Abstract

Persoalan karier pada peserta didik dapat menyebabkan ketidaktepatan dalam memutuskan pekerjaan dan banyaknya pengangguran. Persoalan itu perlu bantuan diantaranya dengan kartu bergambar perencanaan karier yang membantu peserta didik dalam merancang kariernya. Pembuatan media kartu bergambar perencanaan karier adalah upaya pengembangan kartu tentang penyusunan karier dan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sehingga peserta didik mampu merencanakan karier. Tujuan penelitian adalah menciptakan media kartu bergambar untuk membantu perencanaan karier siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Proppo Pamekasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian pengembangan R&D dalam Sugiono (2016: 297) yang menyebutkan sebagai suatu proses untuk menciptakan hasil tertentu dan menguji efektifitas luaran tersebut. penelitian pengembangan adalah suatu proses yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, dan menguji Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 6 tahap dari 10 tahap pengembangan yang telah dikembangkan hal ini dikarenakan terbatasnya waktu dan biaya penelitian. Penilaian akseptabilitas dilakukan oleh validator ahli materi, ahli media, dan calon pengguna. Penilaian oleh validator ahli materi memperoleh sebesar 90,39%, penilaian akseptabilitas oleh ahli media memperoleh nilai sebesar 86,82%, penilaian akseptabilitas oleh calon pengguna (Guru BK atau Konselor) memperoleh nilai sebesar 90,39%, dan penilaian oleh siswa memperoleh nilai sebesar 94,33% dengan semua kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu direvisi. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut maka media kartu bergambar perencanaan karier untuk membantu perencanaan karier siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Proppo Pamekasan memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas. Hasil dari uji Wilcoxon berdasarkan output yang diketahui lebih dari batas kritis penelitian karena nilai Asymp.Sig 0,112 lebih besar dari >0,05, dengan Ho: tidak ada perbedaan tingkat perencanaan karier antara sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media kartu bergambar perencanaan karier dan Ha: ada perbedaan tingkat perencanaan karier antara sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media kartu bergambar perencanaan karier, maka dengan hasil tersebut Ha diterima. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Media Kartu Bergambar Perencanaan Karier, Perencanaan Karier.

Abstract

Learning behavior can be driven by motivation, when the quality of this motivation is high it will have a positive impact on welfare, but when motivation is of low quality it will have a detrimental impact on welfare. This study aims to determine the relationship between achievement motivation, affiliation motivation, and student learning behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research design correlation with SEM analysis techniques. The subjects that will be used consist of 2941 junior high school students who were selected using the cluster random sampling technique. The research data was taken using 3 psychological scales, namely achievement motivation, affiliation motivation, and learning behavior. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) assisted by Warp – PLS version 7.0. The results of the analysis show that the coefficient of achievement motivation on learning behavior is 0.64. It shows that achievement motivation is significantly correlated. The coefficient of affiliated motivation on learning behavior is 0.1. It shows that affiliation motivation is influential but not significant, even though affiliation motivation supports learning behavior.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelayanan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling tingkat SMP di Kota Mojokerto. Peneliti bekerja sama dengan pihak MGBK SMP Kota Mojokerto. Kompetesi yang dilatihkan adalah softskills berupa pemahaman guru Bimbingan dan Konseling tentang Pelayanan di bidang karier yang berorientasi pada pendekatan LTCC. Target yang ingin dicapai setelah pelatihan ini adalah pemahaman yang pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh pada pelayanan konseling di bidang karier. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah melakukan pelatihan kepada guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam waktu tertentu. Kompetensi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling akan diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen yang diberikan kepada guru Bimbingan dan Konseling sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan pemahaman guru Bimbingan dan Konseling setelah diberikan pelatihan. Setelah lebih dari 100 menit materi diberikan. Ada peningkatan pemahaman tentang teori LTCC yang cukup signifikan dari para guru BK. Saran yang disampaikan adalah pemberian pelatihan berupa skill penerapan LTCC di sekolah agaknya perlu diperhatikan. Karena pemahaman tidak cukup untuk bisa menjamin para guru BK dapat mengaplikasikan teori tersebut.

Abstract

Game addiction is a phenomenon that can interfere with adolescents' social relationships, leading to emotional, behavioral or mental disorders. The COVID-19 pandemic has contributed to an increase in game addiction behavior, largely due to feelings of loneliness. The consequences faced by adolescents as a result of game addiction can significantly impact their personal, social, learning, and career aspects. Therefore, it is crucial to employ appropriate counseling techniques to effectively reduce this addiction. Empirical and practical evidence showed that Family Counseling and Motivational Interviewing Techniques were effective in addressing game addiction. This study aimed to show the effectiveness of the Family Counseling Motivational Interviewing (FCMI) technique in reducing game addiction, as compared to Cognitive Behavioral Counseling (CBC). A quantitative approach was utilized, with a randomized controlled trial as the study design. The hypothesis was analyzed using the Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney Tests. A total of 90 adult students participated in this study and were classified into FCMI as the experimental group and the CBC as the control. The results showed that the FCMI technique was more effective in reducing game addiction than CBC. Significant improvements were also observed in the aspects of tolerance and mood modification, which experienced a notable decrease.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how effective classical guidance services are in providing information regarding early marriage to students of SD Negeri Duren, Probolinggo Regency. This research is a pre-experimental research, with one group pre-test – post-test design. Test the hypothesis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with the help of IBM SPSS statistics 25 for windows. Based on data analysis, the results obtained sig. 2 tailed by 0.012 which is less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, that is, there is a difference in the use of the Classical Guidance service model with Cinematherapy techniques for SD Negeri Duren students in increasing information about the phenomenon of early marriage. This study shows that the use of the Classical Guidance service model with Cinematherapy techniques effective in increasing understanding of the phenomenon of early marriage in SD Negeri Duren, Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

Drug addiction is a chronic disease that attacks the brain and becomes a problem that threatens future generations if it cannot be prevented and overcome. To encourage students to reduce the threat of drugs, an instrument is needed to map students who have high and low resilience. In this case, it is an effort to find out which treatment is appropriate and can prevent the younger generation from being exposed to drugs. So, this research aims to develop a drug addiction instrument and test the validity and reliability of the instrument. This quantitative research uses the RASCH Model to test its validity and reliability. The sample in this study was 2763 junior high school students in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The results of the Rasch model show that in the content validity of the 23 statement items, 11 items were declared valid, 12 items had to be changed, and none of the items were discarded. Meanwhile, the instrument's reliability is 1, which is in the particular category. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the drug addiction instrument can be used to measure adolescents' resistance to the threat of drugs. Abstract

The implementation of a clean and effective government is a constitutional obligation and the hope of all citizens. In reality, these rights have not been fully obtained by the community. This is reflected in the number of complaints or public reports to the Ombudsman Institution to help handle complaints related to the performance of public services by government agencies. Based on the incoming reports, it can be seen that State Higher Education Institutions are ranked 12th based on the number of reports. One of these State Universities is the State University of Surabaya (Unesa). Unesa has an institution, one of which is called the Learning and Professional Development Institute (LP3) which has 7 (seven) centers, namely the Teacher Professional Education Center, Training Development Center, Professional Certification Center, Learning Strengthening Center, Core and Institutional MPK Management Center, Character Development Center and Counseling Services and Psychological Service Centers. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the Public Service Strategy to Improve Service Quality at the Institute for Learning and Professional Development (LP3), State University of Surabaya. This type of research was developed using qualitative research. Sources of data from informants, events and documents. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. Empirical data is needed to improve public services through LP3 Unesa. The information obtained can be used as a basis for establishing strategic policies that will help improve the quality of public services. The theory used in the opinion of Osborne (2001) there are 5 (five) strategies to improve the performance of public services. The strategies are Core Strategy, Consequences Strategy, Customer Strategy, Control Strategy, Culture Strategy.

Abstract

The application of online lectures as a lecture system implemented during the Covid-19 Pandemic is currently seen as a solution to comply with the PSBB policy and to maintain lectures that can continue in accordance with the lecture structure as stated in the Semester Learning Plan.  It is undeniable, because of its sudden nature (without being preceded by socialization) there are many complaints. The purpose of this study is to describe the psychological condition of students in participating in online system learning in the Covid-19 pandemic situation and its effect on learning performanceThe results of the study prove that there are significant differences in the psychological condition and learning performance of students between before and after the implementation of the online learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic. The measure of student stress after implementing online learning was significantly higher than the measure of stress. Similarly, there are significant differences in the measure of student learning performance between before and after the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan permasalahan serius yang sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, termasuk di madrasah, yang dapat berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesehatan mental dan perkembangan siswa. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) harus memiliki peran dan strategi dalam mencegah dan menangani perilaku bullying di sekolah. Artikel ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan pelatihan pengembangan materi pencegahan bullying yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru BK madrasah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan kondusif.Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pengertian bullying, jenis-jenisnya, dampaknya terhadap siswa, contoh kasus, dan strategi intervensi yang efektif dalam menanggulangi pelaku dan permasalahan bullying. Pendekatan pelatihan meliputi metode partisipatif, seperti pemaparan materi bullying, diskusi dan sharing, serta simulasi kasus bullying yang pernah terjadi di sekolah. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru BK madrasah mampu merancang materi pencegahan bullying yang lebih sistematis, adaptif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa di lingkungan mereka

Abstract

Pemikiran K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, sebagai tokoh penting dalam sejarah pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, telah memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap perkembangan pendidikan, khususnya dalam konteks bimbingan dan konseling. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemikiran K.H. Ahmad Dahlan dalam bidang pendidikan dan menganalisis relevansinya dalam perspektif bimbingan dan konseling di Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan analisis kualitatif terhadap pemikiran-pemikiran utama Ahmad Dahlan tentang pendidikan, serta bagaimana nilai-nilai tersebut diterapkan dalam praktik bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah-sekolah Islam di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Ahmad Dahlan menekankan pentingnya pendidikan karakter, integrasi antara ilmu pengetahuan dan agama, serta perhatian terhadap pengembangan moral dan spiritual siswa. Dalam konteks bimbingan dan konseling, prinsip-prinsip tersebut sangat relevan, terutama dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan keseimbangan antara prestasi akademik dan perkembangan karakter. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemikiran Ahmad Dahlan memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam pembentukan fondasi pendidikan yang holistik dan dapat dijadikan landasan dalam mengembangkan praktik bimbingan dan konseling di Indonesia. Saran yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya integrasi lebih lanjut antara nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dengan pendekatan bimbingan dan konseling di era modern.
