Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Ekstrakurikuler Pencak Silat Tapak Suci di SMP Negeri 1 Panyabungan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluatif-deskriptif melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ekstrakurikuler Pencak Silat Tapak Suci memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan potensi nonakademik peserta didik, khususnya dalam peningkatan keterampilan bela diri, kedisiplinan, dan pembentukan karakter. Program ini dilaksanakan secara rutin dan didukung oleh pembina yang kompeten, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan sarana prasarana dan sumber daya manusia. Evaluasi program menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang terhadap peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya pengembangan program secara berkelanjutan melalui peningkatan perencanaan, fasilitas, dan sistem evaluasi agar tujuan program dapat tercapai secara optimal

Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengujian karakteristik film radiografi untuk menentukan kualitas citra film radologi dengan cara melakukan kegiatan Quality Control (QC) pada mesin sinar X. Salah satu parameter yang mempengaruhi citra film tersebut adalah dosis sinar X yang diterima pasien dalam setiap penyinaran dan juga untuk memastikan keamanan pada pasien pada saat pemeriksaan penyakit serta memastikan mesin sinar X dapat beroperasi secara optimal. Kegiatan QC pencitraan film Rontgen ini dilakukan dengan dua cara pengukuran yaitu menggunakan sensitometer untuk melihat kualitas citra film dan densitometer untuk melihat densitas cahaya yang dihasilkan melalui film radiografi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa film radiografi dengan merek AGFA layak digunakan karena daerah fog nya tidak melebihi batas toleransi yaitu 0.01 OD, dan daerah shoulder menghasilkan densitas maksimum yaitu 2,25 OD dimana daerah ini masih dapat dianalisa.

Abstract

This study estimated Entrance Surface Air Kerma (ESAK) for adult posteroanterior (PA) chest radiography and described ESAK patterns in relation to selected technical parameters and patient characteristics as an initial facility-level baseline. A descriptive–exploratory observational study was conducted in 10 adult patients using a Siemens digital radiography system equipped with Automatic Exposure Control (AEC). ESAK was estimated from X-ray tube output obtained from acceptance/constancy testing and combined with routinely recorded exposure parameters. Incident air kerma (INAK) was calculated first and then converted to ESAK using a backscatter factor assumed to be constant at 1.35. All examinations were performed at 125 kVp with a fixed source-to-image distance (SID) of 180 cm. Focus-to-skin distance (FSD) was not recorded directly and was estimated from SID and the recorded chest thickness. ESAK ranged from 0.09 to 0.17 mGy (mean, 0.13 mGy), and all values were below the BAPETEN optimization reference level of 0.2 mGy. In this limited sample, graphical patterns indicated that ESAK increased with mAs and body weight and decreased with increasing FSD. These findings are preliminary and require confirmation in a larger cohort; however, they may serve as a temporary local baseline for internal dose auditing and to inform the design of subsequent dose optimization studies.

Abstract

Progress in digital technologies across the banking industry has reshaped consumer patterns in adopting electronic financial services, encompassing Islamic banking domains. The present investigation examines the linkage between digital service quality and perceived ease of use with loyalty among BYOND app users, positioning customer satisfaction as the intervening factor. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study targets Bank BSI clientele in Malang City, drawing a purposive sample of 115 participants. Primary data were gathered via Likert-scale questionnaires and subjected to analysis through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) employing the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach within SmartPLS 4.1.1.8 software. Findings reveal that both digital service quality and ease of use exert a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction effectively mediates this association. These outcomes underscore that enhancements in digital service standards and app accessibility can elevate satisfaction levels, thereby bolstering loyalty. Thus, prioritizing user-centric digital service innovations emerges as a pivotal tactic for enhancing the competitive edge of Islamic banking amid the digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion, brand image, and service features on the decision to use the LinkAja Sharia e-wallet in Malang City. The rapid development of financial technology and intense competition among e-wallet providers highlight the importance of understanding the factors influencing usage decisions, particularly for sharia-based services with relatively lower adoption rates. This research employs a quantitative approach using questionnaire data collected from 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using IMB SPSS 23 software, including validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that promotion, brand image, and service features each have a positive and significant effect on usage decisions. Simultaneously, all variables significantly influence the decision to use the LinkAja Sharia e-wallet.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work stress from work-life balance and workload. The population that is used in this study are all employees at the Directorate General of Islamic Education (DGIE), Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (MORARI) with a sample of 212 employees. The method of determining the sample uses the probability sampling method with a simple random sampling approach. This study uses a type of research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire and then analyzed using PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Workload has a significant negative effect on work-life balance, work-life support has a significant and negative effect on work stress. Worklife balance can mediate the relationship between workload and work stress.
