Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran matematika melalui implementasi realistic mathematics education di SMP Negeri 5 Meureubo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research), yang bertujuan memperbaiki kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran matematika terkait peningkatan kemampuan siswa memecahkan masalah dengan penerapan pembelajaran matematika realistik. Penelitian ini memiliki empat tahap pelaksanaan untuk tiap-tiap siklus, yaitu: tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Berdasarkan temuan dan hasil analisis data penelitian, dikemukakan simpulan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran matematika realistik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Persentase siswa yang telah mampu memecahkan masalah pada siklus I adalah 67,74% meningkat menjadi 83,87% pada siklus II. Penerapan pembelajaran matematika realistik dapat meningkatkan kadar aktivitas aktif siswa diketahui dari kadar aktivitas aktif siswa pada siklus I 68,75% meningkat menjadi 75,01% pada siklus II dan aktivitas siswa untuk setiap kategori pengamatan berada pada  batas toleransi.

Abstract

Student completeness in learning mathematics is still low and interest in learning is relatively low, because the learning media is less varied and less interesting, and there are still students who have not achieved learning outcomes above the minimum completeness criteria. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of digital comics in improving mathematics learning outcomes. The research approach used is qualitative and the type of research used is a literature study or literature review. The stages used in this literature study research design include the focus of scientific articles, data collection, data analysis, and conclusions. Based on the results of the literature review, it shows that technology-based innovative media such as comics are learning resources sourced from objects close to students, so that students feel familiar with the media used during the learning process. Technology-based innovative media such as digital comics can increase interest in learning mathematics, by involving students' real experiences. Learning that interests students is influenced by teacher creativity. Utilization of comic media in learning mathematics can improve students' learning outcomes, through the senses of students can observe and listen to the teacher's explanation properly as exemplified by the role in comic media as digital media.

Abstract

This research is development research which aims to determine the validity of HOTS-based flipbook teaching materials in fourth grade elementary school science learning. The method used in this research is development research while the research model uses the ADDIE development research model. The subjects in this research were media expert validators, material language, educators and students. The average assessment resulting from product validity is that teaching materials experts get an average score of 97% with the criteria (Very valid), linguists get a score of 92% with the criteria (Very valid) and material experts get a score of 85 with the criteria (Very valid).

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is a learning framework designed to provide teachers with the flexibility to design the teaching and learning process based on students' needs, interests, and potential. The independent curriculum is an independent program that emphasizes context-based learning, character building through the Pancasila Student Profile, and a differentiation approach that allows students to learn at a pace and method that suits their abilities. Through an adaptive and flexible approach, the Independent Curriculum aims to create a more relevant, meaningful, and contextual learning experience for students. Fractions are one of the important materials in basic mathematics because they provide a foundation for understanding more complex concepts such as decimals, percentages, and algebra. In the independent curriculum, this separate material aims to improve conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, and application skills through a context-based approach and strengthen the Pancasila student profile. This article analyzes the implementation of the Independent program in distributed learning in elementary schools, including planning, implementing, and assessing learning. The results of the analysis show that the independent curriculum provides teachers with the flexibility to develop innovative learning strategies, such as Real-World Mathematics (RME) and project-based learning, so that students can connect fractions to everyday situations. However, the challenge is the lack of teacher understanding of the new approach and limited learning resources are still obstacles in its implementation. This article recommends teacher training and the development of contextual learning materials to support the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in fraction learning.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the contribution of the Department of Education and Culture in overcoming the shortage of teaching staff and lack of basic level facilities in Pidie Regency for the period 2019 - 2024. This research uses a qualitative research approach, with the type of research being descriptive. The sample for this research was 74 elementary schools in Pidie Regency. Data collection techniques in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this research uses four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, display and data verification. Research shows that the Pidie Regency Education and Culture Office for the 2019-2024 period is overcoming the shortage of basic education personnel by quickly inducting new personnel to replace retirees, increasing human resources through supervision, recruiting P3K, and using contract, honorary and community service teachers. To overcome the lack of educational facilities, they collect information on school needs, provide facilities, provide budget assistance, and monitor their use according to learning needs.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the implementation of lesson study-based clinical supervision can improve the performance of Bangkeh State Elementary School teachers, Geumpang District, Aceh Pidie Regency. The research subjects were 8 teachers at Bangkeh State Elementary School, Geumpang District, Pidie Regency. Subjects are determined by the total sample or saturated sample. The research instruments used to determine teacher performance competency are interview guidelines, observation and documentation. This research uses school action research with two cycles. The research results showed that the teacher's performance in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) after clinical supervision based on lesson study in the first cycle was in the adequate category with a score of 73.43 and in the second cycle it had increased to the good category with a score of 86.46. The teacher's performance in implementing learning in the first cycle was in the adequate category with a score of 70.04 and in the second cycle it increased to the good category with a score of 86.90. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the performance of teachers at the Bangkeh State Elementary School, Geumpang District, Pidie Regency in planning the implementation of learning and implementing learning can be improved through the implementation of Lesson Study Based Clinical Supervision.

Abstract

Field Trip/Study merupakan suatu kegiatan kunjungan ke objek tertentu diluar lingkungan kampus yang bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan intruksional tertentu, metode field trip yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara langsung. Posyandu Oliander RT.03, RW 01 adalah salah satu posyandu di daerah Kel. Tampan, Kec Payung Sekaki. Kendala dan hambatan yang dialami oleh posyandu ini ialah masyarakat kelas menegah keatas lebih memilih dokter spesialis dibandingkan posyandu. Selain itu sedikitnya anak kecil atau balita di bawah umur 3 th, serta banyak anak-anak yang menuju atau menjurus ke arah Stunting. Perlu adanya upaya lain yang dilakukan oleh posyandu atau instansi terkait dalam melaksanakan program ini untuk membuat masyarakat lebih sering membawa anak ke posyandu secara rutin demi menurunkan angka stunting yang sedang tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of school principals in managing human resources towards improving the quality of education at the Gugus 6 State Elementary School, Kota Bahagia District, South Aceh. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of research used in this research being a multisite study. In this research, three data collection techniques were used, namely observation, interviews, documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques in this research were carried out interactively through the process of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the analysis prove that the role of the principal in managing Human Resources at Gugus 6 State Elementary School, Kota Bahagia District, South Aceh is by carrying out good human resource planning, attracting human resources (recruitment) for applicants who pass the requirements, selection and placement. in accordance with their profession, holding training to improve the abilities of teachers and administrative staff, holding work performance assessments of teachers and employees every week, month or year to improve the performance of teachers and employees, and providing welfare to teachers and administrative staff in the form of monthly salaries and allowances.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemikiran bahwa pelatihan kerja merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan yang selanjutnya akan meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Cordela Hotel Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Cordela Hotel Medan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Cordela Hotel Medan. Dari hasil perhitungan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 14,185, artinya thitung > ttabel (14,185 > 1,992). Dari pengolahan data koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,726 hal ini berarti variabel pelatihan kerja mampu menjelaskan variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 72,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,4% variabel produktivitas kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Gaya belajar merupakan preferensi individu dalam memperoleh, memproses, dan memahami informasi baru, yang secara umum dikelompokkan menjadi tiga kategori utama: visual, auditori, dan kinestetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan metode klasifikasi otomatis guna mengidentifikasi gaya belajar siswa secara efisien. Algoritma Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan gaya belajar berdasarkan 100 sampel data, dengan struktur jaringan yang terdiri dari 36 neuron pada lapisan input dan 3 neuron pada lapisan output. Implementasi dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak MATLAB, dan model dievaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi serta Mean Square Error (MSE). Pengujian dilakukan dengan berbagai rasio data latih dan data uji, dan konfigurasi terbaik diperoleh saat menggunakan 90 data sebagai data latih dan 10 data sebagai data uji, dengan learning rate sebesar 0.05 dan iterasi sebanyak 500. Hasil menunjukkan akurasi mencapai 80% dan nilai MSE minimum sebesar 0.12. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan jumlah data latih berdampak positif terhadap akurasi model. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem klasifikasi gaya belajar otomatis yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem pendidikan untuk mendukung strategi pembelajaran yang lebih personal dan adaptif secara efektif.
