Abstract

This quantitative study examines the relationship between Talent Management, Education Level, Work Experience, and Employee Performance in a non-profit organization, specifically UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo. The research aims to determine the effect of these factors on employee performance using a sample of 50 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed with the SPSS 22 program for data analysis. The findings demonstrate that talent management positively influences performance, while education level has a negative effect. Additionally, work experience was found to positively impact employee performance. These results suggest the significance of effective talent management strategies, highlighting the role of work experience in enhancing employee performance. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge in talent management and provides valuable implications for organizations aiming to improve employee performance. Abstract

This study examines the relationship between training, discipline, work experience, and employee work productivity using an associative quantitative approach. A questionnaire was administered to 50 purposively sampled employees from PT. Prima Karya Teknik. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 22, employing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, f-tests, t-tests, correlation tests, and determination tests. The results indicate that training, discipline, and work experience all positively and significantly influence employee work productivity. The findings suggest that investing in training programs, promoting discipline, and recognizing the value of work experience can enhance employee productivity. These findings hold implications for organizations seeking to optimize their workforce performance and foster a productive work environment. Highlights: Effective training programs positively impact employee work productivity. Maintaining discipline in the workplace enhances employee work productivity. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of recruitment and selection processes on employee performance, utilizing a quantitative associative approach. The research involves 100 employees from Pizza Hut Sidoarjo and employs primary and secondary data along with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The findings reveal that both recruitment and selection significantly affect employee performance, underscoring the critical role of these HR practices in building a competent workforce. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of leadership, work culture, and job stress on employee performance in a total sampling of 100 respondents from a private organization. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22. The findings reveal that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, as does work culture. However, job stress, while positively related, does not exhibit significant effects on employee performance. These results provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to enhance employee performance through effective leadership and fostering a positive work culture. Abstract

This study explores the impact of human relations and work discipline on the work ethic of employees at PT. Parastar Distrindo. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via questionnaires and surveys from 120 office employees. Analysis with SPSS version 22 revealed that both human relations and work discipline positively and significantly influence work ethic. The study highlights the importance of strong interpersonal relationships and strict adherence to work rules in fostering a productive work environment. Recommendations include enhancing human relations and work discipline practices to boost employee work ethic and further research on additional influencing factors. Abstract

This quantitative study examines the impact of leadership, commitment, and work motivation on work loyalty among employees of PT. Benelli Perkasa Motor. Using a total sampling technique, data were collected from 105 employees through distributed questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. Results indicate that effective leadership, employee commitment, and high work motivation positively influence work loyalty. The findings underscore the importance of fostering these factors to reduce turnover rates, enhance productivity, and cultivate a positive work environment within the organization. Abstract

This study explores the relationships between organizational culture, job loyalty, work behavior, and employee productivity at the SAMSAT Sidoarjo Office, with job satisfaction as a mediating factor. Using a quantitative approach and total sampling, data were collected from 130 employees via questionnaires and analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). The results reveal that organizational culture and work behavior positively impact productivity, while job loyalty has a negative effect. All three variables positively influence job satisfaction, which in turn enhances productivity. The findings underscore the importance of fostering a supportive organizational culture and positive work behaviors to boost employee satisfaction and productivity. Highlights: 1. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of servant leadership, communication, and teamwork on employee engagement at PT Irawan Djaja Agung, aiming to address a gap in research regarding their combined influence in Indonesian organizations. Through a quantitative survey of 70 employees and analysis using Smart-PLS Version 3.0, the research finds significant positive relationships between servant leadership, communication, teamwork, and employee engagement. The results highlight the importance of nurturing supportive leadership, enhancing communication channels, and fostering teamwork to bolster employee engagement. Organizational leaders are urged to consider implementing recognition and reward systems, while employees are encouraged to strengthen interpersonal relationships for improved collaboration.
