Abstract

This study explores the role of dialogic leadership in managing Islamic boarding schools and its contribution to preparing students for the challenges of the digital era. Dialogic leadership emphasizes participatory communication and shared decision-making, enabling leaders, teachers, and students to design innovative learning strategies collaboratively. The findings reveal that this leadership model increases learning efficiency by up to 30% and significantly enhances students' digital competencies, especially in using technology as a learning tool. However, key obstacles persist, including limited infrastructure and insufficient teacher readiness in adopting digital pedagogy. The study highlights the importance of aligning Islamic values — such as discipline, cooperation, and sincerity — with modern educational innovations to foster inclusive, future-oriented learning. Integrating tradition with technology not only strengthens students' religious character but also equips them with critical thinking and digital literacy skills. The practical implications suggest the need for structured technology training for teachers, curriculum reform oriented toward digital learning, and investment in adequate educational facilities. These efforts are crucial to transform Islamic boarding schools into adaptive and progressive institutions that nurture a generation competent in both religious and technological domains.was used

Abstract

Humans with character are a reflection of the progress of civilization. Everyone upholds the values of goodness and truth for the common good. Every religion wants goodness, especially Islam as a religion of the mercy of the universe. SDN 2 Tanjungsari, Purwakarta Regency, implements strengthening religious character through the Tujuh Poe Atikan program, namely a program that is based on the values of local wisdom of Sundanese culture. With that, it is hoped that Sundanese culture will be integrated in character formation efforts to strengthen religious character in students. The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of strengthening religious character through the Tujuh Poe Atikan program for elementary school students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data sources were obtained from the Principal, Vice Principal and Teachers. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. For data analysis techniques through data reduction, data completion, data interpretation, triangulation and conclusions. The results obtained show that strengthening religious character through the Tujuh Poe Atikan program in elementary school students strengthens religious character.

Abstract

Guru bimbingan konseling (BK) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mengembangkan bimbingan sosial bagi peserta didik di sekolah. Tugas utama mereka. mencakup pengembangan kemampuan, penanggulangan permasalahan sosial di lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat, serta kerjasama dengan teman sebaya dan orang dewasa. Evaluasi pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling sosial menjadi hal yang sangat penting guna menilai dampak positif dan negatif hubungan yang terjalin di dalam maupun diluar lingkungan sekolah. Kualitas evaluasi terhadap implementasi program tersebut memiliki dampak langsung terhadap pencapaian antara program dan pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dan informasi objektif tentang evaluasi pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling sosial di SMK negeri 1 lolowau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif naturalistik dengan dua guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling sosial di SMK negeri 1 lolowau berlangsung dengan baik. Meski demikian, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada guru konseling untuk meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling sosial. Tujuannya adalah untuk melihat lebih dalam dampak positif dan negatif interaksi sosial, serta untuk memahami pencapaian yang telah dicapai melalui program tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract. Each student possesses unique learning styles, interests, and abilities, which present both challenges and opportunities in creating inclusive learning environments. Differentiated instruction serves as an appropriate strategy to accommodate this diversity while enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes. This study examines the planning, implementation, evaluation, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as student learning outcomes in the application of differentiated instruction in the Islamic Religious Education and Character Education (PAIBP) subject for Grade VI A at SDN 103 Coblong. Using a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and document analysis, the findings reveal that planning is carried out meticulously, implementation is interactive, and evaluation is conducted continuously. Support from the school and collaboration among teachers play a significant role in overcoming the lack of visual learning resources. Differentiated instruction has proven effective in improving academic performance, character development, and social skills by valuing individual differences. Abstrak. Setiap peserta didik memiliki perbedaan dalam gaya belajar, minat, dan kemampuan, yang menjadi tantangan sekaligus peluang dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran yang inklusif. Strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menjadi pendekatan yang tepat untuk mengakomodasi keberagaman tersebut serta meningkatkan partisipasi dan pencapaian belajar siswa. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di kelas VI A SDN 103 Coblong. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, ditemukan bahwa proses perencanaan disusun secara matang, pelaksanaan berlangsung secara interaktif, dan evaluasi dilakukan secara kontinu. Dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan kerja sama antar guru turut membantu mengatasi keterbatasan media pembelajaran visual. Strategi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan hasil akademik, membentuk karakter, serta mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dengan tetap menghormati perbedaan individu.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan keterampilan sosial yang dialami oleh anak usia dini, seperti minimnya kemampuan berbagi, kesulitan bekerja sama, kecenderungan menangis saat menghadapi konflik, serta seringnya terjadi perebutan mainan dan perilaku agresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan kegiatan Pramuka Prasiaga dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini di TKN Pembina Citarip, Kota Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Pramuka Prasiaga berperan penting dalam pengembangan keterampilan sosial anak. Melalui berbagai aktivitas yang disesuaikan dengan pedoman Prasiaga, anak-anak belajar berinteraksi, bekerja sama, dan menyelesaikan konflik secara positif. Evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan sosial anak, ditandai dengan meningkatnya partisipasi aktif, sikap berbagi, dan kemampuan komunikasi yang lebih baik. Abstract. This study is motivated by the issue of underdeveloped social skills among early childhood children, such as limited ability to share, difficulty in cooperating, a tendency to cry when facing conflicts, frequent disputes over toys, and aggressive behavior. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of Prasiaga Scout activities in developing the social skills of early childhood students at TKN Pembina Citarip, Bandung City. A qualitative approach was employed using a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that Prasiaga Scout activities play a significant role in fostering children's social skills. Through various activities aligned with the Prasiaga guidelines, children are encouraged to interact, collaborate, and resolve conflicts in positive ways. The evaluation of the program indicates improvements in children's social skills, as evidenced by increased participation, sharing behavior, and enhanced communication abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran supervisi akademik dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah atau pengawas untuk membina, membimbing, serta meningkatkan profesionalitas guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Melalui supervisi akademik, guru diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran sehingga proses pembelajaran di kelas dapat berlangsung secara lebih efektif dan terarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi digunakan untuk mengamati secara langsung pelaksanaan supervisi akademik serta aktivitas guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran. Wawancara dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih mendalam mengenai pandangan, pengalaman, serta respon guru terhadap pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Sementara itu, dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa perangkat pembelajaran yang telah disusun oleh guru serta dokumen lain yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang dilakukan secara terencana, sistematis, dan berkelanjutan mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi dan kinerja guru. Guru menjadi lebih termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran, menyusun perangkat pembelajaran secara lebih sistematis, serta menyesuaikan dengan standar kurikulum yang berlaku. Selain itu, supervisi akademik juga membantu guru dalam mengidentifikasi kekurangan serta memperoleh umpan balik yang konstruktif untuk memperbaiki proses perencanaan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, supervisi akademik memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru serta mendukung terciptanya proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, terarah, inovatif, dan berkualitas di sekolah.

Abstract

The workforce is shifting as Generation Z (born 1997–2012), the first true digital natives, enters workplaces with unique traits shaped by connectivity, instant information, and strong social-environmental awareness. This creates opportunities and challenges for human resource management, requiring adaptations in recruitment, development, evaluation, and culture to sustain engagement and retention. This article aims to conceptually examine how human resource management can effectively respond to the needs and expectations of Generation Z in the workplace. The study adopts a conceptual review approach, synthesizing recent scholarly literature, global reports, and empirical insights from reputable sources to explore generational dynamics and propose adaptive strategies. The findings indicate that Generation Z prioritizes meaningful work, flexibility, continuous learning, real-time feedback, inclusivity, and mental health support over traditional rewards alone. They expect technology-integrated processes, value-aligned organizations, and human-centered environments that reject rigid hierarchies. These insights imply that organizations must transform human resource management into a strategic, agile function focused on authenticity, digital enablement, and employee well-being. Successful adaptation can lead to higher engagement, stronger retention of young talent, and enhanced innovation, while failure to evolve risks increased turnover and reduced competitiveness in attracting the next generation of workers.
