While, Aesthetic influenced patient’s satisfaction in sufficient category, 19 respondents (42.2%). The test results of  analysis Ordinal regressionand  patient’s satisfaction factor were Performance (0.01), Reliabiliy (0.011), and aesthetics (0.075). Also, test results of ordinal multiple regression were Performance (0.001), Reliabiliy (0.123), and aesthetics (0.551). Then, from the results can be concluded that the most influential factor towards patient's satisfaction  is Performance which  has value of Sig 0.001 < (α = 0.05), it means that  H0 is rejected and  H1 is accepted. Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country with population density problem occupies the fourth rank of the world. One effort made to suppress the population growth is through family planning. One of the efforts to succeed family planning is the development of raw materials from papaya for antifertility natural ingredients. The purpose of this research was to study the effects of ethanol papaya extract seeds on antifertility in female mice. The benefits of this research was to provide information about the use of ethanol papaya extract seeds as antifertility in animals and make ethanol extract of papaya seeds as an alternative contraceptive drug. This study used post-test only control group design. Samples were taken in random. The independent variable was ethanol papaya extract seeds in various doses. The dependent variables were folliculogenetic examination and the examination of 17-β estradiol levels. Data analysis to determine the different mean number of follicles and the levels of blood 17-β estradiol weer performed with one-way ANOVA test. Ethanol extract of papaya seeds in dose of 30 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg lowered the number of tertiary and de Graaf follicles, while primary and secondary follicles did not decrease. The number of primary follicles are significantly different (p < 0,05).17-β estradiol in the dose group was decreasing along the increase of the doses. Levels of 17-β estradiol in blood showed significant differences (p < 0.05). The correlation between the number of primary, secondary, tertiary, and de Graaf follicles with 17-β estradiol levels were not statistically significant (p > 0.05) for the Pl, P2, P3, P4, P5. Ethanol extract of papaya seeds is proved to decrease the number of tertiary and de Graaf follicles in the ovary and decrease the levels of 17-β estradiol in blood, causing infertility in women.

Abstract

Intubation is a method to release and defend the respiratory track that can cause a stimulus to the sympathetic nerves in evoking cardiovascular response. Lidocaine is a local anesthesia that can be used to cardiac arrhythmias if it is given intravenously. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of given lidocaine 1,5 mg/Kg BB intravenous to the blood pressure on endotrachea intubation action at Central Surgical Installation at RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. The research of this study is pre-post test design with control group design. The population is all of male and female patients that undergo surgery or planned surgery with general anesthesia and endotrachea intubation at Central Surgical Installation at RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. The sample of this study is 32 respondents which are taken by using purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the independent variable is lidocaine and the dependent variable is blood pressure. The data collection uses blood pressure observation sheet before and after intubation without using lidocaine. The data analysis of this study uses the t-two independent α <0.05 statistical test. The result of this study shows that based on 32 respondents, the blood pressure before and after intubation of the intervention group and control group after carried out the t-two independent statistical test indicates that the systole pressure and diastole p value = 0.000 <0.05. It means that there is effect of given lidocaine 1,5 mg/Kg BB before intravenous intubation to the blood pressure. Based on the result of this study, lidocaine before intubation action can be affect to the blood pressure which is caused analgesic effect of the lidocaine itself.
