Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan memiliki kekayaan sumber daya laut yang sangat potensial untuk dimanfaatkan dalam bidang kesehatan dan perawatan kulit, seperti rumput laut, spirulina, plankton, dan garam laut yang mengandung senyawa bioaktif bermanfaat. Sayangnya, potensi ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh masyarakat pesisir, yang masih memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengolah bahan laut sebagai bahan dasar kosmetik alami. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan keterampilan masyarakat desa melalui sosialisasi pemanfaatan bahan laut dalam pembuatan produk skincare sederhana. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, serta evaluasi menggunakan pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan minat masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat setelah mengikuti edukasi, dengan rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 70% menjadi 100%, serta minat menggunakan produk skincare berbahan dasar laut naik dari 20% menjadi 70%. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya perawatan kulit berbasis bahan alami serta membuka peluang pengembangan produk kosmetik lokal yang aman, alami, dan ramah lingkungan berbasis potensi laut daerah. Selain itu, program ini turut mendorong peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan bahan laut sebagai bahan baku kosmetik alami, sekaligus berpotensi mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal melalui inovasi produk kosmetik berbasis sumber daya laut.

Abstract

This study explores the contributions of prominent Muslim scholar Said Nursi to addressing climate change. Through a qualitative analysis of his works, the research reveals Nursi's view of nature as a divine verse requiring respect and preservation. His emphasis on humans' responsibility as caliphs on Earth to maintain balance and harmony aligns with contemporary environmental concerns. Nursi's teachings on simplicity and moderation offer practical guidance for reducing human impact on the environment. The study concludes that Nursi's ethical and spiritual framework provides a holistic approach to climate change, offering a valuable perspective for developing more comprehensive and sustainable strategies.

Abstract

Bank Islam Indonesia operates in Indonesia on February 1 2021 in the field of sharia banking. This bank is the result of consolidation between Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, and BRI Syariah. Towards the start of sharia banking activities, the government did not receive attention regarding the sharia banking framework. The examination results show that there are two types of customers in sharia banks; The main group is strict customers who choose banks because strict considerations trump other considerations, and the second type of customers are moderate Muslims, especially people who become customers because they consider the quality provided by sharia banks to be better than non-sharia banks. The recognition of Indonesian sharia banks in Indonesia is an extraordinary thing considering that the majority of Indonesian people are Muslims who are obliged to follow religious wisdom completely and not ignore what is forbidden in religion, such as ribawi. Abstract

Sebagai wujud konsep dan tatacara istinbath al-hukm, ijtihad mempunyai kepentingan dalam mengikuti universalitas hukum Islam. Dinamika perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan informasi setiap harinya yang menyisakan problem, fakta ini menuntut kejelasan status hukum. Sedangkan teks al-Qur’an dan al-Hadits sebagai sumber hukum Islam sudah berhenti. Aktivitas ijtihad secara independen sudah lama berhenti. Bahkan, banyak refrensi yang menyatakan bahwa setelah abad IV H. tidak lagi dijumpai seseorang yang mampu melakukan penggalian hukum langsung dari teks baku. Hal ini yang membuat perbedaan pendapat dikalangan ulama terhadap hukum ijtihad.cAktivitas taklid terhadap seorang mujtahid bagi orang yang tidak mempunyai akses untuk menggali hukum dari teks primer juga menjadi perdebatan para ulama, antara boleh-tidaknya taklid dilakukan secara kolektif oleh kaum muslimin. Abstract

Introduction: Stunting remains a significant public health issue in low- and middle-income countries, including Indonesia, with long-term impacts on child development and national productivity. Family engagement has emerged as a critical factor in transforming maternal health behaviors to prevent stunting. Objective: This integrative review aimed to explore the role of family engagement in promoting behavioral change and maternal motivation for stunting prevention, and to identify evidence-based strategies supported by relevant theoretical frameworks. Design: An integrative review approach was employed to synthesize findings from diverse study designs (quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods) following the five-stage framework of Whittemore and Knafl (2005). Data Sources: Relevant literature covering the period from 2018 to 2024 was retrieved from PubMed, Scopus, CINAHL, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. Review Methods: A total of 248 records were initially identified. After applying inclusion and exclusion criteria and quality appraisal using the MMAT 2018, 21 studies were included in the final synthesis. Thematic analysis categorized findings based on behavioral outcomes, intervention types, and contextual factors. Results: Four key domains emerged from the synthesis: (1) enhancement of maternal motivation and self-efficacy through family involvement; (2) knowledge transfer via inclusive health education; (3) emotional and social support mechanisms; and (4) culturally adapted interventions. Theoretical models such as the Health Belief Model, Self-Determination Theory, and Theory of Planned Behavior helped explain the motivational processes underlying behavior change. Conclusions: Family engagement strategies are essential in transforming maternal behaviors and preventing stunting. Effective interventions should be context-specific, theory-driven, and inclusive of family and community dynamics. These findings provide valuable insights for designing sustainable, family-centered public health programs.

Abstract

This study is done to know how the traders are felt after receiving credit venturecapital loans and the extent of income and profits development of merchants at the market oftaibah Martapura after receiving investment capital loans from banks and from markets.The method used in this study is to describe comparative descriptive and approach. Thepopulation in this study was that of merchants who used their own capital and who usedventure capital from both banks and markets, as many as 30 people. The methods of sampletaking use of purposive side methods. The number of samples in the study of 30 people, thedata is processed using Mann Whitney's U-Test test to see the comparison between the owncapital and the borrowed capital.Studies show that differences in the income and profits levels of the traders undergosignificant changes in self-use and after receiving business capital loans. Test resultsconducted with the Mann-Whitney u-test method using the SPSS indicate the output of thestatistical test, that the value of A sig. (2-tailed) in the amount of 0.001, 0.000, 0.005, and0.002 smaller than 0.05. Then it could be concluded that hypotheses are this accepted thatthere is a difference I income and profit between their own capital and borrowed capital.The biggest problem for business traders is their limited ability to invest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of the establishment of a minimarket franchise on the income of small traders or grocery in North Banjarmasin sub-district. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through in-depth interviews based on questionnaires by researchers that have been prepared and observations of traders and buyers of grocery stores scattered in the city of Banjarmasin, northern Banjarmasin district. The analytical tool used is paired sample t-test. Furthermore, descriptive analysis is used to determine the impact of the existence of the minimarket franchise on grocery traders. Based on paired sample t-test, it was proven that the existence of the franchise had an impact on the grocery store merchants in the city of Banjarmasin, North Banjarmasin. This can be seen from the decline in income from before and after the existence of a minimarket franchise.

Abstract

This study aims to determine which variables affect poverty in South Kalimantan. This study also uses multiple linear regression analysis tools in the Effect of Unemployment Rate, Human Development Index, and Investment on Poverty in South Kalimantan. They have been using secondary data for ten years (2010-2019). The results of analysis regression, the dependent variable, namely the Unemployment Rate variable and the Human Development Index, has a significant effect on poverty in South Kalimantan. While the dependent variable, namely the investment variable, has no significant impact on poverty in South Kalimantan. From the regression analysis results, the dominant variable is the Human Development Index for Poverty in South Kalimantan. because the higher the level of quality of human development in an area, it can reduce poverty in that area

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to improve public understanding and attitudes toward the prevention of hypertension. Based on the findings, cases of hypertension remain relatively high among residents. Information gathered also indicated that the community's knowledge about hypertension is still relatively low. Education was provided through several stages, starting with planning and preparation, which included obtaining permissions and organizing target participants. This was followed by the implementation phase, where educational materials were delivered and concluded with an evaluation session. The program's success was measured by increased participants' knowledge about hypertension after the activity. The results showed an improvement in public understanding of hypertension. Therefore, it is expected that healthcare workers and local health centers will continue to support the community through regular education on hypertension and by paying close attention to their health status. Preventive efforts can begin by avoiding various risk factors and routinely checking blood pressure, especially considering that hypertension is one of the most prevalent non-communicable diseases (NCDs) managed at the Soropia Health Center.   Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan sikap masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan penyakit hipertensi. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi data di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Soropia, Kabupaten Konaw, ada lima besar penyakit yang tercatat, hipertensi menempati urutan teratas, diikuti oleh rematik, gastritis, dan diabetes. Tingginya prevalensi hipertensi menunjukkan perlunya perhatian lebih serta upaya edukasi kesehatan yang konsisten dan berkelanjutan. Edukasi diberikan melalui beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari perencanaan dan persiapan yang mencakup perolehan izin dan pengorganisasian peserta sasaran, dilanjutkan dengan tahap pelaksanaan berupa penyampaian materi, serta ditutup dengan sesi penilaian. Keberhasilan program ini dievaluasi melalui peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai hipertensi (peningkatan 76,55%) dari rerata 50,00 menjadi 88,28 setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai penyakit hipertensi. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dan pihak Puskesmas dapat terus memberikan dukungan melalui edukasi yang berkelanjutan terkait hipertensi serta memantau kondisi kesehatan warga. Langkah pencegahan dapat dilakukan dengan menghindari faktor-faktor risiko serta membiasakan diri untuk rutin memeriksa tekanan darah, mengingat hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular (PTM) yang paling sering ditangani di Puskesmas Soropia.
