Abstract

The tissue processor is an essential device for preparing tissue samples for observation. Despite the high demand, no similar products havebeen developed locally. Therefore, the researchers have undertaken the development of a comparable device through reverse engineering. One of the key components of a tissue processor is the automatic heater, which consists of a heater controller and a heating element. Utilizing an ATTiny1614 microcontroller and a silicone pad, both components were developed to operate with the same functionality as the original. Based on the tests, the heater controller successfully supplied alternating current to the heating element according to the specified maximum temperature. The heating element test showed an impedance specification of 418.9 Ω and required only approximately 1 minute and 37 seconds to reach a temperature of 100 °C. Therefore, the resulting prototype meets the criteria for an automatic heater for a tissue processor.

Abstract

"Pelatihan K3 Pertambangan dan Sosialisasi Terkait HIV/AIDS" diselenggarakan untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta mengenai keselamatan kerja dan penanganan darurat di industri pertambangan, serta meningkatkan kesadaran terkait HIV/AIDS. Pelatihan ini melibatkan 124 peserta dari berbagai latar belakang, terutama mahasiswa Universitas Mulawarman. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup regulasi K3, teknik Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD), dan edukasi mengenai pencegahan serta penanganan HIV/AIDS. Pelatihan ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan prinsip-prinsip K3 dan penanganan HIV/AIDS di lingkungan kerja yang berisiko tinggi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui sesi kuis dan pemberian hadiah untuk peserta yang berprestasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja dan menumbuhkan kesadaran mengenai kesehatan dan keselamatan, serta menghilangkan stigma terhadap penderita HIV/AIDS di tempat kerja

Abstract

The deepening environmental crisis threatens the survival of humanity, especially in mountainous areas that are vulnerable to natural disasters. This study examines the role of religion from the perspective of Tasawwuf as a solution to increase awareness and environmental conservation actions in the community of Jatiarjo Village, Prigen Pasuruan. The purpose of this study is to focus on the implementation findings of how rural communities that are active in the activities of the Naqsabandiyah Qodiriyah Tarekat succeed in protecting the environment so that they can maintain and operate these natural resources. This study uses a qualitative approach of a descriptive case study. It explores the relationship between the spiritual practice of the Thoriqoh Qodiriyah Naqsabandiyah (TQN) community and natural resource management. The study results show that the spiritual values taught in this institute encourage people to behave environmentally friendly, understand their responsibilities as caliphs, and create harmony between humans and nature. Through practices such as dhikr, gratitude rituals, and the management of organic farming and traditional irrigation systems, the TQN people preserve the environment and strengthen their spiritual identity. These findings also confirm that the integration of eco-theosophical principles can have a positive impact on environmental sustainability and strengthen community bonds in facing the challenges of environmental crises. This research is an additional recommendation and reference for the Sufism community and society, in general, to contribute to developing a more massive spirituality-based environmental preservation concept, especially in rural areas.

Abstract

The ability to read and write plays a crucial role in the learning process. However, not all students have the same reading and writing skills at an early age, especially in grades I and II. The study aims to explore the efforts made by teachers in dealing with students who have difficulty reading at levels I and II. The research methodology used is field studies with data collection through observation. The results showed that teachers used different teaching strategies, including paying more attention to students who still have difficulty reading and writing, guiding students to write letters correctly, and giving extra hours before learning takes place. Furthermore, students were gathered in one place to learn to read and write using teaching materials such as reading books and alphabetic letters. Besides, there are internal and external factors that influence. The internal factors of the family environment are less encouraging students to be trained to learn to read, so the ability to read is still less, while the external factors are the influence of the playing environment, including their friends. Thus, this research is useful as an example of the efforts that educators, especially teachers, can make when faced with similar circumstances, namely, students who still have difficulty reading and writing.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah menjadi tantangan global dengan meningkatnya populasi dan produksi limbah. Di Indonesia, metode landfill masih mendominasi pengolahan sampah, menyebabkan dampak lingkungan seperti emisi gas rumah kaca. Salah satu alternatif solusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah pemanfaatan Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF), yaitu bahan bakar alternatif yang dihasilkan dari sampah plastik dan sampah umum.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi RDF dalam mengurangi limbah dan menghasilkan energi alternatif yang efisien. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen kuantitatif dengan proses pemilahan, pencacahan, pengeringan, dan penggilingan sampah dari Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 25 kg sampah umum dan 3 kg sampah plastik diolah menjadi RDF.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari total sampah yang diolah, diperoleh 16 kg (57%) RDF dengan nilai kalor sebesar 14,197 MJ/kg. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa RDF dapat menjadi sumber energi alternatif yang efisien, meskipun diperlukan optimalisasi fasilitas pengolahan dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan sampah sebagai energi.Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa RDF berpotensi mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap bahan bakar fosil dan mengatasi permasalahan limbah di Indonesia. Namun, implementasi yang lebih luas memerlukan dukungan regulasi dan teknologi yang lebih baik agar RDF dapat diadopsi secara berkelanjutan dalam industri energi dan manufaktur.

Abstract

Kisah nabi Adam Alayhi al-Salâm dituturkan dalam fragmen-fragmen yang tersebar di berbagai surat. Masing-masing fragmen dituturkan dalam konteks wacana, style bahasa, dan sifat keluasan cerita yang berbeda. Kajian ini mencoba mengupas tentang kisah nabi Adam AS dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an sendiri, secara kronologis peristiwanya sesuai dengan yang dituturkan dalam Al-Qur’an. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan tafsir mawdhû’iy atau tafsir tematik. Dalam tafsir mawdhû’iy berbagai ayat yang berkaitan dengan tema yang diambil dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisa dari berbagai aspeknya, baik dari segi asbâb al-nuzûl, munâsabah, analisis kebahasaan, untuk membentuk pandangan yang padu tentang suatu tema. Hasil kajian menunjukkan kisah Adam dituturkan dalam 7 surat, yaitu Shād, al-`A’rāf, Thaha, al-Isrā`, al-Hijr, al-Kahf dan al-Baqarah. Semuanya berupa surat makkiyah kecuali al-Baqarah yang berupa surat madaniyah. Masing-masing surat menuturkan fragmen kisah Adam Alayhi al-Salâm dengan style bahasa dan titik tekan cerita yang berbeda sesuai dengan konteks penceritaan pada surat tersebut. Masing-masing fragmen saling melengkapi dan menjelaskan serta membentuk kisah yang utuh tentang Adam Alayhi al-Salâm.   Key word: Adam As, tafsir mawdhû’iy, kisah, Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

This article presents an analytical study of the consistency of the use of the translation method used by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in the "Al-Qur`an and its Translation for the 2019 Completion Edition". The focus of this research is on the methods, procedures, and translation techniques used in translating Raḥmān's word to confirm the inconsistencies found. Judging from Newmark's theory related to translation methods, procedures, and techniques, this analysis leads to the conclusion that Raḥmān's word is consistently translated only in 1 verse because of the demands of the context at hand, namely in surah al-Isrā' [17]:110, while the others indicated inconsistency. This inconsistency occurs based on three things, namely 1) the chosen diction/translation word, 2) the technique or procedure used, namely the provision of explanatory words, either in brackets or not, and 3) the possibility of typos. Judging from the diction used, there are two choices of words used to translate Raḥmān's word, namely "Maha Pemurah" and "Maha Pengasih". There are 4 methods found in translating the two words, namely faithful translation method, transfer or transliteration procedure, note-taking procedure, and description technique.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh signifikan variabel Produk, dan Harga secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan metode kuantitatif ataupun mengambarkan semua data yang di peroleh kemudian membuat kesimpulan dari analisis yang didapatkan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang di dapatkan dari toko keripik Cek Ella Sukamaju Palembang. Nilai dari analisis regresi variabel linier berganda Produk bernilai positif, hal ini dapat diartikan produk yang ditawarkan memuaskan, makaakan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian meningkat, hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa setiap peningkatkan harga, akan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian meningkat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : Hasil uji t menunjukan Produk dan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Keripik Cek Ella Sukamaju Palembang. Hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa Produk dan Harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The practice of learning carried out in school institutions with the implementation of a learning method is a common thing carried out by an educator in maximizing the desired learning objectives to be carried out. Various learning methods can be implemented for students in harmony with the characteristics of the students themselves. In this study the aim is to describe the Implementation of ICT-based Simulation Methods in fostering active learning of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research uses a qualitative type of case study technique. Which was held at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Mataram Jaya. The data source uses primary data sources, namely grade IV (four) teachers and secondary data sources, namely in the form of documents and sources related to research. Research data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, documentation. In the technique of guaranteeing the validity of this research data using data triangulation. In the research, it was found that the simulation method can have implications for the active learning of students. Related matters can be known through each indicator of the activeness of students who are known to include: students participate actively in implementing assigned tasks by forming a group, actively asking questions, actively conducting group discussions, actively digging for information related to the discussion assigned to do the role-playing, and students participate actively in solving problems with the type of distributing the appropriate cast figures and can provide an assessment of the abilities they have.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose: This study aims to explain the formation process of khidmah character at Pondok Pesantren Langitan Widang Tuban, a traditional Islamic boarding school that consistently maintains devotional values in its educational system. Design/methodology/approach: This research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to understand the lived experiences of santri (students) and teachers in developing khidmah character. Research limitations/implications: This study is limited to one pesantren context. However, it provides valuable insights for character education development in Islamic educational institutions and offers an alternative model for contemporary education systems facing moral crisis. Findings: The results reveal three main stages in khidmah character formation: knowledge transfer through teacher exemplification, habituation of khidmah values in daily life, and embodiment of khidmah character in real acts of service to the pesantren and community. The process demonstrates that character education involves not only teaching values but also consistent practice. Originality/value: This research contributes to character education literature by documenting a proven traditional Islamic educational approach that integrates spiritual, moral, and social dimensions in character formation, which can serve as a model for other educational institutions.
