<![CDATA[Komunitas janda di perdesaan adalah kelompok marginal dan mendapatkan stigma negatif karena ketidakmampuannya merebut ruang produktif. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya janda melalui investasi pendidikan dan pelatihan. Ibarat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah sehingga memiliki kualitas dan menghasilkan output bernilai ekonomis telah banyak dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak dengan beragam metode dan pendekatan. Namun demikian, aspek keberlanjutan menjadi titik kelemahan ketika pihak tersebut telah berpamitan dan berharap tetap berlanjut. Tujuan artikel ini adalah memaparkan praktek pendekatan PAR untuk pemberdayaan komunitas janda dalam mengatasi masalah, pemenuhan kebutuhan praktis, produksi ilmu pengetahuan , dan proses perubahan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan karakteristik alami sebagai sumber data langsung dan bersifat deskriptif yang mengikuti sepuluh daur pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat membutuhkan pilihan ideologi agar mereproduksi ruang produktif untuk memihak kelompok marginal dengan bantuan perguruan tinggi sebagai fasilitator. Dukungan, keterlibatan, kemitraan, kepemilikan penuh dari pihak kampus kepada komunitas janda di Dusun Nglawan menjawab tantangan dan peluang untuk membelajarkan masyarakat sehingga komunitas janda memiliki kekuatan untuk membangun dirinya melalui interaksi dengan lingkungannya.]]>

<![CDATA[Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda umat seluruh dunia memberi dampak pada segala sektor terutama sektor ekonomi dan pendidikan. Seperti pada umumnya pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka akan tetapi saat ini pembelajaran diterapkan dengan sistem daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan secara mendetail perihal keefektifan peran yang dimiliki orang tua dalam membimbing anak mereka yang merupakan anak usia dini ditengah kondisi pandemi Covid-19 ini. Penelitian ini dilangsungkan pada orang tua yang berdomisili di RW 2 Karangpilang, Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner yang diselenggarakan secara offline dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa mayoritas orang tua kurang efektif dalam menjalankan perannya dalam menggantikan posisi guru saat diterapkannya sistem pembelajaran daring seperti saat ini. Seperti ketika penerapan sistem belajar melalui daring, guru akan memberikan materi pembelajaran kepada orang tua, dan orang tua dapat mengajarkan pada anak dengan tambahan ide kreatif agar pembelajaran tersebut menarik bagi anak, dan jika materi yang disampaikan kepada anak dapat menarik perhatiannya, maka pembelajaran akan menjadi lebih efektif. Namun, masih banyak orang tua yang belum paham dengan perannya sebagai guru pertama bagi anak-anaknya.]]>

<![CDATA[Kewirausahaan merupakan permasalahan yang penting di dunia perekonomian dalam suatu negara berkembang. Peranan kelompok wirausahawan menentukan alur dari kemajuan dan kemundurannya ekonomi. Penggunaan strategi dalam berwirausaha merupakan hal yang sangat penting, terlebih lagi pada strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan para pengusaha agar bisa memperluas jangkauan suatu pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan pemasaran kewirausahaan kue tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Boteng Kecamatan Menganti Kabupaten Gresik. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) pada pemilik kewirausahaan kue tradisional dan 2 tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan pemasaran yang diterapkan adalah adanya sebuah promosi melalui media social serta memfokuskan pada produksi kue tradisional dengan cara memperhatikan konsistensi kualitas cita rasa dan harga yang sangat terjangkau serta distribusi. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi dalam melakukan pemasaran adalah adanya persaingan pengusaha yang sama menjual kue tradisional dan naik turunnya harga bahan baku.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the application of tutor competence in increasing the learning motivation of Package B students at SKB Gudo Jombang. This study uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research type. There were 9 informants in this study, including student tutors, tutors and students. The techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 80% of SKB Gudo Jombang's package B tutors have taken steps to be able to improve their competence and to support it all one of the ways to do this is to improve their quality and self-esteem by looking for references such as attending workshops organized by SKB, internet sources and many others that can improve the quality of competence of an educator. Tutors and tutors for package B students at SKB Gudo Jombang have good communication with students, fellow educators, and the surrounding community, but tutors don't really socialize with the guardians of their students, because according to students, their parents rarely meet with tutors. in the SKB. The learning motivation of the Gudo Jombang SKB package B students is quite good. This can be seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm in participating in the learning that has been conveyed by tutors and tutors of package B students at SKB Gudo Jombang. Of course this is very good and extraordinary progress because the goal of tutor competence has been achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning readiness is the initial stage of a learning activity that encourages a person to be ready to respond or answer to themselves in a certain way to face a condition in achieving a goal. Learning motivation is the ability that a learner has after receiving a learning experience. Motivation to learn is basically a change in behavior that can be obtained from the learning process. There is a low learning motivation, especially UNPK subjects in Package C SKB Mojoagung students. This study was conducted at SKB Mojoagung offline from the target set by the researcher was achieved by adjusting the schedule of teaching and learning activities. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This approach the data will be analyzed quantitatively by using sta to test the hypothesis that has been prepared. The type of research used in this study is a cross sectional approach. There is a positive and significant relationship between learning readiness and learning motivation. This means that the greater the motivation of students and readiness to learn, the students will be encouraged to respond positively in the learning process and improve their abilities so as to affect learning outcomes for the better. Readiness to learn and motivation to learn have a positive and significant relationship. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[Budi Utama Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) is one of the non-formal education centers under the Department of Education, Youth, and Sport of Surabaya which runs several programs including equality education such as package A equivalent to elementary school/ MI, package B equivalent to junior high school/ MTS, package C equivalent to high school/ MA. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive relationship between tutor competence and learning interest of package B students in PKBM Budi Utama Surabaya. This study used quantitative methods with data collection used in this study using questionnaires. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the competence of tutors and the learning interest of package B students in PKBM Budi Utama Surabaya. The results of the data calculation between the tutor's competence in learning Indonesian subjects amounted to 0.723 > 0.05 and in mathematics subjects obtained by 0.320 > 0.05 so from this result it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected and the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the relationship between parenting patterns and juvenile delinquency in Package C students at the Surabaya Learning Activity Studio. Deviant behavior itself is something that can cause many problems. The aim of this research is to link parenting patterns with juvenile delinquency among students at SKBN Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach . The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires and documentation. Techniques for analyzing data are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests using product moment. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and juvenile delinquency. The result of calculating this data is that the r calculation produces a result of 0.521 and the t calculation is 4.4897, so from these results it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and there is a relationship between parenting style and juvenile delinquency in the SKB Surabaya Package C Program.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the partial relationship between Parenting Patterns and Emotional Intelligence related to premarital sexual behavior and social behavior among adolescents. This study was conducted in Dusun Bareng, Banter Village, Gresik Regency. The approach and type of research used were quantitative descriptive with a correlational research type. The study population consisted of adolescents aged 12-21 years with a total of 25 people. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews via Google Form and measured using a binary scale, then analyzed using IBM SPSS software version 25 with the Spearman Rank correlation analysis technique and a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that (1) the correlation coefficient value was greater than 0.05, namely 0.203> 0.05, then H0 was accepted and Ha was rejected. This means that there is no significant relationship between parenting patterns and emotional intelligence on premarital sexual behavior among adolescents. The correlation value is 0.548, which indicates a moderate and positive or unidirectional relationship. This means that the better the parenting pattern, the higher the emotional intelligence possessed by adolescents. (2) The correlation coefficient value is less than 0.05, namely 0.011 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant relationship between parenting patterns and emotional intelligence related to social behavior among adolescents. The correlation value is 0.583, which indicates a moderate and positive or unidirectional relationship. This means that the better the parenting pattern, the higher the emotional intelligence possessed by adolescents.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by problems regarding learning motivation in students of the package C equivalence program at Gresik Learning Activity Studio during learning which was indicated to lack motivation to learn. There are factors that influence learning motivation is an extrinsic factor, namely family socioeconomic status. The purpose of this study was to analyze the socioeconomic status and learning motivation of students of package C equivalence program at Gresik Learning Activity Studio and show the relationship between family socioeconomic status and learning motivation of students of package C equivalence program at Gresik Learning Activity Studio. This study used quantitative methods with Spearman Rank correlation analysis techniques. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaires and documentation with research respondents as many as 32 students of the Gresik Learning Activity Studio package C equivalence program. The results showed that family socioeconomic status has a positive and significant relationship with the learning motivation of Package C students at Gresik Learning Activity Studio which is indicated by a significance value of 0.013<0.05 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.432, this means that the higher the socioeconomic status of the families of students of the package C equivalence program at Gresik Learning Activity Studio, the higher the learning motivation, or vice versa, the lower the socioeconomic status of the students' families, the lower the learning motivation.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the relationship between learning styles and learning outcomes for Package B students at Homeschool Pena Surabaya. Learning styles influence learning outcomes, such as in mathematics and social studies. The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between learning styles and learning outcomes, especially in mathematics and social studies subjects at Homeschooling Pena Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires and documentation. Techniques for analyzing data are validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using Spearman rank. The result of the data calculation is that the Sig. (2-tailed) 0.017. Sig value. (2-tailed) < 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship. between learning style variables and mathematics learning outcome variables. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.037. Sig value. (2-tailed) < 0.05 means there is a significant relationship between the learning style variable and the social studies learning outcome variable]]>
