Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh model Game-Based Learning (GBL) berbasis Zep kuis terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis murid pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, khususnya materi Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan kompetensi penting agar murid mampu menganalisis nilai-nilai konstitusi dan menanggapi persoalan sensitivitas secara rasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan GBL berbantuan Zep Quiz memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis murid. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimental) melalui kelompok kontrol nonequivalent pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2025/2026 dengan jumlah sampel 72 murid yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta didukung oleh observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji independen sample t-test, dan analisis N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol mengalami peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis setelah pembelajaran. Namun, hasil uji t menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok (sig. = 0,624 > 0,05). Namun demikian, hasil analisis N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 0,57. Dapat disimpulkan, model Game based learning (GBL) berbasis Zep Quiz mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis secara moderat, meskipun belum terbukti lebih unggul secara signifikan dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional

Abstract

The research method used in this research is a method of qualitative research with a literate study research strategy. Abstract

This study aims to describe how urgent character education is and how teachers implement it in history learning at SMA Negeri 15, Kepulauan Tanimbar Regency, which is related to three aspects of learning, namely planning, implementation (learning strategies and methods), and evaluation during the Covid-19 pandemic.(19) This study used qualitative research method. It was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021–2022 academic year at SMA Negeri 15, Kepulauan Tanimbar Regency, Maluku Province. There were two sources of data, primary and secondary data. It was found that globalization and modernization have a negative impact on students' morals and associations, and character education in history learning is important during the Covid-19 pandemic so that students can learn from history. In learning implementation, history teachers make lesson plans adapted from the syllabus from the government. In the implementation of history learning during this pandemic, teachers must maximize learning strategies and methods, especially in utilizing media and historical learning resources. Learning evaluation should be carried out from scratch to examine the success of the implementation of character education in history learning during this pandemic. Teachers can evaluate history learning by group tests or individual tests to find out the changes in students' affective learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the forms of bullying, influencing factors, and efforts to address bullying among students. This study used a mixed methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results indicate that the most common forms of bullying among students are verbal bullying, cyberbullying, and physical bullying. Verbal bullying has a relatively high prevalence rate of 22.1 percent to 59.4 percent, cyberbullying has a moderate prevalence rate of 23.2 percent to 37.4 percent, and physical bullying has a low prevalence rate of 10 percent to 16.1 percent. Bullying among students is influenced by two factors: psychosocial factors, including emotional regulation and empathy, and social environmental factors, including peer pressure, interaction culture, and digital ethics. Prevention and handling of bullying at the school level can be achieved through several strategies: internalizing anti-bullying attitudes through character education, strengthening reporting and monitoring systems, and cross-sector collaboration to address bullying.

Abstract

Menurunnya nasionalisme generasi muda menjadi tantangan serius bagi kehidupan berbangsa, ditandai oleh lemahnya pemahaman nilai dasar negara, rendahnya kepedulian terhadap kondisi bangsa, dan melemahnya semangat kebangsaan. Kondisi ini semakin diperparah oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi yang memudahkan akses terhadap konten radikalisasi, sehingga diperlukan pendidikan dan pembinaan karakter yang efektif untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Program Patriot dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan pada generasi muda dan mengevaluasi efektivitas program tersebut dalam memperkuat kesadaran nasional dan karakter bangsa yang inklusif.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap dokumen program, kurikulum, modul kegiatan, serta laporan pelaksanaan Program Patriot. Data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta diuji melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Patriot berperan penting dalam menanamkan nilai kebangsaan melalui sosialisasi nilai, interaksi sosial lintas kelompok, serta pembentukan kesadaran identitas kebangsaan yang inklusif. Program ini juga berfungsi sebagai media pendidikan karakter untuk mendorong generasi muda memahami, menghayati, dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai persatuan, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab. Program Patriot efektif dalam memperkuat kesadaran nasional, meningkatkan kohesi sosial, dan menumbuhkan komitmen generasi muda terhadap kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this study is to investigate the nature of the social function principles of land rights within the theoretical and juridical perspective and its implementation in Indonesia. This research used the sociological or empirical research method to view the effectiveness of law in society. The result of research shows that the nature of social function principles of land rights theoretically is an acknowledgement of individual, social, and public interests in lands. The juridical basis of the social function principles of land rights refered to Article 6 of Law Number 5 of 1960 regarding Basic Regulations for Agrarian welfare. The social function principles are materialized in various law norms that are land reform, land consolidation, land redistribution, abandoned land controlling, and land provision for public interest. The government through the National Land Agency controls land affairs as to protect its citizens’ land rights. The implementation of the social function principles of land rights is also done through the community empowerment program, namely: Pokmasdartibnah (community groups which are aware of land affairs) established by the National Land Agency and participation through Consortium Agrarian Reform, which establishes Damara (Advanced Land Reform) villages. AbstrakArtikel  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hakekat asas fungsi sosial atas tanah baik dalam tinjauan teori, yuridis, dan penerapannya di Indonesia. Penelitian hukum ini bersifat sosiologis atau empiris untuk melihat efektivitas hukum di masyarakat. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa asas fungsi sosial hak atas tanah secara teori merupakan pengakuan atas kepentingan perorangan, kepentingan sosial dan kepentingan umum atas tanah. Landasan yuridis asas fungsi sosial hak atas tanah, didasarkan pada Pasal 6 Undang-Undang Nomor 5 tahun 1960 tentang Pokok-Pokok Agraria sebagai amanah konstitusi tentang pentingnya perlindungan tanah bagi sebesar-besar kemakmuran rakyat. Asas fungsi sosial hak atas tanah diwujudkan dalam berbagai norma hukum, tentang landreform, konsolidasi tanah, redistribusi tanah, penertiban tanah-tanah terlantar, dan pengadaan tanah untuk kepentingan umum. Pemerintah melalui BPN, melakukan pengendalian pertanahan untuk memberikan perlindungan hak-hak warga negara atas tanah. Penerapan asas fungsi sosial hak atas tanah juga dilakukan melalui program pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan membentuk Pokmasdartibnah (Kelompok Masyarakat Sadar Tertib Pertanahan) oleh BPN, dan adanya partisipasi Konsorsium Pembaharuan Agraria (KPA) membentuk Desa Maju Reforma Agraria (Damara).

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out: (1) the agrarian history as a milestone of the agrarian policy in Indonesia; (2) the dynamics of agrarian policy as a drivingfactor for the agrarian reform; (3) agrarian policy as a means of transforming theagrarian reform in Indonesia. This study is a normative juridical legal researchwith a historical approach, in addition to use conjunctural approach to examine thecomplex, historically specific, of various agrarian policies. The study concludes that:(1) Agrarian history is an important part of the agrarian policy realization, beginningfrom Dutch colonialism along with the dominated agrarian resources and the raiseof peasant resistance against imperialism, this condition gave rise to the spirit ofnational movements and the birth of Law Number 5 of 1960 on The Agrarian BasicLaw (hereinafter abbreviated to UUPA) as the basis for agrarian policy in Indonesia;(2) Not all the agrarian policies are oriented towards the objectives of the UUPA, oftentime they cause problems in their application, among others its irrelevant to principlesof justice and people's welfare, land tenure disintegration, lack of certainty over theland rights, stand for the capital owners, opening up of foreign investors controllingagrarian sources, the designation of forest areas on people’s lands, nationalization ofthe plantations, repressive resolution of agrarian conflicts, and land certification whichlegalizes inequality land tenure structures; (3) agrarian policy is an important partof the process of realizing the agrarian reform, especially in the context of agrariantransformation towards the formation of a 'agrarian' society structure integrated intoeconomic pillars to improve people’s welfare.

Abstract

This case study investigated the development and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) Limit to Need Assessment only at Sama Alyemen School in Sana'a, Yemen, with the aim of enhancing student learning outcomes in the computer subject. The research identified the specific needs and challenges faced by the school, including inadequate technological infrastructure, low digital literacy, and varying levels of stakeholder engagement. By employing a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, the study highlighted critical gaps and provided recommendations for a phased LMS implementation. The respondents in this study consisted of three key groups: teachers, students, and administrative staff at Sama Alyemen School. They were 39 people, 30 students, 5 teachers, and 4 administrative .The findings emphasized the importance of infrastructure upgrades, digital literacy training, and stakeholder involvement to ensure the successful adoption of the LMS and to create a more personalized, engaging, and effective learning environment for students.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly changed the way business is done, including in the field of marketing. Digital marketing is increasingly crucial for communities to achieve their business goals in this digital era. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of digital mark eting training in increasing sales of agricultural products in Nglarangan Village. In a modern era dominated by digital technology, digital marketing training emerges as an effective solution to expand mark ets and increase sales of agricultural products locally. The research method involves delivering digital mark eting training to the Nglarangan Village community, including farmers, local businesses, and individuals involved in the production of agricultural products. The training will cover a basic understanding of digital technology, social media utilization, the creation of engaging content, and the management of e-commerce platforms. This research uses qualitative methods by applying interviews and participatory observation. The data collected will be thematically analyzed to identify patterns and findings during and after the training. A pre- and post-training sales evaluation will be conducted to understand the impact on business success and increased sales. The results of this study are expected to increase understanding of the effectiveness of digital mark eting training in the context of local agriculture. An important implication of this research is to provide guidance to the government and related parties in developing digital marketing training programs that suit the needs of Nglarangan Village and improve the community's skills and knowledge in digital marketing as well as the sales volume of their agricultural products.

Abstract

Reading literacy is the capacity to comprehend and make use of the written forms of communication required by society. Despite the fact that reading literacy is crucial, many individuals still disregard it and should begin in elementary school. The purpose of this study was to learn more about how local wisdom-based digital comics are used as a teaching tool for elementary school students, as well as about the challenges they face in developing their reading literacy and the learning media formulations that need to be developed. The findings of the observations were compiled into a tool for determining primary school pupils' requirements, which was then descriptively and qualitatively examined. When doing qualitative research utilizing the descriptive technique, teachers and students are observed and their data is thoroughly examined. Based on the findings of this study, it can be said that learning materials regarding digital comics that are grounded in local knowledge are crucial for fostering students' interest in reading.
