Abstract

Abstrak - Pembinaan pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan harus memperhatikan pemenuhan hak-hak Narapidana. Salah satu hak narapidana sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-undang nomor 12 tahun 1995 tentang Pemasyarakatan pasal 14 mengatakan bahwa narapidana berhak menerima kunjungan keluarga, penasihat hukum, atau orang tertentu lainnya. Pelayanan kunjungan narapidana tidak dipungut biaya, keluarga narapidana dapat berkunjung dengan cukup membawa kartu identitas diri dan mengambil nomor antrian untuk melakukan pendaftaran identitas pengunjung serta narapidana yang ingin dikunjungi. Banyaknya antrian pada tempat pendaftaran kunjungan merupakan permasalahan yang menyebabkan tidak efisiennya penggunaan waktu kunjungan yang hanya 30 menit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memaksimalkan waktu kunjungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa Aplikasi yang dapat diakses secara online oleh pengunjung melalui jaringan internet. Aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan pengunjung untuk melakukan pendaftaran kunjungan dan mempersingkat waktu pendaftaran kunjungan yang dapat dilakukan mandiri oleh pengunjung serta membantu petugas pelayanan kunjungan untuk melakukan mengolahan data pengunjung yang lebih cepat dan akurat.Kata Kunci : aplikasi, website, kunjungan, online, pemasyarakatan, lapas

Abstract

Abstrak - Anak tunarungu adalah salah satu klasifikasi dari anak yang mempunyai kelainan dalam pendengarannya sehingga memberikan dampak negatif bagi perkembangannya, terutama dalam kemampuan berbicara dan berbahasa.Dalam berkomunikasi, mereka menggunakan sebuah bahasa yang bernama bahasa isyarat, bentuknya berupa tatanan sistematis tentang seperangkat isyarat jari, tangan, dan berbagai gerak untuk melambangkan kosa kata bahasa.Namun pada kenyataanya, sumber daya pengajar yang mengerti bahasa ini jumlahnya masih sangat terbatas dan sangat minim prasarana.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah media belajar khusus tentang bahasa isyarat berbasis android untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa sehingga dapat mengurangi masalah kesulitan berkomunikasi yang dialami oleh anak-anak tunarungu.Software yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi pada penelitian ini adalah Eclipse Mars 2 dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java.Aplikasi ini berisi tentang kata-kata dalam bahasa isyarat yang biasa digunakan untuk percakapan sehari-hari dan dibuat dengan menggunakan elemen multimedia seperti video dan gambar sehingga anak tunarungu dapat dengan mudah menirukan gerakan bahasa isyarat yang diajarkan.Kata Kunci : Bahasa, Isyarat, Tunarungu, Android

Abstract

The control of the ordinary water treatment unit on refinery location is still operated manually(by operator), especially in the filtering unit (IRF unit). There are 9 manual block valves that must be operated every 8 hours, to keep the water quality meets its specification. Manual operation can increase the risk of errors or delays in the operation or movement of service cycles and regeneration sequences. Subsequently, it can decrease the water quality and unefficiency in production. The automation of the water treatment unit was made using the nextion HMI touch screen circuit, Arduino Uno microcontroller, IC shift register, electronic relay and other electronic components. By connection between the Nextion HMI as an interface and the Arduino Uno microcontroller as electronic relay controller, the design of the control unit was able to control the clean water treatment unit simulator in accordance with the principles of the processing unit.Keywords: Water treatment unit, nextion, arduino uno

Abstract

Modeling and prediction of rainfall in 2010 in Central Java BMKG Climatological Station has been done with ARIMA approach. The goal is to determine the historical pattern of the dataand then extrapolates this pattern into the future based on the assumption of continuity. Rainfalldata of 2000-2009 is a time series that can be predicted into the future using ARIMA. In thisstudy using two approaches for prediction of rainfall in 2010. The results were correlated with aprediction of rainfall data observed in 2010. Obtained a correlation of 71.1% and 75.48%.Keywords: ARIMA, rainfall, predictions, models

Abstract

Spontaneous-potential observation using amplitude potential method had been done beneathTalang Jimar area. The purpose of observation are to determine the distribution and depth of fluidinjection. Spontaneous-potential which has been corrected then processed using excel and surfer 9 toknow the distibution of its spread, while for the clarified of the deph we used spherical model. Thespontaneous-potential result shows ranging from -40 mV up to 10 mV with direction towards thereference block and a depth of 244,93 meters show.Keywords : Spontaneous‐potential, fluid injection, Talang Jimar, spherical model.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the influence of question format in the form of animation to the validity and reliability tests of understanding the concept of light refraction. For the sake of it has constructed a test of understanding the concept of the refraction of light in an animation format by replacing static pictures and descriptions of the phenomenon of refraction of light propagation in a static format (paper and pencil test) with computer animation. Second test version, the version animated and static versions then tested to 100 students from three high schools in Bandung, which has received the learning material of light refraction. The second test version of the test results are then analyzed to determine the validity and reliability respectively. To see the influence of a test version of the level of validity and reliability, then compare the level of validity and reliability of both versions of this test. The results showed that both the level of validity and reliability tests in levels higher than the animated version of the test in the static version. Level of validity for the second consecutive test version 0.89 (very high) for an animated version and 0.71 (high) for the static version, whereas the level of reliability, 0.92 (very high) for an animated version and 0.78 (high ) for the static version. These results show obvious evidence of the influence of question format in the form of animation on the level of validity and reliability tests of understanding the concept of habituation of light. Abstract

The major purpose of this research was to applying artificial neural network to predicting rainfall in Semarang climatology station and occurs its accuration. One ofartificial neural network method is back propagation artificial neural network. Withheuristic technique its optimizing to train algorithmic faster and improving net works. Weused rainfall data in 2000-2009 from Semarang climatology station. Artificial neuralnetwork modelling planned in MATLAB R2008b programme. The best model or net viewsfrom correlation level between net’s output, observation data and RMSE point whichproduced by the net. The results shown the best network has 5 neurons in input’s layer, 10in hidden layer and 1 neuron in output layer. Its performance has learning data 66,7%,testing data 33,3%, learning rate 0,7 and momentum 0,4 which has correlated around70,72% to observation data with RMSE point 141,55. The best network will use topredicting rainfalls in 2010, its correlation is 88,43% and its RMSE points is 83,76 tillJuly. Its better than what BMKG has which only reach 84,63% correlation points and87,21 RMSE points.Keywords:  Artificial neural network, optimizing, correlation, RMSE

Abstract

Many real problems can be represented in the form of multiple linear regression equation. One of those is the relationship between the variables of temperature and altitude of the spontaneous-potential. In order to determine the parameters of the regression equation, the least squares method was used. From here, there was obtained the system of linear equations. In this paper, to solve systems of linear equations, the exact method was used as the exact solution is certainly better than the approached solution. The method used was the QR factorization method. At the QR factorization, the system of linear equations was written in form of matrix equation. Then, the coefficient matrix which the number of rows is m and number of columns is n with linearly independent columns was factored into the matrix Q which has the same size with the matrix A, with orthonormal columns and matrix R was upper triangular. Furthermore, by backward substitution, it could be obtained the exact solution of linear equation system. As verification of this proposed method, a case study was given using data of temperature, altitude, and spontaneous-potential in the geothermal manifestations area, Gedongsongo, Mount Ungaran Semarang. From here, it was obtained the parameters of exact multiple linear regression model which states the relationship between temperature and altitude toward the spontaneous-potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui mengetahui efektivitas pemberian Artemia Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) Vibrio sp. terhadap insidensi vibriosis  dan pertumbuhan pada  post larva udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei).  Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah dua perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, yaitu perlakuan A (Pemberian pakan udang vaname  PL stadia 1-10 dengan Artemia non SPF Vibrio sp.) dan B (Pemberian pakan udang vaname  PL stadia 1-10 dengan Artemia SPF Vibrio sp.). Parameter yang diamati meliputi Total Vibrio Count (TVC) pada PL udang vaname dan kualitas air pemeliharaan, pertumbuhan panjang PL udang vaname, kelangsungan hidup PL udang vaname, pH, suhu, salinitas dan oksigen terlarut (DO). Data parameter TVC, pertumbuhan panjang dan kelangsungan hidup udang vaname diuji menggunakan uji T dengan taraf signifikan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan alami Artemia SPF Vibrio sp. memberikan pengaruh terhadap efektifitas nilai insidensi vibriosis pada Post Larva udang vaname sebesar 0,30%, pertumbuhan mutlak sebesar 4,44 mm, pertumbuhan harian sebesar 0,5 mm dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup sebesar 74,4%.

Abstract

Magnetotelluric (MT) method is one of a passive electromagnetic method in geophysics. Principally MT measures the temporal variation of the electromagnetic field that is induced to the surface of the earth to get the subsurface resistivity structure. Information about the geoelectric strike and dimensionality of the magnetotelluric data is important to modelling the subsurface structure. Information is used to determine the 1D, 2D or 3D approach that can be used to interpret MT data. Therefore, an aim of study is to identify the direction of the geoelectric strike and dimensionality structure in the "SA" geothermal field. The data were used is secondary data that has been corrected using shift correction. Phase tensor method was used to analysis the dimensionality of magnetotelluric data. Principally the phase tensor method is to determine the dimensionality by looking the difference between maximum and minimum phase that can be describe the main direction of structure in the field area. The results of geoelectric strike analysis and the dimensionality of the magnetotelluric field data for the "SA" geothermal field show the direction of geoelectric strike N345oE or N15oW with 1D, 2D and 3D dimensionality structures.
