Abstract

Lack of teaching materials, time limitations, and uninteresting materials are problems that need to be solved so that students can better understand learning at school. The researcher provides solutions to develop E-modules that can be accessed on the internet. This research aims to develop E-module based on a microcontroller based on the Grove Beginner Kit for Arduino as a teaching material for informatics subjects and to determine the feasibility of e-modules in Arduino microcontroller material class XI at SMA Negeri 10 Samarinda. This type of research is development using a 4-D model, consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Studies show that the results of E-module tests by material experts result in an average percentage of 90%, with a very decent category. The average percentage of media expert assessments is 92%, and the E-modules are feasible to implement. Overall, the combined average of the due diligence by experts reached 91%, with the category of very feasible. The results of student responses were obtained with an average percentage of 81% with very feasible criteria. so it can be concluded that the Grove Beginner Kit-based microcontroller e-module for Arduino can be applied or disseminated at SMA Negeri 10 Samarinda. Further research is expected to be carried out on other development models such as the borg and gaal models or the R2D2 model (reflective, recursive design and development). .

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is characterized by elevated levels of blood glucose. Binahong leaves contain various metabolites such as flavonoids which are known to have antidiabetic effects. The research aims to determine the effect of administering ethanol extract of Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis leaves on reducing blood sugar levels in T2DM rats. Methods. This study is a true experimental in vivo with a pre-post test control group design. This study used 30 rats consisting of 6 groups: normal control, negative control, positive control (metformin), ethanol extract of binahong leaves dose 25 mg/kgBW, ethanol extract of binahong leaves dose 50 mg/kgBW, and ethanol extract of binahong leaves dose 100 mg/kgBW. The treatment group was induced by HFD for 14 days and injected with streptozotocin 30 mg/kgBW followed by ethanol extract of binahong leaves for 14 days. Rat blood sugar levels were evaluated 7 and 14 days after administration of binahong leaf ethanol extract. Data analysis used parametric and Wilcoxon non-parametric statistical tests. Results. Ethanol extract of binahong leaves doses of 25 mg/kgBB, 50 mg/kgBW, and 100 mg/kgBB affected reduced blood glucose significantly. Conclusion. Ethanol extract from binahong leaves can reduce the blood glucose in T2DM rats significantly.   Keyword: Diabetes Mellitus, Hyperglycemia, Binahong Leaf Extract, Flavonoid, Streptozotocin

Abstract

Abstrak: Bidang ilmu teknik sipil pada dasarnya adalah merancang, membangun, memelihara serta memperbaiki bangunan dan infrastruktur, juga mencakup lingkungan dimana pada dasarnya untuk kemaslahatan hidup manusia. Akan tetapi ketika terjadi pandemi Covid - 19, setiap bangsa/negara harus meningkatkan kesiap siagaan untuk mencegah maupun menangani wabah tersebut, yang dilakukan di Indonesia diantaranya dengan lock down, PSBB dan sekarang memulai dengan adaptasi kebiasaan baru (New Normal). Terkait hal tersebut yang diterapkan, tentunya tidak semua bidang teknik sipil di negara ini dapat dilaksanakan, perlu prioritas yang lebih penting yang diutamakan untuk kemaslahatan hidup manusia terutama dalam hal sandang, pangan dan papan. kontribusi sosial bidang Teknik Sipil di tengah Pandemi Covid -19 lebih banyak ke bidang pangan. Adapun kontribusi detail bidang teknik sipil di korelasikan dengan 3 kebutuhan utama sandang, pangan dan papan adalah pada bidang drainase, jalan dan jembatan. Untuk pelaksanaan bidang teknik sipil, operasi dan pemeliharaan harus tetap dilaksanakan pada saat covid - 19 terutama salah satunya untuk irigasi akan berdampak pada kebutuhan utama manusia yaitu pangan. kesemuanya itu tergangtung pada aktvitas ekonomi yang berkorelasi pada Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN). Saat covid - 19 ini kesehatan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar dari pada manusia disamping kebutuhan sandang, pangan, papan, kesehatan perlu di tunjang salah satu nya dengan pangan dan peran teknik sipil untuk kontribusi pangan sangat berperan.Kata kunci: kontribusi sosial; teknik sipil; covid - 19.Abstract: The field of civil engineering is basically designing, building, maintaining, and repairing buildings and infrastructure, as well as environmental engineering, basically for the benefit of human life. However, when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, every nation/country had to increase preparedness to prevent and manage the outbreak, which was carried out in Indonesia including lockdown, PSBB and now starting with the adaptation of new habits (New Normal). Regarding this that is applied, of course not all fields of civil engineering in this country can be implemented, it needs more important priorities that are prioritized for the benefit of human life, especially in terms of clothing, food, and house. The social contribution of the Civil Engineering sector in the midst of the Covid -19 Pandemic has been mostly in the food sector. The detailed contribution in the field of civil engineering is correlated with the 3 main needs for clothing, food, and house, namely in the field of drainage, road, and bridge. For the implementation of the civil engineering field, operations and maintenance must continue to be carried out at the time of Covid-19, especially one of which is for irrigation which will have an impact on human's main needs, namely food. All of which depend on economic activities that are correlated with the country's Budget (APBN). At the time of Covid - 19, health was one of the basic needs of humans in addition to the need for clothing, food, house, health one of which needed to be supported by food and the role of civil engineering for food contribution was very important.Keywords: social contribution; civil engineering; covid -19.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has created an emergency status in Indonesia. Through Presidential Decree No. 11 of 2020, Indonesia has declared a health emergency status. Various efforts have been made to overcome the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, vaccination is one of efforts to solve the problem. The purpose of this community service is to implement a Covid-19 vaccination in the work area of ​​the Tamansari Public Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. The method used interviews followed by administering the Covid-19 vaccine to people who already meet the criteria. The total respondents in the Covid-19 vaccination were 804 people, which were carried out in two sessions. The implementation of Covid-19 vaccination was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Tasikamalaya with a total of 304 people in season 1 and 500 people in season 2. The community response was positive and supported the vaccination activities organized by UMTAS and Tamansari Public Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. In summary, people who got a vaccination of Covid-19 will increase individual and communal immunity.

Abstract

Introduction: Effective work motivation among healthcare professionals significantly enhances health service performance and plays a pivotal role in improving service quality. Aims: This study aims to analyze the determinants influencing work motivation among doctors at community health centers in Indonesia. Methods: This study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, utilizing secondary data from the 2017 Indonesian Workforce Research in the Health Sector. The study sample comprised 9,988 respondents. Logistic regression was employed for data analysis. Results: In 2017, 55.1% of doctors at community health centers in Indonesia reported high work motivation. Significant correlations were identified between work motivation and various factors: individual characteristics (age, education, marital status, position), intrinsic factors (training and continuing education), extrinsic factors (salary/wages, work area), financial incentives (performance allowances, capitation fund incentives), and non-financial incentives (official vehicles) (p < 0.05). Among these, the type of position was identified as the most dominant factor influencing work motivation (p < 0.05; prevalence ratio (PR) = 1.805 CI 95% [1.608-2.028]). Conclusion: Work motivation among doctors at community health centers in Indonesia is significantly influenced by individual characteristics, intrinsic and extrinsic factors, as well as financial and non-financial incentives, with the type of position being the most dominant factor. To enhance motivation and improve healthcare services, policymakers should strengthen career development, expand training opportunities, improve financial and non-financial incentives, and implement targeted retention strategies, especially in underserved areas. Abstract

Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pemikiran dalam kitab-kitab fikih ulama Banjar Priode 1779-1955 Masehi yang menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 1779-1938 Masehi, kajian ekonomi Islam hanya berbicara tentang zakat. Sementara pada 1955 Masehi lebih banyak membahas tentang ekonomi Islam seperti muamalah. Sehingga, kajian ini menganalisis intelektualisme pemikiran ekonomi Islam ulama Banjar priode 1779-1955 Masehi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah library reseach yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis sosiologis, historis antropologis, istinbath hukum. Temuan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, pada umumnya Ulama Banjar membuat kitab berdasarkan kondisi sosial masyarakat. Kedua, ulama Banjar membuat kitab fikih atas dasar permintaan dari masyarakat. Ketiga, Intelektualisme Ulama Banjar tidak lepas dari pengaruh ulama Syafi’iyyah seperti Haramain, Hadramaut, Mesir dan karya ulama Aceh.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sekolah di Banjarmasin hanya beberapa saja yang terkareditasi A dan melakukan proses perubahan sistem layanan ke sistem berbasis digital. Layanan yang optimal bisa diwujudkan dengan merubah sistem informasi yang digunakan ke sistem yang lebih baik. Dalam hal ini Kota Banjarmasin memiliki tiga perpustakaan sekolah bersertifikat dan sudah melakukan perubahan penggunaan sistem informasi menjadi sistem digital. Metode penelitian studi kasus kualitatif. Data penelitian yang dikumpulkan selain menggunakan teknik wawancara juga diperkuat hasil observasi dan dokumen. Dalam proses analisis, data penelitian dikondensasi, disajikan, dan disimpulkan. Perubahan kepada sistem teknologi informasi yang berbasis digital dari hasil dan analisis pada tiga perpustakaan sekolah yang sudah diakreditasi di lingkungan Banjarmasin meliputi perpustakaan SDIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin, SMKN 4 Banjarmasin, dan MAN 2 Kota Banjarmasin dapat diketahui secara bertahap mengalami perubahan. Transformasi tersebut dimulai dari sistem berbasis konvensional atau manual, kemudian seiring berjalannya waktu melakukan inovasi ke sistem teknologi informasi berbasis online atau berbasis web dan ke sistem digital (digital library). Pada proses digitalisasi koleksi dilakukan dengan melakukan kerjasama dengan beberapa penerbit yaitu Penerbit Kubuku dan Gramedia. Aplikasi e-Library dan Smart Library memudahkan akses ke koleksi digital untuk dibaca secara online. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini perlu ditingkatkan lagi pemeliharaan database koleksi digital dan jaringan untuk mengakses koleksi digital tersebut agar akses layanan digital perpustakaan selalu berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Screening of diabetic foot neuropathy and vasculopathy using monofilament and Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) devices is a crucial step in the early detection of potential complications in diabetic patients. These screening tools are simple yet effective methods to assess sensory loss and peripheral arterial disease, which are major risk factors for the development of diabetic foot ulcers. Early identification allows for timely interventions that can significantly reduce the risk of severe complications such as infections, gangrene, and lower limb amputations. In addition to regular screening, prevention strategies should be implemented consistently. These include maintaining good glycemic control through routine blood sugar monitoring, adhering to a balanced and regulated diet, and engaging in regular physical activity. One recommended form of exercise is diabetic foot exercise, which helps improve blood circulation in the lower limbs and enhances nerve function, thereby reducing the risk of foot-related complications. Comprehensive foot care education, combined with these preventive measures, plays a vital role in improving the quality of life of individuals with diabetes and minimizing the burden of diabetic foot disease on both patients and the healthcare system.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Menopause merupakan masa berakhirnya siklus menstruasi pada wanita berusiao > 40 tahun yang terjadi secara alamiah, dapat menyebabkan keluhan keluhan fisik, psikologis maupun seksual, dapat mengurangi kualitas hidup sehingga wanita yang menopause perlu mempunyai pengetahuan tentang menopause  secara menyeluruh. Tujuan Menganalisa hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang menopause dengan keluhan saat menopause di wilayah Puskesmas Martapura Timur 2024. Metode: Desain penelitian kuantitatif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah ibu berusia dari 40-59 tahun sudah menopause di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Martapura Timur berjumlah 120 orang, Sampel berjumlah 94 responden yang diambil dengan purposive sampling. Variabel berupa pengetahuan ibu tentang menopouse dan keluhan saat menopouse. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis menggunakan uji Spearman rank test. Hasil: Pengetahuan ibu tentang menopouse baik sebeesar 27 responden (28,7%) dan kategori kurang baik berjumlah 35 responden (37,2%), sedengkan keluhan saat menopause menunjukkan bahwa ibu mempunyai keluhan berat 81 reponden (86,2%) dan keluhan ringan 13 responden (13,8). Hasil  uji  Spearman rank diperoleh nilai p-value 0,031<0,05 yang menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang menopause dengan keluhan saat menopause Kesimpulan: Wanita yang mengalami menopause dengan pengetahuan kurang akan mempunyai keluhan berat pada fisik, psikologis dan seksual.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the understanding and practice of wudhu (ablution) and shalat (prayer) among 7th-grade students at MTs NU Kraksaan Probolinggo, as part of fiqih education, which plays a vital role in shaping students' religious character. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with students and teachers, direct observation of worship activities, and documentation of fiqih learning materials used in class. The findings reveal that most students possess a basic understanding of the procedures for wudhu and shalat, but a significant gap remains in actual practice—particularly regarding the accuracy of implementation and the internalization of the spiritual meaning behind the rituals. Factors such as home prayer habits, time constraints, and limited opportunities for hands-on practice at school contribute to this gap. On the other hand, Islamic religious education teachers have delivered the material systematically, but challenges persist in ensuring students’ emotional engagement and consistent practice beyond the classroom. This study provides a theoretical contribution to the development of fiqih education at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level by emphasizing the importance of integrating cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in worship education. Practical recommendations include increasing hands-on practice during fiqih lessons, creating a school environment that supports regular prayer, and encouraging active parental involvement in guiding religious practice at home. Collaboration among teachers, schools, and families is key to cultivating correct, consistent, and meaningful religious habits in students
