This research examines the influence of applying self-instruction techniques to reduce student bullying behavior at SMPN 7 Anggeraja. The issues addressed in this study are: (1) What is the description of bullying behavior exhibited by subjects at SMPN 7 Anggeraja? (2) What is the description of the application of self-instruction techniques to reduce bullying behavior by subjects at SMPN 7 Anggeraja? (3) How can self-instruction techniques reduce bullying behavior among student subjects at SMPN 7 Anggeraja? The research objectives are: (1) To understand the description of bullying behavior exhibited by subjects at SMPN 7 Anggeraja. (2) To understand the description of the application of self-instruction techniques in reducing bullying behavior by subjects at SMPN 7 Anggeraja. (3) To understand the influence of self-instruction techniques in reducing bullying behavior among student subjects at SMPN 7 Anggeraja. This research method applies a quantitative approach using the single-subject research method and employs an A-B-A design. The research subjects consist of two ninth-grade students with high levels of bullying behavior. Data processing is conducted through descriptive and visual analysis. The research findings reveal that: (1) The level of bullying behavior before treatment was high. (2) Self-instruction techniques were conducted over four sessions, with high student participation levels during the research implementation. (3) The application of self-instruction techniques successfully reduced bullying behavior among students at SMPN 7 Anggeraja.

The aim of this study was to determine the needs of Android-based guidance and counseling service evaluation instruments at Man 2 Makassar City, designing Android-based guidance and counseling service evaluation instruments at Man 2 Makassar City. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that an evaluation instrument is needed, and there is a need for a special instrument that can be used practically and efficiently. This instrument was developed in the form of an Android application with active menus for activities, progress, and home. The expert assessment of Content Expert 1 obtained a percentage of 77.6% (quite valid). Content Expert 2 obtained a percentage of 78.9% (quite valid). According to the media expert, the result is 86.11% which is included in the criteria very valid. Then based on the overall counselor guidance teacher assessment, this instrument obtained a score of 78.7% which means it is practical to use. In addition, the student assessment resulted in a score of 76.4% which indicates practicality to use.

The Merdeka Curriculum Implementation Training was carried out at one of the Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the city of Makassar. The problem faced by this partner is a lack of knowledge related to the implementation or implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, considering that the partner is a school that has just implemented the Merdeka curriculum, especially related to the implementation of the Teaching Factory in schools, the new partner will implement the Merdeka curriculum in 2023 (first year) so still lacking and needs strengthening from related parties. In this activity we provide training in implementing the Teaching Factory to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Vocational Schools. Starting from implementation strategies, improving facilities, building collaboration with industry and Teaching Factory activities in learning.

This study aims to investigate the effect of work and non-work aspects on career self-regulation of school counselors, by considering the moderating role of career self-management. The data was obtained through a questionnaire filled out by 112 counseling teachers spread across several districts in South Sulawesi. The research questionnaire developed from Toeri Hirchi with contextual role, resources, and barries aspects has been tested by exploratory factor analysis and CFA, other research questionnaires are self-regulation scale and career self-management scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis to examine the relationship between research variables. The results of the study show that work and non-work aspects directly influence the self-regulation of school counselor careers. In addition, it was found that work and non-work aspects also have an indirect influence on career self-regulation through career self-management. This finding shows that these factors are interrelated and have an important role in the regulation and management of school counselor careers. The implication of this research is the importance of paying attention to aspects of work, non-work, and career self-management in an effort to increase school counselor career self-regulation. With a better understanding of these factors, steps can be taken to improve the quality of services in school counseling and support successful careers for counselors.

Mikroagresi adalah perilaku kekerasan yang kasar dan berintensitas rendah dalam menyampaikan pesan negatif kepada kelompok minoritas. Agresi mikro berbeda dengan agresi verbal atau perundungan yang bertujuan untuk menyakiti orang lain. Microaggression dipandang sebagai pesan biasa yang bisa berupa lelucon namun tanpa disadari menyakiti orang lain. Perilaku ini juga terjadi pada guru, terutama dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk mikroagresi guru dilihat dari faktor bias gender. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Oleh karena itu, sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 117 guru sekolah dasar. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala mikro agresi rasial gendered 2015 untuk perempuan kulit hitam oleh Lewis da Neville. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dan inferensial dalam bentuk ANOVA dengan bantuan aplikasi JASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk agresi mikro yang paling sering dilakukan oleh guru adalah agresi mikro yang disebabkan oleh bias gender, terutama pada stigma dan diskriminasi antara perempuan dan laki-laki, serta aspek etnis.

This research analyzes the phubbing behavior of JN at SMAN 3 Makassar. The purpose is to know 1) The description of phubbing behavior on JN at SMAN 3 Makassar, 2) The cause of JN's phubbing, 3) Handling phubbing on the subject of JN. This research uses a qualitative approach. the type of research is a clinical case study. Data collection through interviews, observations and documentation studies and using qualitative analysis of the Miles & Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results 1) The description of JN's phubbing behavior is playing smartphones when the teacher teaches, less socializing, looking at smartphones when interacting 2) The causative factors are internal factors: lack of self-control, habits, boredom proneness. External factors: Following and being ignored by friends. 3) The handling, researchers apply behavior contract techniques to reduce behavior. After handling, subject JN can reduce his phubbing.

This research analyzes the application of cognitive restructuring techniques to reduce behavior body shaming students at SMAN 6 Bone. The aim of this research is to find out: (1) Description of behavior body shaming students at SMAN 6 Bone before and after being given cognitive restructuring techniques, (2) Description of the implementation of cognitive restructuring techniques to reduce behavior body shaming student at SMAN 6 Bone, (3) Can cognitive restructuring techniques reduce behavior body shaming student at SMAN 6 Bone. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with models of quasi experimental design. The experimental design used is non-equivalent control group design. The data collection technique is in the form of a behavioral scale body shaming and observation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and parametric statistical analysis, namely t-test using the SPSS v.25 program. The results of this research show that: (1) Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the average value was obtained gainscore behavior body shaming students in the experimental group = 73.9 and in the control group = 2.1, this means a decrease in behavior scores body shaming students who received counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques were higher than students who were not given cognitive restructuring technique counseling, (2) Implementation of cognitive restructuring techniques was carried out in accordance with planned procedures, (3) Cognitive restructuring techniques can reduce behavior body shaming among students at SMAN 6 Bone.

This study aims to develop a scale to analyze the causes of most of the occurrence of gender bias behavior caused by microaggressions and identify what forms of gender bias are carried out by perpetrators of microaggressions against recipients. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were elementary school teachers in Makassar City. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling. The sample in this study was 100 elementary school teachers. The technique of collecting data in this study uses 1) The Gendered Racial Microaggressions Scale (GRMS) instrument; 2) Instruments for microaggression factors that have been tested through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) are declared feasible. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical tests and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that: (1) The most common form of microaggression is microaggression caused by gender bias, especially aspects of stereotypes and concern for certain genders. In addition, microaggression is caused by two factors, namely internal (cultural awareness) and external factors (colleagues, family culture and social media). Based on the findings obtained, it is necessary to optimize gender awareness in basic education units through education, positive family education patterns from an early age, and curved use of social media.

Abstrak – Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru BK melalui pelatihan Self Management. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian yaitu pelatihan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi dan simulasi pelatihan Self Management. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan PKM yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadi perubahan Kapasitas pada aspek pemahaman peserta. Dapat diperoleh gambaran bahwa sebelum pelatihan sebanyak 7% (2 orang) yang memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam, sementara setelah kegiatan sebanyak 93% (28 guru) memiliki pemahaman mendalam dalam penggunaan teknik Self Management.Kata kunci: Guru BK, Self Management, Kapasitas

Latar Belakang: Kasus pernikahan anak di Desa Tanammawang menimbulkan masalah seperti gangguan psikis, konflik rumah tangga, dan perceraian. Program konseling pasca nikah berbasis mindful self-compassion ditawarkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis, mengurangi risiko perceraian, serta mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi positif, pengelolaan emosi, teknik relaksasi, dan metode parenting bagi ibu-ibu korban pernikahan anak. Tujuan: PkM ini adalah untuk memitigasi risiko perceraian pada kelompok ibu korban pernikahan anak melalui program konseling pasca nikah. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui lima tahapan, yakni: 1) Persiapan; 2) Pendekatan dan identifikasi masalah yang mengakibatkan keinginan untuk cerai dan well-being rendah; 3) Pelatihan komunikasi positif berbasis terapi keluarga; 4) Pelatihan pemahaman program konseling pasca nikah berbasis mindful self-compassion; 5) Pendampingan pelaksanaan program konseling pasca nikah berbasis mindful self-compassion; 6) Evaluasi dan laporan akhir. Hasil: Temuan PkM ini atau hasil yang dicapai dalam upaya mitigasi risiko perceraian bagi kelompok ibu-ibu korban pernikahan anak setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian memperoleh enam temuan dalam perubahan kualitas hidup mitra yang meliputi kesehatan mental (well-being) serta kemampuan survive dalam pernikahan. Kesimpulan: Para korban pernikahan anak dapat mengatasi ketidakberdayaan psikologis yang dialami dengan meningkatnya well-being mereka setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan.
