of this research show that students’ speaking skills are in the very good category with 77,8. The results of this research show that correlation test shows that the correlation coefficient is rcount (0,953) rtable (0,361), so ha is accepted. So there is an influence of the role playing model on speaking skills on class V at SDN 015931 Padang Mahondang. It can also be seen from the t-test where tcount ttable is 16,633 2,042, this stating that ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant positive influence from the use of the role playing model on speaking skills in class V Indonesian Language learning at UPTD SDN 015931 Padang Mahondang academic year 2024/2025.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Inqury Learning model on student learning outcomes in class VI Leadership Theme of SD Negeri 094142 Learning Year 2024/2025. The research method used is experimental method with quantitative research type. To obtain the data required a test instrument of 25 questions and a questionnaire of 25 questionnaire items. The number of research samples was 31 students based on purposive sampling technique. To find out the initial ability of students, the research conducted a Pretest with an average score of 53.29 which was in the poor category. The results of the Pretest have an increase from the results of the Posttest given previously with the average student score reaching 73.54 in the good category. It can be said that the success rate of student learning outcomes by using the Inqury Learning model increases and has an effect with a very strong category as evidenced by the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient test obtained the results of r_hitung ≥ r_tabel with the results of 0.814 ≥ 0.355. Furthermore, hypothesis testing compares the value of t_count ≥ t_table. Obtained the value of t_count = 7.547 while t_table = 1.695. Because t_count ≥ t_table (7.547 ≥ 1.695) then H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the Inqury Learning model (X) on student learning outcomes (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model assisted by visual media on student learning outcomes in the IPAS subject for Grade IV at SD Negeri 060954 Medan Marelan. The research employed a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design with tests and questionnaires as data collection instruments. A total of 26 students participated as the research sample. The CORE model was implemented through structured steps that guided students to connect prior knowledge with new concepts, organize ideas, reflect on information, and deepen understanding through assignments. The results showed a significant improvement in the students’ average scores from 46.92 (pretest) to 85.34 (posttest), with 23 out of 26 students achieving mastery learning. The t-test analysis yielded tcount = 2.156 > ttable = 2.064, and the correlation coefficient was r = 0.403 > rtable = 0.388, indicating a moderate and significant relationship between the CORE model implementation and student learning outcomes. Furthermore, questionnaire responses revealed that students enjoyed the use of visual media, as it made learning more engaging, concrete, and easier to understand. These findings support cognitive learning theory and previous research showing that the CORE model enhances student engagement and conceptual understanding. It can be concluded that the CORE learning model assisted by visual media significantly improves student learning outcomes in IPAS, while fostering collaborative and meaningful learning experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by interactive animated media on students’ learning outcomes in the IPAS subject for Grade V at SD Swasta in the Academic Year 2024/2025. This research uses a quantitative approach with a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were all 25 students in Grade V. The instruments used included tests and questionnaires. The test was given in the form of a pre-test and post-test consisting of 20 questions to measure the improvement in learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the learning model.The pre-test results showed an average score of 58, with only 8 students (32%) reaching the Minimum Learning Mastery Criteria (KKTP). After implementing the Problem Based Learning model assisted by interactive animated media, the post-test average increased to 80, with 20 students (80%) achieving mastery. The normality test showed that the data were normally distributed. The correlation test produced an r-value of 0.919 ≥ r-table 0.396, indicating a very strong relationship. The t-test showed t-count = 28,243 ≥ t-table = 2.069, thus Ha is accepted.The results of the study prove that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by interactive animated media has a significant and effective influence on improving students’ learning outcomes. This model is able to create an active and enjoyable learning atmosphere that directly engages students in understanding the topic of simple fractions.

Abstract

Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PjBL merupakan metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja akademik dan keterlibatan siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPAS.

Abstract

Rendahnya minat belajar matematika pada siswa kelas IV SD Kartika I-1 Medan menjadi permasalahan yang memerlukan penanganan melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi dan tes minat belajar dalam bentuk pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam minat belajar matematika siswa. Rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 39,26 meningkat menjadi 83,38 pada posttest. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model Discovery Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar matematika pada siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar.

Abstract
