Abstract

This study aims to: 1) analyse the characteristics and quality of Class IV AR IPAS media products based on reviewer assessments; 2) implement AR IPAS media development products to improve the critical thinking skills of Class IV students; 3) analyze the effectiveness of AR IPAS media in improving critical thinking skills of Class IV students. The method used is the ADDIE RD model with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, validation sheets, assessments, and tests. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that AR IPAS media integrates the real and virtual worlds, and provides interactive and real-time information in 2D and 3D, made with the Assemblr Edu application. This media is effective, easy to operate, and affordable to make. However, AR media is sensitive to changes in viewing angle and requires sufficient memory capacity on the device used. The implementation of AR IPAS media at SD Negeri Nanggulan and MI Al-Huda was conducted in five meetings, students were enthusiastic and actively involved, allowing direct concept exploration. AR IPAS media products are proven to be effective, proven through paired sample t-tests on two classes showing significance p 0.05, indicating a significant difference in students' critical thinking skills before and after using AR media.

Abstract

English as a local content in elementary schools, but students lack the desire and enthusiasm to learn English, students think that English is very difficult both pronunciation and writing. The purpose of the study is to utilize YouTube videos as learning media using the Drill and Practice method to improve English vocabulary in elementary schools, this study uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach, the results of the study that the utilization of YouTube videos using the Drill and Practice model can improve English language skills in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat, with research subjects 20 students produced good results and experienced an increase in learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle the level of completeness of student learning outcomes was 40%, in cycle I the level of completeness of learning outcomes was 60%, in cycle II it increased with a level of completeness of learning outcomes of 95%, so the level of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycles I and II increased by 30%. So it can be concluded that by utilizing YouTube videos using the Drill and Practice method can improve English language skills in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of mosque congregant assistance in optimizing the understanding of fiqh muamalah in the Gresik Regency. The researcher employs a social action research design through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of counseling activities. The findings indicate that continuous guidance through counseling significantly enhances congregants’ understanding of fundamental fiqh muamalah concepts, such as sales transactions, debt obligations, and zakat practices. Participants demonstrate increased comprehension and application of these principles daily, reflecting a deeper understanding of Islamic economic ethics. Although the results are positive, several challenges arise, including time constraints, limited access to easily comprehensible literature, and varying levels of participant motivation. This article recommends developing a more structured and inclusive counseling program using digital technology to support independent learning and expand accessibility. Therefore, collaboration between religious leaders, local governments, and Islamic educational institutions is essential to ensure the program’s sustainability and long-term impact. By integrating these strategies, fiqh muamalah can be a solid foundation for building a just and prosperous society in line with Islamic principles. This study provides valuable insights into community-based religious education and its role in promoting ethical economic practices

Abstract

Sapi peranakan Friesian Holstein (PFH) adalah salah satu jenis sapi perah di Indonesia yang berasal dari persilangan antara sapi Friesian Holstein dan sapi lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis performa reproduksi sapi (PFH) di Desa kemiri Kecamatan Jabung Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan sapi PFH umur muda dan tua. Metode penelitian adalah survey. Data diperoleh langsung dari wawancara peternak serta mengamati kegiatan peternak guna mengetahui management pemeliharaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Materi penelitian terdiri dari 51 ekor sapi PFH betina dengan rentang umur 3 – 7 tahun yang telah mengalami partus setidaknya 1 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lama hari post partum mating <60 hari sejumlah 13 ekor, persentase 25,49%, post partum mating 60 – 80 hari sejumlah 7 ekor, persentase 13,72%, dan post partum mating lebih dari 80 hari, berjumlah 31 ekor, persentase 60,79%. Days open <60 hari berjumlah 6 ekor, persemtase 11,77%,  Days open 60 – 90 hari berjumlah 5 ekor, persemtase 9,80%, Days open <90 hari berjumlah 40 ekor, persemtase 78,43%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performa reproduksi sapi PFH betina di Desa Kemiri tergolong kurang baik di tandai dengan  Post Partum Mating dan Days Open yang panjang.Kata Kunci : Sapi PFH, Days Open, Post Partum Mating

Abstract

AbstrakPengembangan Media pembelajaran Pop-Up Book pada mata pelajaran IPA di SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurangnya media pembelajaran sehingga menyebabkan kurang minat siswa dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah media Pop-Up Book layak digunakan dan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Observasi, Kuesioner dan Dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus persentase, Analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media berdasarkan uji validasi ahli dan siswa terhadap Media Pop-Up Book. Hasil penelitian diperoleh uji validasi ahli media memperoleh skor secara keseluruhan 72 dengan persentase 90% termasuk kategori “Sangat Layak”. Uji validitas kepada ahli materi memperoleh skor 36 dengan persentase 80% kategori “Sangat Layak”. Uji validitas kepada guru kelas memperoleh skor 38 dengan persentase sebesar 84,4% kategori “Sangat Layak”. Kemudian hasil tanggapan siswa terhadap media Pop-Up Book mendapatkan skor dengan persentase 98,4% kategori “Sangat Layak”. Untuk pedoman observasi diperoleh skor 453 dengan persentase 82,3% kategori “Sangat Baik”. Dari uji validitas yang telah dilakukan dapat dikatakan bahwa media Pop-Up Book layak digunakan dan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat pada mata pelajaran IPA Kelas V Materi sistem pernapasan manusia dan hewan.AbstractThe development of Pop-Up Book learning media in science subjects at SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat is motivated by the need for more learning media that causes less student interest in learning. This study aims to determine whether the Pop-Up Book media is feasible and can increase student interest in learning SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research approach of the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages, namely (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Data processing is done using the percentage formula. Data analysis is used to determine the feasibility of media based on expert and student validation tests of Pop-Up Book Media. The results obtained by the media expert validation test obtained an overall score of 72 with a percentage of 90%, including the "Very Feasible" category. The validation test for the material expert obtained a score of 36 with a percentage of 80% in the "Very Feasible" category. The validation test for the class teacher obtained a score of 38 with a percentage of 84.4% in the "Very Feasible" category. Then the results of student responses to Pop-Up Book media get a score with a percentage of 98.4% in the "Very Feasible" category. For the observation guideline, a score of 453 was obtained, with a percentage of 82.3% in the "Very Good" category. From the validity test that has been carried out, the Pop-Up Book media is feasible to use and can increase the learning interest of SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat students in the fifth-grade science subject of human and animal respiratory system material.

Abstract

Leadership is one of the important factors that can determine the success of educational institutions in achieving goals. The use of an appropriate leadership style, such as democratic leadership, can improve teacher performance and create a conducive learning atmosphere. This study aims to describe the application of democratic leadership style by the principal at SMK Miftahul Ulum Melirang and analyze its influence on teacher performance. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach using the type of field research.The results showed that: 1) Democratic leadership style is implemented through the involvement of teachers in the decision-making process, planning, and evaluation of school programs; 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of this leadership style include effective communication and collaborative work culture, while the main obstacles are lack of training and resistance to change. This study provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of democratic leadership style in supporting educational success at SMK Miftahul Ulum Melirang.

Abstract

These activities play a crucial role in shaping the character of students through the regular recitation of shalawat. The success of this program is significantly influenced by the effectiveness of the caregivers' communication in delivering material, engaging students, and overcoming challenges encountered during the process. This research aims to analyze the communication strategies employed by caregivers, identify obstacles faced, and evaluate the contribution of communication to the effectiveness of diba activities. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a field research method. Data was collected through direct observations, in-depth interviews with caregivers, student leaders, and junior students, as well as documentation of relevant activities. Thematic analysis was employed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that caregivers implement simple verbal communication, positive nonverbal expressions, and a participatory approach through group discussions and the involvement of senior students. The main challenges identified include varying levels of student comprehension, limited time for caregivers to provide guidance, and technical constraints such as inadequate facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetauhi pengaruh implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning schoology pada mata pelajaran dasar listrik dan elektronika di smk mitra industri mm2100 kelas x jurusan teknik elektronika industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen yaitu menggunakan metode Preexperimental Design dengan desain penelitian “One Group Pretest-Postest Design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X Jurusan Teknik Elektronika Industri SMK Mitra Industri MM 2100 Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Teknik Pengambilan sample menggunakan Teknik Probability Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling, sampel yang digunakan adalah peserta didik kelas X Elind 1 Teknik Elektronika Industri MM 2100 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang belajar menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis E-Learning Schoology pada mata pelajaran dasar listrik dan elektronika. Instrumen Penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 72 butir soal. Uji persyaratan analisis dilakukan melalui uji normalitas. Pengujian normalitas dengan menggunakan uji Chi Kuadrat pada pretest, diperoleh yaitu 4,880 < 11,070 sehingga data berdistribusi normal, sedangkan pada posttest diperoleh yaitu 7,756 < 11,070sehingga data berdistribusi normal untuk kedua pretest dan postest. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus uji-t untuk dua sample related yang diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 38,60 > 1,68 pada taraf signifikansi = 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterimasehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning schoology pada mata pelajaran dasar listrik dan elektronika di smk mitra industri mm2100 kelas X Elind 1 jurusan teknik elektronika industri di SMK Mitra Industri MM 2100.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujukan guna mengetahui pengaruh soft skills, minat kerja, dan pengalaman magang terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas PGRI Palembang. Metode yang diterapkan dipenelitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dipenelitian ini menerapkan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menampakkan bahwasanya faktor pengalaman magang, minat kerja, dan soft skills bepengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas PGRI Palembang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata Kunci: Pengalaman Magang, Minat Kerja, Soft Skill, dan Kesiapan Kerja.   ABSTRACT This study sought to ascertain the impact of soft skills, work interest, and internship experience on students' preparedness for the workforce at Universitas PGRI Palembang's Faculty of Economics and Business. An associative quantitative method is used in this investigation. Purposive sampling was used in this study's sample technique to obtain samples from 100 respondents. The study's findings demonstrated that the factors of internship experience, work interest, and soft skills had a substantial impact on students' work readiness at Universitas PGRI Palembang's Faculty of Economics and Business, both partially and simultaneously. Keywords : Internship Experience, Work Interest, Soft Skills, and Job Readiness.

Abstract

Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai masuk dalam jalan lokal primer dan menjadi jalur pemhubung antara kecamatan Tatanga dan kecamatan Palu Selatan dimana dikoridor jalan tersebut didominasi oleh perdagangan jasa sehingga berpengaruh terhadap harga lahan yang ada pada koridor Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi berganda.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimanan pergaruh nilai lahan terhadap harga lahan pada koridor Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa harga lahan di koridor Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai berkisaran antara Rp 500.000,00 – Rp 3.500.000,00 per meter jauh di atas harga NJOP yang berkisar antara Rp. 285.000,00 – Rp 394.000,00 per meter. Perubahan harga lahan dipengaruhi oleh 3 faktor yakni lokasi strategis, pemanfaatan lahan dan ketersediaan fasilitas. Hasil analisis korekasi kofisien korelasi R 0,801ᵃ hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lokasi strategis (X1), pemanfaatan lahan (X2) dan ketersediaan fasilitas (X3), harga lahan (Y) memiliki pengaruh sangat kuat. Hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh hasil uji nilai signifikan dimiliki X1, X2 dan X3 bernilai lebih kecil daripada 0,05 yaitu 0,002, 0,005 dan 0,003 Sedangkan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yakni yaitu X1 sebesar 1.321, X2 sebesar -0,633 dan X3 sebesar 2.687. Kesimpulan dari hasil ini menunjukan bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh yang sangat signifikan adalah X3 yang ada pada koridor Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai Kota Palu sebesar 82% dibandingkan dengan X1 dan X2, dengan kategori sangat kuat.
