Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest number of Muslims in the world, who read verses of the Qur'an often heard in various public places such as mosques, prayer rooms, and at various activities. Utilization of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) as word recognition which aims to find out the verses of the Qur'an that are read to increase knowledge about the verses and other supporting information as a means of preaching in conveying knowledge about the verses of Al-Qur'an. Al-Qur'an. Automatic Speech Recognitions (ASR) is designed using the Python programming language and uses the Django framework to display information about the verses that are read in the form of a web-based display. This research aims to create a technique and system for entering voice commands into machines, so that machines can understand what humans say and obey what they are told. This application converts data into text data using a voice recognition system automatically with a digital audio pattern of spoken words from a speech pattern computer model to produce the final output in the form of text that is stored in the database.

Abstract

Assets are part of the facilities of a company or institution. Educational institutions, by applying the topsis method, are intended to be able to systematically choose the best alternative from several existing alternatives to be used as a problem-solving method. Abdurrab University has implemented asset management in managing assets at the university but still has not implemented the ISO 55000 standard in its management, where the use of assets is still not in line with the objectives of Abdurrab University. Besides, the asset lifecycle has not been implemented, many assets do not have a long service life. The purpose of this study is to improve asset management at Abdurrab University by implementing an ISO 55000 standard decision support system. The Abdurrab University asset management decision support system is built to the ISO 55000 standard with the topsis method and uses PHP and JavaScript programming languages and MySQL as data storage. The results of this study prove that the asset management system can be implemented to manage assets at Abdurrab University and that this decision support system can be used for asset procurement.

Abstract

Centered light and heavy equipment rental services are services that have a high risk of loss. Most car tracking systems are still web-based, making it difficult to track and update vehicle rental unit information. In this study, the authors carried out several stages, namely interviews with related parties and following the vehicle tracking process through an ongoing system. Then proceed with an analysis of the needs of the ongoing system development. The programming language used in the development of this system is Android Studio, along with Google Maps and the use of GPS that is needed, which uses the MySql database. The development of a vehicle tracking application will maximize the existing GPS on the vehicle and the functions of Google Maps. With the Android-based vehicle tracking application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for employees and consumers to carry out the process of searching for data and information, as well as tracking units that run in a short time.

Abstract

The use of chatbot applications has grown rapidly in areas ranging from customer service to interactive assistance on multiple platforms. In order to improve the quality and responsiveness of chatbots, this research focuses on utilising natural language processing (NLP) as the main method. NLP is a technology that allows for more natural communication between humans and computers and thus allows chatbots to understand and respond to user requests more accurately. The study includes the development of chatbot applications that incorporate the latest NLP techniques, including natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and context understanding. The results show significant improvements in chatbot performance, improved user interaction with the app, and increased user satisfaction levels. The purpose of this study is to ease the work of administrative staff in providing information and make it easier for students and prospective students to get information that exists today. So that providing and getting information becomes easier and more efficient. Data collection is in the form of literature studies, interviews, and observations. Quantitative methods are used in this research process to conduct testing. The system was tested using black box testing successfully and carried out the User Acceptance Test (UAT) by obtaining an average score of 88.6% of student responses with the predicate "strongly agree," which means users are satisfied with this chatbot application. The results of this study prove that chatbot applications using the NLP method can be used to make it easier for students and prospective students to get the information they want.
