Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan semakin berkembang dari masa ke masa. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan ini mendukung untuk terciptanya teknologi-teknologi baru yang menandai adanya kemajuan zaman. Hingga kini, teknologi yang berkembang sudah memasuki tahap digital. Termasuk di Indonesia, setiap bidang sudah mulai memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memudahkan pekerjaan, termasuk juga di bidang pendidikan. Sebagai suatu identitas yang terkait dalam budaya dan peradaban manusia, pendidikan diberbagai belahan dunia mengalami perubahan sangat mendasar dalam era globalisasi. Ada banyak kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang bisa dinikmati umat manusia. Namun sebaliknya, kemajuan tersebut juga beriringan dengan kesengsaraan banyak anak manusia, apalagi dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini.

Abstract

Berbicara masalah guru yang baik dalam konotasi kualitas pribadi ( agood teacher), atau guru yang berhasil (a successfull teacher), dan ada pula yang berbicara tentang guru yang efektif (an effective teacher). Sekarang perlu memahami citra atau profil seorang guru, mengetahui statusnya di tengah masyarakat pendidikan yang selalu berubah secara tiba tiba dan mengejutkan sehingga menempatkan peranan guru sebagai agen perubahan dan mengembangkan tanggung jawab secara moral serta berkomitmen dan abstraksi yang tinggi dalam melakukan misi mendidiknya. Aspek kinerja guru, hasil survey awal menunjukkan bahwa kurangnnya (prestasi kerja, kemampuan kerja, penampilan kerja, produksi kerja, rendahnya disiplin kerja, rendahnya kreativitas) sebagai indikator yang terlihat waktu itu adalah tingkahlaku atau perbuatan yang tampak dari guru-guru kurang menunjukkan kinerja yang seharusnya.

Abstract

School as a place of learning should be a place to develop students' interests and talents. The important thing in developing students' interests and talents is to have an awareness of their interests and talents. This awareness will lead him to strategic choices in the future related to the chosen field of study, a conducive learning environment and the choice of profession according to his interests and talents. Knowledge of these interests and talents needs to be facilitated by schools, parents and the community. This study aims to determine the application of utilizing students' interests and talents in improving student learning outcomes. This type of research includes qualitative research and uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study can be said that the implementation of the utilization of interests and talents is carried out when students register and choose the majors of interest. Students also choose intra and extracurricular activities to support their interests and talents. In addition, students are also asked to fill out a student needs questionnaire as a basis for counseling services. However, at the implementation level, the use of interest has not been accompanied by a special aptitude test to support student interest.

Abstract

A good teacher in the connotation of personal quality (a good teacher), or a successful teacher (a full success teacher), and an effective teacher. Now it is necessary to understand the image or profile of a teacher, to know his status in the educational community which is always changing suddenly and surprising so that, placing the role of the teacher as an agent of change and developing moral responsibility and commitment and high abstract thinking in carrying out the educational mission. In the aspect of teacher performance, the results of the initial survey show that the lack (work performance, work ability, job performance, work production, low work discipline, low creativity) as visible indicators at that time are the behaviors or actions seen by the teachers that show less performance. should.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dapat diselenggarakan dalam berbagai bentuk, salah satu di antaranya adalah Kelompok Bermain. Kelompok Bermain adalah salah satu bentuk PAUD pada jalur pendidikan nonformal yang menyelenggarakan program pendidikan sekaligus program kesejahteraan bagi anak sejak lahir sampai dengan enam tahun. Pendidikan yang diberikan pada program PAUD termasuk di Kelompok Bermain adalah dengan pemberian stimulasi atau rangsangan yang menyentuh semua aspek perkembangan seperti moral dan nilai agama, kognitif, sosial emosional, seni dan bahasa. Dengan canggihnya teknologi informasi di era modern saat ini memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap kehidupan manusia. Salah satunya adalah terjadinya perubahan pola hidup dan kebiasaan. Keberadaan teknologi kini dijadikan sebagai platform dalam melakukan kegiatan secara digital, mulai dari berkomunikasi, transaksi keuangan, bepergian, hingga berbelanja kebutuhan sehari–hari. Teknologi tidak lagi dianggap sebagai alternatif untuk memudahkan pekerjaan manusia, namun telah menjadi opsi utama dalam melakukan kegiatan. Saat ini guru berada di era digital, semua aktivitas pendidikan bahkan sendi-sendi kehidupan tidak lepas dari pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Dampak era digital pun mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku peserta didik dalam keseharian.Dalam mendidik, guru harus memiliki bebe pa keterampilan untuk menghadapi perubahan kebudayaan di era serba cepat ini. Guru wajib memiliki keterampilan yang disebut dengan ‘Keterampilan Abad 21.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how school policies are implemented in teacher professional evaluation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam 1 Tambalang, and to identify factors that support or hinder the process. In addition, this study also explores various efforts made by schools to overcome the obstacles that arise, so that teacher professional evaluation can run more effectively and in line with established policies. The results of the study indicate that teacher professional evaluation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam 1 Tambalang begins with planning and establishing competency development programs, including training, courses, empowerment of MGMP (Subject Teacher Deliberation), and writing and reading activities to improve teacher professionalism. The main supporting factor is teacher motivation to carry out their profession seriously, while obstacles that arise are overcome with a mature competency development strategy, increasing insight into the field of study, and mastery of effective teaching methods to support a more optimal teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance and the quality of education at State Elementary School 26 Hulu Sungai Utara. The focus includes the principal's leadership style, strategies implemented to improve the quality of education, and obstacles faced in the process. The results of the study indicate that the principal's leadership at State Elementary School 26 Hulu Sungai Utara is carried out through clear planning, division of tasks according to teacher potential and moving them to achieve goals. The leadership styles applied include informing, situational, selling, and participatory-democratic styles to direct, guide and train teachers. The strategies include being a role model, implementing discipline and providing facilities and infrastructure to motivate teachers. The main obstacle is the lack of textbooks or assignment sheets, which hinders the improvement of students' insights, especially those from low-income families.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) Implementation of the independent learning curriculum towards counseling guidance services for self-development at SMAIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. (2) Obstacles and efforts taken to overcome various problems in implementing the independent learning curriculum regarding guidance and counseling services for self-development at SMAIT Ukhuwah. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation.The results of the analysis show that the form of implementing the independent learning curriculum is (1) the guidance and counseling teacher is assigned to be a P5 facilitator (project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students) and actively participates in assisting students' self-development activities in schools starting from grade 10 to grade 12 in preparation for further study. (2) The SNBP (Achievement Based National Selection) graduation results for the independent curriculum class have decreased compared to the 13curriculum class due to the SNBP system not fully accommodating schools that implement the Independent curriculum.
