Abstract

This article discusses the Kampoeng Baca Pelangi community in an effort to fulfill basic education services for children affected by the Lombok earthquake. The earthquake has resulted in a long period of school closures. Earthquakes have been responsible for child deaths, as well as physical and psychological injuries to children and disruption of education delivery services. The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy for the involvement of Kampoeng Baca Pelangi, the obstacles felt by Kampoeng Baca Pelangi and the solutions implemented to overcome obstacles in fulfilling basic education services for children affected by the Lombok earthquake. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study are: Kampoeng Baca Pelangi's involvement strategy in fulfilling basic education services for children affected by the Lombok earthquake is through the implementation of various programs, including tutoring. The perceived obstacles consist of internal and external factors, internal factors consist of the lack of community operational funds, tutors are still limited; while the external factor is the emergence of an unfavorable perception of Kampoeng Baca Pelangi. Solutions applied: internal factors held dues between the management of Kampoeng Baca Pelangi, sold Kampoeng Baca Pelangi merchandise, held deliberations between the management and the community. Meanwhile, for external factors, Kampoeng Baca Pelangi focused on working until it finally succeeded in producing its first music album that can be enjoyed on various digital music platforms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1. Describe the activeness of students in scouting activities, 2. Describe the attitude of the state defends, 3. Explain the relationship between the activities of scouting with the attitude of the state defends. The study was conducted by survey method. The population was all students in class XI. The research sample was taken by a random sampling technique totaling 60 students. The analysis technique is done by product-moment analysis. The results showed that students who actively participated in scout activities were moderate. Likewise, the attitude of defending a student's country is moderate. The results of the analysis obtained an r count of 0.585 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05. The activeness in participating student activities is included in the moderate category, as well as the defensive attitude of students including moderate. The contribution of active participation in scouting activities towards the defense of the state was 34.2%. Then it can be concluded that students who are active in scouting activities have a high state defense attitude compared to students who are not active in these activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the efforts to internalize the value of tolerance in adolescents in Surakarta city, Indonesia through the Komunitas Solo Bersimfoni. However, due to the very rapid development of the times and the flow of globalization, the noble values that exist in society are starting to fade and be abandoned by the younger generation, especially teenagers. The value of tolerance is strong, becomes weak and fades in everyday life. Seeing this condition, so the Komunitas Solo Bersimfoni has a goal to re-internalize the values of tolerance to teenagers in the city of Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. The collected data is then analyzed using the Miles and Hubeman model which consists of three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the internalization of the value of tolerance through the Komunitas Solo Bersimfoni was carried out through a cultural approach, namely by inculcating hasthalaku values consisting of mutual cooperation, guyub harmony, grapyak semana, valley manah, ewuh pekewuh, pangerten, andhap asor and tepa selira.. In addition, the Komunitas Solo Bersimfoni also has several programs to internalize the value of tolerance in adolescents, such as the Hasthalaku Compilation FGD program, Adipangastuti School, SB Goes to School, Symphony Class, Hasthalaku Boardgame, Hasthalaku on the street, Symphony Friends, Fragments of Symphony Friends, Solo Bersimfoni Talkshow, Millennial Chat (Ngomel), and Training of Trainers. All programs prepared by the Komunitas Solo Bersimfoni aim to maintain tolerance, to create differences in life in society.

STRATEGI GURU PPKN DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN KECAKAPAN KEWARGANEGARAAN Ratih Nur Indah Sari, Winarno,Triana RejekiningsihPPKn FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret, SurakartaEmail : ratihnur98@student.uns.ac.id; winarnoarmoatmojo@staff.uns.ac.id; triana_rizq@staff.uns.ac.id  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) strategi guru PPKn dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kecakapan kewarganegaraan; dan 2) kendala dan solusi dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kecakapan kewarganegaraan. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Pengujian validitas data menggunakan model analisis triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis spradly. Kecakapan kewarganegaraan terdiri dari kecakapan intelektual dan kecakapan partisipasi maka instrumen penilaian juga harus dapat mengukur kedua aspek tersebut. Hal ini karena penilaian PPKn merupakan gabungan dari pemahaman konsep serta penerapannya. Simpulan penelitian adalah guru dalam menilai kecakapan kewarganegaraan menggunakan bentuk penilaian kinerja, kemudian instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan kinerja. Strategi yang dijalankan yaitu: a) memperhatikan karakteristik siswa setiap kelas atau jurusan/program keahlian terkait pemahaman materi dan tingkat berpikir siswa saat pembelajaran; b) memperhatikan Kompetensi Dasar (KD) dan materi yang akan dibuat soal atau instrumen; c) menyusun kisi-kisi penilaian; d) menentukan teknik dan bentuk instrumen penilaian; e) mencari permasalahan/kasus yang dapat dikaitkan dengan materi pembelajaran, f) menyusun soal, kriteria (rubrik) penilaian dan pedoman penskroran; g) menelaah soal berdasarkan kaidah pembuatan soal dan kriteria instrumen penilaian psikomotor. Kendala yang dialami guru PPKn dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kecakapan kewarganegaraan yaitu: a) kesulitan guru dalam menentukan permasalahan/kasus yang dikaitkan dengan materi untuk menjadi bahan diskusi atau presentasi; b) karakteristik siswa masih kurang dalam keaktifan dan penguasaan materi pembelajaran; c) kesulitan guru dalam menentukan aspek penilaian keterampilan siswa saat Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Sedangkan solusi dari kendala dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kecakapan kewarganegaraan yaitu: a) mengikuti berita yang terjadi di masyarakat serta kreatif dalam mengaitkan dengan materi; b) memberikan motivasi dan ajakan secara terus menerus kepada siswa; serta c) pengadaan workshop terkait peningkatan profesionalitas guru dalam Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Kata Kunci: penilaian, kecakapan, kewarganegaraan, intelektual, partisipasi, psikomotor

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of teachers in preparing a tough generation through inculcating an attitude of tolerance in history learning. This research is also important in overcoming problems that occur in society, especially in terms of intolerance. Teachers in their duties not only teach students in building their knowledge, but teachers also have a very important role in shaping and building the character of students, especially the attitude of tolerance in an effort to create a tough generation through history learning. Learning history, which actually has social values, can of course be used by teachers in instilling tolerance in students. It is important to inculcate an attitude of tolerance to create unity and peace in order to reduce the problem of intolerance that often occurs. The method used in this article is through normative research or through literature searches such as books, journals, papers and other sources that are considered to be similar or relevant. The results of the research in this article indicate that the teacher's efforts to instill an attitude of tolerance are by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning method.

Abstract

This study aims to map the needs of students and teachers towards the development of digital books on the local history of Pekanbaru and which is expected to increase the tolerance attitude of students at SMAN 4 and SMAN 8 Pekanbaru. This research is part of development research (R&D) by collecting data systematically directly to respondents through data collection instruments. The process of collecting data is a very important stage in research. The data that has been collected will be used to test the hypotheses that have been proposed in the study where the data were obtained through interviews, observation and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results of the study show that (1) the use of effective learning resourcesused by teachers so far still rely on books and explain with the lecture method. (2) the lack of knowledge of students about the existence of local history in Pekanbaru in this case specifically regarding the history of the HKBP Ressort Pekanbaru Church (3) the attitude of tolerance of students is still low and (4) the development of local history digital books is welcomed by students.

Abstract

 Interfaith dialog is commonly carried out to harmonize the relationship and minimize conflicts between religious believers. This study examines how the functional structure of an interfaith community and beliefs can create harmonious interfaith relationship through an interfaith dialog held in Kudus, Central Java. This study is designed with qualitative research model by applying the phenomenological approach. The data were technically collected through interviews, observation, document studies and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Theoretically, this study used Talcott Parsons’ structural functional theory. The results showed that the Interfaith and Interbelief Communities of Pantura (TALI AKRAP) is a system in society where the religious adherents and the flow of beliefs are the integrated elements, each of which should function one another in creating a balance in society. As a system, TALI AKRAP holds four imperative functions which are simultaneously integrated in action systems, namely adaptation, goal attention, integration and learn pattern maintenance or commonly abbreviated AGIL. The existence of adaptation between religious adherents in the community aims to understand, recognize and accept one another as an effort to realize the harmony among religious believers. The goal to be achieved is a community with concern, tolerance, lives side by side and accepts differences as a gift from the God Almighty, all of which are integrated in social dialog activities between religious believers which exist for a long time and are carried out continuously.

Abstract

Abstract History learning should be done creatively and innovatively that interests students. This research provides an alternative framework for historical learning by packaging materials spreading Hindu-Buddhist temples in Tulungagung with a constructivism approach. This study uses the literature study method. The data source comes from books, articles, and research report results that fit the topic. Various library materials are processed, identified, analyzed, and reflected to create new findings. As a result, there are seven temple sites in Tulungagung Regency, namely Boyolangu Temple, Sanggrahan Temple, Meja Temple, Dadi Temple, Mirigambar Temple, Ampel Temple, and Penampihan Temple. The material of the distribution of temples in Tulungagung can be used as the content of learning media. Implementation of learning media is integrated with the constructivism approach through the learning cycle model. Stages of the learning cycle include discovery, concept recognition, and concept application. In conclusion, the integration of local history materials can strengthen student's local historical awareness. Keywords: learning, history, temple, Tulungagung, constructivism Abstrak Pembelajaran sejarah seharusnya dilakukan secara kreatif dan inovatif yang menarik minat siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif kerangka pembelajaran sejarah melalui pengemasan materi persebaran candi Hindu-Buddha di Tulungagung dengan pendekatan konstruktivisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Sumber data berasal dari buku, artikel dan hasil laporan penelitian yang sesuai dengan topik. Berbagai bahan pustaka diproses, diidentifikasi, dianalisis dan direfleksikan sehingga tercipta temuan baru. Hasilnya terdapat tujuh situs candi di Kabupaten Tulungagung yaitu Candi Boyolangu, Candi Sanggrahan, Candi Meja, Candi Dadi, Candi Mirigambar, Candi Ampel, dan Candi Penampihan. Materi persebaran candi di Tulungagung dapat digunakan sebagai isi dari media pembelajaran. Implementasi media pembelajaran terintegrasi dengan pendekatan konstruktivisme melalui model siklus belajar. Tahapan siklus belajar meliputi discovery (penemuan), pengenalan konsep, dan aplikasi konsep. Kesimpulannya integrasi materi sejarah lokal dapat menguatkan kesadaran sejarah lokal siswa. Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology has potential benefits and challenges that the law of awareness must overcome. Behavior contrary to legal norms often appears in AI, which can harm and endanger the nation's life. The low compliance and moral awareness of AI users that is not in line with Pancasila values has led to the emergence of various conflicts in society. This study aims to explore three aspects related to the use of AI. First, students' perceptions of the use of AI. Secondly, the use of AI technology based on Pancasila values; third, efforts to form legal awareness of the use of AI Technology. The study results show that almost all students know and have used AI technology, especially in academic activities. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, distribution of questionnaires, and interviews with 205 students of Sebelas Maret University as respondents. In addition, literature studies and interviews were also conducted with several key informants. Data processing uses the triangulation method, which uses interactive model data analysis from Miles Huberman. To use AI wisely and follow Pancasila values, students must understand the ethics and laws of using this technology.

Abstract

Penggunaan LMS dalam tata kelola BUMDes di Kabupaten Bojonegoro memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran serta memperkuat tata kelola yang baik. Melalui media ini, pengurus dan anggota BUMDes dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta pemahaman mereka dalam mengelola BUMDes dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan memanfaatkan Learning Management System (LMS) di lembaga Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) di Kecamatan Dander. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LMS di BUMDES sangat memberikan manfaat dalam hal aksesibilitas pendidikan, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, dan pemahaman teknologi pendidikan non formal.bagi pengurus BUMDES. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses internet di wilayah pedesaan dan tingkat keterampilan teknologi yang beragam di antara peserta. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi LMS dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pendidikan pengurus. Rekomendasi yang muncul dari penelitian ini dapat membantu BUMDES di seluruh wilayah pedesaan untuk lebih efektif melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh.
