Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of human, organizational, and technological factors on the completeness of nursing care documentation through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at RSUD Waru Pamekasan. The method used is observational with a cross-sectional approach. The population consists of all nursing staff at RSUD Waru Pamekasan, totaling 108 individuals, and a sample of 108 individuals was obtained using total sampling techniques. The measurement tool employed is a questionnaire, and the data analysis used is ordinal regression testing. The results show that human and technological factors have significant values; specifically, the human factor has a p-value of 0.001 with an Odds Ratio (OR) of 1.022, while the technological factor has a p-value of 0.000 with an OR of 1.065. This indicates that the technological factor has a greater influence than the human factor on the completeness of nursing care documentation through electronic medical records at RSUD Waru Pamekasan. In conclusion, the technological factor has a more significant impact compared to the human factor on the completeness of nursing care documentation through electronic medical records. This suggests that the quality and ease of use of technology are more crucial to the success of documentation than the skills or behaviors of nurses. Keywords: Completeness of nursing care, Organization, Electronic Medical Records, Technology, Human.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is the most common complication, with an increasing incidence in the world, and is associated with maternal morbidity and mortality, which is around 2-8% of pregnancies. Mind-Body-Counseling (M-B-C) nursing care emphasizes the physical and psychological care that is needed in the management of preeclampsia patients. Objective: To explain the effect of Mind-Body-Counseling (M-B-C) nursing care on coping strategies, clinical symptoms, and fetal well-being in preeclampsia mothers. The research was conducted in two stages, the first stage (module building) and the second stage (quantitative analysis). Phase I of the research was carried out with literature review, qualitative research, and expert review to produce the Mind-Body-Counseling Module which was carried out in a period of approximately two months at RSUD dr. Soedomo Trenggalek. Phase II of the study was an experiment with the division of case and control groups with a total of 60 respondents who were mothers with preeclampsia at RSUD dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Mind-Body-Counseling (M-B-C) nursing care is provided with three assessments, namely coping strategies, clinical symptoms, and fetal well-being. The assessment used a questionnaire and was analyzed using descriptive analysis and the Wilcoxon test. The Mind-Body-Counseling (MBC) nursing care module consists of mind interventions to identify problems and stress responses, counseling interventions so that clients understand pregnancy with preeclampsia, and body interventions to reduce clinical symptoms. The results of the Phase II study showed a significant difference in coping strategy scores (p=0.000), systolic blood pressure (p=0.001), diastolic blood pressure (=0.018), urine protein (p=0.000), and fetal well-being (p=0.000) between control and intervention groups. After the intervention, it was concluded that there was a significant effect between Mind-Body-Counseling (MBC) nursing care on improving coping strategies, decreasing clinical symptoms, and increasing fetal well-being in preeclampsia mothers

Abstract

Kombucha is a symbiosis between bacteria (Acetobacter) and yeast (Saccharomyces), in English abbreviated SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). SCOBY in this research will be fermented using green tea media, to make kombucha tea product. Kombucha tea content is very beneficial for health, such as vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin C, acetic acid, amino acids, glucoronic acid, lactic acid and antiocasidan. Product characteristic is needed to produce good product quality. The researchers used experimental studies and used the RAL method by varying the length of fermentation of kombucha tea. The result of characterization, kombucha tea pH the longer the fermentation time decreases, the longer the fermentation time the more bright, the weight of cellulose produced SCOBY more fermentation time increases weight, the reduction of sugar content the longer the fermentation time will decrease. The optimum antioxidant activity was obtained on the 7th day of fermentation of 93.79%. Based on the results and the above discussion can be concluded, the color will be brighter with increasing length of fermentation, as well as the weight will increase with the longer fermentation. In contrast to the pH and sugar reductions the longer the fermentation time will decrease. The antioxidant activity had an optimum point on 7th day fermentation of 93.79% and will decrease with increasing fermentation time.
