Abstract

AbstrakWanita karir memiliki peran ganda sebagai anggota keluarga dan sebagai professional,  tuntutan yang tidak mudah untuk diselesaikan. Memiliki Tututan yang sama dengan laki-laki, sehingga dibutuhkan Work life balance (WLB).  WLB diperlukan agar seorang wanita karir dapat menyeimbangkan antara waktu di tempat kerja dan aktivitas lain di luar kerja termasuk keluarga dan kehidupan pribadinya. Apabila hal ini tidak terpenuhi maka dapat menjadi sumber konflik yang menguras energi bagi wanita karir tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran WLB pada wanita karir yang memiliki jabatan strategis dimana disini adalah di Universitas, ditinjau dari dimensi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi WLB. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah informan wanita karir yang memiliki posisi strategis di Universitas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakaan wawancara semi terstuktur dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita karir belum mampu menyeimbangkan dirinya dalam hal WIPL (Work Interference with Personal Life) dan WEPL (Work Enchacement Of Personal Life). Faktor yang mempengaruhi melakukan  WLB, antara lain pada karakteristik kepribadian ditemukan profesionalitas, tanggung jawab, dan perasaan mudah berubah, Time Schedule / Time Management, Job Disc, Leadership, Culture Change, employee relation, Teamwork, Leadership, Behavior, Performance, Problem Solving, work Family konflik.Kata kunci: Work Life Balance, Wanita Karir, Pejabat Universitas

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of women's empowerment policies in efforts to prevent sexual violence in the work environment. This type of research is qualitative research using the SLR (Literature Review System) method. SLR is a literature review method that is carried out by collecting, identifying, concluding, critically evaluating research results on certain topics. The results of the study indicate that there are efforts to empower women through complaints handling, medical, psychological-spiritual services, law enforcement and assistance, as well as return and social reintegration. Thus, it can be interpreted that the policy of protecting women is one of the government's policies to facilitate, assist, and support victims of gender-based violence to obtain justice in demanding their rights. So that with this policy it is hoped that women will be able to develop their potential, so that women can be independent and participate in efforts to prevent sexual violence in the workplace.

Abstract

Our research aims to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on the loyalty of employees working in companies or industries in the city of Surabaya. The method used is the literature review method  by taking library data from the results of previous research. The target of the research we used was employees working in the city of Surabaya. The results obtained from this study can be used as insight and information to determine the effect of compensation provided by the company and employee job satisfaction on the loyalty that employees have to the company. The results of this study found that there is an influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee loyalty to companies in the city of Surabaya so that the company needs to provide commensurate compensation and comfort that creates job satisfaction so that employees can be loyal to the company.  Keywords: Employee, job satisfaction, compensation, loyalty, human resources
