Abstract

Maraknya tayangan-tayangan yang memberikan tontonan yang kurang ber-etika, tidak bermoral atau kurang ber-adab di media sosial, menunjukkan bahwa karakter anak bangsa kita sedang mengalami kemunduran. Karakter religius yang seharusnya menjadi penciri karakter bangsa kita sekarang sudah terkikis oleh budaya barat yang menggerogoti akhlak anak bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap model pendidikan yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menjadikan buku, majalah, artikel, jurnal dan atau media tulisan lainnya sebagai sumber bacaan dan telaah dalam penelitian ini untuk kemudian ditarik kesimpulan guna mendapatkan solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang di uraikan diatas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk membentuk karakter anak bangsa yang religius diperlukan pendidikan berbasis tauhid yang lurus, agar peserta didik kita dapat mengetahui mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk.  Setidaknya ada tiga langkah utama yang harus diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan diatas, yaitu melalu internalisasi kurikulum, internalisasi pendidikan sholat berjamaah, dan internalisasi tadabbur ayat-ayat al-Qur’an.

Abstract

This article focuses on the examination of mass media ethics. Mass communication involves the entire spectrum of society with various differences encompassing aspects of religion, education, age, and social status, and involves all that can be reached by mass media. Media serves as a means of communication and a source of information for the community, enabling every narrative and story to be managed and presented through the media whenever needed. Its influence can be both positive and negative for mass media users, whether in the context of communities, organizations, or companies that involve many people or audiences. In social, national, and democratic life, the freedom to express thoughts and opinions aligns with conscience and essential human rights. Governments enact regulations regarding media ethics to ensure that every media user is cautious in expressing and receiving opinions. Thus, through an examination of mass media ethics, a structured media environment can be created, avoiding ethical violations that may have serious consequences for those involved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL) terhadap perilaku siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMP Negeri 1 Bolo. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya siswa masih belum memiliki sikap rendah hati terlihat dari sikap sombong, tidak saling memaafkan satu sama lain, membelikan barang-barang yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan suka mentraktir teman dari pada memenuhi kebutuhanya, tidak suka menabung, menggunakan barang-barang mewah seperti membawa motor dan membawa hp disekolah oleh karena itu tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL) terhadap perilaku siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMP Negeri 1 Bolo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitattif dengan menggunakan teknik angket dengan populasi 26 orang. Hasil Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Perilaku Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Di SMP Negeri 1 Bolo namun tidak signifikan karena pengaruh yang ada hanya 32,6% dan 67,4% peningkatan perilaku siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.

Abstract

Declining productivity in tiger shrimp aquaculture is often associated with unstable environmental quality and suboptimal pond management, making probiotics a promising environmentally friendly approach to improving water conditions, suppressing disease, and supporting shrimp growth. To enhance farmers’ capacity in utilizing probiotics, a community engagement program involving training and hands-on assistance in the preparation of probiotic bacterial cultures was conducted in July 2025 at Mitra Serumpun, Tarakan City. The activities were delivered through lectures, demonstrations, and guided practice that directly involved participants in the fermentation and culture preparation processes. Evaluation results indicated an increase in participants’ knowledge and skills related to probiotic fermentation techniques and their application in shrimp ponds. This program contributed to strengthening farmers’ readiness to optimize pond management and supported efforts to improve aquaculture productivity and local food security.

Abstract

Penguasaan keterampilan menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sekolah dasar masih menjadi tantangan, terutama dalam pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas dan publikasi hasilnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo dengan melibatkan 48 guru PAI sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menganalisis permasalahan mitra, merancang strategi pendampingan, melaksanakan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah, serta mengevaluasi hasil dan keberlanjutannya. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan utama, yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan mitra, (2) koordinasi dan pemetaan kegiatan, (3) pelaksanaan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah, dan (4) evaluasi serta monitoring karya yang dihasilkan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan guru PAI sekolah dasar menulis karya ilmiah, mulai dari keterampilan teknis penulisan sesuai prosedur hingga publikasi pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi (Sinta 3–6), termasuk pengurusan ISBN dan HKI. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap penguatan kapasitas profesional guru serta peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of digital Islamic banking in Indonesia has grown rapidly, yet its adoption level remains below market potential. This study aims to examine the influence of trust, perceived risk, and shariah compliance on users’ adoption intention toward digital Islamic banking services. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey of 200 respondents who had used or were familiar with Islamic digital banking applications. Data were analyzed using linear regression with SPSS. The results show that trust and shariah compliance have a significant positive effect on adoption intention, while perceived risk has a significant negative effect. Shariah compliance emerges as the most dominant factor, indicating that adherence to Islamic principles remains a central determinant of users’ decisions in adopting digital financial services. These findings confirm that adoption of digital Islamic banking is shaped not only by technological aspects but also by value-based considerations, security perceptions, and trust in the service provider.Keywords: digital Islamic banking, trust, perceived risk, shariah compliance, adoption intention.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to analyze the implementation of Indonesian language learning embedded with local cultural values from wayang stories to strengthen the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile at the elementary school level. Methodology: This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a bounded case study design. Data were collected using interview instruments validated by education experts, classroom observations, and documentation analysis. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model to identify planning, implementation, challenges, and perceptions in cultural-based learning. Main Findings: The study found that integrating wayang stories into Indonesian language learning increased students' engagement and understanding of character values such as honesty, responsibility, and cooperation. Teachers showed creativity in designing learning activities but still encountered challenges in evaluation tools and time constraints. Localized story adaptation and collaboration with cultural communities became effective strategies to overcome these barriers. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study introduces a structured learning model that combines language learning with cultural narratives to reinforce character education aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile. It contributes to the development of culturally responsive pedagogy and offers practical solutions for embedding local wisdom into the national curriculum

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know what are the roles and positions of Islamic Education in National Education. This type of research is library research. The data collection of this research was taken from primary and secondary data sources. The results of the study, that the role and position of Islamic education in national education, namely: 1) Religious education is held by the government and community groups of religious adherents, in accordance with statutory regulations. 2) Religious education serves to prepare students to become members of the community who understand and practice the values ​​of their religious teachings and/or become experts in religious knowledge. 3) Religious education can be held in formal, informal and non-formal education channels. Religious education is in the form of diniyah education, pesantren, pasraman, pabhaja samanera and other similar forms. In conclusion, the position of Islamic education in the national education system is flexible, sometimes as a subject and sometimes as an institution (educational unit). Religious education as a source of values ​​and part of national education. Religious education has an urgent role in developing the potential of students to have religious spiritual strength, noble character and Muslim personality (specifically Islam). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form of integration of the cultural value of wayang stories in Indonesian learning in elementary schools, describe the perception of teachers and students of the character values contained in the puppet story, and identify the challenges of its implementation as a character strengthening strategy. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a staked case study design focused on grade IV of SDN 1 Tawangharjo involving 1 classroom teacher and 25 fourth-grade students as research subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and documentation, and analyzed using thematic-interactive analysis techniques with data triangulation. The results of the study show that wayang stories are used contextually in the planning and implementation of learning that contains character values such as responsibility, courage, and mutual cooperation. Teachers develop thematic modules based on local stories, but still face obstacles in the formulation of value indicators, limitations in visual media, and students' symbolic understanding. The implications of these findings underscore the need to develop a curriculum based on local culture, value literacy training for teachers, and continuous evaluation of students' character. This research contributes significantly to strengthening culturally and contextually relevant character learning in elementary schools by providing a practical framework for integrating local cultural values into formal education curricula.

Abstract

Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frustescens L.) cultivation faces several problems, including acidic pH and inadequate nutrient management. These problems can be addressed by using a mixture of various ameliorants and AB mix nutrient solutions. This study aimed to determine the effect of ameliorant mixture dosage and AB mix solution concentration on soil chemical properties, growth, and yield of cayenne pepper. The experiment used a randomized block design, consisting of two factors: nutrient solution concentration and ameliorant dosage. The factor of nutrient solution concentration consisted of four levels, i.e., 700, 1000, 1300, and 1600 ppm, while the factor of ameliorant dosage also consisted of four levels, i.e., 0, 2, 4, and 6 t ha-1. Observations were made on soil chemical properties, namely soil pH, organic carbon content, and cation exchange capacity (CEC). The agronomic characteristics observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, chlorophyll content index, fruit length, number of fruits, and fruit weight per plant. The results showed no interaction between the concentration of AB mix solution and the ameliorant dosage on soil chemical properties, growth, and yield characteristics of cayenne pepper plants. The single effect of AB mix solution or ameliorant was observed on the number and weight of fruits per plant. The optimal dose for achieving the maximum harvested fruit weight was 6 t ha-1 of the ameliorant mixture (76.55 g pepper/plant), while the optimal AB mix concentration was 1600 ppm (65.02 g pepper/plant).
