Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan sekolah ramah anak. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi non partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen kebijakan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang aman, inklusif, dan berpusat pada anak. Terdapat tiga mekanisme utama yang menjadi kunci, yaitu: (1) visi dan nilai inspiratif yang menanamkan komitmen moral terhadap hak anak, (2) kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat, serta (3) inovasi pedagogis yang mendorong pembelajaran kreatif dan partisipatif. Meskipun demikian, implementasi di lapangan masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan minimnya waktu refleksi kolektif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi sekolah, tetapi juga memperkuat budaya pendidikan yang etis, partisipatif, dan berpihak pada kesejahteraan anak.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Sekolah Ramah Anak, Budaya Sekolah, Inklusi Pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi penanaman nilai toleransi dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah multikultural. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah terkait integrasi nilai toleransi dalam materi, metode pembelajaran, dan praktik keagamaan bersama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai toleransi melalui materi yang inklusif, metode pembelajaran partisipatif, serta kegiatan keagamaan bersama efektif membentuk karakter multikultural peserta didik. Faktor pendukung seperti kesadaran komponen pendidikan dan pelatihan guru memegang peranan penting, sementara hambatan berupa stereotip dan resistensi dapat diatasi dengan penguatan kurikulum dan literasi multikultural. Implementasi strategi ini menghasilkan lingkungan sekolah yang harmonis dan inklusif. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan kurikulum dan kebijakan pendidikan untuk mendukung kerukunan dalam masyarakat multikultural.

Abstract

UMKM digital memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan tetap menjadi tantangan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model prediksi kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan algoritma Machine Learning seperti Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, dan Random Forest. Dataset simulasi sebanyak 10.000 entri pelanggan digunakan, mencakup fitur-fitur seperti frekuensi pembelian, nilai transaksi rata-rata, rating layanan, dan metode pembayaran. Model dievaluasi berdasarkan metrik B. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Random Forest memberikan akurasi dan kinerja terbaik dalam mengklasifikasikan kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi besar penggunaan Machine Learning dalam membantu UMKM digital meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Education is an inseparable integration regarding level and resources in higher education. This study aims to analyse the role of Islamic higher education in improving teacher competence and student learning difficulties. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Research shows that Islamic higher education’s role is to build education, especially human resources, by developing and improving teacher competence to help students with learning difficulties. Islamic higher education is more attention to problem-solving in madrasah through seminars, training, research and educational evaluation. Efforts to increase teacher competence in overcoming learning difficulties through independence and motivation by increasing skills and experience in solving problems in the learning process. The implications of Islamic higher education facilitated teachers to communicate with parents and students, take inventory of learning difficulties, participate in professional activities independently, and carry out gradual and continuous evaluations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran keluarga dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai antikorupsi pada anak melalui pembiasaan dan praktik keteladanan dalam lingkungan rumah tangga. Keluarga dianggap sebagai institusi utama dan paling strategis dalam membentuk karakter anak, terutama dalam mencegah perilaku koruptif sejak dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan fokus pada observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan orang tua sebagai subjek utama. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kejujuran (78%) dan tanggung jawab (70%) merupakan nilai-nilai yang paling ditekankan, diikuti oleh disiplin (65%), sementara kesederhanaan (52%) cenderung kurang mendapat perhatian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan orang tua yang konsisten, pembentukan rutinitas harian, pemberian contoh peran, dan pemberian konsekuensi edukatif merupakan strategi kunci dalam menumbuhkan integritas pada anak. Lebih lanjut, studi ini menyoroti bahwa pendidikan antikorupsi tidak hanya harus dijalankan melalui regulasi, tetapi juga melalui praktik sehari-hari dalam keluarga yang didukung oleh ikatan emosional dan komunikasi. Kontribusi studi ini terletak pada penyediaan perspektif empiris tentang pentingnya pendidikan karakter berbasis keluarga sebagai fondasi budaya antikorupsi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar keluarga, sekolah, dan pembuat kebijakan berkolaborasi dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai antikorupsi melalui program bersama, integrasi kurikulum, dan kampanye kesadaran publik. Oleh karena itu, membangun integritas dan perilaku antikorupsi membutuhkan upaya kolektif yang dimulai dari unit terkecil masyarakat yaitu keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a smart kWh meter system based on ESP32 that is capable of monitoring and controlling electricity consumption in households with a connected power of 1300 VA. The developed system utilizes the ESP32 microcontroller as the main data processor, which is integrated with the PZEM-004T sensor to measure electrical parameters, including voltage, current, power, energy, and power factor. Measurement data is displayed in real-time through the Blynk application, while control and limitation of energy consumption are managed using a Telegram bot service. The system is equipped with a relay to automatically disconnect the load when energy consumption exceeds a predetermined limit. System testing is conducted by comparing the sensor measurement results against the PLN kWh meter as a reference tool. The test results indicate that the developed smart kWh meter system operates effectively and possesses an average current measurement accuracy of above 99% across various types of household loads. Additionally, the load control and notification system based on Telegram functions reliably in limiting electricity consumption. Therefore, this system can serve as an effective solution to assist household users in monitoring and controlling electricity consumption more efficiently.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi energi surya yang besar sehingga pemanfaatannya pada sistem Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU) berbasis tenaga surya sangat prospektif, namun panel surya dengan posisi statis belum mampu menyerap energi secara optimal akibat perubahan sudut datang sinar matahari sepanjang hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan solar tracker single-axis terhadap daya keluaran panel surya pada sistem PJU. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan membandingkan kinerja panel surya statis pada sudut 45°, 90°, dan 135° dengan panel surya dinamis yang dilengkapi sistem solar tracker single-axis berbasis Arduino Uno. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi tegangan, arus, daya keluaran, dan persentase penyerapan energi, dengan pengujian dilakukan dari pukul 06.00 hingga 17.00 pada interval 30 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa panel surya dengan sistem pelacak menghasilkan daya keluaran yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan panel statis, dengan total daya keluaran panel dinamis mencapai 64,84 W, sedangkan panel statis menghasilkan daya antara 31,25 W hingga 40,06 W. Selain itu, tingkat penyerapan energi panel surya dinamis mencapai 87,51%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan panel surya statis yang berada pada kisaran 42,18%–54,06%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan solar tracker single-axis efektif dalam meningkatkan daya keluaran dan efisiensi energi panel surya pada sistem PJU.

Abstract

Limited access to formal school mental health services has increased the importance of subject teachers as providers of initial psychosocial support. However, practical guidance that helps non-counselor teachers apply person-centered principles in everyday classroom interactions remains scarce. This study aimed to develop and establish the preliminary feasibility and content validity of a digital person-centered support guide for junior high school subject teachers. The study employed the ADDIE model within an early-stage feasibility framework. A needs analysis was conducted in four junior high schools in South Halmahera, Indonesia. The product was developed as a Google Sites platform, validated by two experts, and pilot-tested with four subject teachers. The findings showed that all validation items were rated as relevant (I-CVI = 1.00; S-CVI/Ave = 1.00), although several linguistic and technical aspects still required refinement. Teachers also reported high initial acceptability and perceived usefulness. These findings suggest that the guide has potential as a school-based psychosocial support resource, although broader field testing is still needed.

Abstract

This study investigates the distribution of lower-order and higher-order thinking skills (LOTS–HOTS) in the evaluation questions of the English Bupena textbook by integrating Bloom's Revised Taxonomy and the SOLO Taxonomy as a dual analytical framework. It aims to examine the extent to which textbook evaluation tasks support students' critical and higher-order thinking skills in line with curriculum demands. A total of 81 evaluation items were analyzed using qualitative descriptive content analysis supported by quantitative frequency calculations. Each item was systematically coded according to Bloom's cognitive dimensions and SOLO structural complexity, with reliability ensured through inter-coder agreement. The results show that 80.25% of the questions are LOTS, while only 19.75% are HOTS. Most items fall at the unistructural and multistructural levels, indicating limited opportunities for relational and extended abstract reasoning. These findings suggest that the textbook predominantly promotes surface-level learning rather than deep cognitive Engagement. The study highlights the value of multidimensional cognitive frameworks for evaluating the quality of EFL textbook assessment.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to education, particularly in language acquisition and development among elementary school students. Technologies such as interactive learning applications, educational videos, and e-learning platforms have become integral to the learning process at various educational levels. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of technology use on language acquisition and development among Grade IV students at SD Islam Al-Azhar 54 Pekanbaru, and to provide strategic recommendations for effective technology integration in the language learning curriculum. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using the literature review method. Data were collected by examining 25 relevant references, including books, journal articles, and prior research obtained from various academic databases. Analysis was conducted thematically to identify patterns, findings, and research gaps. The findings show that 75% of students experienced increased motivation and engagement in language learning when using technology. The use of learning applications and audiovisual materials improved vocabulary mastery and grammatical comprehension. However, unequal access to devices and the risk of digital distraction remain key challenges that must be addressed through comprehensive school policies
