Abstract

The development of learning media plays a very important role in the lecture process. The purpose of this research is to determine the development of learning media based on Google Sites and to assess the feasibility of the learning media that has been created on Software material for Grade VIII at SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda. This type of research uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, `Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The subjects involved in the research are 1 material expert, 3 media experts, and eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda, while the object of the research is the feasibility of developing learning media using Google Sites for Grade VIII at SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda. The results of the research obtained indicate that the developed learning media is "Very Suitable" to be used as a learning medium for the Software material, evidenced by the results of expert validation in materials which obtained a score of 4.7 with the category "Very Suitable", for the validation results of 3 media experts a score of 4.5 with the category "Very Suitable" was obtained and for the validation results from students a score of 4.74 with the category "Very Suitable" was obtained, thus the average score from the experts in materials, media, and students was 4.4 with the category "Very Suitable". From the research results, it can be concluded that the learning media created using Google Sites is "Very Suitable" to be used as a learning medium for the Software material.

Abstract

The decline in teacher performance has an impact on the quality of education in an organization or institution including Islamic educational institutions. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions as an organization require a systematic and dynamic change or improvement so that teacher performance becomes a form of sustainable development in the future. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of change in Islamic educational institutions, and its implementation on teacher performance. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Data is processed with the steps of research, reading, screening, data management, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are 6 variables that influence an organization in making changes, namely organizational structure, values, culture, organizational systems, technology, and organizational strategy. In addition, there are two ways that can be done to implement changes in Islamic educational institutions so that the organization can develop optimally. The first method includes formulating an Islamic education system, designing quality education in Islamic educational institutions, and reconstructing values ​​in Islamic educational institutions. Then the second includes getting support and involvement from people who are key to formal and informal leaders, developing strong plans, supporting consistent plans and behaviors, developing activities and programs that support successful implementation and become a critical part of the overall plan, celebrating short-term and long-term successes, and communicating non-stop. In addition, it is also known that changes or improvements in teacher performance can be made based on Lewin's change model which consists of the unfreezing stage, the move met stage, and the refreezing stage.

Abstract

This Aricle of Community Service (PKM) is motivated by the existence of Jaruju Laut Village, Tatah Makmur District , which aims to provide socialization about the Islamic-based MSME economic concept, so that the people of Jaruju Laut Village can develop the economy better. The method used in this PKM article is a field study by directly providing socialization to the people of Jaruju Laut Village while the data source is through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this PKM, first, the people of Jaruju Laut Village understand more about the concept of Islamic-based MSMEs. Second, the people of Jaruju Laut Village can practice entrepreneurial strategies and marketing management in accordance with Islamic concepts.

Abstract

Hypertension in pregnancy is a condition in which blood pressure increases to ≥140/90 mmHg during pregnancy. It remains one of the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality in Indonesia. Risk factors include body mass index, number of pregnancies, and a history of hypertension in previous pregnancies. This study aimed to determine the relationship between body mass index, number of pregnancies, and history of pregnancy-induced hypertension with the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy, specifically at Puskesmas Martapura 1. The study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. From a total population of 296 pregnant women, 174 were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using an observation sheet and analyzed using the Spearman’s rho test. The results showed that the majority of respondents were overweight, had ≤2 pregnancies, and had no history of hypertension in previous pregnancies. The Spearman’s rho test indicated that body mass index (p = 0.831) and number of pregnancies (p = 0.070) had no significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy. However, a history of pregnancy-induced hypertension showed a significant association (p = 0.000). These findings suggest that a history of hypertension in pregnancy is an important factor to consider. Therefore, pregnant women with such a history should be more vigilant and regularly monitor their blood pressure to prevent recurrence

Abstract

This study aims to design mathematics learning media using Genially for algebraic operations material that meets the criteria of validity and practicality. The method applied is Research and Development (R&D) with the adaptation of the ADDIE model. However, only four stages were carried out, namely the Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation stages. The research instruments used were validation questionnaires for media and material experts and practicality questionnaires for students and teachers. The results of the study showed: (1) The development of mathematics learning media using Genially on algebraic operations material with the ADDI model consists of four stages. The first stage is analysis, which includes analysis related to initial needs and school curriculum. The second stage is design, which is designing a learning media product which is then named MARBEL. The third stage is development, which is carried out by testing the validity of the product through assessments by media and material experts. Finally, the implementation stage, which is carried out by testing the practicality of the product to mathematics teachers and 18 class VII A students at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Samarinda; (2) The MARBEL learning media is stated as “very valid” with an average score of 85.6%, seen from the validation results score by media experts of 91% and material experts of 82%; (3) The practicality of the MARBEL learning media is stated as “practical” with an average score of 85.6%, seen from the results of practicality by teachers of 86% and students of 87%.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) kuliner di Desa Tambak Anyar Ilir dalam mengelola keuangan usaha secara tertib melalui penerapan pencatatan pembukuan sederhana, serta memperluas jangkauan pemasaran melalui pemanfaatan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka di Balai Desa Tambak Anyar Ilir dengan melibatkan pelaku UMKM kuliner yang bergerak dalam usaha makanan rumahan, kuliner tradisional, dan produk olahan pangan skala mikro. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, simulasi pencatatan keuangan, studi kasus, serta pendampingan konseptual yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi riil usaha peserta. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengenalan pembukuan sederhana, pemisahan keuangan usaha dan keuangan pribadi, penyusunan laporan kas harian, serta perhitungan laba-rugi sederhana, yang dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pemasaran digital melalui pemanfaatan media sosial, strategi pembuatan konten promosi, penguatan branding produk, dan peningkatan interaksi dengan konsumen secara digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya pencatatan keuangan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan usaha, serta peningkatan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi dan perluasan pasar. Selain itu, peserta mampu menyusun rencana tindak lanjut berupa penerapan pembukuan sederhana dan penjadwalan promosi digital secara mandiri. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKM ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat pengelolaan usaha dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM kuliner di Desa Tambak Anyar Ilir secara berkelanjutan, sekaligus mendukung penguatan ekonomi masyarakat desa berbasis pemberdayaan UMKM.

Abstract

The low level of students' ability to read and write the Qur'an remains an important issue in madrasas, especially at the secondary level. This condition requires appropriate, focused, and sustainable learning strategies, one of which is through strengthening extracurricular activities. This study aims to describe the strategies for teaching Quranic literacy in extracurricular activities at MTs Al-Anshar Tanjung Selor. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation, while data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategies for teaching Quranic reading and writing were implemented through the imla and demonstration methods, which were tailored to the abilities of the students. Supporting factors for learning included readiness to learn, motivation, and student characteristics, while inhibiting factors included time constraints, the learning environment, learning objectives, and the management of extracurricular activities. The findings of this study imply the importance of strengthening planning, effective time management, and the development of contextual learning strategies so that the implementation of the Qur'anic reading and writing extracurricular activity runs more optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan penerimaan diri karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang berkorelasi. Penelitian ini merupakan purposive sampling yang melibatkan 55 orang tua. Dukungan keluarga dan penerimaan diri diukur dengan model skala likert. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment yang dibantu program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan penerimaan diri dengan R hitung> R tabel = 0,504> 0,265 dan p = 0,000 <0,050.

Abstract

Background: Obesity, a global health crisis affecting over 890 million adults, requiring effective and safe management strategies. Lifestyle-based interventions, such as physical exercise and herbal supplementation, provide promising non-invasive alternatives. Slow Interval Training (SIT) improves fat metabolism with low injury risk, while lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) contains bioactive compounds with anti-obesity potential.Objective: This study investigates the combined effects of SIT and lemongrass ethanol extract on body weight and fat mass in a high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obese male Wistar rat model.Methods: Thirty-five male Wistar rats were divided into five groups: healthy control, obese control, SIT only, lemongrass extract only, and SIT + lemongrass. Obesity was induced through a high-fat diet before intervention. Body weight was measured weekly, and fat mass was analyzed after eight weeks of treatment.Results: Obese controls showed significant weight gain (p<0.001). The lemongrass-only group showed a 12.7% weight reduction, while the combination group achieved the lowest final weight (200 g) and the lowest fat mass (2.39 g, p=0.048). Significant intergroup differences appeared from week 1 and persisted until week 13 (p<0.05). The combination group maintained stable weight after intervention, outperforming SIT or lemongrass alone.Conclusion: The combination of SIT and lemongrass ethanol extract significantly reduces body weight and fat mass in obese rats, demonstrating synergistic efficacy. Lemongrass inhibits fat absorption and enhances metabolic regulation, while SIT promotes fat oxidation. This dual approach offers a viable, non-invasive strategy for obesity management, warranting further clinical exploration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS), Skenario Perkuliahan-MIKiR, Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa (LKM), Tes Hasil Belajar (THB) untuk menunjang proses belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Aljabar Linear 1. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model 4P yaitu Pendefinisian, Perancangan Pengembangan, dan Penyebaran. Perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan divalidasi oleh 3 orang validator yang menyatakan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif. Teknik analisis keterbacaan menggunakan 3 orang mahasiswa dan 1 orang dosen mitra, dipilih 3 orang mahasiswa yang memiliki kemampuan akademik heterogen, dimana 3 orang mahasiswa tersebut membaca Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa (LKM), dan Tes Hasil Belajar (THB). Uji keterbacaan oleh dosen mitra dilakukan terhadap seluruh perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan yaitu Skenario Pembelajaran-MIKiR, LKM dan THB. Dosen mitra memahami maksud dan tujuan setiap kalimat yang tercetak di perangkat. Hasil uji coba perangkat pembelajaran penerapan aktif MIKiR pada mata kuliah Aljabar Linier 1 semester diperoleh hasil observasi 80% aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran, refleksi siswa setelahnya akhir pembelajaran Aktif-MIKiR rata-rata positif mengenai proses pembelajaran dan data tes hasil belajar memenuhi kriteria valid, berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan butir tes karena rata-rata soal mempunyai kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas, karena hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 0,587. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan hasil uji Independent Sample T-test dengan menggunakan statistik SPSS 23 disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar antara kelas uji coba dan kelas pembanding (konvensional) yaitu 13,29.
