Abstract

Pendidikan karakter diselenggarakan untuk mengarahkan institusi Pendidikan dalam pencapaian pembentukan karakter dan akhlak mulia siswa secara terpadu, utuh, dan seimbang dan tergambar dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Guru sebagai sosok yang selalu diteladani segala tindakan dan tingkah lakunya oleh siswanya mesti selalu menjaga sikap, memberikan hal-hal yang baik kepada semua siswanya. PKM penguatan Pendidikan karakter siswa ini diadakan di SDN Grogol 05 Pagi, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan penyegaran kepada guru-guru dalam kompetensi sosial dan kepribadannya untuk dapat diarahkan dalam penguatan karakter siswanya. Hal ini diungkapkan dari hasil wawancara dengan kepala sekolah mitra, untuk memberikan penyegaran kembali kepada guru-guru untuk lebih menonjolkan kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial . Hasil supervisi dan dari pengamatan kepala sekolah ini menjadi acuan dan permintaan kepada tim PKM untuk diberikan pelatihan dan penyegaran agar, kompetensi menjadi lebih baik dan dapat ditularkan ke siswanya melalui keteladanan. PKM ini dilakukan dengan kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, implementasi dalam pembelajaran dan pengukuran melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil PKM menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi sisial *% dan kepribadian guru 7%, dan pada penguatan butir karakter dari  siswa juga terjadi peningkatan

Abstract

The negative impact felt during the pandemic experienced by lecturers in online learning  as it is today  is the difficulty in giving a humanist touch to students, one of which is  ethics education with the name character education. Character education is an essential thing to be instilled in students and students. When online learning is like today, it is responsibility and honesty that are important to keep in check. But in fact, the character of commitment and honesty is ignored by students. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the character of responsibility and honesty on learning outcomes in Natural Sciences. This research is quantitative research using the survey method. The subjects involved in this study were 170 students. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collected data was then analyzed by several tests, namely data description analysis test, regression test, normality test, correlation test, determination test, t-test, and F test. The results showed that F-count = 9.780 > F-table = 3.05 with a significant 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between responsibility and honesty simultaneously on science learning outcomes. Based on these findings, teachers should pay attention to the character of responsibility and honesty and continue to develop these characters in students.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan bencana alam yang sering terjadi di Sulawesi Selatan, khususnya di daerah rawan seperti Dusun Pamanjengan Desa Moncongloe. Pada tanggal 30 Desember 2024, Awardee Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia (BPI) Universitas Hasanuddin melaksanakan program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan menyalurkan bantuan sembako kepada masyarakat yang terdampak banjir. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar masyarakat serta memberikan dukungan psikologis pasca bencana. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pengumpulan data, penyediaan bantuan, dan evaluasi dampak. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa bantuan sembako sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dan dapat membantu mempercepat pemulihan mereka. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kolaborasi dalam penanggulangan bencana. Kata kunci: Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Peduli Banjir, Bantuan Kemanusiaan, Dukungan Psikologis

Abstract

The application of the Design Thinking method in the development of a mobile web-based online mail system aims to increase efficiency and convenience in creating, managing, and sending letters digitally. Design Thinking, as an approach that focuses on solving problems by understanding user needs in depth, is used to design more intuitive and user-centric solutions in online correspondence systems. This approach consists of five main stages: empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing, all of which have an important role to play in creating mobile web applications that are accessible, secure, and meet user needs, both in terms of functionality and user experience. In the ideation stage, various concepts and features that can improve efficiency, such as automated mail delivery, cloud-based mail archive management, and electronic notifications and verification, were developed. In the prototyping stage, the design of the interface and basic functions of the application is created which is then tested by involving users to obtain feedback that can improve the system. Testing is carried out on an iterative basis, with a focus on testing functionality and user experience, to ensure that the application can be used effectively and efficiently. The results of the implementation show that this system can increase the speed and ease of digital mail management and provide a better user experience compared to conventional mail systems

Abstract

This study aims to examine the forms of speech acts in Ida Fitri's novel Paya Nie using a pragmatic approach. This study focuses on three types of speech acts: locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through listening and note-taking on quotations in the novel. The results of the study indicate that Ida Fitri's novel Paya Nie contains various forms of speech acts that reflect the dynamics of interaction between characters in the social and cultural context of Acehnese society, which is experiencing conflict. Locutionary acts are found in the form of conveying information, illocutionary acts in the form of expressing feelings and invitations, and perlocutionary acts in the form of emotional effects and changes in the attitude of the addressee.

Abstract

The level of student engagement within the school environment plays a crucial role in supporting effective learning implementation. Effective learning is expected to assist students in achieving educational goals, which include the development of self-awareness, spiritual and religious strength, intelligence, personality and good character, as well as essential life skills for both the individual and society. This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic religiosity and teacher support on student engagement among 11th grade students at MAN 4 Cirebon. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 175 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using the Student Engagement Scale (SES), the Islamic Religiosity Scale, and the Teacher Support Scale for Secondary School (TSSSS). The results of the data analysis showed that Islamic religiosity significantly influences student engagement, teacher support significantly influences student engagement, and both Islamic religiosity and teacher support jointly influence student engagement. The R Square value of 0.411 indicates that Islamic religiosity and teacher support contribute 41.1% to student engagement, while the remaining 58.9% is influenced by other unexamined factors.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic presents major challenges for Indonesia's health, economic and government sectors. In this context, the Padang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) plays an important role in implementing local policies to support recovery. This research aims to explore the implementation of Agile Governance in DPMPTSP Padang City during the pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the Padang City DPMPTSP has succeeded in implementing the principles of good enough governance, business-driven, human focused, and based on quick wins, so that it is able to improve public services and licensing innovation. Various innovations, such as the INDAH program for MSMEs and the OSS and SIMBG digital systems, are implemented to maintain service continuity. Apart from that, DPMPTSP also increases transparency and community participation through public consultation forums. The conclusion of this research confirms that the implementation of Agile Governance has enabled DPMPTSP to adapt and innovate in services, creating better relationships between government and society in the context of public services, especially in the midst of crisis conditions.

Abstract

Non-formal education such as TPQ plays an important role in shaping the character and religious understanding of the younger generation. However, the use of a manual attendance system at TPQ Assayuti is prone to errors, delays in reporting, and a lack of transparency for parents, thereby hindering management accountability. This study aims to develop a web-based attendance system for students with QR Code integration as a more efficient, accurate, and real-time attendance recording solution. The method used is the Waterfall approach, which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system enables automatic attendance recording using QR Codes and provides integrated daily reporting features. The implementation results show improved recording efficiency, minimal data errors, ease of monitoring attendance through a responsive dashboard, and positive user feedback regarding ease of use. These findings confirm that the integration of QR codes and web applications effectively supports the digitization of TPQ administration, improves data accuracy, and can serve as a model for the application of information technology in similar religious educational institutions.

Abstract

Research has been carried out which aims to determine the efficiency of corn husk extract in inhibiting the corrosion rate of St37 steel by using the mass loss method, to determine the effect of immersion temperature variations in inhibiting the corrosion rate of ST37 steel and to determine the effect of variations in inhibitor concentration in inhibiting the corrosion rate of steel. ST37. the method used in this study is the method of mass loss (Mass Loss). As for the results of the research that has been done, corn husks can inhibit the corrosion rate which is used as an inhibitor on ST37 steel by using 3% HCl medium with temperature variations of 40oC, 50oC and 60oC. The results of the corrosion rate without inhibitors obtained 40oC of 32.98 mpy, 50oC of 62.09 mpy, 60oC of 71.51 mpy. And the results of the corrosion rate using a fixed inhibitor concentration of 400 ppm obtained 40oC of 32.81 mpy, 50oC of 36.59 mpy, 60oC of 38.76 mpy.

Abstract

Korosi merupakan reaksi antara logam dengan lingkungan di sekitarnya yang mengakibatkan mutu dari logam mengalami penurunan. Salah satu cara untuk menghambat terjadinya korosi pada logam adalah dengan cara membuat permukaan logam tersebut terlindungi oleh suatu inhibitor sehingga tidak terjadi kontak langsung antara logam dengan media korosif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi konsentrasi inhibitor terhadap laju korosi, efisiensi inhibitor ekstrak limbah kulit jagung pada baja ST 37 dan untuk mengetahui karakteristik morfologi dan unsur penyusun baja ST 37 tanpa dan dengan inhibitor dengan menggunakan SEM-EDx. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kehilangan massa (Mass Loss). Medium korosif yang digunakan adalah NaCl 3%, dengan suhu medium sebesar 40̊C, waktu ekspos spesimen dilakukan selama 240 jam dengan dengan empat variasi konsentrasi inhibitor yaitu 0 ppm, 400 ppm, 500 ppm dan 600 ppm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan laju korosi terbesar pada konsentrasi 0 ppm (tanpa inhibitor) yaitu sebesar 88,08 mpy, sementara laju korosi terendah yaitu pada konsentrasi 600 ppm yaitu sebesar 0 mpy. Efisiensi inhibitor korosi yang paling besar terjadi pada konsentrasi 600 ppm sebesar 100%. Karakterisasi Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) memperlihatkan agglomeration (gumpulan) tidak merata dengan ukuran kecil, lubang (hole) dan retakan (crack) juga lebih sedikit pada spesimen dengan inhibitor 500 ppm. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa spesimen telah mengalami korosi dengan jenis retak tegang. Hasil Uji EDX menunjukkan adanya kandungan unsur oksigen yang cukup tinggi dan unsur Fe yang paling rendah pada specimen (a) sebesar 31,03% dan 46,48%, hal ini menunjukan bahwa Fe banyak yang teroksidasi oleh unsur O, sehingga memiliki laju korosi paling tinggi.
