Abstract

The success of education depends largely on the quality of human resources, particularly teachers who possess strong self-regulation and a deep sense of work meaning in the digital era. However, many teachers still experience a low level of work meaning, often due to limited self-regulation and a lack of reflective understanding of their teaching purpose. This study aims to examine the level of self-regulation and work meaning, and to analyze the influence of self-regulation on the meaning of work among MTs PAI clump teachers. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires on self-regulation and work meaning from 30 teachers at MTs N 1 Banjarnegara, MTs Muhammadiyah Mandiraja, and MTs Al-Ma’arif Rakit. Data analysis involved classical assumption and regression tests. The results indicate a significant positive effect of self-regulation on the meaning of work, with a significance value of 0.046 and a regression coefficient of 0.403, leading to the rejection of H₀ and acceptance of Hₐ. This finding implies that higher self-regulation enhances teachers’ sense of work meaning. The study contributes to understanding how psychological self-management supports teachers in finding purpose, calmness, and relevance in their teaching practice within the digital education landscape.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah modernisasi sistem administrasi perpajakan, religiusitas, kesadaran wajib pajak dan kualitas pelayanan perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form. Data diuji menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modernisasi sistem administrasi perpajakan, religiusitas, kesadaran wajib pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, dan kualitas pelayanan perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.Kata Kunci : Modernisasi Sistem Administrasi Perpajakan, Religiusitas, Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, Kualitas Pelayanan Fiskal, Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak

Abstract

The application of the Design Thinking method in the development of a mobile web-based online mail system aims to increase efficiency and convenience in creating, managing, and sending letters digitally. Design Thinking, as an approach that focuses on solving problems by understanding user needs in depth, is used to design more intuitive and user-centric solutions in online correspondence systems. This approach consists of five main stages: empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing, all of which have an important role to play in creating mobile web applications that are accessible, secure, and meet user needs, both in terms of functionality and user experience. In the ideation stage, various concepts and features that can improve efficiency, such as automated mail delivery, cloud-based mail archive management, and electronic notifications and verification, were developed. In the prototyping stage, the design of the interface and basic functions of the application is created which is then tested by involving users to obtain feedback that can improve the system. Testing is carried out on an iterative basis, with a focus on testing functionality and user experience, to ensure that the application can be used effectively and efficiently. The results of the implementation show that this system can increase the speed and ease of digital mail management and provide a better user experience compared to conventional mail systems

Abstract

Various industrial sectors, from food and drug production to textiles, have widely used pigments or dyes as coloring agents. Generally, we can distinguish between two types of coloring agents: synthetic and natural. Currently, the use of synthetic colorings is a topic of debate due to their potential health risks, toxicity, and environmental pollution. This prompts a deeper exploration of natural resources as a more secure substitute for coloring agents. Plants, animals, microbes, and fungi can all provide natural coloring agents. Besides animals and microbes, some challenges in developing plants as major sources of natural coloring agents include variations in production or harvest times, strongly influenced by season, weather, and the intensity of sunlight. These factors influence not only the stability of the produced color but also its physicochemical properties, such as solubility and pH.  Moreover, overexploitation of plants has an impact on ecosystem imbalances and leads to extinction. Among natural resources, pigments or dyes from fungi have shown their potential to address these challenges. This review focuses on the potential of various microfungi that produce natural dyes, especially from Monascaceae, Trichocomaceae, and Nectriaceae, as well as the classification based on their chemical structure. Furthermore, we describe their diverse biological impacts as antioxidants, antibiotics, antidiabetics, anticancer agents, and anti-cholesterol agents, along with their health advantages.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan fenomena alam yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor di luar kendali manusia, tidak mungkin untuk sepenuhnya mencegah terjadinya banjir. Oleh karena itu, fokusnya adalah pada pengurangan risiko dan dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh banjir. Pengabdian masyarakat kepada korban banjir sangat penting karena memiliki banyak manfaat, seperti pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar seperti makanan, air bersih, pakaian, dan tempat tinggal. Selain itu kebutuhan Pendidikan dan sarana penunjang Pendidikan juga sangat diperlukan oleh anak sekolah yang terdampak banjir. Selain kebutuhan materil, bantuan berupa dukungan Psikologis juga sangat diperlukan, dimana banjir bisa menyebabkan trauma dan stress bagi para korban. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Sabbang Paru, Kabupaten Wajo, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan khususnya pada salah satu sekolah yang terdampak dan jauh dari perkotaan, yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Juni 2024. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa difusi iptek yaitu pemberian bantuan berupa peralatan alat tulis, buku cerita dan papan tulis. Serta advokasi berupa pemberian edukasi tentang tanggap darurat bencana banjir, trauma healing pasca bencana dan juga games hiburan untuk memotivasi para siswa/siswi yang berdampak banjir. Pengabdian ini mendapat apresiasi dari masyarakat khususnya pihak sekolah yang berdampak banjir, bantuan diterima langsung oleh kepala sekolah dan beberapa perwakilan siswa. Motivasi dan keceriaan juga tampak dari siswa/siswi yang datang setelah diberikan motivasi untuk menggapai cita-cita melalui Pendidikan.

Abstract

Youth Posyandu is a public health effort that is managed with the aim of organizing to improve health and healthy life skills in adolescents. The establishment of Youth Poyandu aims to be a forum for improving adolescent reproductive health and increasing adolescent health needs. Based on previous implementation studies, some teenagers do not know anything about reproductive health, such as the risk of menstruation and irresponsible sexual activity. Youth Posyandu is optimal, it is not done. Thus, the Youth Posyandu was formed in Guwosari Hamlet, Iroyudan Village, Pajangan District. In practice, Poyandu youth leaders are selected through a deliberation process. From the results of the formation of the youth Posyandu, it is known that there are two posyandu administrators, namely six youth cadres who later became an extension of their duties under the supervision of the Iroyudan Health Center. According to the agreement, the Posyandu will be held every three weeks. The activity began with the provision of counseling for the Youth Posyandu and disseminated in the first activity the counseling material for the Youth Posyandu on adolescent reproductive health. It is hoped that the establishment of the youth Posyandu can improve adolescent health and increase knowledge about adolescent reproductive health.Keywords: youth posyandu, adolescent reproductive health, youth cadres

Abstract

Islamic character education plays a crucial role in supporting the moral and spiritual development of students in Islamic higher education institutions. This study aims to analyze the influence of uswah hasanah and religious maturity on Islamic character education among students at Ma’had Al-Jami’ah Ulil Abshar Ponorogo. The research employed a quantitative survey design, involving 200 students selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, were conducted before  regression  analysis.  The  results  indicate  that  uswah  hasanah  has  a  positive  and  significant partial effect of 44,1% on Islamic character education, while religious maturity contributes a positive and  significant  effect  of  41,5%.  Simultaneously,  both  variables  explain  56,4%  of  the  variance  in students’ Islamic character  education, with the remaining 43,6% influenced by factors outside the study. These findings highlight the importance of exemplary behavior and religious maturity as key determinants  of  Islamic  character  formation  and  emphasize  the  need  for  a  holistic  approach integrating religious, social, and everyday experiential aspects in character development.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a vital sector in Indonesia’s economy; however, they still face significant challenges in effectively marketing their products in the digital era. The main issues encountered include a lack of product innovation, weak branding strategies, and limited market expansion through digital platforms. MSME products often do not follow market trends and lack unique selling points, while the brands built tend to be unappealing and inconsistent both visually and narratively. On the other hand, the utilization of digital technology to reach wider markets remains limited due to low digital literacy and the absence of effective marketing strategies. This program aims to provide a comprehensive solution through training and mentoring in digital marketing, focusing on innovative product development, brand identity strengthening, and the use of social media, e-commerce, and SEO. It is expected that this initiative will enhance MSMEs' competitiveness, expand their market reach, and establish a more adaptive and sustainable business ecosystem amid technological advancement

Abstract

Latar belakang kegiatan pengabdian ini karena kurangnya kompetensi guru-guru di SD Negeri 020 Rambah Samo dalam menyusun modul ajar deeplearning kurikulum merdeka dengan baik. Guru belum bisa membuat modul ajar secara mandiri tetapi masih memodifikasi modul ajar yang ada di PMM (Platform Merdeka Mengajar). Guru masih belum mampu memahami cara mendesain rubrik asesmen awal pembelajaran, dan melakukan asesmen akhir pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami oleh guru-guru SD Negeri 020 Rambah Samo dengan melakukan pendampingan penyusunan modul ajar berbasis deeplearning. Tahapan dalam metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, pengawasan/observasi, evaluasi di akhir kegiatan, dan keberlanjutan program PKM. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman guru-guru SD Negeri 020 Rambah Samo dalam menulis modul ajar deeplearning yang terlihat dari kompetensi guru sebelum diberikan pendampingan menyusun modul ajar yaitu 29.19 % dan setelah diberikan pendampingan meningkat menjadi 90,83 %. Kesimpulan pengabdian ini adalah dengan adanya pendampingan penyusunan modul ajar deeplearning dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar deeplearning secara mandiri dan mendesain asesmen akhir pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of buying and selling sea cucumbers in an Islamic business perspective on Barrang Lompo Island, Sangkarrang Islands District, Makassar City. The type of research used is the Qualitative Research Method. The processed data is the result of interviews with sellers and buyers and fishermen looking for sea cucumbers. The data collection method used in this research is Interview, Observation and Documentation. The results showed that the sale and purchase of sea cucumbers was carried out with murabahah transactions. Murabahah buying and selling is a purchase by one party to then be sold to another party who has submitted an application for the purchase of an item with a transparent profit or additional price. Sellers and buyers of sea cucumbers on Barrang Lompo Island have implemented an attitude of honesty (siddiq) in doing business, sellers and buyers of sea cucumbers on Barrang Lompo Island have implemented a friendly and communicative attitude (Tablig) in doing business, sellers and buyers of sea cucumbers on Barrang Lompo Island have implemented a respectful attitude. trusted (trust) in business. In the practice of buying and selling sea cucumbers on Barrang Lompo Island, there are supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors include: The majority of the people of Barrang Lompo Island are Muslim, The knowledge capacity of the Barrang Lompo Island community about Islam has increased, Traders and buyers have realized sharia principles such as showing an attitude of honesty, justice, friendly and communicative (tabligh), and ar-ridha. The solidarity attitude of the people of Barrang Lompo Island is still close, the attitude of helping (ta'awun) has become the culture of the people of Barrang Lompo Island. While the inhibiting factors are as follows: Because the method of catching sea cucumbers is carried out by taking them directly on the seabed with a deep enough depth, it can cause divers to experience paralysis, if the weather is not good then the fishermen will be hampered from going down to the sea looking for sea cucumbers, some people are still traditional.
