Abstract

Abstract This research was designed to develop the ability to make the Classroom Action Research Proposal and culinary business in tekwan production. The teacher could not fulfil the promotion requirement because of the lack of ability to create an classroom action research proposal. The other problem is how to develop a culinary business by making Tekwan as a new product to increase citizen prosperity. The solution to solve this first problem that used in this research were conducting Classroom Action Research Proposal Workshop, then continued with assistance in the creating process and providing resource reference to get funding by Ministry of Education and Culture through the internet. The solution that used for the second problem in this research was by practising in tekwan production, continued by teaching how to make an eye-catching package and accessing market to make a sustainable profit and achieving prosperity. This activity was carried during COVID-19 Pandemic through online media such as Zoom and Youtube by uploading video about Tekwan production https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9mlis3z7fCc. Abstrak Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan membuat proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan produktivitas usaha kuliner dalam pembuatan tekwan. Permasalahan pertama yang dihadapi dan sangat mendesak tentang kurangnya kemampuan membuat proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi guru, sehingga syarat melaksanakan penelitian untuk kenaikan pangkat ada kendala. Permasalahan kedua bagaimana meningkatkan produktivitas usaha kuliner dalam rangkap pengembangan kesejahteraan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk masalah pertama yaitu melaksanakan workshop “Penelitian Tindakan Kelas”, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan proposal dan pendampingan/konsultasi, serta mencari sumber dana baik via internet maupun dengan Kemendikbud. Solusi untuk masalah kedua praktek kuliner, dilanjutkan bagaimana usaha memasarkannya, mengemas yang menarik. Produktivitas usaha kuliner lancar maka kesejahteraan akan mengiringi. Setelah dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk produktivitas usaha kuliner dalam rangka pengembangan kesejahteraan, karena pandemi corona maka dilakukan secara online via Youtube: https://m.youtube.com/ watch?v=9mlis3z7fCc. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the differences in learning outcomes of media development courses and learning material between groups of students who are taught using guided inquiry learning models compared to groups of students who are taught using discovery learning models. Research approaches conducted by researchers using quantitative descriptive methods. The object of research conducted on students in the media development and learning material subject in the one of Study Program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Analysis of the data and formulas used to test hypotheses using t-test which first performed an analysis of the normality of the data, a homogeneity. Based on the measurement results of the Islamic Education student learning outcomes, the researcher can conclude that the discovery learning and guided inquiry learning model influences of learning outcomes. The data analysis and formula used were normality test, homogeneity test and then hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the measurement of learning outcomes, the researcher can conclude that there are differences in learning outcomes using the discovery learning model and the inquiry learning model in the course of media development and learning resources. This is shown from the calculation results, namely the significance value which is below 0.05, which is equal to 0.000. It is hoped that other researchers can develop other studies that focus on other thinking skills such as critical thinking.

Abstract

Web usability, if evaluation done correctly, can significantly improve the quality of the website. Website containing multimedia for education shoud apply user interfaces that are both easy to learn and easy to use. Multimedia has big role in changing the mindset of a person in learning. Using multimedia, learners get easy to obtain information, adjust information and empower information. Therefore, multimedia is utilized by teachers in developing learning techniques to improve student learning outcomes. For students with self-directed learning, multimedia provides the ease and completeness of the courses in such a way that students can complete the learning independently both at school and at home without the guidance of teachers. The learning independence takes place in how students choose, absorb information, and follow the evaluation quickly and efficiently. The 2013 Curriculum 2013 for Vocational High School (SMK) requires teachers to create engaging teaching and learning activities that students enjoy in the classroom (also called invitation learning environment). The creation of learning activity environment is still problem for most teachers. Various researches reveal that teaching and learning activities will be more effective and easy when assisted by visual tools. Using multimedia, learning material can be presented more attractively that help students understand the material easily. The opposite is found in the learning activity environment who only rely on ordinary lectures. Usability is a quality level of multimedia with easy to learn, easy to use and encourages users to use it. The website Multimedia Interactive Learning for Mathematics SMK Class X is targeted object. Usability website in Multimedia Interactive Learning for Mathematics SMK Class X is important indicators to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and student satisfaction to access the functionality of website. This usability measurement should be done carefully before the design is implemented thoroughly. The only way to get test with high quality results is to start testing at the beginning of the design process and continuously testing each of the next steps. This research performs usability testing on of website by using WAMMI criterion (Website Analysis and Measurement Inventory) and will be focused on how convenience using the website application. Components of Attractiveness, Controllability, Efficiency, Helpfulness, and Learnability are applied. The website in Multimedia Interactive Learning for Mathematics SMK Class X can be in accordance with the purpose to be accepted by student to improve student learning outcomes. The results show that WAMMI method show the usability value of Multimedia Mathematics SMK Class X is about from 70% to 90%.Keywords: web; usability; WAMMI criteria; mathematics; self learning

Abstract

The background of this research is based on low result of science learning outcomes and usage of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in learning process that is not optimal yet at PB Soedirman Junior High School Jakarta. The general objective in this research is to know the effect of blended learning rotation model and intrapersonal intelligence on science learning outcomes in junior high school. It was a quantitative research with an experimental method and 2x2 treatment by level design. The results of data analysis and interpretation indicates that; (1) students who were using blended learning rotation model Lab Rotation had higher learning outcomes than those by blended learning rotation model Station Rotation; (2) there was an effect of interaction between blended learning rotation model and intrapersonal intelligence on student learning outcomes in science subject; (3) students with higher intrapersonal intelligence who were using blended learning rotation model Lab Rotation had higher learning outcomes than those by blended learning rotation model Station Rotation; (4) students with lower intrapersonal intelligence who were using blended learning rotation model Lab Rotation had lower learning outcomes than those by blended learning rotation model Station Rotation. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh masih rendahnya hasil belajar IPA serta pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam pembelajaran yang belum optimal di SMP Islam PB Soedirman Jakarta. Tujuan umum yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan model blended learning rotasi dan kecerdasan intrapersonal yang dimiliki peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar IPA di SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian treatment by level 2x2. Hasil analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa; 1) peserta didik yang menggunakan model blended learning rotasi tipe Lab Rotation memiliki hasil belajar IPA yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model blended learning rotasi tipe Station Rotation; 2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model blended learning rotasi dan kecerdasan intrapersonal terhadap hasil belajar IPA peserta didik; 3) peserta didik dengan kecerdasan intrapersonal tinggi yang menggunakan model blended learning rotasi tipe Lab Rotation memiliki hasil belajar IPA yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model blended learning rotasi tipe Station Rotation; 4) peserta didik dengan kecerdasan intrapersonal rendah yang menggunakan model blended learning rotasi tipe Station Rotation memiliki hasil belajar IPA yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model blended learning rotasi tipe Lab Rotation. Abstract

Seorang guru pada satuan pendidikan memiiki kewajiban menulis dan menyusun Rencana Kegiatan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dengan lengkap dan berurutan demi terciptanya pembelajaran yang interaktif, inspiratif, menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan serta memberi tantangan yang baru untuk peserta didik. Di samping itu hal tersebut juga untuk mensuport peserta didik supaya aktif dan berpartisipasi, sera dapat memberikan kesempatan terhadap peserta didik untuk berinisiatif, dalam berdaya cipta, secara independensi yang dimiliki dalam diri peserta didik terkati minat, bakat dan perkembangan fisik serta psikologisnya. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyusun dan menulis rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan bahan ajar dalam peningkatan kualitaas pembelajaran dimasa pandemi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah secara daring via zoom dengan diskusi dan Tanya jawab serta latihan dan penugasan untuk menyusun RPP dan Bahan Ajar. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme guru tinggi, setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini 100 % semua guru ingin dapat menulis dan menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran untuk daring dan bahan ajar, 75 % sebagian guru juga menginginkan peningkatan dalam produktivitas kerja, sebanyak 58,3 % berharap adanya diskusi sesame guru yang ikut dalam pelatihan ini dan untuk dapat meningkatkan pelayanan pada siswa sebanyak 83.3%.Kata kunci: Rencana Pelaksanan Pembelajaran, Bahan Ajar, Kualitas Pembelajaran

Abstract

The research method uses an evaluation developed by Kirkpactrik. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. Participant research participants in the Teacher Performance Peenilian Technical Guidance in 2018. Technical Guidance on Teacher Performance Evaluation is carried out with the aim of providing teachers with skills to be able to use the Teacher Performance Assessment instrument to their peers. Evaluations at each important level are carried out to determine the level of effectiveness. Based on the results of the study obtained the following data; (1) the level of reaction of participants stated that the implementation of Bimtek was very good; (2) at the level of learning participants have a very good understanding of the PKG Guidance material. It was concluded that the implementation of the Teacher Performance Evaluation Technical Guidance was carried out in accordance with the implementation guidelines and objectives. The teacher has a very good level of understanding after following the Teacher Performance Assessment Technical Guidance. It is recommended that Technical Guidance on Teacher Performance Evaluation can be carried out in greater numbers so that the ratio between the assessed and the assessor gets smaller.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic, Business Administration Study Program for the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year in November 2019 to March 2020 with treatment given for 8 (eight) meetings including the initial test and final test using the experimental method, while the research design was design. treatment by level 2 x 2. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in learning outcomes of archiving subjects in office administration students, between students who studied PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning strategies and students who studied withlearning strategies CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) and The interaction between learning strategies and early office administration skills on learning outcomes of archiving subjects. The influence oflearning strategies PBL (Problem Based Learning) is higher for students who have a low level of initial ability than thelearning strategy CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) on archiving learning outcomes. Students with low initial abilities usinglearning strategies PBL (Problem Based Learning) will be better at solving problems with group friends. So that thelearning strategy PBL (Problem Based Learning) has a greater influence on students who have a low initial ability level compared to using thelearning strategy CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning). To improve archival learning outcomes for students at the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic, office administration majors that have high initial abilities uselearning strategies. PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning outcomes are higher, as well as for students who have low initial abilities, their learning outcomes can be improved by followinglearning strategies. PBL (Problem Based Learning), in general, to improve the learning outcomes of LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic students, office administration majors can be done using thelearning strategy. Abstract

Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic that attacked the world, including Indonesia, made many changes in the social order in society. The effects of Covid-19 have an impact not only on how to socialize, but also on individuals. The increase in the unemployment rate due to dismissal can indirectly increase the chances of criminal acts in the community. However, there are many things that can be done as an anticipatory step as well as a solution for these crimes because in this era recently, increasing of developing technology provides convenience in almost all fields, including security. In an environment, which are campus, office or in the community, security is an absolute thing to ensure a sense of security and comfort. The Community Service Team, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta in collaboration with the Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Cibinong held a training on how to install and how to use of IP camera applications which is the object are SMK teachers and the community around SMKN 1 Cibinong with goals to introduce and teach the public to use IP cameras as one tool of preventing and/or knowing the occurrence of criminal acts that occur around them by viewing the recordings on the IP camera. The training was carried out in a hybrid way (online and offline) using the Zoom application by presenting material and practices regarding IP cameras and their applications as well as a question and answer session with participants as well as consultation on the problems encountered in the installation and use of IP cameras. After participating in the training, participants are expected to be able to install IP cameras around them (home, school, or office) and understand how to use applications to monitor areas where IP cameras are Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 yang menyerang dunia, termasuk Indonesia, membuat banyak perubahan yang terjadi dalam tatanan sosial di masyarakat. Efek dari Covid-19 ini berimbas tidak hanya pada cara bersosialisasi, namun juga pada individu. Naiknya tingkat pengangguran akibat pemutusan hubungan kerja secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan peluang terjadinya tindak kriminal di masyarakat. Namun banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan sebagai langkah antisipatif maupun langkah solutif untuk tindak kriminal tersebut karena dalam era teknologi yang semakin berkembang saat ini memberikan kemudahan hampir dalam semua bidang, tidak terkecuali dalam bidang keamanan. Dalam suatu lingkungan, baik itu kampus, kantor m upun di masyarakat, keamanan merupakan suatu hal yang mutlak untuk menjamin rasa aman dan nyaman. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta bekerjasama dengan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Cibinong mengadakan pelatihan instalasi dan penggunaan aplikasi IP camera dengan sasaran guru-guru SMK dan masyarakat sekitar SMKN 1 Cibinong sebagai usaha memperkenalkan dan mengajarkan masyarakat untuk menggunakan IP camera sebagai salah satu sarana mencegah dan/atau mengetahui kejadian dari tindak pidana yang terjadi di sekitar mereka dengan melihat hasil rekaman pada IP camera. Pelatihan dilakukan secara hybrid (daring dan luring) menggunakan aplikasi Zoom dengan memaparkan materi dan praktik mengenai IP camera dan aplikasinya serta sesi tanya jawab dengan peserta sekaligus konsultasi mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam instalasi dan penggunaan IP camera. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, peserta diharapkan mampu menginstalasi IP camera di sekitar mereka (rumah, sekolah, maupun kantor) dan mengerti menggunakan aplikasi untuk memonitoring area dimana IP camera terpasang.

Abstract

Preparing face-to- face learning with teaching materials has often been done by teachers, but there are still many teachers who find it difficult to prepare and write lessons using online teaching materials. This training activity has the aim of improving the ability of teachers in compiling online teaching materials and increasing teacher creativity in online learning. This training method and strategy uses face-to-face (offline) discussions and questions and answers, as well as exercises and practices in compiling and writing online teaching materials. The results obtained after participating in this training are that all teachers want to be able to compose complete online teaching materials with a 100% questionnaire score. Furthermore, after participating in this training, the main priority in the future is the development of human resources (HR), this can be seen from 20 participants, then 20 participants (100%) chose to prioritize HR. Next, there are only 17 people (85%). Abstrak Mempersiapkan pembelajaran secara tatap muka dengan bahan ajar sudah sering dilakukan oleh guru, tetapi mempersiapkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan bahan ajar online masih banyak guru yang merasa kesulitan dalam menyusun dan menulisnya. Kegiatan pelatihan ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar online dan meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran online. Metode dan strategi pelatihan ini menggunakan tatap muka (luring) dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta latihan dan praktik menyusun dan menulis bahan ajar online. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini adalah semua guru ingin dapat menyusun bahan ajar online secara lengkap dengan perolehan skor kuisioner 100 %. Untuk selanjutanya setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini yang menjadi prioritas utama dimasa yang akan datang adalah pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM), ini terlihat dari 20 peserta, maka ke 20 peserta(100%) memilih memprioritaskan SDM. Berikutnya baru masalah dana sekiatr 17 orang (85%).

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan yang begitu cepat di abad 21 mendorong manusia untuk berfikir dan bertindak mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan harus bisa menyesuaikan keadaan agar tetap berkembang sebagai organisasi pembelajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) Model organisasi belajar dalam membangun sekolah; dan (2) Sekolah sebagai organisasi belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan studi literatur (literatur review) dengan teknik pengumpul data: 1) pengumpulan data berupa artikel jurnal internasional maupun nasional yang terindeks, buku, serta reverensi lain yang berhubungan dengan tujuan penelitian, 2) pemeriksaan data, 3) mengorganisasi data, dan 4) menganalisis data yang telah diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) model organisasi belajar untuk membangun sekolah dengan mengembangkan lima displin organisasi belajar antara lain: Berfikir sistem (System Thinking), Belajar Tim (Team Learning), Model Mental (Mental Model), Pengontrolan Diri (Personal Mastery), dan Visi Bersama (Shared Vision); dan (2) Sekolah sebagai organisasi belajar dapat diwujudkan dengan empat pilar pendidikan yaitu : 1) Learning To Know, 2) Learning To Do, 3) Learning To Be, dan  4) Learning To Live Together. Membangun sekolah sebagai organisasi belajar agar sekolah dapat tumbuh dan berkembang sesuai kemajuan zaman serta dapat mengoptimalkan individu agar terus belajar secara efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan global.
