Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menganalisis Pengaruh Experiential Marketing Dan Customer Value Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Café Marvel.id di Mojokerto. Sebagai variable penelitian ini adalah experiential marketing dan customer value sebagai variable bebas serta kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variable terikat. Sebagai populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Café Marvel.id, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 pelanggan yang pengambilan sampelnya dengan cara accidental sampling. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan Teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, begitu juga customer value juga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Audit internal dalam suatu perusahaan mempunyai peran penting sebagai upaya dalam pencegahan dan pendeteksian kecurangan (Fraud). Fraud merupakan suatu tindakan kebohongan atau kecurangan yang disengaja untuk memanipulasi laporan keuangan perusahaan dengan harapan pelaku akan mendapatkan keuntungan dari tindakan ketidakbenaran yang dilakukannya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran audit internal dalam upaya pencegahan dan endeteksian kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi. Artikel ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis yang ditemukan bahwa peran audit internal dalam hal tersebut dapat meminimalisir akan terjadinya ketidakinginan tindakan yang sangat merugikan tersebut. Audit internal dapat membantu mengidentifikasi kecurangan dalam sistem pengendalian internal, serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan atas terjadinya kecurangan yang sangat rentan terhadap bisnis-bisnis perusahaan.

Abstract

Technological advances are closely related to the evolution of the times. The 21st century has seen tremendous digitalization. The number of digital-related activities and activities is increasing in this digital era. Like the rampant online buying and selling that is currently happening in the community. For some organizations, this activity offers many benefits. Because the buying and selling procedure is more effective and realistic. Nowadays, it is possible to search and buy almost anything online without physically meeting the seller. In the modern era, many micro businesses benefit from digitalization, so online buying and selling is not only for corporations or large-scale production. Through digital transformation, digital strategy, and digital capability development, MSMEs, or micro, small, and medium enterprises can now increase their competitiveness in the local market by implementing digital management strategies. While digital tactics can increase customer awareness and loyalty, digital transformation can help MSMEs improve their operational efficacy and efficiency. Through the adoption of digital technology and improving the skills of human resources, MSMEs can also become more competitive through the development of digital capabilities. It is not impossible for MSMEs to grow rapidly and generate significant income with the help of digitalization and a good management plan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the Korean Wave (Hallyu) has influenced lifestyle and consumption trends among Indonesian society, including in the culinary sector. This study aims to analyze market potential and formulate business development strategies for Korean Pancakes (Hotteok) in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, through observation of digital sales trends, interviews with business actors and consumers, as well as literature analysis. The results show that Korean Pancakes have high market potential among young consumers, mainly due to the support of Korean cultural trends and increased food consumption through online platforms. SWOT analysis reveals that the main strengths are product uniqueness and visual appeal that aligns with social media trends, while weaknesses include production limitations and product shelf life. Significant opportunities lie in digital collaboration and online market expansion, with the main threats being modern dessert competition and rapid trend changes. Recommended development strategies include flavor variant innovation, brand strengthening through social media, digital distribution optimization, and the development of long-lasting products. Overall, this study confirms that the success of the Korean Pancake business in Indonesia depends on continuous innovation, market trend adaptation, and the establishment of a strong brand identity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development and marketing strategies of Cheezy Chix Roll as a creative culinary innovation amid increasingly competitive food industry competition. The study uses an exploratory descriptive method with a qualitative approach, focusing on culinary trend observation, literature study, and SWOT analysis to identify the product's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results show that flavor innovation, raw material quality, and attractive packaging are key factors in increasing the competitiveness of Cheezy Chix Roll. On the other hand, digital marketing strategies through social media such as Instagram and TikTok have proven to be effective in expanding market reach and building brand awareness, especially among the younger generation. The SWOT analysis indicates that the product's main strengths lie in its unique taste and potential to go viral on social media, while its main threats come from market competition and rapidly changing culinary trends. Therefore, the long-term success of Cheezy Chix Roll depends on consistency in product innovation, the implementation of environmentally friendly packaging, and the optimization of sustainable digital promotion strategies.

Abstract

This study analyzes the business feasibility and sustainability dimensions of “Sticky Milk,” a student-led milk-based beverage enterprise developed at Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Using a qualitative descriptive approach supported by financial simulation, the research examines five aspects of business feasibility: market, technical, managerial, financial, and environmental-social impact. Field observations, interviews, and sales reports indicate that the product achieved strong consumer acceptance with a 13.2% profit margin and an estimated monthly net profit of IDR 750,000. The student team demonstrated efficient management, transparent financial records, and an environmentally aware production process using recyclable packaging. Socially, the project enhanced entrepreneurial skills, interdisciplinary collaboration, and local economic engagement within the campus community. These findings confirm that student entrepreneurship can integrate economic viability with ecological and social responsibility, forming a micro-scale model of green and circular business practice. The study proposes the development of green branding strategies, digital accounting, and supply-chain partnerships to ensure long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability and cost efficiency of rujak cireng as a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) culinary product with market potential among students, university students, and the general public. The main issue addressed is the extent to which rujak cireng can generate optimal profits with limited capital and how production cost management supports business sustainability. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through direct observation of the production process, detailed recording of raw material, energy, packaging, and distribution costs, as well as daily sales simulations. Financial data were analyzed to calculate net profit, profit margin, and cost efficiency to assess the business’s financial feasibility. The results indicate that with a capital of IDR 765,000, the rujak cireng business can achieve daily revenue of IDR 2,000,000 and a net profit of IDR 1,235,000, yielding a profit margin of 61.75%. A simple cost structure, the use of local raw materials, and optimized home-based production processes contribute to high cost efficiency. These findings confirm that rujak cireng is a viable and profitable MSME culinary venture with long-term growth potential, providing significant economic benefits for both entrepreneurs and the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of a fruit salad business as a healthy culinary product developed by micro, small, and medium enterprises. The analysis focuses on market, technical, management, and financial aspects to provide a comprehensive evaluation of business viability. The research applies a descriptive approach using mixed methods by combining literature review, market observation, and simple quantitative analysis based on standard assumptions in the snack food industry. The results indicate that the fruit salad business has strong market potential driven by increasing consumer awareness of healthy lifestyles and changing consumption patterns. From a technical perspective, the production process is relatively simple, requires minimal equipment, and can be operated efficiently at a micro-scale level. Management analysis shows that a simple organizational structure is sufficient to support daily operations. Financial evaluation reveals that the business generates attractive profits, supported by low break-even levels, a short payback period, and a positive net present value. Overall, the findings confirm that the fruit salad business is economically feasible and operationally sustainable, making it a promising opportunity for healthy culinary-based MSMEs.

Abstract

This article examines the role of digital marketing strategies as a driver of business innovation in the global market. In a competitive business environment, innovation is essential for company survival and growth. Digital marketing, which includes social media, SEO, and data analytics, enables companies to reach a wider audience and understand consumer preferences. This research identifies current trends in digital marketing and analyzes case studies of companies that have successfully implemented these strategies to drive innovation. Findings show that digital marketing integration not only improves efficiency but also contributes to the development of innovative products and services. The conclusion confirms that digital marketing strategies are key to achieving sustainable innovation in the global market.

Abstract

Industri kuliner makanan ringan memiliki peluang ekonomi yang besar namun dihadapkan pada tingkat persaingan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kelayakan usaha “Bambung” (Banana Kembung), sebuah inovasi produk berbahan dasar pisang dengan karakteristik tekstur mengembang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui observasi partisipatif selama kegiatan produksi dan penjualan berlangsung. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi proses operasional, respons konsumen, serta pencatatan keuangan riil pada aktivitas penjualan di Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha Bambung memiliki prospek pasar yang positif, ditunjukkan oleh tingkat penerimaan mahasiswa terhadap variasi topping dan bentuk produk. Dari aspek finansial, usaha memperoleh laba bersih sebesar Rp129.500,00 per siklus produksi (150 pcs), dengan titik impas pada 24,27 unit. Dengan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, inovasi produk yang berkelanjutan, serta pengelolaan keuangan yang baik, usaha ini berpotensi memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa dan peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi kreatif di lingkungan kampus.Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha Bambung secara finansial menguntungkan dan layak dijalankan pada skala mikro karena memiliki pasar yang jelas, proses produksi yang efisien, dan margin keuntungan yang stabil.
