SMP Surya Kencana Bhakti menginginkan dan menargetkan agar jumlah total siswanya terus mengalami peningkatan sesuai jumlah ruang kelas yang tersedia. Namun Kenyataannya jumlah total siswa SMP Surya Kencana Bhakti mengalami penurunan selama tiga tahun terakhir, walaupun telah dilakukan upaya promosi dan lokasi sekolah yang terjangkau, jumlah total siswa belum mengalami peningkatan dan target tidak tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan lokasi sekolah terhadap keputusan orang tua siswa memilih SMP Surya Kencana Bhakti secara individu (parsial) dan bersama-sama (simultan). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 114 orang tua siswa. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji instrumen (validitas & reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinearitas & heteroskedastisitas), uji regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t & uji f) menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan lokasi sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan orang tua siswa dalam memilih sekolah SMP Surya Kencana Bhakti Bandung, baik secara individu (parsial) maupun secara bersama-sama (simultan). Nilai adjusted R square menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan lokasi sekolah sebanyak 61% mempengaruhi keputusan memilih orang tua siswa dan sisanya 39% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti.

The goal of this study is to see how the VIP customer research object at Citylink Indonesia Airlines affects customer loyalty. So according research on the impact of customer experience on regular customers, patrons who receive a positive are more likely to return for another purchase, more likely to recommend the business to friends, and less inclined to shift to competitors. According to the findings of this study, customer experience management factors play an important role in business competitiveness. Emotional experiences, according to the literature, play an important role in customer loyalty to a company's brand. This finding is in accordance with the study's findings that airline image and service quality have a significant influence on customer behavioral intentions. Because a brand's experience includes a consumer's subjective experience and behavior, customer experience is related to customer loyalty. The airline's image, trust, and additional services all contribute to the overall expertise. Customers whohave a happy impression and thus be willing to repurchase the service.

Technology integration in Islamic religious education is becoming increasingly important in today's digital era. Challenges in conventional education, such as limited access in remote areas and inequality in the quality of education, have been exacerbated by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, technology offers a great opportunity to expand access and improve the quality of education through e-learning platforms. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning platforms in increasing student engagement and understanding in Islamic religious education. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from various relevant sources, including previous research and studies. The collected data are then processed systematically to find main patterns and themes. The results show that e-learning can increase student engagement through interactive and multimedia features, as well as improve understanding of subject matter with the use of multimedia that enriches the learning experience. However, technical challenges such as internet access and limited devices, as well as pedagogical challenges such as adaptation of teaching methods and teacher training, need to be overcome. Adequate support for teachers and students, as well as an approach that is sensitive to traditional values, are key to the successful implementation of e-learning. With the right strategy, e-learning can be an effective tool for creating a knowledgeable and noble generation in Islamic religious education.

This study investigates the challenges and solutions associated with the planning and implementation of smart city-based road construction in developing countries. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research incorporates semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders, including government officials, technology developers, and urban planners. Findings indicate that budgetary constraints, a lack of technical expertise, and outdated regulatory frameworks significantly hinder the adoption of smart technologies in road infrastructure projects. Furthermore, the study highlights the potential of public-private partnerships and data-driven decision-making as viable solutions to these challenges. The results emphasize the necessity for collaborative models and innovative funding strategies to promote the effective integration of smart technologies in road planning and construction, ultimately enhancing urban infrastructure sustainability.

Holistic Islamic education aims to nurture the intellectual, moral, and spiritual dimensions of students, providing a comprehensive framework for personal development. This study assesses the impact of integrative curricula on the moral and spiritual development of students in secondary schools. By incorporating both religious and secular subjects into a cohesive learning experience, integrative curricula seek to create a balanced educational environment that fosters overall growth. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to evaluate the effectiveness of these curricula. The findings reveal significant improvements in students' moral reasoning, ethical behavior, and spiritual awareness, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach to education. The study also identifies key factors that contribute to the success of integrative curricula, including teacher training, curriculum design, and school culture. The implications of this research extend to educational policy and practice, offering valuable insights for educators and policymakers aiming to enhance the moral and spiritual development of students in Islamic secondary schools.

Islamic character education in elementary schools plays an important role in shaping students' personalities following religious values. Teachers as central figures in the school environment hold a great responsibility to be role models and guide students spiritually and emotionally. However, there are various challenges teachers face in instilling Islamic character education, both from external factors such as the influence of the social environment, and internal factors such as limited support from parents. This study aims to explore the role of teachers in shaping the Islamic personality of students in elementary schools. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection from various relevant sources such as previous research and scientific articles. The collected data is then processed and analyzed to produce in-depth conclusions regarding the role of teachers in Islamic character education. The conclusion of this study shows that teachers play a key role in shaping Islamic personality through role models, habituation of Islamic values, and spiritual and emotional guidance. The main challenges faced include the negative influence of the social environment and lack of family support. Collaboration between teachers and parents is a critical strategy to increase the effectiveness of Islamic character education. In addition, developing an Islamic school environment and increasing teacher competence also need to be improved. With the implementation of these strategies, Islamic character education can be more effective in forming students who have strong Islamic personalities.

Islamic education in the era of globalization faces various challenges, especially from the increasingly strong influence of secularism and materialism. Globalization brings major changes in social, economic, and cultural aspects, which affect the way the younger generation views religion and life. Islamic education needs to adapt to the demands of the times without sacrificing the spiritual values that are its foundation. This study aims to identify strategies for strengthening Islamic education in facing the challenges of globalization, secularism, and materialism. This study uses a qualitative approach, by collecting data from various relevant research results and studies. After the data is collected, the analysis process is carried out in-depth to find relevant and significant findings. The results of this study indicate that Islamic education must integrate spiritual values with modern sciences to remain relevant in the era of globalization. The main challenge is to maintain traditional values while following developments in global science and technology. Islamic education also needs to respond to the influence of secularism with strategies that integrate religion in all aspects of life, not just in the formal curriculum. The materialism that prioritizes worldly success needs to be balanced with the instillation of spiritual awareness and social responsibility. Adaptive and innovative strategies for strengthening Islamic education are required to face the influence of globalization while maintaining the identity and moral values taught in Islam.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan corak tradisi kitab klasik di Pesantren Miftahul Huda sebagai Pesantren Tradisional dan Pesantren Persis 67 Benda di Tasikmalaya sebagai Pesantren Modern. Metode yang diterapkan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi banding. (1) Corak tradisi kitab klasik di Pesantren Miftahul Huda adalah; dari segi otoritas pemilihan kitab klasik adalah prerogatif Dewan Kiai; ragam kitab dan materi fokus pada Fan Tauhid; metode yang digunakan adalah metode bandongan, sorogan, melogat, mudzakarah, dan hafalan kitab; rantai sanad keilmuan diyakini memiliki nasab yang jelas hingga ke tokoh Islam Indonesia. Sertifikat khatam kitab pun diberlakukan sebagai pengakuan atas kemahiran santri dalam pembelajaran kitab; interpretasi dilakukan dengan melogat dan terjamah; implementasi nilai ditonjolkan dengan 3 adab: ta’dhim masyayikh (guru), ta’dhim ma’ahid (pesantren), ta’dhim ilmi (ilmu). (2) Corak tradisi kitab klasik di Pesantren Persis Benda adalah; dari segi otoritas pemilihan kitab klasik adalah prerogatif Pimpinan Pusat Persatuan Islam (PP Persis); ragam kitab dan materi fokus pada fiqih dengan konsep "kembali kepada al-Qur'an dan as-Sunnah"; metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, tanya-jawab, dan penugasan; rantai sanad keilmuan diyakini memiliki nasab yang jelas hingga ke tokoh Persatuan Islam (Persis). Sertifikat Sanad Qiro'ah pun diberlakukan sebagai pengakuan atas kemahiran santri dalam pembelajaran al-Qur'an; interpretasi dilakukan dengan terjemah harfiyah dan tafsiriyyah; implementasi nilai dikuatkan melalui Bai’at (janji) setiap hari Kamis. (3) Persamaan kedua pesantren tersebut adalah; otoritas kitab ditentukan oleh ulama; mayoritas ragam materi dan metode sama; mempercayai rantai sanad keilmuan; perbedaan Interpretasi diwarnai oleh adanya perbedaan tingkat keilmuan, konteks sosial dan budaya; Mempercayai bahwa pengajaran kitab klasik juga berpengaruh terhadap perubahan sikap dan perilaku santri.

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership and employee motivation on the quality of public services that the community receives in Cihampelas District, West Bandung Regency. The technique when taking samples in this study used a census technique, this was due to the fact that all populations were included in the sample, namely 32 employees who worked at the Cihampelas District Office, West Bandung Regency. The data obtained is based on the results of the questionnaires distributed. The SPSS application is used as an analytical method in carrying out the multiple linear regression process. This study shows the results that leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on the quality of services performed by employees. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 21.9% which means that leadership and employee motivation have an influence on the quality of public services. In addition, it is also known that the leadership variable is the dominant variable in influencing the quality of public services.

Untuk mencapai kinerja pegawai yang baik dan tercapainya tujuan organisasi diperlukan profesionalisme dari setiap pegawai. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa profesionalisme pegawai akan sangat mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Semakin baik kinerja pegawai maka akan semakin efisien pula penyelesaian tugasnya. Jika kinerja pegawai semakin baik maka kinerja instansi pun akan semakin baik. Di sinilah diperlukan profesionalisme dalam berperan dalam organisasi di berbagai tingkatan manajemen untuk menggerakkan sumber daya manusia yang ada secara rasional guna mencapai tujuan dan sasaran yang ingin dicapai. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel seluruh pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam Riset ini yaitu teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil Riset menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan Kota Cimahi yang sangat signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,931 atau 93,1% yang menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan dan sisanya 6.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam Riset ini. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis dalam Riset diterima karena didukung oleh nilai signifikansi.Â
