Abstract

Implementasi kurikulum 2013 menganjurkan model pembelajaran khas seperti inkuiri. Mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) ruang lingkup materi dalam permainan olahraga bola besar salah satunya futsal. Permainan futsal yang begitu dinamis memerlukan kreativitas, kecermatan dan ketepatan proses berpikir sehingga perlu diberikan stimulus yang kontinyu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap pemahaman dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran futsal. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen, dengan sample 30 siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Garawangi. Teknik pengambulan sampel adalah cluster random sampling. Instrumen untuk mengukur pemahaman dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa berupa observasi menggunakan games performance assessment instrument (GPAI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran futsal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the project-based learning model to football learning outcomes. The research method used is a True experiment with a randomized posttest-only control group design. The research sample was 60 grade IX students of SMPN 4 Ciawigebang, Kuningan Regency, divided into two groups an experimental class of 30 students and 30 students for a control group. The sampling technique uses random cluster sampling. Research instruments to measure student football learning outcomes with passing-stoping tests (skills), attitude scales (affective), and knowledge tests in the form of questions (cognitive). The data analysis technique used is the independent sample test. The results showed that the application of the project-based learning model positively influenced student football learning outcomes in both psychomotor, affective, and cognitive aspects.

Abstract

Kemampuan teknik dasar shooting sepakbola yang ditunjukkan siswa kurang maksimal, seperti bola tembakan jauh dari sasaran, hasil tembakan mudah ditangkap penjaga gawang, dan bola tidak sampai ke gawang. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya solusi dengan mengaplikasikan metode pengajaran yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode reciprocal dan demonstrasi terhadap teknik dasar shooting dalam permainan sepakbola. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen desain the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian merupakan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Karamatmulya Kabupaten Kuningan dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 182 orang, sedangkan sampel 60 orang yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Kelas VIII A sebanyak 30 siswa diberi perlakuan metode resiprokal dan kelas VIII B sebanyak 30 siswa diberi perlakuan metode demonstrasi. Teknik pengambilan sampling yaitu cluster random sampling. Instrumen untuk mengukur keterampilan menembak bola dalam permainan sepakbola menggunakan tes shooting yang dikembangkan oleh Departemen Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan yang sudah valid. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji independent sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode reciprocal dan demonstrasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas teknik dasar shooting sepakbola, namun metode demonstrasi memberikan dampak yang lebih signifikan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan dapat mengkaji dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kontemporer khusus untuk pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga dalam keterampilan bermain sepakbola

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa yang rendah selama masa pandemi covid 19. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan derajat kebugaran jasmanif mahasiswa UKM Karate dengan menerapkan latihan crosss country. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa UKM Karate STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan yang berjumlah 36 orang, 20 laki-laki dan 16 perrempuan. Instrumen untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani menggunakan tes lari 2,4 Km. Hasil perolehan pretest dan posttest kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa UKM Karate STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan diperoleh rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 16.58, nilai tertinggi 19, nilai terendah sebesar 15, dan standar deviasi 0.97. Untuk nilai rata-rata posttest adalah 18.19, nilai tertinggi 20, nilai terrendah 16, dan standar deviasi 1.06. Rata-rata tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa putra hasil pretest 50 kategori cukup, dan hasil posttest sebsesar 53,8 kategori baik. Sedangkan rata-rata tingkat kebugaran jasmani amahasiswa putri pretest 39,1 kategori cukup, dan hasil posttest sebsesar 43,5 kategori baik. Hasil pengujian paired sample tes diketahui bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.00 < 0.05, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada data pretest dan posttest, sehingga penerapan program latihan crosss country memberikan kontribusi dalam rangka meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa UKM Karate STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan

Abstract

Learning process innovation with a system thinking approach can improve the quality of learning through analysis of the relationship between learning problem variables and problem-solving. The purpose of this study to implement a system thinking approach to improving creative thinking, and problem-solving skills by thinking in a systemic way that can be developed in the learning process. Community Service uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observing and documenting students in the learning process. System thinking in the learning process provides an overview of the interrelationships of problems in learning so that it can be used as a basis for developing problem-solving strategies through learning innovation. Learning Innovation with a System Thinking approach through interactive and student-centered learning can improve creative thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities to identify and find solutions to problems in the learning process.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of class 1 Prathom Anuban Wangmai Sasanasart School in English material is one of the problems that occurs, this is due to the absence of the use of media in learning. This study aims to describe the application of Wordwall media in improving student learning outcomes in English lessons. This study type is quantitative research with a Pre-Experimental Design approach (Non-design), with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects were the first-grade class of Anuban Wangmai Sasanasart School, Tha Phae District, Satun Province, Thailand. The data acquisition techniques were obtained through a multiple choice test or pretest and posttest. The data analysis used by researchers was in the form of instruments and statistical tests. The research results obtained are (1) learning outcomes after using Wordwall media differ from the learning outcome before using Wordwall media. (2) there is an increase in learning outcomes after using Wordwall media compared to the learning outcome before the implementation. This study concludes that the application of Wordwall media has an impact on improving student learning outcomes. This research recommends that the Anuban Wangmai Sasanasart School teachers probably use Wordwall media in learning English.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of interval training on increasing endurance (2) The effect of fartlek training on increasing endurance (3) How much influence do interval training and fartlek training have on increasing endurance? This research is experimental. The data collection technique uses a multi-stage fitness test. Statistical analysis techniques using the t test at a significance level of 5% are used to do the requirements analysis test, namely the normality test and homogeneity test. The conclusions from this study are: (1) There is a significant difference in the effect of the interval training group on increasing endurance. This is evidenced by tcount = 9.8827, which is greater than ttable = 2.776 with a significance level of 5%. (2) There is a significant difference in the effect of the fartlek training group on increasing endurance. This is evidenced by tcount = 9.8717, which is greater than ttable = 2.776 with a significance level of 5%; (3) Interval training has a better effect than fartlek training on increasing endurance.Keywords: Interval Training, Fartlek Training, EnduranceAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Pengaruh interval training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan (2) Pengaruh fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh interval training dan fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan multi stage fitness test. Teknik analisis statistik menggunakan uji t pada taraf signifikansi 5%, untuk dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis yaitu dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Simpulan dari penelitian ini : (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelompok interval training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari thitung = 9,8827 lebih besar dari pada ttabel = 2,776 dengan taraf signifikasi 5%.; (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelompok fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari thitung = 9,8717 lebih besar dari pada ttabel = 2,776 dengan taraf signifikasi 5%; (3) Interval training lebih baik pengaruhnya dari pada fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan.Kata Kunci: Interval Training, Fartlek Training, Daya Tahan

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of healthy lifestyle education in elementary school children through audio-visual learning media at Sanggar Bimbingan (SB) At-Tanzil Ampang Malaysia. Elementary school children are very vulnerable to various diseases and health problems due to unhealthy lifestyles. Therefore, efforts are needed to educate elementary school children about healthy lifestyles so that they can grow and develop properly. This study used a qualitative approach with test data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the use of audio-visual learning media was very effective in providing healthy lifestyle education to elementary school children at SB At-Tanzil Ampang Malaysia. Children become easier to understand and remember the material delivered through this medium.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the success of training programs in enriching students' vocabulary and encouraging the use of English as a second language. The methods used in this program involve an interactive approach and actively involve students. Training is conducted with a focus on vocabulary that is relevant and useful in everyday life. Evaluation is done through direct observation, written tests, and feedback from the students and teachers involved. The results showed that the English vocabulary training program has given positive results. Students show significant improvement in the understanding and use of new vocabulary. The motivation of students in learning English also increases, which is reflected in their active participation in training activities. In addition, the program provides long-term benefits to students at Ban Khlongrua School Krabi, Thailand. By mastering English as a second language, students can be better prepared to face global challenges and expand future educational and career opportunities. In addition, strong English language skills also contribute to the formation of students' cultures and perspectives, opening doors for cross-cultural cooperation and better understanding between students of Ban Khlongrua School Krabi, Thailand and students from different countries of the world. In order to continue the programme, it is important to maintain continuity and involve all relevant stakeholders. Continuous training and regular updating of learning materials need to be held so that students continue to acquire new vocabulary knowledge relevant to their needs.

Abstract

This study aimed to help improve the basic futsal techniques through video feedback (VFB) in futsal learning. The research method used was the pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in a university, specifically in the Physical Education Health and Recreation Study Program, involving 34 students as the samples. The samples were then received feedback via VFB. The instrument to measure the basic technique was the Dribbling test. The results showed a significant improvement in the basic dribbling technique after using VFB in futsal learning. Futsal learning activity using VFB is one of the strategies in Physical Education learning to optimize the classroom environment, improve basic techniques, increase competence, improve playing skills, and explore physical motor activities. It concludes that Video Feedback significantly improves student skills. The use of audio-visual media (video) also has high effectiveness in the training or learning process. It is crucial for students learning to carry out the exercise material effectively in the learning process. Future research is expected to use VFB to determine the student's cognitive ability and futsal playing skills.
