Abstract

Bagi mahasiswa, pengabdian masyarakat berupa kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata dimana mahasiswa harus memahami metode-metode pengabdian untuk persiapan melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian yang berupa pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam penguasaan metode servis learning sebagai bekal melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat berupa kuliah kerja nyata. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Community Based Research (CBR) yang  menitik beratkan pada pemberian solusi penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi. Terdapat 4 tahap dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini, yaitu permulaan, perencanaan, pengumpulan dan analisis data, dan pengambilan tindakan. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa terkai metode service learning sebagai bekal melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan ini, terlaksana dengan lancar dan para peserta sangat antusias.

Abstract

Informasi kesehatan sangat penting bagi masyarakat untuk memahami dan mempromosikan hidup sehat, baik sebagai individu maupun kelompok. Hal ini penting bagi semua kelompok, termasuk individu, keluarga, dan komunitas lokal. Salah satu aspek penting dari informasi kesehatan adalah informasi kesehatan tentang individu. Pernikahan adalah tindakan memberi nama pada seseorang dengan nama tertentu berdasarkan norma agama, hukum, dan sosial (Monika and Betaubun 2024). Di Indonesia, pernikahan tidak terbatas pada tempat tertentu tetapi juga mencakup individu yang berusia di atas 21 tahun. Namun, hal tersebut dapat berdampak negatif pada kehidupan pribadi dan sosial. Pada tahun 2021, prevalensi pernikahan dini di Desa Kalangdosari tergolong tinggi, yaitu mencapai 30,92% pada tahun 2022, 36,48% pada tahun 2023, dan 32,87% pada tahun 2024. Mengatasi permasalahan ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman individu dalam mengelola pernikahan di Desa Kalangdosari. Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan bahaya pernikahan dini dan memingkatkan pemahaman bahaya pernikahan dini pada orang tua untuk membantu mencegah pernikahan dini. Interaktif dengan presentasi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan berlangsung dengan lancar. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh orang tua dan tampak antusias selama kegiatan penyuluhan berlangsung. Kegiatan penyuluhan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan berlangsung dengan lancar tanpa kendala berarti. Penyampaian materi yang baik serta antusiasme peserta yang hadir diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan akan bahaya pernikahan dini dan dapat mencegah pernikahan dini di Desa Kalangdosari. Untuk kedepannya dapat dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui sudah sejauh mana peserta dapat menyerap materi penyuluhan yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Climate change and reduced crop yields caused by drought stress have increased the demand for drought-tolerant varieties. The anther culture technique allows the production of improved varieties with high homozygosity in a short time. The study aimed to select the drought-tolerant double haploid lines at the seedling stage. This research was conducted in the greenhouse of the Indonesian Center for Agricultural Biotechnology and Genetic Resources Instrument Standard Testing (BBPSI Biogen), Bogor, from August to November 2023. The drought-tolerant selection of 12 doubled-haploid rice lines (AE1-AE12) and four check varieties, i.e., two commercial checks (“Inpari 18” Tadah Hujan Agritan or AE13, “Bioni63” Ciherang Agritan or AE14), one drought-tolerant check (“Salumpikit” or AE15), and one drought-sensitive check (“IR20” or AE16). The research used a randomized complete block design with three replications. The characters observed were leaf rolling, leaf drying, recovery ability, and plant fresh and dry weight. The Friedman test results showed that the lines with the lowest rankings, three lines (AE2, AE5, and AE12) with mild tolerant criteria for leaf rolling, five lines (AE1, AE2, AE5, AE8, and AE12) with mild tolerant criteria for leaf drying, and three lines (AE1, AE5, and AE12) with tolerant criteria for recovery ability. The selection index for drought tolerance at the seedling stage identified seven lines with positive values. Based on the Friedman test, selection index, and heatmap visualization, AE12, AE1, AE5, and AE8 exhibited a tolerance similar to “Salumpikit” and were deemed suitable based on drought tolerance characters.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of Personalized Advertising on Attitudes towards Advertising and Click-Through Rate, with Privacy Concerns as a mediating variable, focusing on AXIS card users in Semarang City. The research addresses the challenge faced by AXIS Company, a telecommunications service provider, in attracting and retaining users amidst intense market competition. The population for this study comprises AXIS Provider card users in Semarang City, with a sample size of 160 individuals who have made at least one purchase through the AXISNET application. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing the SEM- PLS method with Smart PLS version 4 software. The analysis included testing the validity and reliability of measurement instruments and conducting hypothesis testing through bootstrapping procedures. The findings reveal that personalized advertising significantly and positively influences attitudes towards advertising and the click- through rate, with privacy concerns acting as a significant mediating variable. These results highlight the importance of privacy concerns for users and the effectiveness of personalized advertising in enhancing user attitudes towards advertising and increasing the click-through rate. This study underscores the need for effective marketing strategies that address privacy concerns to improve advertising outcomes for AXIS Company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Bimbingan Belajar (Bimbel) Alfasmartcenter di Desa Bangun Sari, Kecamatan Datuk Tanah Datar, Kabupaten Batu Bara. Lembaga ini merupakan bimbel lokal yang hadir sebagai solusi pendidikan nonformal untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Alfasmartcenter menerapkan tiga strategi utama dalam pemasaran, yaitu melalui media sosial (WhatsApp dan Facebook), promosi dari mulut ke mulut, dan pendekatan langsung ke lingkungan sekitar. Strategi ini dinilai efektif karena sesuai dengan karakteristik sosial masyarakat desa dan mampu membangun kepercayaan secara emosional. Dampaknya terlihat dari meningkatnya jumlah peserta didik setiap tahun. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan jangkauan promosi, kurang optimalnya pengelolaan media sosial, dan minimnya inovasi konten. Meskipun demikian, Alfasmartcenter terus melakukan upaya perbaikan dengan menyusun program pengembangan yang lebih kreatif dan relevan. Dengan pendekatan yang praktis dan pelayanan yang berkualitas, Alfasmartcenter mampu memperkuat posisinya sebagai lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang dipercaya oleh masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Current climate change has caused drought in various regions, which has decreased rice yields. Green super rice (GSR) has the characteristic of being tolerant to water limitation. GSR lines were bred through anther culture technique to obtain doubled haploid (DH) plants. This study aimed to analyze the response of DH GSR lines to drought stress at the vegetative stage and identify potential lines based on the weighted selection index. The experiment was arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replications. The materials used consisted of twenty DH lines, Inpari 42 Agritan GSR, and Inpari 18 as check varieties, Salumpikit as a drought-tolerant check, and IR 20 as a drought-sensitive check. Qualitative data were analyzed using the non-parametric Friedman test. The result showed different responses among the lines for leaf rolling, leaf drying, and recovery ability. Line SN14 exhibited moderate leaf drying and showed improvement to mild tolerance during the recovery phase. Nine lines (SN12, 14, 32, 40, 51, 57, 58, 59, and 60) were selected using a selection index based on leaf rolling, leaf drying, and recovery ability. These lines can be further tested for drought tolerance tests until the reproductive stage, and the tolerant lines could be useful for future development. Abstract

Married adults have greater responsibilities than unmarried adults. They should be responsible for themselves, their partners, and their children, if any. This research is a quantitative research using a population of 240 respondents as a sample, the sample technique used is quota sampling, which is a technique to determine samples from populations that have certain characteristics to the desired number of Sugiyono (2016). And the Critical Thinking Questionnaire scale instrument created by Alexander, et al (2022) with a validity value of 0.94 and a reliability Alpha Cronbach value of 0.871. In the instrument, the adhesion uses a self- arranged scale by racing on Collin's theory (1996) with a validity value with a value range from 0,81 – 1,00 and an Alpha Cronbach reliability value of 0,821. Furthermore, the intensity of accessing pornography is arranged by itself in a race on Ajzen's theory (1991) with a validity value with a value range from 0.94 and an Alpha Cronbach reliability value of 0,837.The results of the research on the spearman rank test have a relationship between attachment and intensity of accessing pornography with a value of r = -259, p =0,000 (p< 0.05), then critical thinking with intensity of accessing pornography with a value of r = - 386, p = 0,000 (p< 0.05). This shows that the higher the attachment, the lower the intensity of accessing pornography and the higher the critical thinking, the lower the intensity of accessing pornography

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic burnout and social support on academic burnout in santris, as well as the influence of academic self-efficacy and social support on academic burnout in santris. This research is research using quantitative research methods with a correlational type. The subjects in this research were santris at the Bekasi Islamic boarding school. The sampling technique used was a random sampling technique and the number of samples used was 156 using the Slovin formula with a precision value of 0.05. The data collection methods in this research are interviews and psychological measurement scales. The research instruments used were the academic self-efficacy scale with an Alpha Cornbach reliability value of 0.953, the social support scale with an Alpha Cornbach reliability value of 0.854, and the academic burnout scale with an Alpha Cornbach reliability value of 0.880. Data analysis techniques used the Spearman rank correlation test and regression test. multiple linear. This research found that academic self-efficacy and academic burnout had a negative relationship, namely -0.217, and social support and academic burnout had a negative relationship, namely -0.331. Furthermore, there is an influence between academic self-efficacy and social support on academic burnout showing an R square (R2) value of 0.128 or 12.8%.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the low utilization of cricket farming potential as an alternative creative economic enterprise and a source of highly nutritious, environmentally friendly food. The implementation method was carried out through observation, planning, purchasing cricket eggs, cultivation training, and mentoring for participants consisting of lecturers and students from Universitas Islam 45, Bekasi City, with a total of 335 participants, 150 of whom participated offline and 185 participated online through a video conferencing application. The results of the activity showed that participants gained an in-depth understanding of cricket farming techniques, from hatching eggs to harvesting, the importance of using fresh feed, the nutritional value contained in crickets, and the economic potential that can be developed into high-value products. The obstacles that arose in the form of limited initial experience in farming were overcome through a hands-on approach and interactive discussions. In the context of the Society 5.0 era, this activity also integrated digital technology with cricket farming through microcontrollers and humidity sensors. The conclusion of this activity is that cricket farming has proven to be an alternative for strengthening food security, developing productive businesses, and increasing applicable academic knowledge in supporting sustainable economic development at the local level.

Abstract

Stunting is a health problem caused by chronic malnutrition and affects the physical growth and cognitive development of children. The main factors that contribute to stunting include parents' lack of understanding about balanced nutrition, socioeconomic conditions, and a less supportive environment. Therefore, stunting prevention efforts need to be carried out through an effective educational approach, one of which is through a parenting education program. This counseling activity was carried out in Wibawamulya Village with the aim of increasing parents' knowledge and awareness about the importance of appropriate nutritional intake for children. The program involved posyandu cadres and the Wibawamulya Village Midwife as the main facilitators, with support from the UNISMA Bekasi KKN Group 5 Team. The methods used included socialization and interactive counseling on parenting patterns that support children's optimal growth. The results showed an increase in parents' understanding of healthy eating patterns and the importance of regular monitoring of children's growth and development. It is hoped that through this approach, stunting cases can be minimized, and the quality of health of children in Wibawamulya Village can be significantly improved.
