Abstract

Perkembangan fisik motorik anak usia dini merupakan proses perkembangan yang berkesinambungan, terjadi secara signifikan dalam pembentukan tulang, tumbuh kembang gerakan otot-otot dan saraf sesuai dengan rentang usianya yang akan mempengaruhi keterampilan anak dalam bergerak. Pelatihan gerak dasar motorik pada Anak Usia Dini, yang secara khusus ditujukan bagi pendidik PAUD, merupakan salah satu model peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia, yang dilakukan sejak dini. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan melatih motorik kasar dan halus, meningkatkan kemampuan mengelola, mengontrol dan melakukan koordinasi gerak tubuh, serta meningkatkan keterampilan tubuh dan cara hidup sehat sehingga dapat menunjang pertumbuhan jasmani yang kuat dan terampil. Adapun metode dalam PPM ini adalah metode ceramah dan demonstrasi, metode ceramah bertujuan untuk menjelaskan materi gerak dasar yang dapat menstimulus perkembangan motorik anak PAUD, kemudian tentang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia 0-6 tahun, permasalahan anak usia dini, teknik stimulasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini. Sedangkan metode demonstrasi bertujuan untuk mendemonstrasikan teknik stimulasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini dengan pengembangan aspek motorik yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam proses pendidikan.

Abstract

The results of the initial survey found that students' multiplication counting skills and the use of interactive multimedia learning media tools were very low. On the other hand, the ability to count is needed every day, so researchers need to innovate to develop wordwall interactive multimedia learning media to help speed up multiplication arithmetic skills. This type of research is the Borg and Gall Model Development Research. The results of this research product are in the form of manuals for the use of interactive multimedia learning media Wordwall. The target of this research were class 1 package A students at PKBM Al Hasyimi II. The feasibility level of this guide is seen based on the validity of the assessment of material experts, media experts and design experts. The validation results of material experts obtained 94.70%, media experts obtained 84.50%, and design experts 92.50% so that the validation results of 3 experts can be categorized as very good/very feasible. To see the students' responses to wordwall interactive multimedia learning media, trials were carried out in 2 stages, namely small group trials and large group trials. After that conducted interviews and observations of students. The results of the interviews and observations made show that wordwall interactive multimedia learning media can help students learn multiplication.

Abstract

The development of this research was carried out with the aim of finding answers to the problems described in the problem formulation above, namely to find out differences in learning outcomes in students who took Social Emotional Learning (PSE) versus conventional in chemistry subject class X at SMA Negeri 20 Surabaya, to find out differences in learning outcomes for students who have high and low learning motivation in chemistry subject class XI at SMA Negeri 20 Surabaya, to determine the interaction between Social Emotional Learning (PSE) and motivation on learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 20 Surabaya. In this study, the population used was a limited population and the sample in this study was 114. The data analysis technique used in this study was two-way analysis of variance. used to test the hypothesis, the hypothesis can be accepted and tested for truth if the price of the F table is greater than the probability value, with a significant level of 0.05. Data collection methods used in this research are questionnaires and tests. The design used in this research is a 2x2 factorial design. Based on the data obtained in this study it can be concluded that Social Emotional Learning (PSE) and Conventional Learning have an influence on student learning outcomes, this can be seen from the t test. There is a significant difference between the two methods as indicated by a significant difference in the t value between the two methods, where the PSE t value is greater than the conventional learning t value. It can be said that Social Emotional Learning has more influence on learning outcomes compared to Conventional Learning. In other words, the first hypothesis that there is a difference between the two methods is acceptable. There are differences in learning outcomes between students who have high learning motivation compared to students who have low motivation. This can be seen from the t test of learning motivation on learning outcomes with a significance value below 0.05, which means that the second hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

As an effort to align learning at fashion design training centers with industry needs and the huge potential of Instagram reels as an innovative learning medium in the digital era, this research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Instagram Reels as a learning medium for making fashion patterns using zero-waste pattern-cutting techniques at fashion design training centers. Using the Dick and Carey model of research and development (R&D) approach, this research lasted for four months involving three expert validators (material, media, design), three peers, six fashion design training centers, and 49 students at different learning levels. The research results show that teaching materials based on Instagram Reels meet the validity criteria and have a positive response of 88.35% from expert validators and peers. The percentage of product suitability assessments from user/student respondents was 75.9%, indicating that this teaching material is suitable for widespread application in learning. This research contributes to providing an innovative learning approach that increases students' interest, understanding, practical skills, and creativity in mastering the concept of zero-waste pattern-cutting design and providing solutions to challenges in learning fashion design and reducing waste in the fashion industry.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK), dapat dipraktikkan dengan optimal apabila diawali dengan desain pembelajaran yang tepat. Tujuang dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian awal dan penerapan pada pengembangan awal aplikasi AKTIF dalam pembelajran PJOK.Metode penelitian menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE, pada tahapan awal ini penelitian dilakukan pada tahap Analisis, Desain Awal, dan Pengembangan Awal, belum sampai pada tahap Implementasi dan Evaluasi. Analisis hasil masukan literatur dan wawancara pada Guru PJOKdi Surabaya, Gresik dan Sidoarjo, Desain dilakukan berbasis hasil analisis dan kajian teori, dan Pengembangan dengan cara validasi dari ahli dan guru PJOK sebagai praktisi atau pengguna yang mengajar di PJOK di Suranbaya, Gresik dan Sidoarjo.Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitaif dalam bentuk persentase. Kesimpulan bahwa .pada pengembangan awal aplikasi menunjukkan tahap analisis aplikasi sangat dibutuhkan guru PJOK, tahap desain sudah dikembangkan desain awal aplikasi, tahap validasi ahli isi dinilai 86% layak, valdiasi desain 90% layak, dan Praktisi 92% layak, sehingga pengembangan awal Aplikasi dinyatakan layak untuk ditindaklanjuti.
