Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan keunggulan bersaing adalah faktor penting bagi perusahaan dalam industri makanan dan minuman untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan dan kesuksesan mereka di pasar yang kompetitif. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah diversifikasi produk, yaitu mengembangkan variasi produk baru atau yang sudah ada untuk menarik pelanggan baru dan memenuhi kebutuhan yang berbeda. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh diversifikasi produk terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan dan keunggulan bersaing di industri makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan studi kasus pada beberapa perusahaan terkemuka di industri tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi produk memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan. Dengan menyediakan variasi produk yang berbeda, perusahaan dapat menjangkau pangsa pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Produk-produk baru juga memberikan peluang untuk memperluas basis pelanggan dan menciptakan loyalitas konsumen. Selain itu, diversifikasi produk juga memberikan keunggulan bersaing bagi perusahaan. Dengan memiliki portofolio produk yang beragam, perusahaan dapat lebih fleksibel dalam menanggapi perubahan permintaan pasar dan tren konsumen. Mereka dapat menyesuaikan strategi pemasaran dan inovasi produk untuk menghadapi persaingan yang ketat. Keunggulan ini membantu perusahaan mempertahankan posisi mereka di pasar dan meningkatkan citra merek mereka. Secara keseluruhan, diversifikasi produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan dan keunggulan bersaing di industri makanan dan minuman. Perusahaan yang mampu mengembangkan variasi produk yang inovatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar memiliki peluang yang lebih baik untuk berhasil dan berkembang di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs), including heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, and chronic lung disease, are collectively responsible for the majority of deaths worldwide. To reduce the mortality rate caused by NCDs, the United Nations set goal 3 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages. To support this goal, community services of IBI Kwik Kian Gie have participated in the Posbindu PTM program in RW 06, Kelurahan Katulampa, Kecamatan Bogor Timur.  This activity was held in June, July, and August 2023. Based on the evaluation of the Posbindu PTM program, it can be concluded that Posbindu PTM in RW 06, Kelurahan Katulampa, Kecamatan Bogor Timur, should be continued with some evaluations and improvements for future programs.

Abstract

Tanaman cabai rawit merupakan tanaman hortikultura yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi dan berpeluang untuk diusahakan secara komersial. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai rawit akibat pemberian dosis pupuk NPK DGW Compaction dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dari limbah kulit pisang serta untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya interaksi antara pemberian dosis pupuk NPK DGW Compaction dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai rawit. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok  pola faktorial 3 x 4 dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan 36 satuan percobaan. Setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 3 tanaman sampel, sehingga keseluruhan terdapat 108 tanaman cabai. Pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai rawit terbaik dijumpai pada kombinasi dosis pupuk NPK DGW Compaction 3 g polibag-1 dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dari limbah kulit pisang kontrol.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the tradition of reciting the invocation of ayat kursi which is carried out during the itikaf activities in the last 10 days of Ramadhan. This research was conducted at the Attaqwa Mosque, Bahagia Village, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency. This research uses qualitative and sociological phenomonological methods as an approach. Primary data sources in this research come from documents held by related institutions and answers from related parties who were interviewed. Meanwhile secondary data sources come from various scientific references related to this research. The Muslim community is certainly no stranger to the “living Qur’an”. There are several opinions regarding the study of the living Qur’an, the first opinion is from Sahiron Syamsuddin stating that the living Qur’an is “the text of the Qur’an that lives in society”. Meanwhile, the second opinion is from M. Mansur who states that the living Qur’an is “the Qur’an in Everyday Life, this phenomenon has occurred and in essence the meaning and function of the Qur’an can be understood and experienced by the Muslim community”. Meanwhile, the third opinion emerged from Heddy Shri Ahimsa-Putra who clarified the meaning of the living qur’an into three categories. First, the Prophet Muhammad as the ‘living qur’an”. Second, the function of the Al-Qur’an in everyday life. Third, implementation of the meanings of the Al-Qur’an. This research shows that the participants of itikaf for the last 10 days of Ramadhan at the Attaqwa Mosque tried to interpret the activity of reading the invocation of ayat kursi in a social and qur’anic manner with the aim of getting a pleased and reward from Allah Swt. by reading the ayat kursi, the invocation of ayat kursi, other verses and surahs, you can also hope for the virtues of the ayat kursi. The mu’takifîn feel confident that when they read the ayat kursi and the invocation of ayat kursi, they will receive an abundance of pleased and grace from Allah Swt. in the form of fadhîlah the invocation of ayat kursi. Researcher also found that the meaning of the mu’takifîn congregation regarding the tradition of reciting the invocation of ayat kursi cannot be separated from the meaning of the original text and its priorities. However, researcher also found sustainable benefits and other benefits from reading this invocation of ayat kursi. Thus, the traditions carried out do not conflict with Islamic law.

Abstract

In the industrial revolution era, many jobs that humans could initially do turned out to be done by computers and machines. Learning in elementary schools should be carried out by integrating various disciplines, for example, through project-based STEAM learning. STEAM learning incorporates the contents of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics. The STEAM project chosen for implementation is Robotis (Robot Tisu/Tissue Robot). This study aims to describe the STEAM learning design of the Robotis project and determine the effectiveness of project-based STEAM learning in improving science literacy skills. This research includes a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted at SD A (one of the private schools in Surabaya) with an experimental class subject of 15 students and a control class subject of 13 students. The instruments used are validation sheets of teaching modules and science literacy tests. Data were analyzed using the n-gain test and the Mann Whitney U-Test. The results showed that STEAM learning design must integrate several disciplines (science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics) in one learning and be associated with real-world problems. The significance value is 0.00 < 0.05 so that it is interpreted that there is a difference between the two groups (H1 accepted) which means that STEAM learning in the experimental class provides different results between pre-test and post-test. So, it can be stated that STEAM learning is effective for improving students' science literacy skills.

Abstract

In the practice of learning English, based on the author’s observations, it was found that there are still most high school English teachers who have difficulty understand and implementing independent curriculum designs. The results of the discussion at the district level high school English MGMP (Subject Teacher Consultation) level can be concluded that the change in the independent curriculum has caused difficulties for high school English teachers in understanding the differences with the 2013 curriculum. One of them is the difficulty in understanding learning achievement document and the flow in teach material. To practice or try out the application of an independent curriculum for high school English subjects in classroom learning, it is necessary to do a creativity or innovation from the teacher do that the pattern and flow of learning can be understood correctly. One thing that can be considered in implementing high school English learning based on learning achievement elements is through the CERIA (Choose, Explore, Resume, Inform, and Apply) flow. This flow makes it easier for teachers and students to develop language elements in an integrated manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of risk analysis in supporting the improvement of education quality in schools. The issue raised focuses on the suboptimal implementation of risk management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of education quality. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature review method. Data were obtained through systematic searches of scientific journals, risk management textbooks in education, and relevant previous research from the last ten years. The analysis was conducted by categorizing findings based on risk analysis stages: identifying risk sources, determining impact levels, and control strategies that support school quality improvement. The findings indicate that the application of risk analysis helps educational institutions recognize potential quality barriers early, establish improvement priorities, and guide decision-making more effectively. This study concludes that integrating risk analysis into the school's internal quality assurance system contributes to creating sustainable and adaptive education management in response to environmental changes.

Abstract

Membangun kemandirian sebuah bisnis atau saat berjalannya sebuah usaha dikalangan anak-anak dan remaja perlu ditanamkan pada siswa sejak dini berupa motivasi ataupun kreativitas sehingga nantinya mereka tidak merasa bosan, merasa kalah, merasa capek dan tidak sanggup berdiri untuk berwirausaha. Sementara kesuksesan masih jauh didepan mata. Bahkan saat usahanya sudah mencapai kesuksesan, motivasi-motivasi tentang kehidupan sangat diperlukan. Untuk menjadi Wirausaha, ada beberapa hal yang harus di perhatikan dikalangan anak-anak dan remaja antara lain pendidikan yang mereka dapatkan waktu belajar di sekolah, perlunya pelatihan dan motivasi sedari dini mengenai kewirausahaan agar menambah pengetahuan mereka . Banyak hambatan persepsi memulai usaha, antara lain adanya anggapan merasa terlalu tua atau terlalu muda, tidak berbakat dan tidak punya modal. Hambatan ini harus dihilangkan dengan memberikan tambahan wawasan dikalangan anak-anak dan remaja, salah satunya lewat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini.

Abstract

Banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitas. Berikut adalah hal yang dapat membantu mengembangkan kemampuan pribadi dalam program peningkatan kreativitas: Pertama, mengenali hubungan. Banyak penemuan dan inovasi lahir sebagai cara pandang terhadap suatu hubungan yang baru dan berbeda antarobyek, proses, bahan, teknologi dan orang. Seperti mencampurkan aroma bunga melati dengan air, kemudian dibotolkan menjadi teh botol yang harum dan segar rasanya. Kedua, mengembangkan perspektif fungsional. Jika dikembangkan lebih lanjut, kita dapat melihat adanya suatu perspektif yang fungsional dari benda dan orang. Seseorang yang kreatif akan dapat melihat orang lain sebagai alat untuk memenuhi keinginannya dan membantu menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan. Ketiga, gunakan akal. Otak bagian kanan dipakai untuk hal seperti analogi, imajinasi dan lain-lain. Sedangkan otak bagian kiri dipakai untuk kerja seperti analisis, melakukan pendekatan yang rasional terhadap pemecahan masalah dan lain-lain. Keempat, hapus perasaan ragu-ragu. Banyak kebiaaan mental yang membatasi dan menghambat pemikiran kreatif. Sebuah studi menemukan bahwa orang dewasa hanya menggunakan 2-10 persen potensi kreativitas yang dimilikinya.

Abstract

This study aims to explicitly determine how digital culture influences and contributes to the degradation of traditional English book reading habits among teenagers in Alue Pineung Village, East Langsa District. The rise of digital media in the era of Industry 5.0 has transformed the way adolescents access information and acquire knowledge. Teenagers have become accustomed to brief, fast-paced digital content, which has gradually displaced the habit of reading physical books. To examine this phenomenon, the study employed a descriptive qualitative method using observations, interviews, and questionnaires as data collection techniques, and the data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings reveal that digital culture has significantly contributed to the decline in teenagers’ interest in reading printed English books. Most respondents prefer digital reading materials because they are more practical, faster to access, and visually appealing. The contribution of this research lies in providing a deeper understanding of how digital exposure reshapes literacy behavior in rural contexts, highlighting the shift from deep, reflective reading to more superficial and instant information consumption. This study offers valuable insight for educators and policymakers to design literacy strategies that balance digital engagement with the preservation of traditional reading practices.
