Lidah buaya (A.vera) dengan kandungan antrakuinon memiliki aktivitas sebagai laksatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sediaan suppositoria dari ekstrak terpurifikasi kulit daun lidah buaya (A.vera) yang memenuhi persyaratan fisik suppositoria dengan variasi basis oleum cacao dan cera alba serta PEG 400 dan PEG 6000. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan memformulasikan ekstrak terpurifikasi kulit daun lidah buaya (A.vera) dengan variasi basis oleum cacao dan cera alba serta PEG 400 dan PEG 6000. Pembuatan suppositoria menggunakan metode cetak tuang, evaluasi sifat fisik meliputi: organoleptis, keseragaman bobot, titik lebur, waktu leleh, dan  kekerasan. Data organoleptis dan keseragaman bobot yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif sedangkan uji yang lain dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik Anava pada taraf kepercayaan 95%,kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suppositoria dengan sifat fisik paling baik adalah suppositoria basis oleum cacao dengan penambahan cera alba sebesar 4% dan suppositoria dengan rasio konsentrasi basis 50% PEG 400 dan 50% PEG 6000.

In the era of president Nicolas Maduro, the Venezuela faced economic crisis. It affects to social and economic decline. The govenment is in the chellenge of public trust and political instablity. The Maduro performance perceived as less effective and repressive that lead to the society questioning about government capacity to solve the problems. Thus, the authors are interested in explaining the efforts of the Venezuelan government in dealing with the crisis. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques based on literature study. The data source comes from the literature published by scholars and experts on Venezuelan politics and the Latin American economic crisis. The author notes several actions of the Venezuelan government in dealing with the economic crisis including: (1) economic policies reform; (2) diplomacy of foreign aid to China; (3) food price stabilization: (4) strengthening public health services; and (5) strengthening regional cooperation with organizations in the Latin American region.

PT Krakatau Steel Plant-2, sebagai perusahaan penghasil Slab Baja, selalu berusaha untuk dapat menungkatkan kualitas produknya agar mampu bersaing di era global. Untuk dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas tinggi hanya dapat dicapai dengan serangkaian pengendalian proses produksi yang baik, konsisten dan ketat. Hasil pengamatan di lapangan diketahui terdapat permasalahan adanya cacat segregasi. Cacat segregasi adalah cacat internal yang paling dominan dari jenis cacat yang lain, dari catatan departemen QC diketahui bahwaÂ tingkat kelas cacat internal segregasi slab baja melebihi kelas. Adapun rincian jumlah cacat adalah sebagai berikut,jumlah cacat kelas 1 (37.84%), jumlah cacat kelas 1-2 (45.40%), jumlah cacat kelas 2 (46.84%) dan jumlah cacat kelas 2-3 (33.33%). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis cacat yang paling berpengaruh terhadap cacat/retak dalam, mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh diantara faktor-faktor tersebut sehingga tercipta suatu sistem kerja yang baik, maka faktor-faktor ini perlu diteliti. Faktor-faktor yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor shift kerja, temperatur tundish dan casting speed ( kecepatan pencetakan). Masing-masing faktor terdiri dari 3 level. Faktor shift terdiri shift pagi, siang dan malam. Faktor temperatur terdiri, yaitu 15450C, 15500C dan 15550C. Dan faktor kecepatan 1.3m/menit, 1.4m/menit dan 1.5m/menit. Ukuran untuk kualitas slab baja yang dihasilkan dari proses ini dinyatakan dalam tingkat kelas cacat slab yang terjadi. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda perancangan eksperimen dengan model faktorial. Untuk pengolahan data digunakan analisa variansi (ANOVA) dan test hipotesa. Hasil pengujian hipotesa dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% menyatakan bahwa ada perbedaan yang berarti (signifikan) diantara pengaruh faktor temperatur tundish. Sayuran merupakan bahan makanan yang sering dikonsumsi oleh manusia. Sayuran berperan penting sebagai sumber serat, vitamin dan mineral yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh manusia. Suplemen makanan adalah produk jadi yang dikonsumsi untuk melengkapi makanan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel bayam hijau, bayam merah, kangkung, kubis, selada, dan sawi hijau yang diperoleh dari Pasar Sunter Jakarta Utara. Metode yang telah dilakukan dalam studi kelayakan ini mencakup : pengujian kadar air, abu, protein, termasuk logam berat kadmium (Cd). Dari penelitian ini didapatkan kadar air terendah pada daun bayam merah yaitu sebesar 86,85 %. Kadar abu terendah pada kubis yaitu sebesar 7,13 %. Kadar protein terendah pada daun bayam merah yaitu sebesar 0,5 %. Logam berat kadmium (Cd) terendah pada kubis yaitu sebesar 0,0022 ppm. Batas maksimum logam kadmium (Cd) yang ditentukan dalam SNI 7387:2009, yaitu 0,2 mg/kg atau 0,2 ppm.Â Kata kunci : sayuran, suplemen makanan, kadmium, ICP-OES

After almost two decades of reform, Indonesia is still experiencing a transition to democracy, in almost twenty years Indonesia has found full democratization. Some of the progress that has been gained, such as direct elections and the freedom of mass media, should be appreciated. Elections with mass media cannot be separated from each other. Mass media is a means for the dissemination of programs from prospective leaders, so that the community is expected to have an assessment and not to choose the candidate leader. track record of candidates participating in the election can be easily accessed by the public through mass media. Today the media has the most strategic position and has powerful weapons to influence public opinion and lead people's perceptions according to their goals. The success of the election is inseparable from the role of the media in reporting it. The problem is whether the mass media has been able to carry out its functions as a means of political education for the people of Indonesia and how the role of mass media in elections in Indonesia. Therefore the existence of mass media in elections for the community is very important, namely adding information about elections, can influence the behavior of a voter and be chosen so that it will have an impact on the conditions of the political climate in Indonesia.

Wind Â energy as one of the new renewable energies has an important role in replacing fossil energy sources in Indonesia. In order to make the wind turbine's performance more efficient in extracting energy from the wind, it is necessary to control the actuation movements pitch and yaw of the wind turbine horizontal. Controlling the actuator yaw can increase the absorption efficiency of the power to the rotor face toward the direction of the wind. The purpose of this thesis is to be able to predict the direction of the coming wind, then move the turbine rotor in the predicted direction. In this final project a wind turbine prototype is used with a precision of 5.3%, then for the data acquisition section, a wind direction sensor is built to change the amount of wind direction to a quantity that can be measured in units of degrees, and anemometer to measure wind speed. In making the wind direction prediction algorithm, artificial neural network (ANN) method is used with input parameters such as wind speed, temperature, humidity, pressure, and altitude. Data acquisition is done at one minute intervals with long data collection for one day, 1072 data are obtained, the data is then fed to the ANN model that has been prepared. Based on the results of tests that have been done, it is found that the Mean Absolute Error in the model is 0.4%.

This research is motivated by the lack of research analyzed the early reading skills of students in a primary school in term of literacy activities at home. The literature indicates that both in-school and at-home experiences impact childrenâ€™s reading development, yet most developing world studies focus on childrenâ€™s in-school experiences exclusively. Whereas in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic literacy activities at home have an important role. In this article, we review the literature on the impact of home literacy environment on primary school studentâ€™s early reading skills. After defining the home literacy environment, we present a brief historical overview of the home literacy environment, including persistent questions regarding their effectiveness for early literacy skills, vocabulary, and phonological awareness in primary school students. Meta-analyses reveal that the home literacy environment has a positive effect on early reading skills indicate that they are effective in significantly increasing childrenâ€™s early literacy skills, vocabulary, and phonological awareness. This finding lends empirical support for the home literacy environment and reading acquisition. We conclude by suggesting implications for practice and future research.

The study, entitled Efforts to Improve Understanding the Concept of the Benefits of Energy Sources through the Guided Discovery Learning Model of Elementary School Students in Class IV Semester 1 SD Negeri Sidasari 03 which aims to improve students' understanding of the concept of the benefits of energy sources with 11 research subjects consisting of 7 male students. male and 4 female students. This research was conducted because the students' conceptual understanding of the benefits of energy was still low. In cycle I, it shows that 3 students (60%) have completed, 2 students (40%) have not completed, and 6 students have not been able to take part in online evaluation activities. The research was continued in Cycle II with the results in cycle II showing 4 students (36%) who did not complete, 7 students (64%) of 11 students who did not complete. The use of the Guided Discovery Learning model can improve understanding of the concept of energy sources.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membandingkan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe MURDER (Mood-Understanding-Recall-Detect-Elaborate-Review) ditinjau dari kemampuan komunikasi, berpikir matematis, dan Pengetahuan Awal siswa (PAM). Subjek penelitian adalah 49 siswa kelas X di salah satu SMK di Kabupaten Bandung, 23 siswa untuk kelas STAD dan 26 siswa untuk kelas MURDER. Kemampuan komunikasi dan berpikir kritis dievaluasi dari hasil pretes, postes dan N-Gain. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t dan anova satu jalur. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil penerapan kedua pembelajaran kooperatif berdasarkan Pengetahuan Awal Matematis siswa (PAM) uji scheffe digunakan sebagai sebagai uji lanjutan. Hasil statistik menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan N-Gain kemampuan komunikasi matematis (p = 0,405, p 0,05) dan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis (p = 0,667, p 0,05) antar tipe pembelajaran kooperatif. Pengaruh PAM terhadap hasil penerapan kedua pembelajaran kooperatif kemudian dibahas.ABSTRACTThis study compared the implementation of STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) and MURDER (Mood-Understanding-Recall-Detect-Elaborate-Review) cooperative learning in terms of mathematical communication, critical thinking, and studentsâ€™ prior knowledge. Mathematical communication and critical thinking ability were evaluated from pretest, posttest, and N-Gain. Data were analyzed using t-test and one-way ANOVA. Difference in implementation results according to studentsâ€™ prior knowledge was evaluated using scheffe test. Statistical analysis suggested that N-Gain difference in mathematical ability (p = 0,405, p 0,05) as well as mathematical critical thinking (p = 0,667, p 0,05) was insignificant between cooperative learning type. Studentsâ€™ prior knowledge effect on these cooperative learning implementation results was addressed.

Indonesian people have a habit of snacking. This habit opens up business opportunities to produce contemporary food that can be used as a snack between main meals. One food that is familiar to Indonesian people is peanut brittle. However, the current economy is increasingly showing a very rapid pace of competition. So researchers are interested in taking the title The Influence of Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions (Case Study of Peyek Mak Nyus Jingglong Sutojayan Blitar Consumers). The research method used is a quantitative method using a survey method. Meanwhile, the data collection technique is by literature study and questionnaires. The population in this research is Peyek Mak Nyus consumers who have purchased in 2022. Data was obtained from consumer records. The sample used was 49 respondents. Sampling was carried out using saturated samples. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the t test value is 0.000, which shows that there is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions for Peyek Mak Nyus Jingglong consumers, Blitar Regency.
