Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work climate, and work ability on employee performance (Case Study at PT. Toyo Kanetsu Indonesia). The method used is quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Toyo Kanetsu Indonesia 200 employees. The sample used is 100 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was through an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work experience has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT. Toyo Kanetsu Indonesia with a probability value of 0.305 > 0.05. Work climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Toyo Kanetsu Indonesia with a probability value of 0.000 > 0.05. Work Ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Toyo Kanetsu Indonesia with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 86.5% shows the contribution of work experience, work climate and work ability to employee performance at PT. Toyo Kanetsu Indo nesia and the remaining 13.5% are explained by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating dan Price in Tokopedia on Purchase Intention either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample selection used purposive sampling, amounting to 125 respondents. The data analysis technique used is classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, dan hypothesis test. Based on the research results obtained: 1) Online Customer Review has positive dan significant relationship in Tokopedia on Purchase Intention used t-test. 2) Online Customer Rating has positive dan significant relationship in Tokopedia on Purchase Intention used t-test. 3) Price has positive but not significant relationship in Tokopedia on Purchase Intention used t-test. 4) Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating dan Price simultaneously have a positive and significant relationship in Tokopedia on Purchase Intention used F-test

Abstract

Memenangkan pasar adalah salah satu tanggung jawab pemasaran,ini akan meningkatkan penjualan dan pada akhirnya menghasilkan keuntungan bagi bisnis. Manajemen organisasi telah mengadopsi strategi pemasaran yang berupaya untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut menciptakan keputusan pembelian. Coffe shop telah berkembang menjadi lebih dari sekedar tempat untuk minum kopi. Perkembangan kopi kekinian dimulai dengan focus pada kopi spesialis yang berkualitas tinggi. Ini melibatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang asal-usul kopi, proses pemanggangan, dan metode penyeduhan yang tepat untuk menghasilkan minuman kopi istimewa.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan suasana toko terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Rimbun Coffee Shop. Analisis regresi linier berganda kuantitatif adalah metode yang digunakan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 17.250 konsumen, dan sampel yang digunakan sama besarnya 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan sangat dipengaruhi oleh harga, kualitas layanan, dan suasana toko. Kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh harga, kualitas layanan, dan suasana toko pada saat yang bersamaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak Kualitas Layanan, Kualitas Informasi, dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan fokus pada pengguna aplikasi Pos Aja! yang dikelola oleh PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti mencakup pengguna aktif aplikasi Pos Aja! dari Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2023, dengan total 229 pengguna aplikasi tersebut. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 150 responden yang dipilih. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kualitas Layanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Variabel Kualitas Informasi (X2) juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Sebaliknya, Variabel Persepsi Harga (X3) hanya memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Variabel Kualitas Layanan, Kualitas Informasi, dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada studi kasus pengguna aplikasi Pos Aja! di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Batam.

Abstract

This study deeply reflects upon the concept of student etiquette (adab) towards teachers as elucidated in Syekh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani's Kitab Adab al-Sulūk lil-Murīd, examining its relevance to contemporary education. Employing a qualitative approach with a library research method and hermeneutic content analysis, the study identifies fundamental principles of adab. Findings reveal that al-Jilani emphasizes sincere intention, profound reverence, obedience, humility, politeness in interaction, and a willingness to serve the teacher as core pillars. This adab is viewed not merely as etiquette but as a foundational prerequisite for the blessings of knowledge and spiritual success.  In the face of contemporary educational challenges, including moral degradation, the impact of digital disruption, and shifting values, these teachings prove critically relevant. The concept of sincerity balances pragmatic learning motivations, while reverence for teachers is crucial for restoring educators' authority among students. Obedience and patience foster resilience, and humility counteracts intellectual arrogance. Adapting these values is also pertinent to digital ethics. Integrating these classical adab principles is essential for creating a harmonious, effective learning environment and producing generations that are not only intellectually capable but also morally upright and virtuous. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada 19 Mei 2025 di Kampung Tua Teluk Mata Ikan, Kelurahan Sambau, Kecamatan Nongsa, Kota Batam dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah berbasis Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (3R). Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, workshop pemilahan dan pengolahan sampah, pembentukan bank sampah, aksi bersih pantai, serta pelatihan kader lingkungan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat sebesar 62%, terbentuknya Bank Sampah “Teluk Hijau”, serta penunjukan 10 kader lingkungan sebagai agen perubahan. Selain itu, aksi bersih pantai berhasil mengumpulkan sekitar 150 kg sampah plastik yang sebagian dimanfaatkan kembali. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif mampu mengatasi rendahnya kesadaran dan keterbatasan sarana, serta mendorong terwujudnya pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan di masyarakat pesisir.

Abstract

The article Muhammadiyah Was Born in Java and Raised in Minangkabau: History, Intellectualism, and the Modern Islamic Movement discusses the history of the birth of Muhammadiyah as a Modern Islamic movement in Indonesia, focusing on Java as the birthplace and Minangkabau as the place of growth and development and the size of this organization. Muhammadiyah was founded by KH Ahmad Dahlan as a quick response to the condition of Muslims who were trapped in the practice of Tahayul, Bid'ah and Churafat (TBC), the weakness of the education system, the fading of religious thought and resistance to Dutch colonialism. Through qualitative analysis and a historical approach to various library sources, this research targets the causes of the birth, process of spread, acceptance and growth of Muhammadiyah in Minangkabau. The results of this research show that the social and intellectual conditions of Minangkabau society are very much in line with the spirit of reform or tajdid promoted by Muhammadiyah, such as the Islamic scientific tradition, the culture of going abroad for men, as well as the Minang philosophy, adat basandi syarak, syarak basandi kitabullah. This Minangkabau climate has supported the development of Muhammadiyah in Minangkabau, not only as an Islamic organization but also as an intellectual force, impacting educational reform, Islamic thought, and progressive Islam. Consequently, the phrase "Muhammadiyah was born in Java and grew up in Minangkabau" illustrates the historical process of complementarity between Muhammadiyah's ideas and local Minangkabau culture.Keywords: Muhammadiyah, Minangkabau, Intellectualism, Modern Islamic Movement

Abstract

The need for renewable energy is increasingly pressing as fossil fuel reserves dwindle. Waste filtered coffee grounds, produced in large quantities by thousands of coffee shops in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar, have significant potential for processing into environmentally friendly briquettes. Community service activities in Lamkeunung Village, Darussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency, were conducted to optimize this potential through technical training, provision of modern equipment, institutional strengthening, and marketing strategies. The results of the activities demonstrated increased community capacity, the formation of business institutions, and improvements in the quality and quantity of briquette production. In addition to its economic impact, this activity also contributed to the reduction of organic waste. Laboratory tests showed that briquettes made from filtered coffee waste had a calorific value of 5349.4 Cal/g, a moisture content of 2.5%, an ash content of 18.3%, a density of 0.82 g/cm³, and a compressive strength of 1.179 kgf/mm².

Abstract

The rapid development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has rendered murabahah contracts the most dominant financing scheme; however, their implementation has frequently generated legal disputes adjudicated by the Religious Courts, particularly those concerning default, the determination of profit margins, the application of penalty clauses, and the execution of collateral auctions. This study aims to examine the patterns of murabahah dispute resolution by the Religious Courts in Indonesia during the 2014–2024 period by analyzing the application of classical Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and ushul fiqh principles in judicial reasoning. Employing a normative–empirical approach, this research applies content analysis to 62 court decisions obtained from official sources using the keyword “murabahah.” The findings indicate that default-related disputes constitute the most dominant category, accounting for 41 decisions. In their legal reasoning, judges refer to the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES) and classical fiqh principles, particularly the prohibition of riba in assessing the legitimacy of profit margins and penalties, the principle of justice (al-‘adl) in balancing the rights and obligations of the parties, and the concept of maslahah in evaluating the implications of judicial decisions for the interests of the parties and the stability of Islamic banking. Nevertheless, the study identifies inconsistencies in judicial decisions arising from divergent judicial interpretations. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening judges’ understanding of fiqh mu‘amalah, harmonizing legal interpretations, and enhancing contractual transparency to reinforce legal certainty in Islamic banking practices in Indonesia.
