Abstract

Strategi pembelajaran merupakan rencana pembelajaran yang dibuat sebelum pembelajaran dilaksanakan biasanya dibuat oleh guru sebelum pembelajaran dimulai dan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang efektif sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi pembelajaran Tahsin dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an, kendala pada saat pembelajaran Tahsin dalam meningkatkan mengahafal Al-Qur’an serta bagaimana cara mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi pada saat pembelajaran Tahsin dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an di MTsN 9 Kuningan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai strategi pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an yang digunakan oleh guru dan mendeskripsikan solusi yang dilakukan oleh guru pada saat pembelajaran sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi kendala pada pembelajaran Tahsin. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.  Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara kepada guru dan siswa di MTsN 9 Kuningan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini bahwasannya kendala yang dialami oleh siswa seperti siswa kurang paham akan materi Tahsin, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran dan kurangnya keaktifan guru dalam menjelaskan materi pada pembelajaran Tahsin. Solusi yang dilakukan oleh guru guna mengatasi kendala tersebut antara lain menumbuhkan minat dan memberikan motivasi kepada siswa mengenai pentingnya pembelajaran tahsin agar siswa terus belajar dan menghafal Al-Qur’an sesuai dengan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Era digital yang semakin berkembang, penerapan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran menjadi semakin penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Cici terhadap minat belajar matematika siswa di MI PUI Kuningan. Metode yang gunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif quasi experiment. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu cluster random sampling, dimana kelas IV A  berjumlah 34 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IV B berjumlah 34 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol penelitian di lakukan di MI PUI Kuningan. Data minat belajar siswa diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen angket, yang di analisis menggunakan uji t. Dari hasil yang diperoleh nilai thitung = 3,473 dengan nilai sig 2-tailed sebesar 0,001, dan nilai ttabel = 1,998. Jika nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel. Sehingga disimpulkan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan Aplikasi Cici terhadap minat belajar siswa dengan koefisien pengaruh sebesar 8,5%. Dengan adanya data hasil yang ada di atas maka dipastikan adanya pengaruh penggunaan Aplikasi Cici terhadap minat belajar matematika siswa di MI PUI Kuningan.

Abstract

This paper provides a literature review that focuses on the relationship between human capital and performance essentially at the firm level. Measurement of human capital is not intended to determine the intrinsic value of HR, but rather the impact of HR behavior on organizational processes. This measurement is important to determine the effectiveness of the company's strategy on how much the employee contributes to improving performance in an increasingly advanced business environment. says there are two main strengths why human capital measurement is the main center of attention in the business community. First, competition in the business environment is a result of the globalization of trade and the development of several key sectors such as telecommunications, transportation and financial services. Second, the rapid development of information technology, especially after the emergence of the internet. These two developments have dramatically changed the business structure and pushed intangible assets to play an increasingly important role for companies.

Abstract

Subjective Well-Being (SWB) merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kesejahteraan psikologis anak usia sekolah dasar, yang mencakup kepuasan hidup dan keseimbangan emosi positif serta negatif. SWB berperan dalam menentukan kualitas pengalaman belajar serta perkembangan sosial dan emosional siswa. Guru memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk SWB siswa melalui penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, pengembangan keterampilan sosial, dan pengajaran pengelolaan emosi. Selain itu, interaksi positif antara guru dan siswa dapat meningkatkan rasa aman dan kenyamanan dalam belajar, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan SWB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam meningkatkan SWB siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif, mengkaji berbagai sumber terkait peran guru dalam pengembangan SWB anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai fasilitator, mediator, dan model dalam membentuk SWB siswa. Implementasi strategi pembelajaran yang inklusif, pemberian dukungan emosional, serta penanaman nilai-nilai positif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan SWB siswa. Kesimpulannya, peran aktif dan strategis guru sangat diperlukan dalam membangun SWB anak usia sekolah dasar, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada perkembangan akademik, sosial, serta kesejahteraan psikologis mereka secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the stages of implementing administrative service policies in Jatipadang Village according to the factors that influence the implementation of administrative service policies in Jatipadang Village. By using a qualitative descriptive method, this study produced several conclusions: The socialization that was carried out between the city government and Kelurahan was not completely evenly distributed and did not raise public awareness. The quality and quantity of equipment is inadequate and there is insufficient coordination between the relevant authorities. The interests of both parties concern the village in particular. Based on the results of the research analysis, Kelurahan plays an important role as a community-based service center, especially in large and hard-to- reach areas. Complainants must not only have comprehensive authority according to their role, but must also have adequate resources, infrastructure and equipment both quantitatively and qualitatively. Abstract

This research was motivated by low student learning motivation and less than optimal teacher skills in implementing the learning model at SDN Cinunuk 01 Bandung. This research aims to measure the level of student learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects, especially the historical material Getting to Know Khulafaurrasyidin, by applying the Talking Stick cooperative learning model. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the differences in learning motivation between the experimental class and the control class. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample involved class V-B as the experimental class and one other class as the control class. The results showed that students' learning motivation in the control class did not experience a significant increase and remained at a moderate level. Before the treatment, the average score for learning motivation was 120.77, while after the treatment it increased to 141.63. The learning motivation of students in the experimental class increased significantly to reach a high level. Before treatment, the average score for learning motivation was 121.20, and after being given the Talking Stick cooperative learning model, it increased to 157.80 and the effectiveness of increasing learning motivation between the experimental class and the control class was proven through t test analysis. The analysis results show that the calculated t value is greater than the t table (15.492 > 2.002), so that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. This indicates that there is a difference in the average post-test learning motivation between the experimental class and the control class. From the research results, it can be concluded that the Talking Stick cooperative learning model is effective in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects, especially in the Getting to Know Khulafaurrasyidin material.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kemampuan bahasa pada anak usia dini sangatlah penting dalam mendukung perkembangan aspek kognitif, sosial, dan emosional. Namun, di PAUD Al-Ihsan Bogor, ditemukan bahwa beberapa anak mengalami kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dan mengekspresikan ide mereka. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya metode pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan metode bercerita sebagai strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini, khususnya melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta analisis faktor pendukung dan hambatan di PAUD Al-Ihsan Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru kelas, dan siswa kelompok A. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode bercerita mencakup empat tahapan utama, yaitu: 1) Perencanaan kegiatan meliputi pemilihan cerita yang sesuai dengan usia anak, penggunaan media pendukung seperti boneka dan buku bergambar, serta penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH); 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara terjadwal dengan tema variatif dan menggunakan pendekatan ekspresif untuk menarik minat anak; 3) Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengamati respons anak, seperti kemampuan mengulang cerita, memahami kosakata baru, dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam diskusi; 4) Faktor pendukung meliputi keterampilan guru dan media pembelajaran yang menarik, sedangkan hambatan mencakup kurangnya pemahaman orang tua terhadap metode ini dan lingkungan sosial yang kurang mendukung. Abstract. Language skills in early childhood are crucial for supporting cognitive, social, and emotional development. However, in PAUD Al-Ihsan Bogor, it was found that some children experience difficulties in communicating and expressing their ideas. This highlights the need for an effective teaching method to enhance children's language abilities. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the application of storytelling as an effective strategy to improve early childhood language skills, focusing on the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and analysis of supporting and inhibiting factors at PAUD Al-Ihsan Bogor. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The data sources consisted of the school principal, class teachers, and group A students. The results of the study revealed that the application of the storytelling method comprises four main stages: 1) Planning activities, including selecting stories appropriate for the children’s age, using supporting media such as puppets and picture books, and preparing daily lesson plans (RPPH); 2) Implementing activities on a scheduled basis with varied themes and using expressive approaches to engage children’s interest; 3) Evaluation by observing children’s responses, such as their ability to retell stories, understand new vocabulary, and actively participate in discussions; 4) Supporting factors include teachers’ skills and engaging learning media, while inhibiting factors involve a lack of parental understanding of the method and a social environment that does not fully support it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep kebahagiaan remaja dari perspektif psikologi pendidikan Islam. Kebahagiaan pada remaja menjadi tema yang sangat penting, mengingat fase ini adalah masa transisi antara kanak-kanak dan dewasa, di mana remaja sering mengalami berbagai tantangan psikologis dan emosional. Psikologi pendidikan Islam menawarkan pendekatan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam untuk mencapai kebahagiaan, baik secara lahiriah maupun batiniah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, seperti buku, artikel, dan penelitian terdahulu terkait konsep kebahagiaan dalam Islam dan psikologi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebahagiaan remaja dalam psikologi pendidikan Islam dapat dicapai melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual, sosial, dan psikologis, yang diintegrasikan dengan ajaran agama, seperti menjaga hubungan dengan Allah, berbuat baik kepada sesama, serta mengelola emosi dan perasaan secara sehat. Selain itu, pendekatan Islam dalam mengatasi masalah psikologis remaja lebih menekankan pada aspek ketenangan jiwa dan kesabaran dalam menghadapi ujian kehidupan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep kebahagiaan dalam psikologi pendidikan Islam lebih menekankan keseimbangan antara dimensi spiritual dan psikologis, yang mampu membantu remaja mencapai kebahagiaan sejati dalam hidup mereka.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the science process skills of students who are still low. Factors causing low science process skills are mastery of students' concepts of subject matter is still low. The purpose of this study is 1) to describe the feasibility of learning by implementing guided inquiry model based on visual cartoon media on science process skills and mastery of the concept of environmental pollution, 2) to obtain data on guided inquiry model based on visual cartoon media can improve environmental pollution science process skills, 3) to find out the implementation of guided inquiry model based on visual cartoon media can improve mastery of the concept of environmental pollution, 4) to uncover student responses by implementing guided inquiry model based on visual cartoon media on science process skills and mastery of the concept of environmental pollution. The method used in this study is a mixed method (mixed methods research design). The sampling technique using cluster random sampling was obtained by 2 classes, each of which amounted to 40 students for the experimental class and 40 students for the control class. The research instrument used was task and rubric science process skills, mastery concept essay tests, student response questionnaires to learning and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the analysis of the hypothesis test shows the value of t = 4.476 with Sig. 0.001 <0.05 means that the implementation of guided inquiry model based on visual cartoon media can improve students' science process skills in the concept of environmental pollution. Based on the results of the test analysis shows the value t = 8.486 with Sig. 0.001 < 0.05 means that the implementation of the guided inquiry model based on visual cartoon media can improve the mastery of the concept of environmental pollution.

Abstract

Achieving good employee performance and achieving organizational goals requires professionalism from every employee. It is undeniable that the professionalism of employees will greatly affect their performance. The better the performance of employees will further increase the efficiency of completing their tasks. With the better performance of its employees, the performance of the agency will be good too. This is where professionalism plays a role in organizations at various management levels to mobilize existing human resources rationally so that performance achieves the goals and objectives to be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of employee professionalism on employee performance in the South Cimahi District. The method used is a quantitative method with a population and sample of all employees in the South Cimahi District. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that there was an influence South Cimahi District Cimahi City employees which was very significant, namely 0.931 or 93.1% which indicated that professionalism affected employee performance in the South Cimahi District environment and the remaining 6.9% was influenced by other variables not examined. in this research.
