Abstract

Feeds costs are the largest cost in livestock business, which reaches 60-70% of all production costs. Feed costs can be reduced by using alternative feed ingredients that have high value, relatively cheap prices, easy to obtain and safe for consumption, and ones of its is Azolla pinnata. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with 5 (five) treatments and 4 (four) replications on 100 broilers. Each experimental unit is occupied by 5 (five) starter period broilers. The percentage of fresh Azolla pinnata in the ration of this experiment are; 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. Broiler are maintained and retrieved data for 4 weeks. Parameters that observed were chicken weight, feed consumption and feed conversion. The results showed that the percentage of Azolla pinnata significantly affected the chicken weight and feed consumption, but the effect was not significant on feed conversion. The best use of fresh Azolla pinnata is at 10% level in the ration. Using azolla 10% in the ration can reduce the costs for commercial feed use up to  9.9% of total feed consumption.

Abstract

CV Assalam is a company engaged in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms and produces mushroom flour as one of its products. The most popular flour derivative products are cookies. This is an opportunity for CV Assalam to produce cookies in order to gain added value and increase the company's revenue. The objectives of the research are 1) to formulate and review a business plan for oyster mushroom cookies at CV Assalam with the BMC approach, 2) to analyze the financial impact of the oyster mushroom cookies business on CV Assalam. The research method was the data source using primary and secondary data and descriptive analysis using the BMC approach. The results showed that processing oyster mushrooms into mushroom cookies is the right thing to do because it will get added value from mushroom products. CV Assalam must maximize product promotion through e-commerce and social media so that it is better known to the public. Based on financial analysis, it was found that processing mushroom flour into cookies could increase CV Assalam's net income by IDR 5,156,906/month.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan dan menyusun ide perencanaan bisnis yang berfokus pada peningkatan nilai ekonomi produk dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) di Dewaponik Yogyakarta. Ditinjau berdasarkan sembilan elemen pada Business Model Canvas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data primer dan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara dan pencatatan. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran tentang kondisi bisnis pada Dewaponik dan beberapa rekomendasi yang dapat disarankan dilihat dari sembilan segmen pada Customer segments berupa perluasan pasar terhadap konsumen di wilayah Yogyakarta, Solo, dan sekitarnya, dengan menambahkan Tiktok dalam kegiatan pemasaran pada Key Acitvites, penggunaan sosial media pada Channels, memberikan kemudahan konsumen dalam mengakses informasi dan promosi pada Value Proposition, bertambahnya tempat untuk memberikan informasi dan promosi pada Customer Relationships, penambahan sumber daya manusia pada Key Resources, penambahan serta peningkatan mitra pada Key Partnerships, peningkatan penjualan sayur hidroponik pada Revenue Streams, pembukuan keuangan yang digunakan yaitu analisis laba rugi dan R/C Ratio pada Cost Structure. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa terjadi peningkatan pendapatan di Dewaponik Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to study farmer’s knowledge, attitude and behavior of farmers about the use of pesticides. The use of pesticides in accordance with instructions that can really be used as an alternative in reducing the risk of environmental damage. The research method used is quantitative with a research design using survey methods. The flow of this research is exploratory. Common methods are used to find out the facts by measuring the level, behavior, and behavior of farmers associated with pesticides. Analysis of the relationship between variables one and various methods for measuring Spearman's Rank Correlation Coefficient. Sampling was conducted in West Bandung District (Sub-districts of Padalarang, Sindangkerta, Cipeundeuy, and Gununghalu). Farmers interviewed were a sample of 120 people with a method per sub-district of 30 farmers. Farmers on West Bandung Regency have a fairly low level of knowledge, behavior, and behavior about pesticide use. The knowledge possessed by farmers has a tendency to influence his attitude. The level of knowledge and action of farmers shows a significant correlation and has a major influence on knowledge and actions in handling pesticides. The attitude and behavior of farmers show a real correlation and have a strong influence on their perceptions and attitudes in handling pesticides. Farmers' perceptions of pesticides show a real correlation and have a major influence on the behavior of handling pesticides on the environment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan petani dengan penggunaan pestisida. Penggunaan pestisida yang sesuai dengan petunjuk yang benar dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam mengurangi resiko terhadap kerusakan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Metode survei digunakan untuk memperoleh keterangan faktual dengan cara menggali tingkat aspek pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan petani yang berkaitan dengan pestisida. Menganalisis hubungan antar variabel satu dan lainnya digunakan analisis korelasi memakai perhitungan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat (Kecamatan Padalarang, Sindangkerta, Cipeundeuy dan Gununghalu). Petani yang diwawancarai sejumlah sampel 120 orang dengan metode setiap kecamatan sebanyak 30 petani. Petani di Kabupaten Bandung Barat memiliki tingkat pengetahuan, tindakan dan tindakan tentang penggunaan pestisida yang cukup rendah. Tingkat pengetahuan petani menunjukkan korelasi yang nyata dan kuat pada sikap penanganan pestisida. Pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh petani memiliki cenderung mempengaruhi sikapnya. Tingkat pengetahuan dan tindakan petani menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan dan memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap pengetahuan dan tindakan dalam penanganan pestisida. Sikap dan tindakan perilaku petani menunjukkan korelasi yang nyata dan berpengaruh kuat terhadap persepsi dan sikapnya dalam penanganan pestisida. Persepsi petani tentang pestisida menunjukkan korelasi yang nyata dan memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap perilaku penanganan pestisida terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Horticulture can be interpreted as one of the agricultural subsectors that bridges the gap between production and consumption in Indonesian society. Horticultural commodities consist of vegetables, fruit, ornamental plants and medicinal plants. One of the horticultural commodities is mushrooms. Mushroom commodities have quite high consumption value in Indonesia. The demand for mushrooms continues to increase, but the availability of inputs is still inadequate and farmers still rely on marketing institutions, which is still an obstacle for mushroom entrepreneurs to meet consumer demand. Based on these problems, it is necessary to add mushroom cages so that the level of mushroom productivity continues to increase and an efficient marketing channel is needed so that all actors involved in the marketing channel can benefit each other. Research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The analysis results from the business feasibility study can be run properly and inefficient marketing channels are found in channel 3.

Abstract

. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer preferences for kebab product attributes in Uncle Hasan's Palestine Kebab. The method used in the study is the Fishbein Analysis Method. This study uses 9 product attributes based on literature study references, namely taste, price, product content, size, packaging, service, product quality, product safety and product variations. Based on the results of the study, consumer preferences towards kebab attributes in Uncle Hasan's Palestine Kebab have no negative value. The preference value for the price attribute is 21.47 which is very positive, taste is 19.75 which is very positive, product content is 18.74 which is positive, size is 17.92 which is positive, packaging is 16.23 which is positive, service is 17.99 which is positive, product quality is 20.73 which is very positive, product safety is 20.60 which is very positive and product variation is 17.91 which is positive. The value of consumer preference for Uncle Hasan's Palestine Kebab kebab products as a whole is positive, with a value of 171.34.

Abstract

Bread is a staple food for people abroad. However, as time progressed, Indonesian people began to make bread one of the staple foods that was consumed quite often. This research data uses qualitative and quantitative methods with primary and secondary data collection which is processed using fishbein analysis and multiple linear regression. The aim of this research is to determine the significant level of influence of the attributes of taste, aroma, texture, price, packaging design, product durability, product availability, service and cleanliness of the place on purchasing Roti Soek Padjadjaran products. Fishbein's analysis shows that the attributes of taste, price, product durability and service are the attributes with the four highest ratings. Multiple linear analysis shows the results that the taste and service attributes are the attributes that have a significant positive influence as variables that influence purchasing decisions for Soek Padjajaran Roti using a confidence level of 95 percent.

Abstract

Rice is a food commodity that is widely consumed by the Indonesian people. With the presence of branded and unbranded rice in the sale of rice on the market, it is necessary to study consumer behavior so that consumer needs for rice products are in line with expectations. The objectives of this study are; (1) Analyzing the factors that influence consumers in purchasing rice at Jambu Dua Market, (2) Analyzing the Factors that have a significant influence on rice purchases at Jambu Dua Market. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results concluded that; (1) Factors such as age, income, price and distance have an influence on consumer behavior in purchasing rice at Jambu Dua Market in Bogor City, (2) Factors that have a significant influence on consumer behavior in purchasing rice at Jambu Dua Market in Bogor City are age and price.

Abstract

The Berkah MBR Women's Farmers Group operates in the agribusiness sector and was founded in 2020. Urban farming development activities (cultivation, processing and marketing) by utilizing existing land and resources are carried out on a massive scale by groups such as the MBR Berkah Farmers Group. The research was carried out on urban farming land belonging to the Berkah MBR Women's Farming Group and residents in Katulampa Village, East Bogor. The analytical methods used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics are used to describe the perceptions of the Women Farmers Group and residents regarding the use of Digital Marketing. The type of data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using a questionnaire instrument implemented via Google Form. Based on research results, the Berkah MBR Women's Farming Group has the perception that conventional marketing of urban farming products needs to be supported by digital marketing. KWT MBR also generally believes that digital marketing techniques using WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram are important to learn and apply because they can generate large profits.

Abstract

Abstrak Negara eksportir utama kopi dunia dalam kurun waktu 1995-2017 adalah Brazil, Vietnam, Kolombia dan Indonesia. Sementara importir utama dunia adalah Amerika Serikat, Jepang, dan Jerman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis daya saing komparatif negara eksportir utama kopi dunia dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pangsa pasar negara eksportir utama kopi di negara importir utama kopi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder menggunakan jenis data time series periode 1995-2017 dengan kode HS 090111. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Revealed Comparative Advantage, Dynamic Revealed Comparative Advantage, dan metode Linear Approximate Almost Ideal Demand System. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat negara eksportir utama kopi dunia memiliki daya saing yang bervariasi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pangsa pasar negara eksportir utama kopi di negara importir utama kopi adalah harga dan non harga. Rekomendasi yang diberikan memerlukan keterlibatan dari berbagai pihak (petani, pengusaha, dan pemerintah) mulai dari cara budidaya, pemeliharaan, panen, dan pasca panen yang benar dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan melalui program pemerintah, penerapan sertifikasi mutu kopi serta kebijakan perdagangan dalam bentuk kerja sama bilateral. Kata Kunci: Kopi, Ekspor, Persaingan, Pasar Global Abstract The main exporting countries of world coffee in the period 1995-2017 were Brazil, Vietnam, Colombia, and Indonesia. The world's main importers are the United States, Japan, and Germany. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparative competitiveness of the world's main coffee exporters and to analyze the factors that influence the market share of the major coffee exporting countries in the major coffee importing countries. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from various sources using time series data for the period 1995 to 2017 with the HS code 090111. The data analysis method used is the Revealed Comparative Advantage, Dynamic Revealed Comparative Advantage, and Linear Approximate Almost Ideal Demand System. The results showed that the four major coffee exporters in the world had competitiveness. The factors that affect the market share of the main coffee exporting countries in the main coffee importing countries are price and non-price. The recommendations given require the involvement of various parties (farmers, entrepreneurs, and the governments) starting from the correct way of cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest carried out by providing counseling through government programs, implementing coffee quality certification, and trade policies in the form of bilateral cooperation.
