Abstract

Background: The development of  a nurse's career path is the planning and implementation of a career plan that can be used for Nurses' placement based on their expertise based and career level with reference to regulations made by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to prevent job dissatisfaction or workforce resignation. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of the career path of nurses and job satisfaction in the inpatient room of the Cibabat Cimahi Regional General Hospital. Methods: The method used a descriptive correlation method with a cross-sectional approach. This study included 113 Nurses. The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire for job satisfaction and the applicable SPO (Standard Operating Procedure) format were used to collect the data. Data analysis used  Chi-Square test to measure the significance of the study. Results: The results showed that there is a relationship between the implementation of the career path of implementing nurses and job satisfaction (<0.000) in the inpatient room of the Cibabat Cimahi Regional General Hospital in 2022. Conclusion: Career path implementation related to Job satisfaction. Further research about other factors that contributed to job satisfaction needs to be done. Abstract

The Indonesian Federation of Teachers' Unions noted that 46.67% of sexual violence cases during January-April 2023 occurred at the SD / MI level. This is because the teaching of sexual education is still taboo to be discussed or taught in formal education even though it has an important influence on child development. In Bantarjaya Village itself, this is still lacking attention due to the lack of knowledge for the community regarding sexual education. For this reason, researchers conducted teaching through discussion methods, interviews, roleplay on how to communicate well on how to convey topics about sexual education to children and psychoeducation to parents and teachers who as adults have an important role and are responsible for guiding children in sexual education to avoid deviation. The result is that despite the lack of knowledge obtained by parents and teachers, they still know at least a little about the boundaries that must be maintained (should not be touched) that refer to religious teachings.

Abstract

Children's self-concept is related to their ability to adapt and be accepted by their environment. Children who have positive self-confidence will have clear goals and aspirations for the future and have a strong fighting spirit and zest for life. Self-concept is an evaluation of certain aspects of oneself. Children can self-evaluate several aspects of their academic life. A person's perception of how others see them builds their self-concept. Lack of understanding of students' self-concept often hinders learning activities and processes. It is undeniable that students of SDN 01 Karang Indah, Bojongmangu Sub-district, can also experience self-concept problems caused by a lack of understanding about themselves. In connection with this, through community service activities, we seek psychoeducation on self-concept using the socialisation method by conducting this psychoeducation at SDN 01 Karang Indah, Karang Indah Village, Bojong Mangu District, Bekasi Regency. The results of community service show that the psychoeducation programme on knowing oneself towards self-development has the potential to provide understanding and increase knowledge to students of SD Negeri Karang Indah 01 in Karang Indah Village. This is evident from the pre-test and post-test results showing significant improvements in students' understanding of the material presented.

Abstract

Multimedia drill and practice is a learning method that teaches skills through structured exercises to students by integrating various types of media, such as text, images, sound, and video. It can be applied in learning Arabic, especially to increase interest in learning and understanding or also called mufrodat on the subject matter of "اعضاء الجسم" (Members of the Body) Class V which is located at SD Islamic Global School. This study involved 20 students as the subject of this development research is to produce products and determine the validity of a multimedia drill and practice named "Tikrar Space". This research was conducted through the stages of analysis (needs analysis, task analysis, and learning analysis), design (objectives and assessments, learning strategies, and selection of delivery systems), development (material drafts, media production, and formative evaluation), implementation, and summative evaluation according to the Seels and Glasgow development model. The validation test results showed that the material expert validation resulted in a percentage of 95% and the media expert validation resulted in a percentage of 98%. Then, the results of student trials using multimedia amounted to 93%. Based on these results, it is concluded that this product is valid and can be used to interact in learning.  Future research is suggested to integrate the latest technology with approaches such as gamification, adaptive learning, and collaborative learning, as well as the utilization of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality to increase the effectiveness and interactivity of learning.

Abstract

Seni tradisi pencak silat adalah warisan seni budaya asli Indonesia yang sangat kaya akan nilai-nilai sejarah, kebudayaan, dan filosofi serta mengangkat budaya beladiri Pencak Silat sebagai manifestasi kebudayaan melalui seni pertunjukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis dokumentasi visual berbentuk film dokumenter Pencak Silat PSHT (Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate), salah satu aliran beladiri yang memiliki sejarah panjang dan nilai-nilai kebudayaan yang kaya. Pencak Silat PSHT merupakan bagian penting dari warisan budaya Indonesia yang telah berkembang dan dilestarikan oleh komunitas PSHT di berbagai belahan dunia. Film dokumenter dipilih sebagai objek penelitian karena memiliki potensi untuk menyampaikan informasi yang mendalam tentang praktik dan nilai-nilai beladiri Pencak Silat PSHT kepada penonton. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang keunikan dan keistimewaan Pencak Silat PSHT sebagai bagian dari warisan budaya Indonesia. Selain itu juga diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkuat identitas dan kebanggaan masyarakat PSHT serta mempromosikan keberagaman budaya Indonesia kepada masyarakat luas. Metode penelitian analisis digunakan sebagai dasar penelitian berbasis visual dan analisis konten terhadap dokumentasi video dan foto yang menggambarkan praktik Pencak Silat PSHT. Data yang dianalisis meliputi teknik beladiri yang ditampilkan, sejarah perkembangan Pencak Silat PSHT, nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam beladiri tersebut, serta cara penyajian cerita dalam film dokumenter. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dokumentasi visual Pencak Silat PSHT mampu menggambarkan keindahan gerakan, kekuatan batin, dan kearifan lokal yang melekat dalam aliran beladiri ini. Selain itu, dokumentasi visual juga memperlihatkan semangat persaudaraan, disiplin, dan nilai-nilai moral yang diterapkan oleh praktisi Pencak Silat PSHT. Selain itu, film dokumenter juga mampu memperluas pemahaman penonton tentang sejarah dan makna filosofis beladiri Pencak Silat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya literatur tentang analisis film dokumenter serta meningkatkan apresiasi masyarakat terhadap warisan budaya beladiri Indonesia, khususnya Pencak Silat.

Abstract

Abstrak : Kegiatan belajar di luar kelas merupakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan program kerja KKN UM Desa Jajar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan motivasi dan minat siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan belajar di luar kelas menggunakan metode belajar study club. Pendampingan belajar ini dilakukan di Desa Jajar dengan menggandeng instansi tingkat sekolah dasar dan PAUD se-Desa Jajar yang meliputi SD Negeri 1 Jajar, SD Negeri 2 Jajar, MI Jajar, TK Dharma Wanita 1 Jajar, TK Dharma Wanita 2 Jajar, dan RA Karang. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk tingkat sekolah dasar meliputi belajar bersama materi olahraga, budaya dan seni, outbound. Sedangkan untuk tingkat PAUD mengikuti kegiatan mewarnai sambil bermain, permainan yang dilaksanakan seperti estafet bendera, lompat katak dan balap lari. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan belajar di luar kelas menunjukkan perubahan sikap siswa yang pada awalnya kurang tertarik dan mudah jenuh mengikuti pembelajaran menjadi lebih termotivasi untuk belajar serta minat belajar siswa meningkat. Kata Kunci: Belajar luar kelas, minat belajar siswa, pembelajaran Abstract : Learning activities outside the classroom are community service as a form of implementing the Jajar Village KKN UM work program. This activity was carried out as an effort to increase student motivation and interest in learning activities. Implementation of learning assistance activities outside the classroom using the study club learning method. This learning assistance was carried out in Jajar Village by collaborating with elementary school and pre-elementary level institutions throughout Jajar Village which included SD Negeri 1 Jajar, SD Negeri 2 Jajar, MI Jajar, TK Dharma Wanita 1 Jajar, TK Dharma Wanita 2 Jajar, and RA Karang. Activities carried out for the elementary school level include learning together on sports, culture and arts, outbound materials. As for the pre-elementary level, they participate in coloring activities while playing, games that are carried out such as flag relay, frog jump and running races. The results obtained from the implementation of learning assistance activities outside the classroom showed changes in the attitude of students who were initially less interested and easily bored participating in learning to become more motivated to learn and increased student interest in learning. Keywords: Learning outside the classroom, student learning interest, learning

Abstract

Education is essentially a process from within to develop personality and abilities within and outside of oneself. Developing interests and talents is one of them. Interest and talent are one of the keys for students. One way to find out students' interests and talents is to use the RIASEC psychological test tool. With this test, the aim is for students to be able to find out their interests and talents and also be able to develop these interests and talents in the future. It can also be used as an evaluation for teachers at Karangmulya Junior High School to help students develop their interests and talents. The participants in this research were all 27 students in Junior High School 1 Bojongmangu. The results of this research there were 0% realistic, 24% investigate, 49% artistic, 5% social, 10% enterprising, and 12% conventional. From these results, it can be concluded that most of the talents of class 8A students at SMPN 1 Bojongmangu are artistic, namely a field of work that is artistic in nature, such as musician, writer, graphic design, and so on.

Abstract

Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) is a widespread feeling of fear, anxiety and depression that a person experiences when someone is not aware of what is happening in cyberspace or in the real world, making people get to know each other to stay connected on social media so that they don't miss what other people are experiencing. One thing that influences fomo is self regulation and self-control. This research is quantitative research with a research design using correlation research and multiple linear regression. The research subjects were 169 teenage respondents in the city of Bekasi. with simple cluster sampling technique. Data collection in this research used psychological scales and interviews. The instrument used is a psychological scale consisting of a fear of missing out (FOMO) scale, a Self-Regulation scale and a Self-Control scale. The instrument reliability test using the Cronbach's Alpha formula produced a ralpha value = 0.790 for the fear of missing out (FOMO) scale, a ralpha value = 0.941 for the self-regulation scale and a ralpha value = 0.902 for the self-control scale. Data analysis in this study used the Spearman rank correlation technique and multiple linear regression tests to test the hypothesis. The results of research between the social variables of self-regulation and self-control on fear of missing out (FOMO), show an F value of 8.075 with the results of the significance test showing a value of 0.000 (Sig, ≤ 0.05). Self regulation and self-control together influence fear of missing out (FOMO) by 9.0%, while 91% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the relationshipbetween romantic love type and subjective well-being in youngadults in Bekasi City. This is based on the large number ofdating relationships carried out by young adults with differentbeliefs. The existence of interfaith relationships can onlyincrease the number of interfaith marriages in Indonesia.Subjective well-being is an important component of life.Romantic relationships become a domain of life in a person'ssubjective well-being. Therefore, romantic love becomes asubjective well-being factor for a person. The instrument formeasuring romantic love used in this research is a scalemodified by Stenberg and developed by Rosita Aryani. Forsubjective well-being, two measuring instruments are used,namely the SWLS (Satifaction With Life Scale) which wasadapted by Diener (1985) and the SPANE (Scale of Positiveand Negative Experience) measuring instrument which wasadapted by Diener (2009). The participants in this researchwere 59 young adults who had relationships with differentreligions in Bekasi City. Through the Spearman Rank analysistechnique, it is known that there is a significant relationshipbetween the variabel type of romantic love and subjectivewell-being (correlation coefficient of (0.334) and significancevalue ᑭ= 0.010 where ᑭ < 0.05) and through the MultipleLinear Regression analysis technique it can be interpretedeven though the effect is not strong, but there is a significantcontribution from the type of romantic love to the level ofsubjective satisfaction (the coefficient of determination (RSquare) of 0.112 indicates that it is around 11.2%).

Abstract

The development of social skills in early childhood can be achieved through learning activities with project-based learning methods. This study aims to determine the effect of the project method on children's socialization skills in Izzatin Lahat Kindergarten group B1. This type of research is quantitative and uses a pre-experimental research method. The research design used is the group Pretest- Posttest Design which invites a total of 12 children aged 6 years. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the data collection technique uses observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis in testing the research hypothesis uses the t-test. The results of the study showed that there was a difference or positive influence of the project method treatment in learning children's socialization skills on children's socialization skills, this can be seen together the results of two pre-tests had an average score of 38.3 and the results of two post- tests after being given treatment had an average score of 74.5, and the results of the project method on children's socialization skills obtained Fcount < Ftable (2.83 < 2.98). This can be proven by the t-count value = 46.268, which is greater than the t-table value = 2.178 because the t-count value > t-table (46.268 > 2.178), then H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. This study provides information that the project method has a positive effect on socializing skills, especially in children in group B1 at Izzatin Lahat Kindergarten
