Abstract

This research discusses the application of data mining using the C4.5 algorithm for early detection of student victims of bullying at IDN Jonggol Junior High School. The problem studied is how to identify students who are victims of bullying quickly and accurately using the available data analysis. The expected solution is the development of an early detection system that can provide early warning to the school so that intervention can be done earlier. The object of the study was IDN Jonggol Junior High School students. The method used involves collecting demographic data, behavior records, and bullying reports, which are then analyzed using the C4.5 Algorithm. The results showed that the C4.5 algorithm was able to classify student victims of bullying with an accuracy of 78.6%. Preliminary conclusions show that the C4.5 Algorithm has great potential to be used in the early detection of bullying. The implication of this research is the improvement of student safety and well-being through faster and more appropriate intervention. Recommendations from this research are further development of the detection system and its application in other schools

Abstract

Internet service users expect reliable bandwidth quality to support the communication access process. From year to year, human needs for communication services continue to increase. Humans still want convenience in daily activities such as sending messages, video and voice, and want the quality of sending and receiving messages to be fast. This encourages telecommunications service providers to focus on innovative telecommunications networks to meet the needs of all customers. Research began by taking data at Tablue and AVS regarding the distance of the fiber cable used as far as 10Km from the OLT. Manual calculations using OTDR. The results of previous measurements and data processing regarding the attenuation obtained in fiber cables are followed by calculating the total attenuation using the existing formula. The next stage is data processing using RapidMiner software with the Naive Bayes algorithm. The final results of the comparison with this test method, namely the prediction results) show an accuracy value of 99.91%. Of the 1124 test data, 1080 data were predicted as OK sentiment and 43 data as Not OK. For prediction results from Not ok. and the Naive Bayes method shows an accuracy value of 0.962% OK. Not ok 0.038% of 1124, test data.

Abstract

Beef is a source of animal protein which is very important in the human diet. The quality of beef determines the nutritional value and taste of the processed meat product. However, the quality of beef can decrease over time, especially if it is not stored properly. Therefore, identifying the condition of beef is crucial to ensure that consumers get safe and quality products. The use of the HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) color space for beef classification is an interesting method to research. The HSV color space is closer to human perception of color compared to the RGB color space, making it more effective for image analysis in the context of visual quality assessment of meat. In this study, researchers used HSV space extraction to classify fresh beef and bad beef. This research aims to develop a method for classifying fresh, medium and rotten beef using the HSV color space. This research produces accurate extraction results with appropriate classification of fresh and bad beef.

Abstract

Sign language is the primary means of communication for deaf individuals, one of the alternative languages used by people with disabilities, and it has evolved from the deaf community. Sign language has many variations, making it something unfamiliar and difficult to interpret for some hearing or uninitiated people. This research aims to develop a real-time sign language motion and facial expression detection system using the Random Forest method. The main challenge in this detection is the complexity and variation of the movements and facial expressions. In this study, MediaPipe is used to extract features from video input, which are then analyzed using the Random Forest algorithm for classification. In this research, the model's evaluation results use a confusion matrix with testing scenarios based on the division of training and testing data. From the model evaluation results, an accuracy of 99% was achieved. This research is expected to help deaf individuals communicate with hearing people, thereby reducing social gaps.

Abstract

An integrated technology-based attendance system was developed to address the inefficiencies of queuing and the dependency on manual input at Mafatih Islamic School. The proposed solution leverages a ResNet model within the dlib framework (Python) alongside a Laravel API for real-time face detection using a camera installed at the entrance. Data is temporarily stored in SQLite as an offline backup and later transmitted to the server in base64 format, accompanied by bounding box visualization as audit evidence.This system is capable of handling.

Abstract

Skin color detectionis one of the segmentation processes that separates object regions in an image based on color differences. Objects that have a certain color are separated from objects that have other colors. The segmentation results can be used for further processes such as feature extraction or image classification. In this example, skin color is defined in the YCbCr color space with a Cb value between 77 and 127 and a Cr value between 133 and 173. Skin color detection is one of the initial stages in computer vision to detect things related to humans (people detection). Skin color detection can be used as a segmentation method for face recognition or recognition of other body organs. The system can be further developed for biometric systems.

Abstract

Cats in Latin is Felis silvestris catus is a kind of carnivorous animal. Cats are the most popular pets in the world that have many enthusiasts and fans. Cats that have bloodlines are officially registered as purebred cats or pure breeds. The number of cat breeds like this is only slightly, only 1% of the world's cat population, which is usually only bred in official animal husbandry. This study uses the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and K-nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms with the aim of classifying cat images through the analysis stage on original images, binary images and grayscale images.The output of the feature extraction will be the input for the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and K-nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms for cat species classification applications. The feature extraction that will be used in this research are RGB and HSV. The data that will be used in this study are 34 image data, consisting of 24 training data images and 10 test image data.So with this research, it is hoped that it can help people to more easily find out the classification of pets, namely cats. The output accuracy in the classification application uses the Multi Support Vector Machine (SVM) Algorithm with first- order feature extraction from the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and K-nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms, which reaches an accuracy rate of 80%.

Abstract

StudyThis contains about the detection of circular object images. The circular object tested is the moon image object, the moon image was chosen because the moon image has various moon shapes, namely the full moon, half moon and crescent moon. To detect the shape of the circular object image, several stages are carried out by starting the image segmentation process. (1) The segmentation process using the bi-level thresholding method makes the image black and white, (2) after that the image is repaired with the morphological process of the opening and closing methods. (3) For training data, the shape extraction process is carried out, namely the circular nature of the object (circularity) to determine the roundness of an object. For the testing process, the same process is also carried out as the process of obtaining circular image detection.

Abstract

Technological developments in the modern era as it is today, there have been many innovations from scientists, communities and students to facilitate human activities. The results of this innovation are expected to help people's daily activities. However, there have not been many innovations that can facilitate human work, one of which is in the field of citizen services, such as the area of Rt 007 Rw 014 Kelurahan Pgilan, East Jakarta, which is currently trying to develop into a more developed and better area. The analytical method and technique used in this research is a SWOT analysis, by looking at the company's business needs and objectives. So the researcher aims to develop an Android-based application for the citizen service information system, because it will be very helpful in the citizen data storage system, as well as other citizen services directly in the citizen service application. And it can be directly accessed by the head of Rt 007. In making this Android-based application, the Java programming language is used as the Sharedpreferences database. With this citizen service application system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the people of Rt 007 who are involved in data management and the head of Rt 007 or other management can monitor the application of citizen services

Abstract

This study utilizes the ResNet50 architecture with transfer learning techniques. The dataset consists of 5,200 facial images categorized into five classes: normal, dry, oily, combination, and sensitive. Data was split with an 80:10:10 ratio for training, validation, and testing. Data augmentation was applied to increase dataset variety. The recommendation system was developed using a content-based filtering approach with rule-based mapping between classification results and product attributes. The ResNet50 model achieved a classification accuracy of 90.4% on test data, with the highest F1-score for the oily class (94.7%) and the lowest for the sensitive class (86.9%). The recommendation system produced a Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR) of 0.82 and precision@3 of 0.76. User satisfaction testing with 50 participants showed an 84% satisfaction rate. CNN with the ResNet50 architecture is effective for facial skin type classification with high accuracy. The integration of the classification system with content-based recommendation mechanisms successfully provides relevant skincare product recommendations. This system has the potential to become a digital tool that can enhance public skin health literacy and reduce errors in skincare product selection.
