Abstract

Al-Quran is the main source of Islamic educational concept. The Quranic text is constant, while its contextualization and its implementation are dynamic throughout Muslim history. Therefore its verses could be interpreted as the answer to the problems of Islamic education nowadays. One of the Educational problems within  Islamic education is the problem of leadership. At least, there are seven stories of leadership within the Quran. The lesson learned from these stories of leadership can be concluded as follows; there are four leadership competencies, i.e: moral, professional, social, and intellectual competencies. These competencies are equivalent to the prophetic qualities: Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fatanah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was "to find out the effectiveness of the job seeker's card service (AK.1) at the Bengkulu City Employment Service. The research was conducted at the Bengkulu City Employment Service Located at Jalan Basuki Rahmat No.05 kec. Queen of Samban Bengkulu. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research is focused on seeing whether the implementation of the Job Seeker's Card Service (AK.1) carried out by the Bengkulu City Manpower Office has been going well or not. Data collection uses Observation Techniques, Interview Techniques, Documentation Techniques with Data Analysis (Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Drawing Conclusions) and the results show that service procedures at the Bengkulu City Employment Service are very good. The Job Seeker's Identity Card (AK.1) is very fast and the processing fee is free or free of charge, the infrastructure needs additional facilities. Overall, the employees of the Bengkulu City Employment Service have very good competence in service and the products produced are clear. in the form of a Job Seeker's Identity Card (AK.1) and legalized. Abstract

As social creatures, humans naturally cannot live without the help of others. Based on those dynamically social interactions, religious organizations --a form of a social group based on equality in both activities and professions-- are formed. At the end of the 19th century, the birth of several Islamic organizations was the answer to the Dutch colonialism situation, including the Mathla'ul Anwar. The existence of Mathla'ul Anwar in Central Java Province is still not well known generally, even though it has been established since 1916. This paper would like to raise an issue qualitatively related to tracing the existence and its service to the community in Central Java. Regional management informed some areas that could be traced for the presence of the organization: Salatiga City, Brebes, Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, and Temanggung Regency. The results obtained in this study are, historically, Mathla'ul Anwar was a reorganization of existing management and new management. The community services are mostly in education, where several established foundations were then joining the organization, becoming the power of movement (da'wa) as much support from professionals. The obstacles that existed in running the organization are the limited funding sources and the lack of sustainability and equal guidance for the administrators.

Abstract

The electronic-based population administration service policy has been developed as a service innovation related to Bengkuly City population and Civil Registration Service. The Population administration service policy is implemented through the Electronic Based Citizen Administration Service System (SLAWE) application. The aim of this research is to determine the evaluation of electronic-based population administration service policies at the Bengkulu City Population and Civil Registration Service. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The theory used in this research is William N. Dunn's policy evaluation theory with indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. The results of the research show that the implementation of the electronic-based population administration service policy has not gone completely well. Based on the results of observations, researchers still found several problems experienced, such as network interference which could cause system errors. Apart from that, there is limited time in providing services through the Slawe application where service recipients can only access the Slawe application only during working hours. Outside of working hours they cannot provide services, resulting in a less than optimal process in providing population administration services by Population and Registration Service employees. Bengkulu City Civil Service to people who use the Slawe application.

Abstract

Masalah dalam  penelitian  ini adalah para peternak masih memanfaatkan pemeliharaan  ternak sapi berdasarkan  pada pengalaman terdahulu dan informasi dari temannya sesama  peternak. Penyampaian informasi melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dari Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kabupaten Lombok Timur tidak pernah dilakukan sehingga pengetahuan peternak  terhadap pemeliharaann ternak sapi masih sangat kurang, seperti dalam cara pemberian pakan (jenis dan campuran atau kombinasi pakan), serta dalam penanganan terhadap penyakit dan teknik pengandangan. Padahal informasi tersebut akan  mampu memberikan peningkatan produktivitas maupun kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Program Bantuan Sosial (PBS) Kabupaten Lombok Timur Terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelompok Tani Ternak Al-Baqarah di Dusun Dasan Bongkot Desa Kalijaga Kecamatan  Aikmel Kabupaten Lombok Timur Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, adapun  model evaluasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah evaluasi model CIPP (context,input, process dan product) dengan populasi sebanyak 18 peternak sapi yang tergabung dalam satu kelompok. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket sebagai metode utama, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang diguankan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dengan Rumus Persentase. Jawaban  responden setelah dianalisis kemudian diinterpretasi melalui tabel interpretasi untuk mendapatkan nilai. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan untuk keempat komponen mendapat nilai sangat efektif dengan nilai persentase yang berbeda di antara empat komponen tersebut. Komponen context mendapat persentase sebesar 87,96%, komponen  input mendapat nilai persentase sebesar  92,22%, komponen  process mendapat nilai persentase sebesar 89,16%, dan  komponen  product  mendapat nilai persentase sebesar 86,22% dan nilai Rata-rata dari  4 komponen di atas yaitu 88,89%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektifitas program  bantuan sosial terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat kelompok tani ternak al-baqarah terbilang sangat membantu  masyarakat dalam  menambah penghasilan ekonomi dan  telah berjalan dengan sangat efektif. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Program Bantuan Sosial, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Kelompok Tani

Abstract

Social media is currently seen as a very effective medium to use in campaigns. Apart from its low cost, social media is also used by many people on this earth, including in Bengkulu. A healthy campaign is a very noble thing and has high moral value. To get sympathy from voters you don't have to carry out smear campaigns or character assassination. However, it can be done well, with full openness and transparency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation techniques. Researchers conducted searches on social media used by DPD RI Women candidates. Data on what media are used by female DPD RI candidates. The research results reveal that in general the social media used are Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok. The amount of content and content content for each candidate is similar. The content is adjusted to the situation and conditions currently occurring at that time. Social media platforms are considered to be a very effective campaign tool that can increase the popularity and electability of candidates. Not a single piece of content was found used by the DPD RI Female Member Candidates for the Electoral District of Bengkulu Province which contained SARA content, black campaigning and defamation as well as cornering each other. candidate. This means that the DPD RI Women's Legislative Candidates have carried out a healthy campaign

Abstract

Every manufacturing industry should have supporting facilities and infrastructure for its business continuity. Infrastructure is very important and is part of the final placement of the production process is storage warehouses, storage can be temporary or long-term depending on the needs of the company. Problems that often occur in warehouses are generally the placement of finished goods that are still not well organized so that a lot of time and effort needed by the pic rack in the activity of preparing the goods to be sent because the location of the goods requested to be sent simultaneously the location is still far away. Based on the above problems the author intends to conduct research to provide alternative thinking to the company by conducting data testing with a priori algorithm to obtain new information on the layout of goods more effectively. From the calculation results that have been done can be concluded that the most frequent transactions simultaneously with a minimum support of 40% and a minimum confidence of 80% are 4 items namely COVER ADF SUB C, COVER PAPER GUIDE ASF, PAPER GUIDE DUPLEX LOWER (MASUO) and PAPER GUIDE UPPER ADF. From the test results above, a new combination model has been formed so that the pic rack can change the old layout with the new one.

Abstract

Humanistic theory is famous for its view that humans are humans, meaning that humans are living creatures created by the Creator who have their own nature to stand on this earth. In addition, this theory is characterized by an effort to observe individual or student behavior from the angle of the student or the culprit, not from the teacher or observer. This scientific article was prepared using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research with the topic area of the phenomenon of interest. Researchers selected 7 articles that were related to the keywords used from 2015 to 2023. Educational transformation that combines technological axiology and humanistic values in digital learning is a positive step to form a generation that is technologically intelligent and also equipped with strong human values. This kind of education is expected to create individuals who are able to face future challenges wisely and contribute positively to the global community.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengelolaan keuangan publik merupakan amanah yang harus diemban dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Problematika menyangkut pengelolaan keuangan publik harus segera dituntaskan dengan menerapkan aneka alternatif solusi, baik didasarkan pada studi teoretis, empiris maupun normatif. Tulisan ini bermaksud menyingkap kandungan al-Qur’an terkait mekanisme pengelolaan keuangan publik melalui operasionalisasi metode tafsir tarbawi yang melibatkan tiga tahap teknik analisis, yaitu kebahasaan (lughawi), isi (tahlili) dan kependidikan (tarbawi). Signifikansi studi normatif ini adalah memberikan nuansa aksiologis, sehingga pengelolaan keuangan publik didasarkan pada pertimbangan halal-haram, adil-zhalim, baik-buruk, maslahat-mafsadat, dan sistem nilai Islami lainnya. Nuansa aksiologis inilah yang menjadi distinction antara pengelolaan keuangan publik yang Islami dengan yang non-Islami. Mekanisme Qur’ani pengelolaan keuangan publik yang ditawarkan dalam tulisan ini memuat tiga hal pokok. Pertama, pentingnya relasi korelatif yang harmonis antara pihak pengelola (imam) dengan publik (umat) dalam implementasi kebijakan yang baik, dengan didasarkan pada prinsip good governance, melalui program-program dinamis-kontekstual berbasis kerjasama Islami (ta’awun dan musyarakah) yang melibatkan pihak pengelola dengan publik. Kedua, implementasi sikap moderat melalui tiga model aktivitas ekonomi, yaitu pengelola menyeimbangkan aspek sosial-insaniyah dan spiritual-ilahiah dalam pengelolaan keuangan publik; pengelola terlibat aktif dalam realisasi fungsi sosial keuangan bagi publik; serta pengelola menjadi teladan (role model) bagi publik dalam hal gaya hidup hemat. Ketiga, pengelola meneladani empat kompetensi utama Nabi Yusuf AS yang terbukti berhasil menjalankan amanah sebagai pengelola keuangan publik, yaitu kompetensi Makin (berwenang), Amin (terpercaya), Hafizh (hemat) dan ‘Alim (cermat). Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Keuangan, Publik, dan Qur’ani Abstract Public finance management is a duty that must be carried on with full responsibility. Problematics concerning public finance management must be resolved by applying a variety of alternative solutions, based on theoretical, empirical and normative studies. This paper aims to examine the verses of the Holy Qur'an that related to public finance management. This paper based on Tafsir Tarbawi method that involves language analysis (lughawi), content analysis (tahlili) and Islam education analysis (tarbawi). The significance of this research is to provide an axiological shades, so that the public finance management always consider halal-haram, fair-unfair, good-bad, advantage-disadvantage, and other Islamic value system. This axiological shades is the distinction between Islamic and non-Islamic public finance management. This paper proposes three main points of Qur’anic mechanism of public finance management. First, the importance of harmonious relationship between government (imam) and public (ummah). Therefore, government have to manage public finance based on the principle of good governance, through implementation of Islamic cooperation programs (ta’awun and musyarakah) between government and public. Second, implementation of moderate life style on economic activities through three models: government have to balance social and spiritual aspects in public finance management; government actively attempt to realize social functions of public finance; and government become a role model for public in terms of frugal lifestyle. Third, goverment emulate the four core competencies of Prophet Joseph. He is a role model of successful figure in terms of public finance management, because of his competencies, those are Makin (competent authorities), Amin (trustworthy), Hafiz (protector) and ‘Alim (knowledgeable). Abstract

This study aims to: 1) implement village fund policies in the Disaster Tanguh Village in Air Lanang Village, South Curup District; and 2) identify obstacles to implementing village fund policies in Disaster Tanguh Village. The location of this study was Air Lanang Village in the South Curup District. This study employs qualitative descriptive research as its methodology. In this study, there are two types of data sources: primary data and secondary data. A purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria that met the requirements of the research, was used by researchers to select research informants. Observation, interviews, and documentation were the methods used in this study to gather data. By comparing observations with data from interviews, observations, and documentation, triangulation was used in this study to test the validity of the research data. Data extraction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are the data analysis methods used. The implementation of village fund policies in the Disaster Response Village in Air Lanang Village, Curup Selatan District, as well as communication between the chairman. Disaster Resilient Villages create good communication with the community to avoid misunderstandings. In terms of bureaucracy, it is necessary to build a separate character because it should not cause losses to the community and reduce their income. The norms that are instilled are about social norms of harmony so that the community can live in peace and peace. Key Words: Implementation, the Village Fund Policy, and Disaster Resilient Villages
