Abstract

Abstract. The general issue regarding the socio-emotional condition of early childhood today is partly due to the advancement of technology, namely gadgets, with unsupervised use. Gadgets are media used as a means of modern communication. Gadgets not only affect the mindset or behavior of adults but also the socio-emotional aspects of early childhood. Early childhood tends to enjoy new things they obtain through play activities. Playing is very enjoyable for children; through play, they can explore all the potential within themselves. The majority of Indonesian children spend their time playing with gadgets. This undoubtedly influences their development, especially in their socio-emotional development. This issue also occurs in kindergarten institutions in Babakan Ciparay District. This research employs a qualitative approach and quantitative expo facto method. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of gadget use on the prosocial behavior of early childhood and the efforts made by schools and parents to address these impacts. Abstrak. Permasalahan umum mengenai kondisi sosial emosional anak usia dini saat ini salah satunya disebabkan oleh kemajuan teknologi yang bernama gadget dengan penggunaan yang tidak diawasi. Gadget adalah media yang digunakan untuk sebagai sarana komunikasi modern. Gadget tidak hanya memengaruhi pola pikir atau perilaku orang dewasa, tapi juga sosial emosional anak usia dini. Anak Usia Dini cenderung senang dengan hal-hal baru yang ia dapatkan melalui aktivitas de[\ngan bermain. Bermain sangat menyenangkan bagi anak-anak, dengan bermain anak bisa menggali semua potensi yang ada dalam dirinya. Mayoritas, anak Indonesia menghabiskan waktu dengan bermain gadget. Tentunya hal tersebut memengaruhi perkembangan anak, terutama dalam pengembangan sosial emosionalnya. Permasalahan tersebut tentu terjadi juga di lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak di Kecamatan Babakan Ciparay. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode expo facto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari penggunaan gadget terhadap perilaku prososial anak usia dini serta upaya apa yang dilakukan sekolah juga orang tua menghadapi dampak tersebut.

Abstract

Critical thinking is an essential skill in modern education, fostering the ability to analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information in a reflective and logical manner. In the context of Islamic education, promoting critical thinking is crucial for developing students' analytical skills and preparing them to navigate complex religious, social, and ethical issues. This study aims to develop a pedagogical framework that integrates Islamic educational principles with contemporary strategies for enhancing critical thinking among students. Through a systematic literature review and qualitative analysis of existing educational practices, this research identifies key components of an effective framework for fostering analytical skills. The findings highlight the importance of incorporating reflective questioning, active learning, and collaborative problem-solving into the curriculum. Additionally, the study underscores the role of teachers in modeling critical thinking and creating an environment conducive to open inquiry and intellectual growth. The proposed framework offers practical guidelines for educators seeking to enrich their teaching practices and enhance students' critical thinking abilities. The implications of this study extend to curriculum development, teacher training, and educational policy, emphasizing the need for a holistic approach to integrating critical thinking in Islamic education. Future research should explore the implementation of this framework in diverse educational settings and assess its impact on student outcomes.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly complex and diverse society demands an understanding of religious moderation among adolescents to avoid the potential for extremism. Islamic Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in developing moderate attitudes through an inclusive and open approach. In this context, it is important to explore the challenges faced by adolescents and the strategies that can be applied in the process of religious learning. This study aims to identify the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in building an understanding of religious moderation among adolescents. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis from various relevant sources. The results of the study indicate that synergy between schools, families, and communities is very important in supporting religious moderation. In addition, open discussion methods and the use of relevant media can increase student involvement in learning. This finding also confirms that support from families and communities can strengthen the values ​​of moderation taught in schools. Thus, good collaboration between various parties is key to forming adolescents who are tolerant and respect differences. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective and inclusive religious education.

Abstract

Counseling guidance (BK) teachers have a very important role in developing social guidance for students at school. Their main task. includes developing abilities, overcoming social problems in the school and community environment, as well as collaborating with peers and adults. Evaluation of the implementation of social guidance and counseling programs is very important in order to assess the positive and negative impacts of relationships within and outside the school environment. The quality of evaluation of program implementation has a direct impact on the achievements of the program and its implementation. This research aims to provide an overview and objective information regarding the evaluation of the implementation of the social guidance and counseling program at SMK Negeri 1 Lolowau. The research method used was a naturalistic qualitative method with two guidance and counseling teachers as the research sample. Data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation. The results of data analysis show that the evaluation of the implementation of the social guidance and counseling program at SMK Negeri 1 Lolowau is going well. However, this research provides recommendations to counseling teachers to improve the quality of evaluation of the implementation of social guidance and counseling programs. The aim is to take a deeper look at the positive and negative impacts of social interactions, as well as to understand the achievements that have been achieved through the program.

Abstract

Abstract. Self-confidence is an important aspect in the development of one's personality and acts as a determinant or driver of one's behavior and actions. This research uses a qualitative approach as the method applied. The method used in this study uses analytical descriptive research methods with case study types. In planning the Muhadharah Program at SMA Plus Baiturrahman Ujung Berung Bandung City, of course, there is a background behind how the process of forming this Muhadharah Program. That is against the background of the vision and mission that has been formed by the school. Muhadharah activities are a means for students to speak in front of their peers in the form of speeches. The Muhadharah program at SMA Plus Baiturrahman is an activity that must be followed every Friday after the Dhuhr prayer by every student from class X to class XII where this muhadharah activity uses 3 languages, namely Arabic, English, and Indonesian. Various obstacles arise, including but not limited to the lack of interest of learners in muhadharah training, lack of confidence, limited completeness of facilities, variety of student characteristics, as well as monotonous material delivery. Abstrak. Percaya diri merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan kepribadian seseorang dan berperan sebagai penentu atau pendorong perilaku dan tindakan seseorang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai metode yang diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan tipe studi kasus. Dalam perencanaan Program Muhadharah di SMA Plus Baiturrahman Ujung Berung Kota Bandung, tentunya terdapat latar belakang yang melatarbelakangi bagaimana proses terbentuknya Program Muhadharah ini. Yaitu dengan dilatar belakangin oleh visi misi yang telah dibentuk oleh sekolah. Kegiatan muhadharah merupakan sarana bagi Peserta didik untuk berbicara di depan teman-teman mereka dalam bentuk pidato. Program Muhadharah di SMA Plus Baiturrahman adalah kegiatan yang wajib diikuti setiap hari jumat setelah shalat dzuhur oleh setiap peserta didik dari kelas X sampai kelas XII yang dimana kegiatan muhadharah ini menggunakan 3 bahasa yaitu Arab, Inggris, dan Indonesia. berbagai rintangan muncul, termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada kurangnya minat peserta didik terhadap pelatihan muhadharah, kekurangan kepercayaan diri, kelengkapan fasilitas yang terbatas, variasi karakteristik Peserta didik, serta pengiriman materi yang monoton.

Abstract

This community assistance aims to increase tolerance between Muslims in RW 03 Kampung Tanjung, Tanjungsiang Village, which has around 1,200 residents who have various beliefs in schools of thought, thus hindering togetherness and tolerance. The aim of assistance is to establish Islamic Brotherhood and tolerance, minimizing divisions. The mentoring method uses interactive teaching methods through thematic recitations in the form of tabligh akbar with the title "Ukhuwah Islamiyah: The Meaning and Role of Tolerance in Maintaining the Unity and Unity of the Islamic Ummah." Successfully presenting 100 congregations, there was a significant increase in congregational interest from the usual 23 congregations. The expected results will be the basis for designing more effective sustainable religious programs, improving the quality of social relations in the community, as well as developing learning materials that are beneficial to the wider community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh administrasi digital dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung. Variabel independen terdiri dari administrasi digital dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia, sedangkan variabel depeden yaitu kinerja pegawai. Jenis penilitian ini termasuk kedalam Riset kuantitatif, sedangkan metode Riset yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam Riset ini yaitu pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung dengan 287 pegawai. Teknik penentuan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling, serta menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Riset menunjukan bahwa administrasi digital dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung. Besarnya pengaruh administrasi digital dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung sebesar 62,0%.

Abstract

Islamic education plays an important role in building social ethics among students, especially through applying humanitarian values ​​in the teaching and learning process. Schools as formal educational institutions are strategic places to instill empathy, tolerance, and social responsibility among students. However, challenges such as limited resources, lack of community support, and the influence of digital media can hinder the application of these values. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of schools in promoting humanitarian values ​​through Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection from previous studies and observations of interactions in the school environment. The results of the study indicate that the integration of humanitarian values ​​in the Islamic education curriculum can have a positive impact on student character. Despite various challenges, the role of teachers as role models is very important in transferring social and ethical values. With good support from the community and the surrounding environment, the application of humanitarian values ​​in schools can be optimized, producing students who are more sensitive and responsible to society. This study provides insight into the strategies needed to improve the effectiveness of humanitarian values ​​education in the context of Islamic education.

Abstract

Indonesia is a state of law, as stated in Article 1 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, which reads "Indonesia is a State of Law" Law number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower can be said to be a material law in the field of manpower. material law if there are violations committed against Law number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, of course there must be a formal law in enforcing the material law. The Republic of Indonesia number 2 of 2004 concerning the Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes (UUPPHI). Such as the legal issues of industrial relations disputes, termination of employment that occurred between Teti Sunarti (a worker) and the Central Board of the Association of Indonesian Loading and Unloading Companies (DPP APBMI). In this case, expel workers on the grounds that the General Chairperson of the APBMI DPP is uncomfortable with the presence of workers. Workers ask the DPP APBMI to provide compensation in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Problem formulation: 1). How is the settlement of industrial relations disputes regarding termination of employment in the industrial relations court at the Central Jakarta District Court? 2). How is the application of compensation due to termination of employment after the case has permanent legal force? This research uses a normative research type, namely legal research that aims to describe the findings, norms, positive legal principles, legal systematics that have been available and contained in secondary data. The conclusion of the APBMI DPP's action to expel workers without being followed by a legal process resulted in workers suing, as compensation the APBMI DPP must provide compensation to workers in the amount of Rp. 71.200.000 (seventy one million two hundred thousand rupiah).

Abstract

This research examines the transformation of Islamic civilization from the classical period to the golden age, focusing on contributions to science, culture, and politics. This period, which lasted from the 7th to the 13th century, was the pinnacle of Islamic civilization's glory with achievements in mathematics, medicine, astronomy, and philosophy. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative with historical analysis, supported by primary literature such as books and scientific journals. The results of the study show that during this period, Islamic civilization was able to absorb and develop knowledge from Greece, Persia, and India, through institutions such as Baitul Hikmah in Baghdad. The contributions of Muslim scientists such as Al-Khawarizmi and Ibn Sina had a long-term impact on the development of modern science in Europe through translation into Latin. In conclusion, the transformation of Islamic civilization in the Golden Age significantly built the foundation of global science and triggered an intellectual awakening in Europe during the Renaissance period
